If you recall, we actually stated in a past blog that if you hire any of the assclowns who were friends of Jack – including Andy Anderson, Mike or Heather Polombo, Jim Pina and the likes of Rob Handy – it was only a matter of time before they would help drive the city into the ground! Well it appears Rob Handy fulfilled our dream of decimating a city he touched! It's the opposite of the Midas touch - its the shit FOJ touch!HA! We wonder how an asshat like Rob Handy feels now? We have labeled the likes of Rob Handy a prick, asshole and douchebag just like in the photo below - now we can add failure and minimum wage earner?

At first sight we were excited that mainstream picked up our earlier story on Louie Adrian Tovar – son and nephew of Phoenix Commander Louie Tovar and Sergeant Mark Tovar. The younger Louie Tovar admitted to both dog sex and child sex during his job interview with the Phoenix PD in 2006, and returned in 2009 to admit he molested others and NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!! But no – it was someone else who admitted the same during their job interview but unlike Tovar, he was promptly arrested because his father wasn’t in charge on the sex crimes division of the Phoenix PD.
It astounds us to this day – when you are the son/nephew of a cop, you get off (pun) on molesting little kids and lathering your junk with xtra chunky peanut butter for Fido - with no repercussions and it is swept under the rug. But when you are not part of a cop family; you make headlines for molesting children and animals and are immediately arrested.
Are you reading this Garcia or are you still review all the lieutenant's resumes? When you're done with the resumes, can check the tire pressure in all the vehicles?

Lori Bell: A great cop just had a bad day. We all have bad days. She is a wonderful person to be around! Unlike the executive staff, Lori was in the trenches day after day risking her life as an undercover officer. She has earned a pass on this one unlike incompetent fools including Chief James A. Pina.

Unless you also give passes to those you stop on the street who have "had a bad day" (like military returning from the gulf, etc) then she deserves the same punishment those you arrest do.You can not selectively enforce which laws you want to.

It will be interesting to see if the new chiefs get tough policies will survive the inevitable civil service appeals processes. Ill bet they dont. The city has a history of letting people off for some pretty egregious shit and already has a system established to deal with drunks (alcoholism-its a disease and drunks are actually victims of the disease logic). Its the secret last chance policy that involves the violator agreeing to random BAC tests every week for a year and if he or she fails one, only then are they OUT. If they can stay sober at work for a year then the tests end and they can go back to being drunks.
How is it that we are not all over this story? A Phoenix Police Supervisor is caught committing a felony, and it goes without us taking him for a walk over the coals?? PPSLA writes "Last week, one of our members did something almost beyond belief. He acted so foolishly that he had to retire". and nobody has anything to say? No, he did not act "foolishly" He stole THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, ON DUTY!!!! Is he a "trusted friend" of BPC or what? Hopefully you are going to do something on the web site with this one. The poor female detective got more play for having a beer than this POS, and he stole FELONY MONEY !! I wonder how many times he has done this and didnt get caught? You just dont show up one day and say, hey I think I am going to steal this money. This has gone away because nobody on the 4th floor wants to know ELSE he has done! Lets run with this one for awhile.

I am no RH fan, he was a dick in phx, but he did write a column saying the SB Officers were not overpaid and good guys.
