Crazy cops with guns. It’s a frightening thought, but they do exist.  More so than you think!  It’s more frightening then crazy citizens with guns.  That’s because cops; regardless of their mental state, are an overly protected class of people.  Any overt action against them is Felonious.  THAT’s what’s crazy and that’s why there’s a blog to keep you informed.  We have often said if cops have special privileges and protections, then in turn any crimes they commit should be automatic Felonies, barring them from any job in law enforcement.  Until this country wakes up and stops kissing the ass of cops and revering them as heroes, things will never change.

But let’s get back to crazy cops – in particular – crazy female cops.  This blog knows first-hand about crazy females  – whether it’s obtuse ex-wives who get dumped and are nothing but damaged goods (she reads this blog so she will see this message ;), but what happens when the crazy bitch is a cop with a gun and part of this protected class?

We have a story about a female cop who is a vindictive, nasty cunt, and not only makes all women look bad, but is just plain ugly both on the inside and out.

Denise Bruce – Jones (#6908) is just one crazy bitch!  Wow!  This Phoenix PD skank just doesn’t know when to quit.   You can listen to one of her PSB investigations here where she openly admits to harassing and stalking a Phoenix citizen.   (We will obtain the second investigation when it is available)  We’re not making this up, and “YES” she still is an active Phoenix cop.

Here’s the back story.   It appears a few years ago, Denise Bruce-Jones got dumped by a guy after dating for a few months.  Rumor has it; he just wasn’t into something that felt like necrophilia, and he couldn’t get that horrible stank we all know too well, off his fingers.   So this guy moves on.  He met and married a different girl. 


No problem…Right?  
Not so easy.  Remember what we always say:  Absolute power will eventually corrupt absolutely and Denise was one who thought she was invincible.

While Denise herself went onto to marry someone too (fellow Phoenix cop Dave Jones), Denise stalks, emails and overall harasses her ex-boyfriend and this new wife.  It seems she just can’t get over being dumped, and that there are women hotter and more willing to rock a guy’s world in bed.

What’s our proof?  How about two sustained PSB investigations where she admitted to the harassment and an Order of Protection that has been in place for the past year? 

The question we ask, is why?  Why is Denise Bruce-Jones still allowed to be a cop?  Why does the Phoenix PD and the City of Phoenix openly allow a Phoenix cop, who has two PSB investigations against them that were sustained, and an Order of Protection, remain in law enforcement?  

What happens if this crazy bitch Denise Jones is called out on your DV call?  What happens when Denise Bruce Jones pulls over a much hotter female than she is- which is just about anyone at this point?  What sort of harassment and retaliation can other female citizens expect from Officer Denise Bruce Jones?  What happens when her current husband, Phoenix cop Dave Jones figures out he’s screwing an ugly woman and decides to leave?  Does the cycle begin again?

When you read the court transcript, even the courts knew about her investigations and how she lied.  Officer Denise Jones claims she wasn’t harassing her ex-boyfriend’s new wife, but merely sending anonymous emails to her attempting to “help” her with weight and mental issues. Denise signed the wife up on websites like Jenny Craig and requests for Plastic Surgery where she would receive calls and emails.  And she didn't think this was harassment?

Imagine that! That’s like saying Heather Polombo didn’t blow fellow cops in the Maryvale precinct parking lot, but was merely assisting cops by keeping their sperm safe and warm in her mouth.   Or Commander Louie Tovar’s son, Louie Adrian Tovar junior wasn’t smearing peanut butter on his dick and having his dog lick it - to get off, nor was he jacking off to kiddie porn; Louie was merely trying to get the dog accustomed to the taste of peanut butter, should the dog need to take a pill, and was planning for a job in the Phoenix PD by doing some preliminary “research.” 

Denise Jones is a liar, should be added to BRADY and shouldn’t be a cop.  She’s also a true but-her-face that even a stellar physique can’t hide those flaring horse nostrils.  She’s a true specimen that fell out of the ugly tree in every sense and hit every limb on the way down, and exercising to such extremes is her only way to detract from her greatest deficiency – her gorilla face.

Think we are being harsh on Denise?

