David Cavasos: Why On Earth Would You Hire Gerald Richard into a Position Working for the new Chief? Richard Was the Man Who Ran The Employment Bureau When Louie Tovar Junior Applied to Become a Cop and Was Going Through His Peanut Butter Phase!

Gerald Richard fucked up more stuff in the Phoenix PD so they moved him out and he found a job in the Attorney General’s Office.

Since Cavasos wants some diversity in the Phoenix PD and to appease the black community, he is paying Gerald Richard upwards of $120-130K a year to be a black liason to incoming Chief Garcia – and Garcia doesn’t even know about this!   One would think an incoming chief would want to create and have input on this position...No?


As a matter of fact no one knows about this – so yet again – we posted it here first and Cavasos is scambling to figure out how we know.

Now were not saying this position isn’t need, and there probably should be a liaison with the black community in Phoenix…but Gerald Richard?  The only worse black cop you could have is Chris Crockett – the man with 14 kids and no wives to speak of, and has more DVs against than Chris Brown!  Crockett makes OJ Simpson look good.  Crockett is such a fuckup, after they put him in charge of South Mountain - he had the cops called out to his house the next day on a DV.   Black criminals from the Projects look up to Chris Crockett and admire the way he abuses women!

If you haven’t experience Gerald Richard – well get ready for a ride on the short bus.  It will be like the Special Olympics took over City Hall!

Gerald Richard is about as useful as a dick flavored lollipop.   Gerald Richard will ultimately fuck something up.   He will make incoming Chief Garcia look like an assclown, undoubtedly before Garcia even arrives.  Gerald Richard isn’t fit to lick butter from our ass.  Imagine paying this useless fuckstick $120K-$130K per year, in our budget shortfall?   Can’t we hire more street cops for this money to support the black community or does this just make too much sense, Mr. Cavasos?  What an insult to the black community.

To make matters worse and since the public relations position was fucked up so badly by Murray Andy Anderson, they are having a girl from the Aviation department handle public relations for incoming chief Garcia.

It appears the city of Phoenix has money to spend to correct all the fuckups from the previous administration - most of whom are still there with names like Yahner, Montgomery and Pina - assistant chiefs who helped destroy the PPD, yet still maintain a multi 6 figure salaries!

But to make a further mistake by putting Gerald Richard in charge of anything is just pissing money away.  There's so many more qualified people for this liaison position like Andrew Zimmerman and members of the KKK.

Gerald Richard?  Really?   Geez Cavasos must be really inept and desperate and don't conduct any due dilegence or history checks.  We also will have a blog posting on how while driving the suicide lanes in Phoenix, Cavasos used his power and influence to get out of a ticket.  We also heard that about a year and a 1/2 ago, Cavasos was stopped for a DUI by the Phoenix PD and allowed to drive home! 

And how does this story come full circle?  When Louie Adrian Tovar III was having his dog lick peanut butter from his balls and fondling little boys, take one guess who was the division commander over the Phoenix PD Employment Bureau and helped in the cover up?  Yep - you guessed it!  The fucktard Gerald Richard.

The second was what transpired in a meeting recently.  Benny Pina loves using the word “nigger” and has lobed it in the past with racial slurs directed at Detective Terry  Yahwey, a black officer with the PPD.  Well he did it again, in a meeting with many Phoenix cops and with acting commander Joe Yahner present.  It appears Benny hasn’t learned and the Phoenix PD hasn’t changed since chief Jack Ass left.  That’s why we’re here and that’s why good cops tell us, and we inform you.

Let’s face facts.  A quick review of Benny’s medical file will show a file as big as our blogger's balls.  It will also show that his weight, matches his cholesterol level and his BMI is equal to the age of the blonde female we caught him snookering with on his walk. 

Recently Commander Pina was in the news discussing how his precinct will adjust their hours to 13 hour work days over 3 days.  The 3 day part is nothing new for Benny.  It’s the 13 hours each day that will throw him for a loop.  Is it possible that Commander Benny Pina can stay awake that long? 

With Hostess filing for Bankruptcy, we’re not quite sure where Benny will get his sugar high to keep him alert at his own precinct to maintain his own 13 hour requirement?  Will this be monitored so as to ensure Commander Pina doesn’t slip into a diabetic coma and lose a foot?

