Phoenix Cop Albert Smith, Beats His Wife During Domestic Violence Awareness Month - Oh...the Irony....

PHOENIX - A Phoenix Police officer on the wrong side of the law, arrested at his home after a fight with his wife.

This is the officer's mug shot. His name is Albert Smith. According to deputies, he got into a fight with his wife Donna.

Deputies say Smith punched her in the face, causing her to suffer bruising on her forehead. Investigators say her husband had some injuries too.

Ironically enough, October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Phoenix Police have been doing a lot to get the word out.  And now, a Phoenix patrol officer is accused of domestic violence. Both he and his wife have different stories about what happened, so both of them were arrested.

In her mug shot, there is a bruise on Donna Smith's forehead. Along with the bruise, there was swelling and redness on Donna Smith's face and neck. She is accused of biting her husband's fingers.
The argument happened at the couple's home in Mesa late Thursday night.

According to court records, Donna Smith told deputies they were having a birthday party for her husband earlier that night.

She claims he got upset during the party and somehow ruined his birthday cake, then went home by himself. Hours later, Donna Smith came home and she had the cake with her.

Albert Smith told deputies she shoved his birthday cake into his face. That's when Donna Smith says he held her down and punched her several times in the face.

Donna Smith admitted to biting her husband's fingers, telling deputies it was only way she could defend herself. She later called 911 secretly.

Deputies say there was cake all over the floor and walls of the bedroom. There were also cuts or possible bite marks on Albert Smith's fingers.

Albert has worked for the Phoenix Police department for 13 years. He works in patrol and is now on paid administrative leave. The investigation is ongoing.

Albert will likely be give a five day suspension with pay, then promoted next year to a Lieutenant.

Email From Kevin Robinson - Sent To Chief Garcia On His Demotion

We received this from a source inside the Phoenix PD.  This email was sent from Kevin Robinson to Chief Danny Garcia from his secluded vacation.  Our approach would have been a bit different, but we have to give kudos to Kevin for the classy email.  Here is what was sent to us - verbatim.

Here is Chief (yes, he will always be Chief to me!) Robinson’s email he sent to Chief Garcia after he learned he had been demoted.  Chief Robinson was on vacation, at a secluded resort in another country, when Chief Yahner and Chief Garcia decided to demote him.  Chief Robinson was at a resort that had no news, Internet or cell phone coverage.  He had no idea he'd been demoted.  Chief Robinson learned of his demotion through his niece who was house sitting for Robinson and she knew he would not be able to hear for himself that he had been demoted.  The niece called the resort and asked them to contact Robinson and have him call home for an emergency.  Fearing a family member had died or was injured, Chief Robinson called his niece only to learn he had been demoted. 

Did Chief Garcia take Robinsons call; nope!  Did Chief Yahner take Robinsons call; nope!  Chief Robinson was told by a secretary when he called in!!!!  Is this how a 32 year veteran should be treated by a 32 week Police Chief?  See Chief Robinson’s email.  He took the demotion like the true professional he is.  Chief Garcia should have kept Chief Robinson on the 4th floor so he (Garcia) could have learned something about how to treat people.  I used to hate this site, but now I’m going to be giving you everything I can to help unravel this department! Boy oh Boy…little Danny Boy Garcia just keeps digging the hole deeper and deeper and swims in the sea of ineptitude.  One wonders how this guy was the fastest sperm!   The only part of this mix-up we can agree with is the demotion of Tracey Montgomery to commander, but promoting the others?

So here's the scoop.

Sandy Renteria, Harry Markley, Dave Harvey and Chuck Miiller are all being promoted to Assistant Chief status.  

Tracy Montgomery, Blake McClellan and Kevin Robinson are all being demoted to Commander.

Why you ask?



Who the hell knows why the promotions occurred.  We have blogged about all of them in the past. 

Chuck Miiller was caught screwing a subordinate when he was a sergeant back in 1996 and lied about it to his supervisor.  We have often referred to Dave Harvey to be about as useful as a cock-flavored lollipop.  All Sandy Renteria does is wear men’s Dockers and men’s shirts and has no marketable skills and Harry Markley is supposed to be the “token” black and the defacto liaison with the black community, but the only blacks he knows is himself and his half-white kids.

Tracey Montgomery is an idiot and needed to be demoted. We get that one...but the rest?   Tracey couldn’t lead anyone, anywhere and has had more sexual relationships in the Phoenix PD, more so than anyone we know of.  Getting to know your employees should never involve burying your face in their crotch as Tracey Montgomery often has done.