Ohh...well.  Then maybe we should change the rules when they abuse their discretion.  There’s a completely different set of rules set up for those that choose to be cops and Denise Bruce Jones  remains a cop patrolling our streets abusing the privileges given to her.  So we create our own rules to vet them out and expose them in the most public forum possible.

And if you ever need to call the Phoenix PD and this woman shows up, call again and ask for a real cop without an Order of Protection against her.  Denise Bruce Jones badge number is #6908.  She works out of the Squaw Peak Precinct for Sergeant Sales.  She works from 12:30 in the afternoon until 1:30AM – Monday thru Thursdays.  If you need to call the cops during this time and want her showing up on your doorstep, call on these days between these times...or not.  Better yet if she shows up and questions you, answer her questions with questions about her two sustained PSB investigations and remind her that there’s a career for her when the next installment of Planet of the Apes hits theaters.

It’s sort of odd and ironic that last week had someone killed him with a shot to the head, everyone would be crying about cop killing.  The 100 Club would be asking for the death penalty and he would have been lauded with grandiose funeral at CCV. 

Today most people are thinking he deserves to be shot in the head for playing with little boys, have his dick cut off and stuffed in his mouth.  This is such an abuse of power by a cop; penalties should be doubled on cops who abuse their power and they should be given the option of their Glock with one hollow point bullet in the chamber to end it quickly.

Chief Garcia did say that he was, “extremely disturbed and disgusted by this conduct…” – Gee…ya think?  How about investigating the Tovar Molestation story Garcia – it will make you throw up and you will never look at your dog and peanut butter the same again.

Chief Garcia went on to say, “he wants the community to know this is a transparent investigation.”

We know their attorney Joel Robbins is scrambling and livid at what we are doing - undoubtedly because he made empty promises that he could keep all these indescretions hidden, but couldn't.  (better get your money back Louie and Mark)

Sergeant Tovar, we have a personal message for you since its clear you read this blog and don’t want some family names revealed:

It’s not our fault that your brother raised and reared (pun) a child molester like Louie Adrian Tovar. As citizens we have a right to have access to any criminal investigation - even if it is the son and nephew of a cop.   We have a right to know why no charges were pursued against the son of a dirty cop, like your brother Louie. 

Like we have said from the beginning – there is something creepy about your brother, commander Louie Tovar and his connection to the fired kiddy porn cop Mike Polk. It's too coincidental that his own son has a propensity to molest children. We have been contacted by people who work with your nephew Louie, and by people who grew up with your family in the Valley.  Even cops have contacted us about the Mike Polk and Louie Tovar connection.  Some even attended Brophy with Tovars. They all say the same thing about your family; Tovars were creepy, weird and everyone felt like something odd was going on.   If you want satisfaction perhaps you should pursue criminal charges against Louie Tovar junior, so that it won’t happen again or sue your brother in civil court for being an all-around ass clown.  Don't blame us for your family problems and the fact that Louie doesn't know how to hang up a phone and tried to exact revenge on a citizen using his clout as a cop.  Boy!  Karma sure is a mofo!! 

Our inside sources tell us you are a decent guy and that you are a victim due to your brother Louie; and this whole episode has created a big rift in your family.  We'll give you the benefit of the doubt and believe them for now, but at this point we really have no mercy or empathy for you, and we have no incentive to help anyone who fucks up on the Phoenix PD.  But we want to help you – financially.  So accept this generous gift and thank some good cops who like you.

      Did you know that your attorney Joel Robbins was almost our attorney?  Our blogger Jeff met with Joel back in 2008 to pursue his lawsuit against the city of Phoenix and a lawsuit against your brother – Louie Tovar.  Joel is trying to brush this under the rug as, "no big deal"  but it is a huge conflict of interest.  In their meetings, Jeff had to disclosure everything about the PPD and Louie Tovar.  And now Joel Robbins is represents you against this blog and a public records request?!!? 