Why does the acting police chief Joe Yahner and asst. city manager Ed Zuercher put up with this?

Aw Cmon…We’re Not Gone. We’re Just Enjoying the Summer. More Letters From Asst. City Manager Ed Zuercher and PSB Commander Dave Harvey

So many of you have contacted us asking, “What happened?” “Why are there no blogs?”

Well...we got chief Jack Ass Harris removed (along with a lot of other people)  and pocked-face Andy Anderson is gone and unemployable – we think that’s a huge accomplishment!

We're entitled to a little holiday!   We are by no means stopping or giving up, because there are more dirty, fuckstick-assclowns to add to this blog.  Plus, if anyone wants this blog shut down, it's going to cost a lot of money....like Jack Harris, Frank Fairbanks, Andy Anderson pension money!

Let’s discuss a few of them!

Below is the letter our blogger got back from the city manager’s office and from Dave Harvey on the Polombo investigation. The first response is from assistant city manager Ed Zuercher – the emasculated, I-did-an-investigation-then-again-I-didn’t-do-an-investigation-into-the-fradulent-kidnapping-stats.  Ed sent back a standard form letter and doesn't appear at all shocked that the Polombos continue to lie, and that telling the truth about dirty douchebag cops like the Polombos is not a crime.

Ed Zuercher is also supporting the Phoenix PD's lies that there weren’t 357 kidnappings in 2008 but incredibly now over 600-800!   It's not because he wants to. He needs to.

It’s a Phoenix PD Jedi mind trick and a lie that Ed Zuercher is supporting to cover his own ass, since he was in charge of the Phoenix Integrity Committee.  Phil Roberts sent numerous memos to this committee about the bogus kidnapping stats asking for protection. (Phil Roberts is so sick over this he was recently hospitalized adding another "0" onto his lawsuit. Contact any good Phoenix cop for details...)  Ed Zuercher can't rely on plausible deniability, so he needs another answer to keep his job.  That answer is there were more kidnappings in 2008 then we ever imagined  -to the tune of 2-3 per day! 

Cmon!  Don't all you guys remember in the news the 2/3 kidnapping per day trend we had in 2008?

Remember all the news coverage and everyone living in fear of being kidnapped?   Gun sales were up. Private security was up.  Remember the AZ Republic doing a big expose' on the stats that one out of every 2,000 citizens in Phoenix were being kidnapped and held for ransom?

Funny - neither do we because it never happened.

Kidnapping (AZ 13-1304), includes:
A. Unlawful imprisonment (13-1303),
B. Custodial interference (13-1302),
C. Trafficking of persons (13-1308),
D. Access interference (13-1305),
E. Unlawfully obtaining labor or services (13-1306),
F. Sex trafficking (13-1307)

Undoubtedly the Phoenix PD included in their 2008 kidnapping stats all those police reports filed by bitch-cunt ex-wives who called the cops when their former husbands’ were five minutes late to drop off the kids on visitation.

Yep! Technically 13-1302 Custodial Interference (AKA someone is late due to traffic or another reason) is a kidnapping! Notice every news spin from the Phoenix PD includes the word "kidnapping" now? 

Little girl walking down the street and approached by a car?  It was an attempted kidnapping and not an abduction!

Mayor Phil Gordon's computer is stolen?  It was kidnapped!

Woman raped?  Her virginity was kidnapped!

Drenth blows his own head off?  Nope, the shotgun kidnapped it!

Drop house found?  They were all kidnapped!

Polombo nameplates go missing in 2008?  They were kidnapped and luckily for the PPD, it counted as 2 kidnappings!

The more were hear about and see Ed Zuercher, the more we believe him to be a cunt sandwich – minus the bread. Zuercher's dad forgot to tell him what a pussy he was and what a disppointment he is. On Geneology.com, Zuercher losely translated is lying, worthless, douchebag. We are amazed that out of 100,000 sperm, asst. city manager of Phoenix Ed Zuercher was the fastest. At this point even Jesus thinks asst. city manager Ed Zuercher is a dumbass!

The second letter below Ed’s is from Dave Harvey, noting that what was heard in court was imagined and the investigation is completed.   It appears Ted Campagnolo misspoke.   Ummm...isn't that perjury?

Dave Harvey was the fuckstick who likes to drink while he is on the job (see photo) and was promoted to lead PSB.