Crazy Cops. Don’t Think They Exist? Read about Officer Denise Jones of the Phoenix, PD

Crazy cops with guns. It’s a frightening thought, but they do exist.  More so than you think!  It’s more frightening then crazy citizens with guns.  That’s because cops; regardless of their mental state, are an overly protected class of people.  Any overt action against them is Felonious.  THAT’s what’s crazy and that’s why there’s a blog to keep you informed.  We have often said if cops have special privileges and protections, then in turn any crimes they commit should be automatic Felonies, barring them from any job in law enforcement.  Until this country wakes up and stops kissing the ass of cops and revering them as heroes, things will never change.

But let’s get back to crazy cops – in particular – crazy female cops.  This blog knows first-hand about crazy females  – whether it’s obtuse ex-wives who get dumped and are nothing but damaged goods (she reads this blog so she will see this message ;), but what happens when the crazy bitch is a cop with a gun and part of this protected class?

We have a story about a female cop who is a vindictive, nasty cunt, and not only makes all women look bad, but is just plain ugly both on the inside and out.

Here’s the back story.   It appears a few years ago, Denise Bruce-Jones got dumped by a guy after dating for a few months.  Rumor has it; he just wasn’t into something that felt like necrophilia, and he couldn’t get that horrible stank we all know too well, off his fingers.   So this guy moves on.  He met and married a different girl. 


No problem…Right?  
Not so easy.  Remember what we always say:  Absolute power will eventually corrupt absolutely and Denise was one who thought she was invincible.

While Denise herself went onto to marry someone too (fellow Phoenix cop Dave Jones), Denise stalks, emails and overall harasses her ex-boyfriend and this new wife.  It seems she just can’t get over being dumped, and that there are women hotter and more willing to rock a guy’s world in bed.

What’s our proof?  How about two sustained PSB investigations where she admitted to the harassment and an Order of Protection that has been in place for the past year? 

The question we ask, is why?  Why is Denise Bruce-Jones still allowed to be a cop?  Why does the Phoenix PD and the City of Phoenix openly allow a Phoenix cop, who has two PSB investigations against them that were sustained, and an Order of Protection, remain in law enforcement?  

What happens if this crazy bitch Denise Jones is called out on your DV call?  What happens when Denise Bruce Jones pulls over a much hotter female than she is- which is just about anyone at this point?  What sort of harassment and retaliation can other female citizens expect from Officer Denise Bruce Jones?  What happens when her current husband, Phoenix cop Dave Jones figures out he’s screwing an ugly woman and decides to leave?  Does the cycle begin again?

When you read the court transcript, even the courts knew about her investigations and how she lied.  Officer Denise Jones claims she wasn’t harassing her ex-boyfriend’s new wife, but merely sending anonymous emails to her attempting to “help” her with weight and mental issues. Denise signed the wife up on websites like Jenny Craig and requests for Plastic Surgery where she would receive calls and emails.  And she didn't think this was harassment?

Imagine that! That’s like saying Heather Polombo didn’t blow fellow cops in the Maryvale precinct parking lot, but was merely assisting cops by keeping their sperm safe and warm in her mouth.   Or Commander Louie Tovar’s son, Louie Adrian Tovar junior wasn’t smearing peanut butter on his dick and having his dog lick it - to get off, nor was he jacking off to kiddie porn; Louie was merely trying to get the dog accustomed to the taste of peanut butter, should the dog need to take a pill, and was planning for a job in the Phoenix PD by doing some preliminary “research.” 

Denise Jones is a liar, should be added to BRADY and shouldn’t be a cop.  She’s also a true but-her-face that even a stellar physique can’t hide those flaring horse nostrils.  She’s a true specimen that fell out of the ugly tree in every sense and hit every limb on the way down, and exercising to such extremes is her only way to detract from her greatest deficiency – her gorilla face.

Think we are being harsh on Denise?

Ohh...well.  Then maybe we should change the rules when they abuse their discretion.  There’s a completely different set of rules set up for those that choose to be cops and Denise Bruce Jones  remains a cop patrolling our streets abusing the privileges given to her.  So we create our own rules to vet them out and expose them in the most public forum possible.