      You should demand all your money back and file a complaint with the AZ BAR.  Joel hasn’t helped move your cause at all, and as a matter of fact probably has made it worse for you, since all the legal wranglings are posted online and now the world will see it.  If you don’t believe us, just ask Joel.  Tell Joel you want to sue this blog and the owner for monetary damages, and see what Joel’s answer will be.  He will stammer and make excuses, but he can’t do it and he won’t.  You will need to find other counsel.    There is only one person who can release Joel from this conflict and allow him to represent you.  That person is our blogger Jeff.  Get the picture? Some people will just never ever learn.  All we want to know is why Louie Adrian Tovar was not arrested, not indicted and not on any sex offender list for molesting a little boy when our blogger was indicted on made up charges?  Is there a double standard within the Phoenix PD where cops and their kids are protected from things the rest of us aren't? 

There is apparently a hearing this Friday, February 24^th (11:00 am at 201 W. Jefferson, Ctrm 704, Phoenix, AZ 85003)  which they are trying to keep closed from the public to discuss the Tovar family’s creepy molestation case and to silence us!  We have let all the news agencies know and some claim they are going to try and attend on our behalf since no one from BadPhoenixCops will be attending.

What’s even stranger is that attorney Joel Robbins in his TRO, readily admits that we never actually stated the victims’ names, but provided sufficient information that the victims’ identities can be deduced. 

Really? 

Aren’t the Tovar’s Hispanic and don’t Hispanics pop out - like 10-20 kids each?   That’s what we always see at Arizona Mills and the swap-meet on Indian School and I17. How the fuck would anyone beside the extensive creepy Tovar family know which family members were molested by their cousin?

In February 2006, a citizen in Phoenix, Arizona was turned down for employment by the Phoenix PD and from the Police Employee Services Bureau (PESB) – the division that handles all employment.  He was refused employment because his polygraph test came back that he was deceptive and evasive with his answers.  He also admitted some frightening things during his polygraph exam, things that would have normal citizens put in jail, but this candidate was special. 

Who was this person?  Read on…

On January 30, 2006 this person applied to become a Phoenix cop.  Clearly beat-up and picked on in high school - a loser with no future - he thought being a cop would allow him to carry a gun, earn respect he would never receive otherwise, and he could mess with people who messed with him.  On February 16, 2006 Jack Ogilvie (A3587) was the polygraph examiner that administered the polygraph exam on this person.  It's standard practice to do this with any applicant, and if crimes are discovered they are to be reported.

The exam # for this applicant was 06-0122-A.  We know this because we saw,  read it and own a copy.

During this exam this person admitted the following:

·         He had received oral sex numerous times while driving a car (not such a big deal, but a parked car in a Maryvale precinct parking lot from a Polombo – NOW THAT’s a BIG DEAL!)

·         At 17 years old, he purposefully touched on at least two occasions in a swimming pool the genitals of his 12 year old cousin (the son of another cop); both were naked and alone; and claimed he liked it!

·         In November of 2005 he engaged in sex acts with his girlfriend while in the presence of her younger sister.  The younger sister (age 14) took photos of he and his girlfriend in numerous sexual positions and performing numerous sex acts

·         He admitted to viewing child pornography on his computer on a site named WINMX

·         He admitted to seeing under age children nude and in sex acts on the same site

·         He viewed on 6 occasions woman having sex with animals

·         He viewed on MySpace girls assumed to be the age of 15; nude or in lingerie

Officer Steve Checketts was the officer responsible for reporting these crimes (touching a 12 year old cousin and camera sex in front of a 14 year old) to FIB - Family investigations Bureau – Child Sex Crimes.  We at BadPhoenixCops have been unable to ascertain if this was done.  Since 1964 all crimes against children LINK to ARS 13.3620 requires mandatory reporting by peace officers and mandatory action.

There are two problems with Checketts and his potential reporting:

1)      In order to report this individual to FIB Child Sex Crimes, the commander of FIB would have intimate knowledge of the case and would have input to prosecution and any investigation.  We’ll explain in a moment why that was a problem for both the FIB commander and this job applicant, and their relationship.

2)     Steve Chicketts passed away in 2006, just one day after his retirement from the Phoenix PD with a not-so happy ending.  He “came” and “went” at the same time, so-to-speak.  Steve Chicketts died of a heart attack while visiting a rub-n-tug massage parlor; after receiving a hand job from something that looked like Theron Quaas’ whore mother.