Dave Harvey may look like an idiot and talk like an idiot but don't let that fool you. PSB Commander Dave Harvey is really a fucking idiot and is part of the legacy FOJ network.

Having a fucktard like Dave Harvey heading up PSB (Internal Affairs for the Phoenix PD) is about as useful as a cock flavored lollipop. No one in PSB wants to work for a lying, moron like Dave Harvey. The only people who would willingly and knowingly work for Dave Harvey would be his grave diggers.

What Waddles like a Penguin and Looks Like a Dude? It’s Phoenix police Lieutenant Lauri Burgett - and The Office of Inspector General Returns to Conduct a Proctology Exam on Her $1.7M Grant!

Last week Phoenix police lieutenant Lauri Burgett got sodomized by the OIG with one of their investigations.

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) returned and asked Lauri for an accounting on how she spent  the $1.7 Million dollars in HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas).

Of the $1.7M some of the major dollar expenditures include:

- A new police car for Lauri Burgett – and she’s the only one who appears to have received one!
- Overtime pay for Lauri Burgett!
Lauri’s earnings in prior years were:
2008 - $175K
2009 - $198K
and last year in 2010 Lauri Burgett’s W2 was in the range of $240K.
- And one rifle.

Yeah - pretty crazy!  And cops wonder why they get no respect when they blatantly and publically lie, steal, and abuse their powers like Lauri Burgett.

Kidnappings have gone down, the 2008 stats are fake, but in the same time frame we paid a Phoenix police lieutenant $65K in additional monies with dollars earmarked for kidnapping...or in this instance she paid herself!  Little else was spent in the areas of support or defense of actual kidnapping. Sounds to us like Lauri Burgett got $1.7M of fun money for a personal spending spree of cars, pay and trips.  Now we know why Lauri Burgett lied and fabricated the kidnapping stats and had it out for the whistleblower, Phil Roberts.

There's no plausible deniability here either. Amazingly in the Fall of 2010 via a recorded investigation, Lt. Lauri Burgett admitted she knew back in 2009 that stats were fabricated, but she still thought it was right to spend money in 2010 on a new car and a 37% raise.  Lauri Burgett raped the city of Phoenix in overtime working on kidnappings that didn't exist, with no oversight or accountability.

In the same time frame she flew to England with Jack Ass Harris and the Jack Ass’ wife Connie to attend a summit on kidnapping and used the same monies for this trip.

Those limeys must have actually thought they were speaking to someone who knew something about kidnappings, when all they got was a dumbass from Phoenix on a federally funded vacation with a lying Jack Ass chief.

Man...we live in a fucked up city when city council, the mayor, the police chief and the city manager's office allow this to happen - and Phil Roberts still has one of the shittiest jobs in the Phoenix PD.  We sure hope there are some criminal indictments from the Feds.

We don’t have any kind words for this effeminate douchebag, Donahoe. This is the judge who signed off on the search warrant of Barnes and our blogger and was known as the go to guy in the Phoenix PD to get your bogus warrants from creeps like Polombo and Femenia.

We always knew Donahoe was another corrupt judge who took the title of Presiding Criminal Judge a little too literally. This article goes to show that others know about him and aren’t afraid to write about him either. One wonders why he would lie about contributing to a democratic campaign, when he hasn't contributed monies sinces 2000.


Funny how when they do it, it is simply cast aside as misspeaking. If any of us do it, it's a Felony perjury!  Again we see different rules being applied to different people based on the profession they chose or the Peter Principal they ascend to.

This creates some great pause in Arizona – a corrupt police department, a dirty pill popping mayor, the antics of our sheriff’s department with Hendershoot now being fired, an ineffective city manager’s office with an equally ineffective city council and now lying judges? 

We have a complete and total pussification of our city officials where no one has the testes to do what is needed.

Who can we trust in this city anymore?

PHOENIX – Last week, Andy Kunasek, chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, issued a news release that began, “This has been a good week for Maricopa County.”



Kunasek said the supervisors voted unanimously on Wednesday to return the county attorney’s civil division, which he said “the board took out of necessity due to Andrew Thomas’ incompetence and unethical behavior.”


Kunasek fails to mention the board was ordered by the Arizona Court of Appeals to return the civil division five months ago.


