The Phoenix PD are limiting the number of rounds (bullets) that cops can shoot. 

Yeah…Can you believe it?  Funny how the rest of us can get ammo, but the Phoenix PD can't?  Where are they trying to buy their ammo...WalMart?

C'mon Chief Danny! Can't you take some of the money wasted on annual Oath of Office Recertification and buy 100 rounds of ammo?

Based upon our calculations, this should cost $520 max. ($.52 per round). Can't you put this kind of money together? Maybe take some of the overtime money your newly appointed commander Joe “Balloon” Knott gave himself when he worked homicide? $520 is about one callout per year for him!  Maybe sell all the ketchup spilled on Stan Hoover's uniform shirt back to McDonalds? That should net at least $600 itself! 

Maybe if they put all these fat fucks like the Pina brothers or the Polombos on diets, they might save on the uniform allowances?   So if these fat fucks are too out of shape to chase criminals, and now they have no ammo...then what are they going to do?   Lob insults?  Use strongly worded messages?

Effective immediately the Department will be suspending the 100 rounds per month program for Department personnel. Due to budgetary issues, increasing cost of ammunition, and the difficulty in getting ammunition in a timely basis the Department must begin to carefully manage what ammunition we have on hand.  Don't shoot the messenger folks (not that you really could afford to anyway...)  

Please help me in spreading the word so we can limit how many folks needlessly drive to the Training Bureau and find out they can't get ammunition.

The one exception to this will be for those in the Skill Builder Program who, by policy, are required to practice. They will be allowed to get ammunition and get in their mandatory practice but will be limited to 50 rounds per session. 

In an unprecedented move and with the advent of the movie Hunger Games, we are going to allow archery practice at the range to help alleviate this problem.  Chief Danny is requesting this Renaissance  - that we all start going "old school" on future criminals.   Fencing practice will begin next week.

Sorry for the inconvenience but if we don't start to manage this now we will run out of ammunition with a lot of mandatory training and qualifications that have to take place.  We also want to ensure that idiots like detective Anthony Brokaw don't shoot themselves in the ass again, and waste rounds needlessly.

Phoenix Police to Shield Radio Traffic – And Why is This A Good Idea?

First off - we have receives so many emails about the "adult content warning"  when you reach our sight.  This appears from time to time and in the past we have shut it off.  Due to the overwhelming response and the amount of city officials who read this site, we're thinking of leaving the "adult content warning" on - forcing all those city employees to show and label their work computer viewing adult content on the web.   We haven't noticed a drop in our hits and we think this is another way to force-fuck these dirty cops into selecting Adult Content.

Here’s a story that should scare the bejesus out of everyone.   The Phoenix police want to encrypt their radio traffic from police scanners.

Next they’ll pass a law that we can’t video tape or photograph  Mike and Heather Polombo’s fat asses at a crime scene or any crime in progress.  They'll call it tampering with their investigation and label it harassment!


We just keep empowering these creeps and bullies and we can only hope that some smarter citizens develop and create encryption devices to out-smart the Phoenix PD.

Chief Garcia is Really a Moron! An Idiot That Needs to Go! - And Take Ed Zuercher With Him!

Last month lieutenant Joe "Balloon" Knott was promoted to a commander!  Can you believe Balloon Knott is a commander?  The “S” in his middle name stands for “Stupid.” Thanks to chief Garcia, this assclown is now in a leadership position. Someone told us a longtime ago that Joe Knott's family tree is a cactus, because everyone in it is a little prick - jusr like Joe.  The only positive thing about Joe Knott (we hope) would be his HIV status.

Then as a follow-on to our prior blog posting, Danny Garcia clearly violated protocol by not allowing any heterosexual white-men attend the Obama Inauguration.  For this discriminatory act, all he receives is a “Letter of Concern” from the village idiot and assistant city manager, Ed Zuercher.

It appears that the selection process to go to Obama’s Inauguration was based on color and gender at the request of the new police chief.  You're Black?  OK brother!  You're Hispanic?  No problemo.  You're Gay?  Well bring your rainbows to DC!   You're a white male?  Sorry - you can't go.