Regardless, this applicant was sent home and roamed the streets for three more years as a child sex predator under the nose of the Phoenix PD, simply because this applicant shared a name with someone on the Phoenix PD.

In 2009, this applicant returned to the Phoenix police department to re-apply again for a position.   He just didn’t understand why they wouldn’t make him a cop, but he was told to return three years later to reapply.

When his background was discovered in 2006, he should have been logged on a DOL form (Dropped off List) meaning he could never, ever be cop and would be permanently be disqualified from employment.  This was not the case.  We believe this wasn’t done because it would have raised several red flags.  Instead he was told to return three years later to reapply in 2009.  This gives us reason to believe that Chicketts did not report anything to FIB and on the outside chance that he did; the commander of FIB covered it up and ignored the crime against children, because it would have caused too much publicity for him personally.

On February 23, 2009 a criminal investigation is finally launched into this applicant.  This investigation was headed up by Lt. Sandra (Sandy) Renteria.  Soon after on March 5, 2009, the Special Investigations begin their own internal investigation.

This is where our trail ends. 
 

We have submitted numerous Public Records request for this criminal investigation.  To our knowledge and belief this applicant was never prosecuted or indicted for his crimes against children and the Phoenix PD continue to hide his crimes from all of us. He could be your neighbor, live near your kid’s school or work in a child day center right now.

To our knowledge this applicant is not on any sex offender list.

To our knowledge and belief, the Phoenix PD has purposefully covered this up, simply because the applicant is the son of a Phoenix cop and shares the same name, as his father.

To our knowledge and belief there is a significant criminal investigation into the applicant that the Phoenix PD is trying to hide from the public and from BadPhoenixCops, and are breaking the law by doing so.

To our knowledge and belief the Phoenix PD did not prosecute this applicant not only because he is the son of a cop, but because they will allege too much time has passed since the crime was committed and it’s not worth prosecuting.

In November of 2011, assistant coach Jerry Sandusky of Penn State was arrested on 40 counts of child molestation that occurred over a 15 year period and that’s worth prosecuting.

During this same time frame, long-time coach Joe Peterno was fired from Penn State for simply knowing about Jerry Sandusky’s indiscretions with children, and doing nothing about it. He recently died a heart-broken man and disgraced.

In November 2011, Syracuse basketball coach Bernie Fine was fired amid an investigation of child molestation that occurred back in 2002.  Bernie Fine has not admitted anything in a polygraph exam and was fired simply over credible allegations.  Our applicant openly admitted to crimes against children, but nothing was done.

Do you think too much time has passed?  We sure don’t.

We are firm believers that you are a product of your environment.  If you grew up with parents who smoke, you as their child will probably experiment with tobacco. If you grew up with a family of tea-toddlers, you may not be a big drinker.  If you grew up with a family of big sports fans or camping fans, you will undoubtedly like sports and camping.  And if as a teenager you are molesting little boys, you grew up in a household or family where child molestation was endorsed or conducted.

Assuming what we just shared with you is true, any logical person would safely assume that this applicant should have been indicted, arrested and charged with sex crimes against children…right?  That he served time in jail, got some much needed counseling, is on a sex crime list in Phoenix, is ordered to stay away from kids or at best killed themself…right?  If it was any citizen or any non-cop reading this blog, for sure they would arrest us and parade us on TV like so many before us…right?

No way!  This is the corrupt Phoenix police department where Jack Harris and Joe Yahner let crimes against children go unanswered, underworked and hidden from the public.  From 1994-1999 hundreds of sex crimes were underworked and under investigated thanks to Jack Harris, Murray Andy Anderson and current acting chief Joe Yahner.

Who is the applicant and who is his father in the Phoenix PD?

The applicant with the not so stellar polygraph exam is Louie Adrian Tovar, Jr. and the FIB Commander is his own father, Louie Tovar, Sr.  At the time of this crime (and the 2006 polygraph exam) Louie Tovar was commander over FIB and would have had intimate knowledge and input into the investigation into his own son.   This is why we think no criminal action was taken and why a known child molester roams the streets.