Referring to what he called the “feud” or “county craziness,” Kunasek announced: “We’re all still here. All five board members. Same county manager, same management staff. We weren’t the problem.”


Kunasek said former County Attorney Andrew Thomas, former Maricopa County Sheriff Chief Deputy David Hendershott and former Deputy County Attorney Lisa Aubuchon were now gone and stated “the battles left with them.”


He concluded with, “It just took a handful of bad apples to nearly destroy an otherwise well-functioning organization. Times have changed. Today we open a new chapter.”


Kunasek also fails to mention Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Gary Donahoe, also still there, who Thomas charged with bribery, obstructing a criminal investigation and hindering prosecution back in 2009.


Although those charges have since been dropped, in December 2009, BadPhoenixCops.com, a website dedicated to rooting out and ridding the Phoenix Police Department of corrupt and dirty cops, had this to say about Donahoe: “We could have told you a long time ago that there is nothing ‘honorable’ about Phoenix Judge Gary Donahoe. We always thought he was inept and just as corrupt as the leadership in the Phoenix Police Department.”


BadPhoenixCops accused Donahoe of being the “go to guy” for corrupt police officers to obtain any kind of warrant they wanted and said “it didn’t matter if the warrant was surreptitiously obtained … Donhoe gave them away like candy.”


We recently received a press release from Citizens for Educated Choices about Dr. James M. Houston and his legal battles with government officials, including former Arizona State Superintendent of Schools Tom Horne, the Arizona Board of Education, of which Horne was also a member, and most recently Donahoe, about whom Houston has recently obtained documented evidence indicating Donahoe may have lied in open court.


Houston’s complaint alleges he was denied teacher certification by the Arizona Board of Education because he previously accused the Educational Leadership doctoral program in the College of Education at Northern Arizona University of being “nothing more than a diploma mill.”


Houston also filed a lawsuit against NAU for educational consumer fraud and breach of contract.


Upon graduating with distinction from the educational leadership program in 1995, Houston appeared before the Arizona Board of Regents where he made his now famous “I Want My Money Back” speech.


Houston garnered a great deal of local and national media attention when he requested the board refund his tuition in exchange for returning his diploma and awards.


He picketed commencements from 1995 through 1998 with a placard stating, “I Want MY Money Back” on one side and “Diploma Mill” on the other.


Houston called his Ph.D. “a fraud,” claiming the education he received was unworthy of a degree, while accusing professors of being more interested in consulting contracts with school districts that paid them huge fees than in providing quality instruction.


In any event, Houston believes this was the reason the state board of education voted to deny him certification and to publish defamatory statements Horne attributed to Houston, including a statement that the Navajos have “stupid superstitions” and other stereotypical statements about racial groups, which Houston says he never made and which Horne later denied saying, under oath, despite a recording of him making such statements.


Houston notes when the state board rejected the recommendation from its own advisory committee to grant him certification; he had licenses in good-standing to teach in three other states.


However, that’s not what this is about. This is about Donahoe and what he said in court on Sept. 7, 2010 preceding oral arguments on motions Houston filed with regard to tampering with evidence and if Horne lied under oath in his deposition.


According to the audio recording and transcript of the proceedings, after determining Houston wished to be addressed as mister rather than doctor, Donahoe stated, “I don’t know if I need to do this or not but since Mr. Horne’s a defendant in this, I’m going to disclose that I made a $200 campaign contribution to Felicia Rotellini (Horne’s Democrat opponent for attorney general). So, if that makes a difference to anybody, I will recuse myself.”



Houston responded, “Not to me.”


Donahoe replied, “I didn’t think it would make a difference to you. I don’t know about the state defendants.”

Assistant Attorney General James Bowen said, “No, your honor, I don’t think that would have any effect on your judgment in this case.”


Donahoe responded, “OK. If anyone changes their mind, let me know.”


Houston later discovered Donahoe never contributed $200 to Rotellini’s campaign.


He contacted Rotellini’s campaign assistant, time and time again, who verified and re-verified Donahoe had never donated to Rotellini’s campaign.


In fact, this Examiner confirmed Donahoe hasn’t made a contribution to anyone’s campaign since 2000, when he contributed $25 each to the Harry Mitchell for State Senate and Hartley for Senate campaigns.


