It Only Took Rob Handy One Year to Help Bankrupt the City of San Bernardino! We Warned Them!

The latest in the news has the city of San Bernardino filing for Bankruptcy protection.  This is the same city where we warned them a year ago to not hire Phoenix police commander Rob Handy.   The news report says it is so dire, the City of San Bernardino may not be able to make payroll and they may have to put everyone on minimum wage.

If you recall, we actually stated in a past blog that if you hire any of the assclowns who were friends of Jack – including Andy Anderson, Mike or Heather Polombo, Jim Pina and the likes of Rob Handy – it was only a matter of time before they would help drive the city into the ground!  Well it appears Rob Handy fulfilled our dream of decimating a city he touched!  It's the opposite of the Midas touch - its the shit FOJ touch!

HA!  We wonder how an asshat like Rob Handy feels now?  We have labeled the likes of Rob Handy a prick, asshole and douchebag just like in the photo below - now we can add failure and minimum wage earner?

At first sight we were excited that mainstream picked up our earlier story on Louie Adrian Tovar – son and nephew of Phoenix Commander Louie Tovar and Sergeant Mark Tovar.  The younger Louie Tovar admitted to both dog sex and child sex during his job interview with the Phoenix PD in 2006, and returned in 2009 to admit he molested others and NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!! But no – it was someone else who admitted the same during their job interview but unlike Tovar, he was promptly arrested because his father wasn’t in charge on the sex crimes division of the Phoenix PD.

Think about all we are reading and seeing with Penn State, Sandusky and now Paterno; how they all helped hide Sandusky's proclivity for little boys, and then think about how the Phoenix PD did the same and continues to do the same with Louie Adrian Tovar and his proclivity for little boys and dogs.

It astounds us to this day – when you are the son/nephew of a cop, you get off (pun) on molesting little kids and lathering your junk with xtra chunky peanut butter for Fido - with no repercussions and it is swept under the rug.  But when you are not part of a cop family; you make headlines for molesting children and animals and are immediately arrested.

Phoenix Police Commander Rob Handy Loses a Job in San Bernardino and BRADY Veteran Jeff Hynes Decides to Retire!

It appears Phoenix commander Rob Handy was a finalist to be the new police chief in San Bernardino, California.  How do you think the selection committee and the citizens of San Bernardino knew what an amazing douchebag~assclown may have been running the cops in their city?  How did Rob Handy lose out on this job?

but behind the scenes BadPhoenixCops mounted their own letter campaign to all city council members and the news media of San Bernardino. It appears to have worked. They passed on Rob Handy as their police chief. We also know of a slew of retired and sworn officers who sent their own letters to the media and to city council.

Sources close to the situation in San Bernardino have informed us that Rob Handy, “…Has about as much chance of becoming the police chief in San Bernardino, as Mike Polombo has finding a pair of pants that fit and getting those nameplates back!   We had an over abundance of skeletons sent to us by fellow cops,  on Mr. Handy and he will not be the police chief in San Bernardino.”

Harassment you say?

Slanderous?

Defamation?

Serves no useful purpose?

We will continue our campaign against all dirty douchebag cops (like Phoenix police commander Rob Handy), who screwed over a lot of good cops. Even if these FOJs surreptitiously end up getting a job in another city, we will send the information to their new employer with the goal of getting them terminated for the dirty deeds they committed in Phoenix. We will also request each and every job application that is filled out by an FOJ to see if they disclosed fully their indiscretions (and if applicable - their crimes) as a dirty cop in Phoenix. If disclosure wasn’t full and complete, we will champion efforts to have them added to their local BRADY list.    BadPhoenixCops - the gift that keeps on giving!

BRADY VETERAN JEFF HYNES DECIDES TO RETIRE

In a move that baffled even us, Long time BRADY veteran Jeff Hynes has decided to retire. 