And if you ever need to call the Phoenix PD and this woman shows up, call again and ask for a real cop without an Order of Protection against her.  Denise Bruce Jones badge number is #6908.  She works out of the Squaw Peak Precinct for Sergeant Sales.  She works from 12:30 in the afternoon until 1:30AM – Monday thru Thursdays.  If you need to call the cops during this time and want her showing up on your doorstep, call on these days between these times...or not.  Better yet if she shows up and questions you, answer her questions with questions about her two sustained PSB investigations and remind her that there’s a career for her when the next installment of Planet of the Apes hits theaters.

Why? 

We can only assume because he has a lot of free time and as Phoenix’s top cop, he likes to get caught in the weeds and focus on things that aren’t so important and ignore the things that are.  Dan Garcia was sure to remind all these lieutenants how they should not think of themselves as cops, but rather managers and leaders now. 




For the layman out there, this gives you the complete list of lieutenants along with badge numbers and where they are working.  It’s always fun to see where the crappy stupid lieutenants we often blog about – like Lauri Burgett, Joe Balloon Knott, Stan Hoover, Lisa Messina, Tracey Miller, Vincent Piano and Lowell Spalla – end up.

Thus far the new police chief has many Obama-esq qualities - meaning - he is a do-nothing, non actionable police chief.  Leadership is all about surrounding yourself with great people and standing on their shoulders.  It's about keeping smart people close to you and delegating the small stuff to trusted competent associates.   Rather than worrying about uniforms or where lieutenants are being transferred, we think chief Garcia might want to take a look at some of the company he keeps.  He appears to be re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic!

When Dan Garcia keeps assclowns like Joe Yahner as his second in command (think Jack Harris,) or the likes of Tracy Montgomery and the father of a child molester like Louie Tovar, in any commander position where they are making decisions that affect the citizenry of Phoenix  – one has to question Garcia’s integrity and competence in running any organization.

Maybe Garcia is over his head and doesn't know how to lead and should go back to Operations?

Where is the investigation into Commander Benny Pina? What Were the Results?

Back in January (January 14th to be exact...), we submitted two requests for investigations into Phoenix police commander Benny Pina.  Benny loves using the word “nigger” and made some racist comments against Terry Yahwey an African American cop.  Benny was also caught working out with a young female, on duty outside of his precinct which is a significant liability for the city.  Benny is obese, and he needs to exercise in pre-approved areas should he hurt himself coughing or dropping a deuce.

Nine months later, we have heard nothing on where this investigation stands, why it is taking so long or what the results were.  This is typical of the city of Phoenix. 

Their own Ops orders (Ops order 3.19.1.A) has them providing us with an initial complaint control number, the results of the investigation and whatever punishment was doled out. 

You know and we know investigations don’t take nine months, especially with the level of details we provided.

You know and we know the last people on the planet the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix PD want to be accountable to is us. 

You know and we know that they don’t want to provide us the results of any investigation as we will post them here for the public to see.
What you don’t know (but we do) is that an investigation was completed, punishment was administered but the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix PD conveniently “forgot” to let us know. 

A mistake?  An oversight? An administrative mistake?  

It’s doubtful. 

It’s the problem we rant about.  Phoenix police (all police departments) do not feel accountable to citizenry.  They don’t respect citizenry. They have no regard for citizenry but they love to let us know that they will lay down their lives for the same citizenry and expect special treatment and special conditions for doing so.  Painful as it sounds, a job is a job.  You choose the job and all the risks that go with it and one shouldn't get special treatment for doing so!

So here is our follow up letter along with our original requests requesting an update.  We will post their replies.

Today most people are thinking he deserves to be shot in the head for playing with little boys, have his dick cut off and stuffed in his mouth.  This is such an abuse of power by a cop; penalties should be doubled on cops who abuse their power and they should be given the option of their Glock with one hollow point bullet in the chamber to end it quickly.

Chief Garcia did say that he was, “extremely disturbed and disgusted by this conduct…” – Gee…ya think?  How about investigating the Tovar Molestation story Garcia – it will make you throw up and you will never look at your dog and peanut butter the same again.

Chief Garcia went on to say, “he wants the community to know this is a transparent investigation.”
Transparency you say?  Policing with a purpose?

Funny – It has been one year since our Public Records Request on the Tovar molestation cover up and we still have not received a complete case file on it.  Where’s the transparency there Chief Garcia?

It Only Took Rob Handy One Year to Help Bankrupt the City of San Bernardino! We Warned Them!