When Houston contacted Rotellini’s campaign on Oct. 3, 2010, asking them to “double check to make sure Judge Donahoe didn’t make a $200 donation to the campaign,” a Rotellini staff assistant responded via e-mail two days later stating, “The donation was never made.”


When asked what prompted him to verify the contribution, Houston said after Donahoe denied his motion for reconsideration concerning the use of two transcripts, which an expert witness of Houston’s was willing to testify had been “edited” or otherwise “tampered with,” he began to realize things weren’t as they should be.


He also just learned Donahoe had been under investigation for corruption.


However, Houston never expected to learn what he did, believing at first Donahoe’s unfavorable rulings were “an attempt to keep the trial simple.”


On March 15, 2011, after confirming, once again, Donahoe never made a contribution to Rotellini, Houston, deeply concerned over being denied crucial evidence to be presented at trial, filed a “Notice for the Disqualification of Trial Judge Based upon Cause.”


Judge Robert Oberbillig responded on March 28 with a minute entry stating, “This court requests that Judge Donahoe research his bank records and provide a copy of the check, any bank statement at issue, and any declaration regarding same … for in camera inspection by March 30, 2011.”


On April 4, Oberbillig issued a minute entry order stating, “Per this court’s March 28, 2011 minute entry, the court has received from Judge Donahoe a signed declaration (filed within) and the attached copy of the check register, the carbon copy of the check, and the account statement (filed under seal).”


In denying his request to disqualify Donahoe, Oberbillig stated Houston “failed to meet his burden of proof to establish any legal grounds for striking a judge for cause ...”


Houston now wonders if “the fix is in” with Oberbillig, who reviewed, in closed chambers and placed under seal, documentation, which did not include a copy of the canceled check, somehow proved to Oberbillig’s satisfaction that Donahoe donated $200 to Rotellini’s campaign; a $200 donation Rotellini’s campaign has asserted repeatedly was never received.


I contacted Rotellini last week to ask if she knew anything about this issue. She said she didn’t, but suggested the “missing” contribution was most likely “a clerical error,” or made by his wife, whom she thought went by another name.


Rotellini said, “Let me look into this before I comment,” she’s yet to call back.


Donahoe’s wife, who goes by Cherie Donahoe, also never contributed to Rotellini.


Still waiting to receive a copy of Donahoe’s declaration, Houston, who now lives in Oregon, said, "I've climbed a lot of mountains and every year I hike in and out of the Grand Canyon in one day, but this 'mountain of corruption' I am dealing with in Arizona makes all of that a walk in the park. My biggest concern here is what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, ‘Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.’ This is what my fight with them is about."

More About Sergeant Drenth’s Death. Was it Murder? Was it Suicide? or Was it Something Else at the Hands of Jack Harris and the 4th Floor?

In Pinal County recently a county employee with Animal Care and Control who mistakenly euthanized a war hero dog, was fired.  So what should we do when a wannabe chief of police/public safety manager and all around jackass is responsible for the suicide of one of his own cops?

We get so many calls and so many details surrounding the suicide of Sergeant Sean Drenth - whoops - we mean murder.....self murder....more so than any other story these days.  The cover-ups and corruption on this one are pretty bad. A meeting in the Phoenix PD had everyone being threatened with their jobs.  Members of Phoenix Homicide were told, “Don’t talk to the media or you will be fired.”  Thanks to our good loyal sources, we still have information on Sergeant Drenth’s murder mystery leaked to us and it's driving Jack Ass Harris crazy!

The latest news has 4 officers indicted on charges of pocketing $1000s of dollars in an off duty scam that they didn’t work. We hear another 30+ are in the queue to be investigated.   We should note that this news was published here first, before any mainstream media got a hold of it.   Jack Ass Harris claims it’s not his fault and how is he to know everything (!!!) going on with his police force.  Pill poppin mayor Phil Gordon declares we still have the best police department on the planet.


In our last blog about Phoenix police officer Sean Drenth, we wrote:

So each of you are asking…why?  Why the cover up by the Phoenix PD and why would a distinguished officer kill himself?

For the later question we may never know.  Officer Drenth recently bought a Camaro. Could it have been financial problems?  Problems at home?  Problems at work?  That is now with officer Drenth and God to discuss. Whatever the reason, we will bet you all a set of Polombo nameplates that his wife and the mother know the reason or have a very good idea.

