Retirement Party Invitation for Former Police Chief Jack Ass Harris
Imagine after all he has done to the city and lying before the Feds, they want to celebrate his 39+ years?!!?
They're worse creeps then he is.

Why should this guy get any sort of retirement party or gifts? He was demoted, was facing being fired, facing indictment and left in a haste and fled town.
He deserves nothing. He has taken way too much all ready from the City and left the department in shambles.
And for the person out there with all the dirt on Yahner. Either put up or shut up. Disclose what you have or you have nothing at all. Stop wasting a lot of peoples time with dangling a carrot that might not even exist. It is obvious Yahner will not succumb to your threats of disclosing what ever you have and if he did, it would create even more issues for him. Yahner is smart in this sense and you need to realize that.
Hey BPC- Any response form the City manager on that letter you recently sent about the Polombo's? Both of them still walk around like they have this City by the balls and are untouchables. You should start a poll and see who actually believes the Polombo's will follow through with their "claims of harassment" and take the stand at an actual trial.
And one last thing to B. Mellinger and your nasty cunt wife J. Mellinger- F off and go away!!
Can someone explain why the city is allowing Chief Tracy Montgomery to earn her Master's Degree, which has nothing to do with her duties as Assistant Chief, on city time, and with city money? So she can be better qualified for a civilian job somewhere else? This degree will not make her a better police leader in the city, it will just increase her opportunity to make more money somewhere else! Then, the people who we need to train to be future leaders of the PPD are not being allowed the same courtesy? Remember, the Northwestern Command College trains people to become successful leaders in their police organization. It does not train them to go out and make more money somewhere else.
Tracy should be called off the beach and told to get back to work. Her Division needs her. The PPD needs her since we are already 2 Assistant Police Chief positions down. We are 3 down with her gone all the time.
I just don't get it! Who is making these decisions and allowing this to occur on their watch? I guess what is good for the organization is not important right now. What is good for Tracy Montgomery or any other assistant chief is!
David Cavasoz and Ed Zuecher, why are you allowing this to occur? Nobody knows more about wasting city money on travel better than our city manager and nothing is being done. Mr. Cavasoz and Mr. Zuecher, please look into this!

I know the officer who thinks he's got the dirt on Yahner. It happened when Yahner was Traffic Commander and was involved somehow with strapping drunks to a chair so blood could be taken. Seems this officer does not understand Yahner was investigated some time ago and Yahner was found to have done nothing wrong.
Bye- bye smoking gun on Yahner. Why such disdain for Mellinger?