Also around this same time, Louie Tovar forgot to hang up the phone calling our blogger a fucking dickweed, and shared how Louie needed to get him off his ass, ultimately indicted him on charges that didn’t exist; charges that were eventually dismissed with prejudice, while no charges were brought against his own son for molesting children.

When Officer Mike Polk was fired from the Phoenix homicide division for owning, viewing and possessing child pornography on his computer, one of his best friends in the Phoenix PD was Commander Louie Tovar.  Louie’s computer was eventually seized as a part of Polk’s criminal, child porno investigation.

Thanks to Louie Tovar, BadPhoenixCops and our blogger are filing a special action with the courts ordering them to turn over the complete criminal investigation in Louie Adrian Tovar, Jr. and demand why no criminal charges were brought against him.  We have shared this with every news agency we know of.  When it is submitted, we will post it here and all replies from attorneys, judges and the Phoenix PD.

So you still have your head stuck in the sand and don't believe the Phoenix PD are corrupt?  Do you still think that the Phoenix PD has good intentions?  That Joe Yahner is doing a great job?  That honor, integrity and respect are part of the culture of the Phoenix PD?  That things haven't changed since chief Jack Ass Harris left?

What if it was your 12 year old son who was being fondled in a swimming pool by Louie Adrian Tovar?  What if it was your 14 year old daughter who was snapping pictures of your older daughter banging and blowing Louie Adrian Tovar?  Would you still feel the same? How would you feel if Louie Adrian Tovar was your neighbor, lived near your kid's school, drove your kid's bus, or worked in your kid's school?  What if you worked along side of him - don't you think you should know about his past? 

We all know about what Jerry Sandusky allegedly did, but no one is supposed to know about what Louie Adrian Tovar admitted to doing during polygraph exam number 06-0122-A, conducted on February 16, 2006 with Jack Ogilvie (A3587), simply because the Phoenix PD don't want us to know and don't think we all deserve to know.  Louie Adrian Tovar and Commander Louie Tovar are (we guess) above the law. Here's the license plate we plan to get:

We think everyone should know...and that's why we're telling the story.  So real question is what's the crime for aiding and abetting a known child molester for six years?  Sounds to us like a lot of dirty Phoenix cops should be fired or thrown in jail over this one.

As we have said in the past, we don't need violence, threats or innuendo to accomplish our tasks.  Dirty, corrupt Phoenix cops make our jobs easy - where we use their own words, actions and deeds and expose their mendacious behavior...and now the crazy behavior of their kids!  We exercise our 1st amendment rights to tell the truths about BadPhoenixCops.

We read and laugh how everyone is going after Sheriff Joe for not following up on sex crimes.  The exact same thing happened with Joe Yahner, the current acting police chief in Phoenix.  We like to refer to these not as "Sex Crimes"  but rather "Joe Yahner's Sex Crimes"

 Phoenix PD Botch Child Sex Crimes Too - When Joe Yahner Was the Leader

Below is a caption from the article which points out that Phoenix PD Internal Affairs detectives conducted an audit on the Child Sex Crimes Scandal in the PPD.

 "In September, an auditor from the Professional Standards Bureau found problems with a lot of investigations conducted by retired Phoenix Detective Alan MacIver. The questionable investigations prompted an audit of all of MacIver's cases that still fell within the statute of limitations, and could still be prosecuted.

While auditing MacIver's cases, a city auditor took a random sample of other cases in the department's child sex crimes unit and found several other cases -- from other investigators -- that didn't have the proper documentation on file, or may not have been handled correctly. Crump says the department determined that of the thousands of cases it reviewed -- dating as far back as 1999 -- hundreds of cases weren't handled correctly.

In September, when word of the mishandled cases fell in the lap of acting Phoenix police Chief Joe Yahner, he sought to fix the problem immediately. 'No excuses here, whatsoever," Yahner told a City Council subcommittee. "We have policies and processes in place that we didn't follow to the letter of the law and we should have.'"