We may have found our motive for a Suicide. 

We are also learning about Jack Harris’ “cleaning house” of the South Mountain precinct all in an effort to show the community how tough he is and how he “cleans up his own,” when nothing could be further from the truth. 

Jack Harris and PSB have reinvigorated this old claim about officers in South Mountain working overtime, but never showing up for the job. Officer George Contreras already lost his job over this and it looks like more were coming.  This investigation is over 3 years old, yet it comes up now.  How convenient for Jack Harris; but yet how unfortunate for Sean Drenth.

What the Phoenix PD do is sit on investigations against cops and save them; opting not to investigate. Only when they feel the time to grand stand is right, or to screw over a good officer who turned on chief Jackass will the investigation start.  It was all part of Jack Harris’ propaganda campaign to make himself look good.  Unfortunately, it looks like it back-fired, because Drenth was found dead, most definitely a suicide.

So what’s the connection?

It appears that Sergeant Sean Drenth was part of this investigation into filing false overtime claims and not working.  To what extent, we do not know.  This was not solely isolated to Drenth but included some 30+ officers from the South Mountain precinct at all levels and all degrees.  The only reason this investigation “popped up” was because of what happened with officer Richard Chrisman killing an unarmed citizen.  

Jack needed to save face and show everyone that he is not soft on his own.  What better way to do this then throw some 30+ patrol officers under the bus and blame everything in South Mountain on “them” rather then taking the blame himself on his own corrupt administration? Jack Ass Harris even put Chris Crockett as the commander of South Mountain, only to have a domestic violence call to his home 2 days later.  Crockett is the wrong leader for South Mountain.  Chris Crockett just doesn't know how to act around women and being stupid is no way to go through life, but he is an FOJ and got the gig because of his skin color and his loyalty to a worthless, stupid jackass.

If Drenth was part of this investigation by Jack Harris, maybe he got scared?  Maybe he saw the beginning of the end?  Maybe he was more involved then we all believe and more then just a participant? Maybe he met another “overtime cop” in that vacant lot and got into a fight with the cop and lost his life?  There is still no rational explanation why Drenth was there, why he was out of his car with his shotgun, why his GPS was off and why he never called for backup.  The only thing we do know for sure is officer Drenth didn’t want anyone knowing he was near Jackson and 19th Avenue.

We do know this:  The Phoenix PD know and aren’t speaking (...well they're speaking to us ;)

Now our sources are being threatened with their jobs for speaking, something so typical in the administration of chief Jack Ass Harris. 

Pill-Popping Mayor Gordon has shut his whore smooching mouth and it seems everyone has gone silent.  Jack Harris may yet again have blood on his hands if this was a suicide and he started a grand standing investigation to increase his popularity and to divert attention.

Want to know what’s really odd about this cop killing?  Think about it. 

No car washes.  No charities.  No news at all on Sean Drenth’s death. Zero follow up.  One would think there would be alerts for some roaming cop killer, but there’s nothing - because they know. The reason there’s nothing is the Phoenix PD and Jack Harris don’t need the bad publicity of a suicide, a cop-on-cop murder or a former cop-on-cop murder.   Sean Drenth’s widow will be getting a nice death benefit, but only if this isn’t ruled a suicide.  Jack Harris and the PPD need to distance Sean Drenth’s suicide and the fact that he was under investigation, as far as possible!

The claim of the Phoenix police is this:

The police department wasn't aware that he was being investigated by the Attorney General's Office until the week of his death…

That’s a pretty wild claim since our sources knew it, we knew and it was published last week in another blog entry!
 In our last blog we also stated:

His shotgun was found on his chest with his head nearly blown off from under his chin.  His service revolver on the other side of a fence with his uniform covered in dirt to show signs of a struggle, or so says our sources in Phoenix Homicide.  His GPS turned off.  There was no reason for officer Drench to be outside of his car and standard operating procedure (SOP) is to always call for backup at the first hint of trouble – not to turn off your GPS.  He was neither writing a report in his vehicle nor responding to an emergency call.  Every cop and everyone with a police scanner are telling us this was called in as a 901X – that’s cop code for suicide.  There is going to be some explaining to do when his service pistol comes back, absent of DNA.  Then what will Jack and the 4^th floor tell us?  That is was Mark Goudeau or we have some bizarre cop killer in Phoenix who has no DNA?