The latest in the news has the city of San Bernardino filing for Bankruptcy protection.  This is the same city where we warned them a year ago to not hire Phoenix police commander Rob Handy.   The news report says it is so dire, the City of San Bernardino may not be able to make payroll and they may have to put everyone on minimum wage.

If you recall, we actually stated in a past blog that if you hire any of the assclowns who were friends of Jack – including Andy Anderson, Mike or Heather Polombo, Jim Pina and the likes of Rob Handy – it was only a matter of time before they would help drive the city into the ground!  Well it appears Rob Handy fulfilled our dream of decimating a city he touched!  It's the opposite of the Midas touch - its the shit FOJ touch!

HA!  We wonder how an asshat like Rob Handy feels now?  We have labeled the likes of Rob Handy a prick, asshole and douchebag just like in the photo below - now we can add failure and minimum wage earner?

At first sight we were excited that mainstream picked up our earlier story on Louie Adrian Tovar – son and nephew of Phoenix Commander Louie Tovar and Sergeant Mark Tovar.  The younger Louie Tovar admitted to both dog sex and child sex during his job interview with the Phoenix PD in 2006, and returned in 2009 to admit he molested others and NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!! But no – it was someone else who admitted the same during their job interview but unlike Tovar, he was promptly arrested because his father wasn’t in charge on the sex crimes division of the Phoenix PD.

Think about all we are reading and seeing with Penn State, Sandusky and now Paterno; how they all helped hide Sandusky's proclivity for little boys, and then think about how the Phoenix PD did the same and continues to do the same with Louie Adrian Tovar and his proclivity for little boys and dogs.

It astounds us to this day – when you are the son/nephew of a cop, you get off (pun) on molesting little kids and lathering your junk with xtra chunky peanut butter for Fido - with no repercussions and it is swept under the rug.  But when you are not part of a cop family; you make headlines for molesting children and animals and are immediately arrested.

Are you reading this Garcia or are you still review all the lieutenant's resumes?  When you're done with the resumes, can check the tire pressure in all the vehicles?

Evaluation of The Police Department Internal Affairs Unit (AKA PSB) and The Document BadPhoenixCops and Citizens Aren’t Allowed to Review. Well Now You Can!

We received the attached evaluation of Phoenix Police Department’s Internal Affairs Unit (known as PSB - Professional Standards Bureau), which was conducted by Matrix Consulting out of Palo Alto, CA - taken off the desk of Joe Yahner.

You can read the attached cover letter we received along with the document from our loyal source.  As citizens we paid the handsome sum of $150,000 (the equivalent of a commander’s salary) for this evaluation. Commander Dave Harvey now has been tasked to discredit this evaluation.

Think about how better we could have used $150,000, in a city where they cry everyday about budget shortfalls and the inability to hire cops.  Every one of you should go to every council meeting and every town hall meeting with copies and ask the simply question, “Why?”

While many of us knew about this evaluation and that an outside consulting company named Matrix was hired, this document is not officially published anywhere but here.  We have all been asking for these results and the Phoenix PD has been reluctant to deliver them.

We think he needs to talk to some retirees to gain some insight into the prior administration and why everyone left. The only question we have is what will he do with the likes of Lt. Dave Adams who was voted out of PPSLA and was convicted of imprisonment? Surely you can't have him lead anyone, nor send him out on any DV calls. Adams is a liability and should be fired. Tracy Montgomery’s Biggest Fear and Her Alleged Inner Circle

Sources told us recently that assistant chief and useless hatchet wound Tracy Montgomery is fed up and running scared.

She is fed up being mentioned daily on this blog. She is fed up when you Google her name; with what appears and the photos.  Tracy Montgomery is fearful that Garcia is onto her.  She is attending all meetings herself, when in the past she would send a delegate to take notes.  She has contacted an attorney and contacted reputation.com in an attempt to stop our shock and awe and messaging, and was told there is nothing she can do.

She held a meeting a few days back with what she referred to as her, “inner circle.”  Tracy Montgomery thought that by communicating solely with her buddies, that she would be protected and that all information would remain within this inner circle AKA a circle of trust.  What this dumb cunt fails to realize is that sans her nasty vagina, there is no inner circle that protects all her secrets.

We are the inner circle.  We might as well have been sitting in the meeting.

But we need your help – our faithful loyal followers of BadPhoenixCops.