Jeff Hynes just entered DROP but is walking away from a large amount of retirement coin. Perhaps he’s so fed up with the Phoenix PD, he doesn’t care?   Rumor has it he doesn’t even have a job lined up (we think he does, teaching somewhere and we’ll post it here when we find out…) but it's his final move that gives us hope that Jeff finally grew a set of testicles – Jeff Hynes is having his retirement party at the PLEA office!  That's Jeff's way of saying Fuck You to the 4th floor.

We constantly hear that Hynes was a good guy, caught up in the bullshit system of stupidity by Jack Harris. Don't send us your lame emails defending this asshat.  We will stand our ground and still think Hynes could have done some good deeds and made some wrongs, right.  

Give a man any power and you see the true essense of that man.  Hynes had power to change things but he caved like a pussy - and in the end still leaves without DROP money.  So what's the difference?  Hynes is a cunt protecting his own ass and doesn't give a shit about anyone else.  If he's so good he would stay for the next 5 DROP years, make amends in the aftermath of chief Jack Ass and Andy "wife beater" Anderson, attempt to help fix the PPD and create an Axis of Goodness with other good cops - but he doesn't.  He runs away to become Dr. Hynes at the local university.   If come to find out Jeff Hynes does become a teacher and starts fucking one of his hot young students, all we will say is, “See…we told you so!”

The Phoenix PD Spends $4 Million++ Dollars on a Plane During the Worst Economic Downturn in 75 Years!

$4 million++ dollars for a fucking airplane!

The Phoenix PD claims the need for high altitude surveillance support in the Phoenix area and set aside the funds over 3 years ago. This just sounds like a boondoggle to us. Kind of like when Ronnie Snodgrass and his boss Dan Olson were training and charging the police department for Preferred Training Solutions.

Now don't spend the $4 million on rifles or hiring more cops. Nope, in the world of chief Jack Ass you purchase a $$4 million $$$ effing plane $$$!!

It looks like some of the 4th floor plan on joining the mile high club. Maybe Heather can offer he services as the official fluffer on the Pilatus PC-12, since she can't solve any homicide crimes...No?

The photos that were snapped, show cops drinking at the christening ceremony. Commander Rob Handy, Commander Dave Harvey, Lt. Traci Miiller, her husband Commander Chuck Miiller, Sgt. Trent Crump all drinking a little champagne while on duty.

Now some of you will tell us “ aw come on BPC…what’s a little bubbly to celebrate Jack Ass Harris spending $4 million dollars on a new plane for the 4th floor mile highers, while people are losing their jobs?”

And we will say it’s a bad message to send, especially from cops. We didn't make up the Ops Orders, we just like to remind City Managment when they are violated. If this "christening" appears OK to you, then why not have a balding former PSB, beat cop stop-off at BEVMO after a hard day in 500 and drink some booze?

Rather then spend $4 million on a plane, how about better training and resource allocations on crimes?

We can rattle off several crimes and murders that go unsolved or unresolved or where resources are spent chasing down the nameplates of a worthless whore (who should have pulled the trigger when she had the chance), and a potato head.

2) To the poster on Marcel Spaulding. Unless you have more concrete data, we won't be posting your stuff anymore. It's getting old. If you have a story, tell us!

3) To the "small penis" comment. We know who you are. Better be careful and you know the truth.

4) To the "Polombo" commentor. Our policy is not to involve the kids. They can't help that their dad's are assholes. Think of Andy Anderson's kids. Imagine the embarassment of that everyday at school? That's torture enough. We know "R" hates his guts. He hasn't spoken to her in quite a while and she probably reads this site. He only calls her when he feels she is "throwing a potato under a bus." No worries. We have it covered.

5) To the Tovar commentor...You grew up near to and knew the Tovar family in Phoenix? Really? We will pay dearly for any dirt or Louie Tovar and his son. Please contact us!

6) Yes we have business cards. We hand them out quite often. We know people who hand them out to cops too. We know they get placed on PPD windshields and are placed quite often at Police Desks at airport security. If you want some cards to hand out, just let us know and we will send you some.