Investigators pointed out the Sex Crimes Unit began botching cases as far back as 1999 (they actually went back to 1994; see below) Chief Joseph P. Yahner is quoted as saying, ""No excuses here, whatsoever," Yahner told a City Council subcommittee."We have policies and processes in place that we didn't follow to the letter of the law and we should have."

Um Hello Chief Yahner......"No excuses whatsoever you say?"  Really?!?!

You must be an absolute fucktard and forgot to tell the media that YOU WERE THE LIEUTENANT IN CHARGE OF THE SEX CRIMES UNIT IN 1999!!!

Yeah no joke.  Top acting cop, the current pussy acting police chief Joe Yahner lead the Sex Crimes Unit while all this was going down (pun)!

Is this an integrity issue on Yahner's part? Is Joe Yahner a card carrying member of NAMBLA?   We surely think so!  So, we have to ask Joe Yahner, why were you asleep at the wheel and allowed 100s, possibly 1000s, of Sex Crimes Cases to fall through the cracks?

Why did you let Louie Tovar’s kid Adrian off on his sex crimes?  Were you performing Case Management Reviews of your sergeants and detectives? You were required to do that and, if you had, you would have seen your detectives were not doing their jobs and all of these innocent victims would have been protected. Maybe you were too busy teaching your daughter how to speed away from the cops. Maybe you were too busy leaving your beloved and smoking hot wife? Maybe you were too busy polishing the badge of chief Jack Ass with a nice Jack Harris reach-around?

"CBS 5 has learned that one of detective MacIver's former supervisors is still with the Phoenix department. Investigators are looking into any role Sgt. Steve McClellan may have played in those botched cases, but to this point, no one has been disciplined."

Maybe this should have read:

"CBS 5 has learned that one of detective MacIver's former supervisors, POLICE CHIEF JOE YAHNER, is still with the Phoenix department. Investigators are looking into any role Sgt. Steve McClellan CHIEF YAHNER may have played in those botched cases, but to this point, no one CHIEF YAHNER has not been disciplined himself, nor told anyone about his role in this debacle, since he is the Chief and doesn't want to take a chance that his lack of supervision of the Sex Crimes Unit could interfere with his selection as permanent Police Chief."

Okay, this gets better. Here is a July 1, 2011, article Arizona Republic article on the debauchery.

Again, Yahner fails to mention he was in charge of the Sex Crimes Unit when these children's predators were never arrested for their crimes.

We love what Yahner says in this one:                        

"I am extremely concerned and am treating this matter with the utmost importance," Yahner wrote. "Crimes against children are some of the most heinous and disturbing crimes in our community, and protecting our children is one of the highest priorities for the Police Department."

What Yahner should have said was:

"I am extremely concerned that I didn't do my job when I was in charge of the Sex Crimes Unit and am treating this matter with the utmost importance," Yahner wrote. "Crimes against children are some of the most heinous and disturbing crimes in our community, and protecting our children is one of the highest priorities for the Police Department. I am disappointed I failed to do my job, but hey, I am Police Chief so I am above this trivial bullshit. I’ve let Louie Tovar’s kid Adrian off and helped cover up how he molested children, why not a few more?

Here is proof that the Internal Affairs audit actually went back to 1994. We find it interesting that while the actual audit went back to 1994, Chief Yahner tells the media the audit went back to 1999. Maybe because he didn't want anyone to know he was in charge of the Sex Crimes Unit from 1996 to 1999?

"PHOENIX - Phoenix Police are launching a major investigation into their Child Crimes Unit. The department says some cases may not have been handled properly. Investigators are reviewing 2,500 cases, going back to 1994. One of those cases under review involves a 3-year-old girl who was molested, allegedly by a registered sex offender, who wasn't arrested for six years." And during that time -- police say he ended up molesting another girl."

AZPOST Integrity issue? We think so! Yahner's oversight to tell the media the audit went back to 1994 and he was in charge of the unit from 1996 to 1999 should cost him his job as permanent Police Chief? ABSOLUTELY! Why didn't Yahner tell the truth that the audit found problems back to 1994?

Thelda Williams is PISSED About the Sex Crimes

"PHOENIX (KPHO) - A big report has been released from the city of Phoenix. It spells out what's wrong with the police department's child sex crimes unit and what needs to be done to fix it.