We are preparing a host of letters to send to Chief Garcia.  One of them involves Tracy Montgomery and her inability to lead someone without burying her face between their legs.  If Tracy was a guy, and slept with as many subordinates as Tracy has, she would have been fired for the amount of departmental and city pussy she has plowed through.  We have received so many emails, letters, notes and docs on Tracy Montgomery’s inability to reprimand people, simply because these subordinates shared her bed and know first-hand Tracy’s true inner circle and her man-in-the-boat.

That’s a problem. 

We don’t deny Tracy for liking hooch; who doesn’t!  We just think she needs to find some that doesn’t work for her or in the City of Phoenix which is an abuse of discretion.  Tracy Montgomery lacks leadership and the ability to get any job done, except by intimidation or by sexual influence.  We think Tracy needs to be fired and our tax dollars can be spent on better endeavors, like investigating the Tovar molestation story, Jim Pina’s stupidity, or why Mike Polombo wears clothes from the 90s with tight pants.

So we are (again) offering a reward for any and all information about Tracy Montgomery so that we may forward it in our written complaint to Chief Garcia.  Specifically we are seeking names (first, last, badge number and title), rough dates and what occurred relating to Tracy and a subordinate.   Please send them to us in confidence at badphoenixcops@hushmail.com or feel free to post them in the comments section.  Even if you have a little piece of info but forgot a name, we have sources that might have other pieces to the puzzle.

And since Tracy reads this faithfully, we are reminded about what she said in an email, a few years back from October, 2007.

"Mark my words, if Dave is dealt with, others will think twice about lab bashing.”

Mark our words, Tracy herself is being dealt with and the day of reckoning is upon her. 

She needs to have another inner circle meeting.  We will tell you how it goes.

The Newly Appointed Chief Grows a Set! And Don’t You Dare Call Him Danny Boy!

From what we hear, the newly appointed chief Garcia is instilling mass amounts of discipline in his meetings and is growing a nice set of balls!   Sources tell us:

• Don’t you dare call him Dan, Danny or be singing O' Danny Boy.  You address him as chief or chief Garcia and the first name bullshit is out the door.  He expects the same of all his command staff.

• Poor Joe Klima can’t drive a motorcycle anymore and got a new asshole torn into him. What good is a leader on a bike? 

• Chief Garcia has assigned seating in the meetings.  This is making everyone uncomfortable.

• Telling everyone that the night Duty Commander position will be done by everyone, for one week so that everyone can feel the pain of working from 7PM-7AM for seven consecutive days.  Crying sissy bitches can go whine to the master of all sissy bitches, sergeant Mike "Potato Head" Polombo.

• Telling the group that all the committees assigned to make decisions are pointless (and as we have learned - they're rigged), and that he will make the decisions. Chief Garcia realizes that management by committee is paralysis by over analysis and a load of horseshit.

• That DUIs of officers is automatic termination and not some bullshit 10 hour suspension and investigation.

...And that lots of other changes are coming!


But words are just that – WORDS. 

We want some action - and not action in a Maryvale parking lot!

We like what we hear but until we see these changes and start seeing people fired and investigations started on the Tovar molestation cover up, Lauri Burgett, the dumb Polombos, Quaas and all the other crimes that are covered up by the creeps in the Phoenix PD, we will continue our shock and awe on the Phoenix PD. Until we see people like assistant chiefs Jim Pina and Tracy Montgomery tossed to the curb like the pieces of shit they are…then it’s all WORDS and tough guy talk.

But we still like what we hear!
Chief Garcia:  Next meeting you should send out Montgomery to “fetch” you some coffee or send Pina to pick up your dry cleaning.   You should also give everyone the speech about how, You don't get your money, where you get your honey...One doesn't shit, where they eat...One shouldn't dip their pen in the company ink... and if any of them are caught fucking, fingering, blowing, eating, kissing, groping, humping or shagging one another in the Phoenix PD - especially at the command level - they will be Donald-Trump-Terminated.  Montgomery will probably queef when she hears this!  Make sure she is seated front and center at that announcement!

BTW chief - Have you met the other Pina yet – el gordo Benny Pina? 

Conduct a fitness test and offer him $50 for every unassisted push up, pull up or sit up he can do in exec staff. It's his choice on which one he can do.  Have a paramedic on stand-by.  Don’t worry chief, you won’t be paying out any money.  Then tell them, “If a commander looks like this fat, sloppy mess, how would you expect a precinct of officers to be in tip-top shape?” Then put Gordo Benny on a low carb diet with a physical every week.

