It’s sort of odd and ironic that last week had someone killed him with a shot to the head, everyone would be crying about cop killing. The 100 Club would be asking for the death penalty and he would have been lauded with grandiose funeral at CCV.
Today most people are thinking he deserves to be shot in the head for playing with little boys, have his dick cut off and stuffed in his mouth. This is such an abuse of power by a cop; penalties should be doubled on cops who abuse their power and they should be given the option of their Glock with one hollow point bullet in the chamber to end it quickly.
Chief Garcia did say that he was, “extremely disturbed and disgusted by this conduct…” – Gee…ya think? How about investigating the Tovar Molestation story Garcia – it will make you throw up and you will never look at your dog and peanut butter the same again.
Chief Garcia went on to say, “he wants the community to know this is a transparent investigation.”
Transparency you say? Policing with a purpose?
Funny – It has been one year since our Public Records Request on the Tovar molestation cover up and we still have not received a complete case file on it. Where’s the transparency there Chief Garcia?
Another molester is out there and the Phoenix PD refuses to do anything about it because he is the son of a cop.

Why is Sergeant Jennifer Doty been allowed to remain in PSB for the past five years AND she is on the Brady List for two incidents. Does the fact she is a self-admitted lesbian allow her to get away with things "normal" people cannot?
Chief Garcia: You need to get a copy of the Brady List and see how many of your highest profiles jobs have officers, detectives, sergeants, lieutenants and commander that are on the Brady List. Oh wait, driving a "school bus," changing uniforms and making nameplates foe staff meetings is more important. I forgot.
I thought that if you were on the Brady list you could not be in a job where you carry a weapon? Did that change somewhere?
The Brady list is such a joke. 99.9% of the officers on it should not be on it. It is nothing more than a tool for defense lawyers to beat up on cops. Who cares if anyone is on the brady life.
My understanding of the Brady list is that it contains persons whose integrity and truthfulness may be questionable. The list is maintained by prosecutors and used by defense attorneys to discredit officers as witnesses at trials. Prosecutors will avoid calling Brady list members to the witness stand because during cross examination the defense will try to discredit the integrity of the witness by bringing up whatever incident got the officer on the Brady list. There is no requirement that I am aware of that says that persons on the Brady list must give up their guns.
Was Chris Wilson on the Brady list for anything sex-related? What about negligent retention in keeping these criminals on the PD and then giving them access to minors through cushy assignments like LGTG liaison?. Hope the victims of Wilson sue the PD for negligent retention of that sicko.

Chris Wilson is a complete POS...an overly agreessive, insecure loser with minimal intelligence who should have never been assigned to that joke of a position. Chief Garcia should get started cleaning house ASAP. Everyone knows that this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I was thinking the Brady list was the one that came up after the Reagan assasination attempt that was modified that said anyone who has had a incident of DV etc that they could not carry weapons. Thanks for clearing up the confusion.
Uh oh.....Tracey Montgomery is trying to cover her tracks AGAIN. It seems that PPD Pervert and Child molester Chris Wilson was "one of her protected people". Tracey interfered with a couple of supervisors that tried to hold Wilson accountable, but Tracy Montgomery got involved and stepped on the supervisors that were trying to do the right thing. Tracey is doing her best to keep her connection on the down low, and also cover her tracks, but the supervisors that she stepped on are pissed.
There are memos out there about Montgomery's "intervention" when it comes to protecting Wilson.
Chief Garcia, Please hold Montgomery accountable. She protects people based on their views about gays, not on how good they are as police officers. Talk about a morale crusher.

1) Will someone please tell her to stay of of Chief Garica's office? Her office is down the hall....ya know, the one filled with Phoenix Mercury posters. Tracey spends more time in Garcia's office than she does at Police Academy graduations looking for fresh talent!
2) Will someone please investigate Tracey Montgoemry and determine if she has been speaking with Officer Christopher Wilson while he is in jail on Pedophile charges? An Assistant Chief has no business communicating with an inmate even if they are both homosexual.

Speaking of getting out, is Chris Wilson out on bond? Seems like it doesn't take much for these losers to get their bond lowered...the evidence room "Oxy bandit", former Det. McCartney had his reduced from $350 to $50k. Are we just too cheap to house these POS cops in solitary? Then get rid of a couple Asst.