Now city leaders are sounding off. "You know, this almost makes me cry," said Phoenix Vice Mayor Thelda Williams.  "First it was Mike Polombo's tight pants, and now this!"

Williams has been a huge advocate for change ever since the child sex crimes story broke. "It's unforgivable, absolutely unforgivable. There should be zero tolerance when it comes to a child sex crime," Williams said.

After reading the city audit of the Family Investigations Bureau, Williams said she's even more fired up. "Somebody's head should roll. More than one head should roll," she said.

According to the report, now retired Detective Alan MacIver didn't follow policy and procedures on 81 percent of his cases. That was back in 2007. "We were told two months ago that they were aware of it, they had done training and were fixing it. And now this," Williams said.

The report shows even now, only 55 percent of current cases were properly investigated.

"Thirty-nine cases still remain open. And show no evidence of investigation efforts for approximately one year," Williams read off the report. "OK, now that you've got me nauseated," she said. She said she's not just disturbed by the department's mistakes. "If you can't protect a child, what the hell are you doing on the police force?" she asked.

Williams is also upset at what this whole mess has done to the kids who didn't get the help they deserved. "It makes you sick to think what those kids must be, not only have gone through but are continuing to go through when you can't trust the policeman POLICE CHIEF, Joe Yahner," she said."

Hey Councilman Williams and Johnson, you now got your man! Are you going to follow up on your words and hold Yahner accountable? You may want to know BPC will be attending a future City Council meeting and demand you hold Yahner accountable like you said!

 The best part is Executives in the PPD were so proud of Chief Yahner's supervisory abilities in the Sex Crimes Unit that they promoted him on August 16, 1999, and transferred him to the politically ideal job in the City Manager's Office. We are told the City Manager loved Yahner and this relationship had a lot to do with Yahner's rise to the top. We wonder what City Management would have thought back then if they knew that had a Commander who allowed child predators to run free in their beloved city?????

The police chief selection committe is reviewing all Phoenix cops who threw their hat in the ring for the Chief job. We sure hope they sees this blog. It tells the real story behind Chief Yahner and his rise to the top, in one of the worst police administrations in the country.

Here’s the real problem.

Commander Louie Tovar of the Phoenix PD reared (pun!) a son who has a proclivity for children. That’s the guy we need to keep off our kids' ass!  We wonder if Louie Tovar still thinks this is a game?

When Louie's son Adrian submitted his application to be a Phoenix cop, a few things came up during his polygraph exam that...well...let's say that Little Louie and the Tovar family would like kept secret.  The Phoenix PD tried to hide it and sweep it under the rug.  From the time Adrian left, until the time Adrian came back for a second interview - it happened again with another child!  It's great to know the Phoenix PD are protecting us by allowing known molesters on the street, simply because they are the son of a dirty little cop who can't hang up a phone!  Making it even weirder and creepier is Louie Tovar was friends with and traded emails with Mike Polk - a Phoenix cop arrested with kiddie porn on his computer. 

Coincidence for Louie with Polk and his son?  We don't think so.  We think that child molesters get the idea from somewhere, quite possibly the household they grow up in.  We also think dirty douchebag cops who view kiddie porn, stick together - like Polk and Tovar.

 I would like to make a formal Records Request for:

All investigatory notes, communique’ emails, recordings, video, police reports (DRs) associated with Phoenix police commander Louie Tovar’s son – Adrian Tovar and his application (and associated criminal investigation) with the Phoenix Police department.  This will include all emails to/from police officer (victim’s father) referencing the alleged molestation of his son, by Adrian Tovar.  This will also include any part of the investigation where by Adrian Tovar’s own admissions, he molested XXXXXXXXX (the son of Phoenix police officer XXXXXX) and his girlfriend’s younger sister.

Our request for all emails will include their associated attachments to/from Louie Tovar, to/from XXXXXXX and to/from Sandra Renteria and to/from Adrian Tovar on this incident including notes, indicia, interviews, recordings, text messages, communication to/from the county attorney’s office or any officiating body where criminal charges were presented.