First off – let’s get one thing straight.  Officer Jennifer Kinsey of the Scottsdale PD is an obnoxious fucking cunt.
 
We sent our records request into Scottsdale for the DR of Phoenix cop and acting PPSLA president David Adams, and received a reply from Scottsdale officer named Jennifer Kinsey, questioning our blogger and his intent.  She stated before should will sign off on the request, and due to the sensitive nature of our request she needed answers to a few questions, like:

• What was the relationship to Dave Adams?
• What type of research was being conducting?
• What will it be used for?

Imagine that! 

Imagine conducting a public records request and she needs to know what it is for, and why?   We were stunned with that level of haughtiness and superiority.  We reminded her and the city of Scottsdale’s legal department that answers to such questions are a privilege - and not a right - and frankly none of their fucking business.  What you will notice in certain sections that officer Jennifer Kinsey pulled a Tovar-esq style move and tried to hide and redact any reference to David Adams being a Phoenix Cop – specifically on pages 3, 6 and 21.  We are going to do a follow up and investigation into her and request a revised "clean" copy - through the courts if necessary.

So here is the DR of your current Phoenix PD PPSLA (Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association) president, Dave Adams.  This goes back to 1997 where he was issued a protective order from his wife and was ultimately charged and convicted of holding her against her will (unlawful imprisonment) - helping the State of Arizona build their kidnapping stats!   Dave Adams is another corrupt piece of shit in the Phoenix PD that shouldn’t be a cop. The conviction alone back in 1997 should have had his peace officer certification taken away from him and he should be working in Walmart.

Dave Adams was a sergeant and a Phoenix motorcycle cop.   There's nothing worse than a motor cop.  They often refer to themselves as the "fighter pilots" of the police force and are arrogant cocksuckers.   Jack Harris was a motor - and an arrogant cocksucker.  Anytime you see a Phoenix motor behind you or in your blind spot, proudly decide to wash your windshield in their honor! The results of unleashing an entire bucket of car wash fluid upon them is classic!

In this DR you will find that Dave was such an overpower arrogant cocksucker, he was accused of:

• Beating his kids with a belt
• Ordering his wife to have sex with him daily (and hyper critical of her oral work)
• Ordering his wife to have an ice tea at the door when he came home
• Locking his wife and kids in the closet (hence the imprisonment charge)
• Allowing his wife only a few set of clothes and ordering her to never buy any other clothes for herself
• Selling her car multiple times so she couldn't leave
• Taking the keys and flattened the tires to the car on several occassions
• Ordering his wife to get rid of the pets
• Hitting his wife on the back of the neck and legs as to not leave marks
• Being an all around cop asshole...

And much, much more!

Much like Jeff Hynes who left in disgrace after being added to BRADY back in 1996, he forgot how his momentary lapse of reason derailed his career.  Jeff's rise as a commander never helped anyone he saw being abused by Jack Harris and the Phoenix PD.  He just played the game, just like Dave Adams. 

Dave forgets where he came from, what was done to him and now proudly hangs his hat with all the other pieces of shit and assclowns in the Phoenix PD.  He has not even once thought to help out any cops that were/are in dire straits like he was – cops like Phil Roberts – and just plays the game like his dumbass predecessor Mark Half-wit Hafkey.  Imagine paying dues to an organization like PPSLA and they won’t even help or support you when you are being blatantly and overtly attacked by your employer??!?  Why pay dues and why join then?

Dave can make a difference now, just like Hynes could have, but chooses to sit by silently. How many docs and investigations alone have shown Sergeant Phil Roberts was and continues to be retaliated against, and PPSLA sits silent.  All the while good cops get throw under the bus by Yahner, Pina and a bunch of other shitbags and continue messing with his dues paying members, yet Dave Adams does nothing.

Remember what Abraham Lincoln said:
"To sin by silence when they should protest, makes cowards of men."

…and judging from what we read here, Phoenix police lieutenant David Adams is a TovarDickweed and a coward who likes to intimidate women and children and now forever exposed and humiliated on the World Wide Web.  David went from being an asshole, to becoming an even bigger asshole, a wife beater and a hostage taker!

Keep in mind while you are reading this:  In DV there’s always a “he said she said” and wives always try to make mountains out of molehills and will out and out lie to get what they want.  But in this report David Adams is shown to be a true assclown.

This appears to be corroborated and supported by all his kids and his neighbors. We have no clue what Dave’s defense is for any of his actions since nowhere did we read or during our research have we heard from anyone who supported Dave.  So it looks like his wife got a second opinion on her blowjobs and found a real man to replace David! 