New information we have gleaned from our sources in PHX Homicide is Drenth’s shotgun was still slung around his body.  Cops shotguns are in the trunk and come with a strap, leading more to believe this was a suicide.  How can someone be murdered with a gun strapped or “slung” around their body?  It is possible he was racking his shotgun when it went off?  Then why would he be doing this with his GPS off in an isolated part of town with no backup, still slung to his body?  Was he at a secret meeting with another officer that went afoul?  Was he meeting George Contreras, officer(s) Peck, Lentz, or Sywarungsymun?  

Maybe.  

Was it a staged suicide for Sean Drenth to save face and give his wife a healthy pension and a death benefit?  That’s definitely a possibility, knowing he was facing a Felony indictment with his fellow guitar buddy and former cop George Contreras. 

Has Phoenix PD Homicide checked his cell phone, subpoenaed his computer or asked his wife?   Not to our knowledge.

Our homicide sources are also telling us there was a “shoe mark” on officer Drenth.  In reality no one knows for sure what it was. We think it’s a red herring leaked to the media to let us all think someone killed him, but they don’t know.  It is a scuff.  It could have come from Drenth himself. If it is a shoe, we surmise it came from some homeless vagrant who heard a loud bang, came over to see what happened, prodded officer Drenth with their foot to see if he was still alive, then ran away.  Or it could have been the other cop who murdered him. 

Jack Harris and his cronies know something and are hoping we will all forget and move on. 

HA!  Fat chance.

Jack Harris is a lying cocksucker and an arrogant motherfucker.  Jack thinks he is the Phoenix police department.  He has no support and everyone under him hates him or fears him.  After all we read in the news; when is PHX City Council, the city manager or our mayor going to do something?   

As citizens we have lost our confidence in the Phoenix PD.  If you trust or believe in the Phoenix Police, then you are a hopeless fool.  If you call them to report a crime or need their help, you are equally a fool and put your life and your family's life in jeopardy.

Sean Drenth most definitely killed himself or at best, he was killed by another cop involved in this off duty work scam.  There’s no doubt about that.  Either way, it’s bad news for a jack ass of the 5^th largest city in the US.

So we’ll ask the question again:

So what should we do when a wannabe chief of police/public safety manager and all around jackass kills one of his own cops?

By Lauri Burgett’s own admission she quite openly states the she is protected by Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon and has his personal number programmed in her cell phone. But why?

In the latest Phil Roberts memo, dated August 9th, we find out. Phil Gordon and Jack Harris testified before Congress that Phoenix, Arizona is the kidnapping capital of the world, behind Mexico City.

Well it appears that statement would be false. Their number is off by about 90%!

The reason Phil Gordon and Jack Harris offer this worthless lying snatch Phoenix Police Lieutenant Lauri Burgett immunity is because she is the dirty cop who provided them the statistics showing a number of 368 total kidnappings when the number was probably closer to 20 or 30 in any given year, according to this memo.

Kudos to you officer Phil Roberts for telling it like it is and giving these corrupt shit stains the National coverage we need. Take pride that Mayor Phil Gordon had to stop his vacation in Japan with his whore girlfriend and make a special return trip, just to handle this issue. We also loved Phil's "phone connection problems" on the Neil Cavuto show on Fox.  What a lie.  Phil Gordon was warned by Gary Verberg to get off the phone and hung up abruptly.

We can only hope that a Federal Indictment rains down on these leeches for lying before Congress.

We know that officer Phil Roberts has (again) requested whistle-blower status and is being told that he will be issued an NOI upon his return to work today. An NOI (Notice of Investigation) is the first step in the termination process.  Again we see the pattern - speak out and do wha'ts right and what is required by law, then get demoted to patrol in the regime of Phoenix police chief Jack Harris.

We know all of Phoenix City Council knows about this and continue to turn a blind eye to the corrupt of Jack Harris. Be assured that come election time, we will go to all their opponents and endorse them.

Why Is Public Safety Manager Jack Harris Lying In His Most Recent Declaration Against SB 1070? Because That’s What Corrupt, Dirty Cops Do!