Maybe Dave Adams should hook up with Scottsdale cop, Jennifer Kinsey.

We have been destroying, excoriating, vilifying and embarrassing Bad Phoenix Cops and moronic city officials since 2008 - and were damn proud of it!  Our goal and mantra have been the same since day one:  We exposure all their dirty deeds and indiscretions in the most public forum possible.  From their DUIs, to their sexual trysts, to their child molesting sons, to their pock-marked faces - our intent is to make their Phoenix police job…their last job in public service…and to ensure the private sector is aware of the disservice they did to the Phoenix community so they are eminently unemployable.  We do what they do...to so many honest law abiding citizens. We use their own rules, their own ops orders and their own people against them and we have no reason to stop or slow down, until wrongs are made right! We call them assclowns, fucktards and cunts and when a Phoenix motor is riding on our ass, we blast our windshield wiper fluid all over them!

David Cavasos: Why On Earth Would You Hire Gerald Richard into a Position Working for the new Chief? Richard Was the Man Who Ran The Employment Bureau When Louie Tovar Junior Applied to Become a Cop and Was Going Through His Peanut Butter Phase!

The name is synonymous with stupidity, ineptitude and every bad cop on this blog.  Just look at that forehead!  You could watch a fullscreen movie on that thing!  His head looks like when actors cover their hair and pretend they are bald!

Gerald Richard fucked up more stuff in the Phoenix PD so they moved him out and he found a job in the Attorney General’s Office.

Since Cavasos wants some diversity in the Phoenix PD and to appease the black community, he is paying Gerald Richard upwards of $120-130K a year to be a black liason to incoming Chief Garcia – and Garcia doesn’t even know about this!   One would think an incoming chief would want to create and have input on this position...No?


As a matter of fact no one knows about this – so yet again – we posted it here first and Cavasos is scambling to figure out how we know.

Now were not saying this position isn’t need, and there probably should be a liaison with the black community in Phoenix…but Gerald Richard?  The only worse black cop you could have is Chris Crockett – the man with 14 kids and no wives to speak of, and has more DVs against than Chris Brown!  Crockett makes OJ Simpson look good.  Crockett is such a fuckup, after they put him in charge of South Mountain - he had the cops called out to his house the next day on a DV.   Black criminals from the Projects look up to Chris Crockett and admire the way he abuses women!

But Gerald Richard?

If you haven’t experience Gerald Richard – well get ready for a ride on the short bus.  It will be like the Special Olympics took over City Hall!

Gerald Richard is about as useful as a dick flavored lollipop.   Gerald Richard will ultimately fuck something up.   He will make incoming Chief Garcia look like an assclown, undoubtedly before Garcia even arrives.  Gerald Richard isn’t fit to lick butter from our ass.  Imagine paying this useless fuckstick $120K-$130K per year, in our budget shortfall?   Can’t we hire more street cops for this money to support the black community or does this just make too much sense, Mr. Cavasos?  What an insult to the black community.

To make matters worse and since the public relations position was fucked up so badly by Murray Andy Anderson, they are having a girl from the Aviation department handle public relations for incoming chief Garcia.

It appears the city of Phoenix has money to spend to correct all the fuckups from the previous administration - most of whom are still there with names like Yahner, Montgomery and Pina - assistant chiefs who helped destroy the PPD, yet still maintain a multi 6 figure salaries!

But to make a further mistake by putting Gerald Richard in charge of anything is just pissing money away.  There's so many more qualified people for this liaison position like Andrew Zimmerman and members of the KKK.

Gerald Richard?  Really?   Geez Cavasos must be really inept and desperate and don't conduct any due dilegence or history checks.  We also will have a blog posting on how while driving the suicide lanes in Phoenix, Cavasos used his power and influence to get out of a ticket.  We also heard that about a year and a 1/2 ago, Cavasos was stopped for a DUI by the Phoenix PD and allowed to drive home! 

And how does this story come full circle?  When Louie Adrian Tovar III was having his dog lick peanut butter from his balls and fondling little boys, take one guess who was the division commander over the Phoenix PD Employment Bureau and helped in the cover up?  Yep - you guessed it!  The fucktard Gerald Richard.  

These dirty cops are all interconnected like a Bizzaro Dicken's novel.

Wait until PLEA finds out…and the incoming police chief...and Phoenix city council.