We have a lot of nicknames for Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris – Chief Jack Ass, Dick Shine, Dick Cheese, Horses Ass, Fucktard, and Assclown – among many other colorful and funny names. We're pretty sure our many loyal cop friends can add a few, but what they won’t know is we get to add LIAR to that list. It’s pretty clear when cops lie (technically called perjury) there doesn’t seem to be any consequences as we learned recently with the dirty, lying bug eater Theron Quaas and the refusal of the Attorney General’s office and the Phoenix Police department to investigate the lies.

But Jack Harris’ recent declaration that he signed, “under penalty of perjury is the foregoing is true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief,” denouncing Senate Bill 1070, is a flat out lie.

First and foremost, every citizen in Phoenix should be outraged that our own Public Safety Manager idiot doesn’t give a crap about public safety and openly denounces and supports the various lawsuits being logged against SB1070. Home invasions, illegal immigration, drug cartels and not allowing good cops to purchase their own rifles to defend themselves, is just a taste of what Jack Harris sanctions in the city of Phoenix. The polls show not only do many of us support SB1070, but other States are following a similar path to draft their own versions of the bill. Clearly the democratic ticket and Jack and Connie Harris’ personal opportunities in Washington DC take precedence over the citizenry in Phoenix.

I have been employed with the Phoenix Police Department for 38 years and I have served as the Chief since 2004. As the Chief, I am responsible for protecting and ensuring the public safety of all people living and traveling in my jurisdiction…

Umm…no you haven’t Jack.

Hate to break it to you, but Jack Harris was chief of the Phoenix Police until January of 2007 at which time he resigned. He left for two weeks to buy some slums in La Jolla, CA, then came back as the Public Safety Manager for the city of Phoenix - a supposed new job, new title with new responsibilities all so that he can collect his retirement pension and still have a job.  He should have been recertified by AZ Post and received a new badge number. He polishes his 5th star thinking he is the chief of Police, all while stealing from every good cop's pension fund.  A real chief of police would be contributing portions of their $6,000 weekly salary to the fund, while all Jack Harris does is drain the pension fund without contributing to future recipients.

Amazing how a dirty lying cop like Jack Ass Harris is allowed to get away with perjury at the Federal level?

Jack Harris goes onto to state:

"The new SB1070 may also adversely impact the department's ability to fulfill its investigative priorities because its implementation will require the department to reassign officers from critical areas."

Ohhh…you mean like the big Polombo harassment, computer fraud and nameplate investigation? Is that a critical area Jack that you simply can’t redeploy resources? We think Theron Quaas could do something useful in a redeployment; like grow a foot taller or buy a better suit!

Hey Jack (since we know you read this) – a little birdy told us (actually someone on your staff…) that you were pissed that Harold Hurtt got the job as the new director for the Office of State and Local Coordination (OSLC).

Tsk - Tsk Jack.

That must have been a big blow to your ego knowing that an inept drunk got the post.

Wasn’t it a golf course incident a few years back where Harold Hurtt was drunker then Lindsay Lohan on a Saturday night, and a big cover up ensued? Wasn’t the motor named Wally who tried to talk to Hurtt, but all Hurtt was interested in were his golf clubs out of the trunk of his take home vehicle?

Or how about the time Harold Hurtt’s wife went into the sex club/strip club and told everyone to leave because a search warrant was about to be served and the warrant serving cops were mysteriously told to stand down on the search warrant for no apparent reason, or at least until the place was empty? HA! We’ve got tons of stories like these!

That should say something as the “kidnapping capital of the world” (behind Mexico city) that you didn’t get the job and Hurtt did!  I bet Harold Hurtt is laughing all the way to a titty bar!

No sense calling the Police since you’re all reading about it here! Stan Hoover and PSB are not going to investigate it or they will just hide, misplace or lose the request.

It came across indirectly as, “You have struck a nerve. Watch your back. XXXX wants you dead.”

Trust me. This does not instill any fear in us, as a matter of fact it gets us pissed and fired up! Our attorney has the email as more fodder for the Civil Rights case against Jack, Phil and the City of Phoenix.

To the person who sent it and to Officer XXXX– Go fuck yourselves. If the statement is true, the sender is equally culpable since s/he heard it, witnessed it, stated it and did nothing.

Do you really think we are afraid of you? I mean...really afraid of You and the PPD? We have reached a point where we probably have more friends in the PPD then you do!