The article states:

Montgomery admitted that she and commander Geary Brase used race and gender in the selection process, but Montgomery and Brase also told investigations that they were ordered to do so by the city's top cop.
"Based on what we needed ethnically, to balance out the list, he chose the most senior members of that ethnic group and/or gender group to go," Assist. Police Chief Tracy Montgomery said in her interview with EOD investigators.
"I was told by Chief (Daniel) Garcia through Chief Montgomery that the police chief wanted to send a diverse representative group to Washington," Brase said.
An email by Montgomery also indicates that matching the inauguration team to the ethnic and gender breakdown of the department was the expressed desire of the police chief.


It looks like there may be a little riff now between the dumbass and ever worthless Montgomery and the new police chief.  We hope now she gets fired.  We heard she went on stress leave over this one.

But here’s where this is really creepy and shows how dirty and diabolical the Phoenix PD and city Manager’s office really are!

Also this investigation gets turned over to Police Internal Affairs which is run by Danny Garcia too.  Why?

Because that’s the way they set it up.  That’s the way they scratch each other’s back and protect themselves.  That’s the reason why people hate dirty cops and one wonders why they are not given respect?

Someone asked us the other day, “What is going on?  Why are people so apt to hate (and shoot) cops?  When is it going to end? How can we make it stop?”

(For those of you outside of Arizona or international, over the course of the past few weeks here in Arizona, a Phoenix cop was shot in central Phoenix six times and a Maricopa County Sheriff was shot in Peoria – just a few miles from "Balloon" Knott’s house. )

Make it stop?!!?  For us the realization came after 9/11 and continued up until this Blog was created in 2008.   Cops somehow were elevated to demi-gods and it has progressively gotten worse.  They are para-military (even their uniforms look like military) and demand in some weird, backward bizarro-world way, the same respect of those who serve in the armed forces.  

But people have lost most respect for law enforcement because of the power play.   Just read the news (and this blog!) and how Garcia doesn’t get recorded during an investigation or hides things from public record or starts bogus investigations on a whim.   Is he above the law?  It appears so.






In the news we hear and see:

- Cops throwing kids against the wall for skateboarding and threatening  our youth, whilst secretly being recording
- Cops throwing old ladies on the ground at traffic stops
- Cops having on duty sex, in uniform
- Cops stealing, molesting, being drunk or beating their wives/girlfriends
- Cops spraying mace and tassering kids on school campuses
- Cops shooting at citizens (and sometimes killing) with no very little merit and their only justification is they felt threatened and the only witness is now a dead man
And in Phoenix…
- A pocked faced Lauri Burgett starting a video company about her own job and retaliating against Phil Roberts for calling her out on many things
- Mike Polombo bringing up bogus harassment claims with his whore, blowjob loving wife Heather
- Louie Tovar raising and hiding a child molester known as, Louie “Adrian” Tovar junior
- Officer Chris Wilson enjoying the taste of 14 and 17 year old boys (why not the taste of gunpowder, copper or lead??)
- Theron Quaas shoving ferrets and live mice in his ass (that's an inside joke, but if you have even seen this little man, you know it's not too far from the truth)
- A drunk Steve Soha or the ever stupid Tracy Montgomery now throwing her own chief under the bus
- Dave Adams beating and holding hostage his wife, then being promoted to lieutenant
- Numerous sexual liaisons and sexual advances within the Phoenix PD even involving the former Mayor’s son - Jeff Gordon (who by the way was suspended for 6 months by AZ post for his on duty sex – so Phil OxyGordon called in some favors to get him a temporary job as a police assistant until his AZ post certificate is reinstated.)

….and all are still working as Phoenix cops.  Google any of these names and see what the internet (and this blog) has done to their reputation.  Spending $10,000 with reputation.com sure doesn't help!!

A new police chief who wants to alter a cops uniform for looks, but doesn’t understand or read his own Ops order 3.15 on uniforms – as he is seen repeatedly wearing an honor guard pin on his lapel.   This douchebag move is akin to Obama wearing a Seal Team Six pin on his lapel.

The biggest compliment we are ever paid is when people tell us (and thank us) for opening up their eyes and telling these stories that would otherwise never be told.  How often will main stream media cover the stories we cover and say what we will say?  They won’t . They can’t.  Mainstream media like Channel 5 and Donna Rossi need a cooperative and liberal relationship with cops.  We don’t and don’t care - and will pay, bribe and obtain our stories through the most surreptitious means possible.
People tell us that before reading the stories here, they would willingly call the police for help, willingly trade in weapons for a $50 gift card, willingly submit to DUI road exams, willingly speak to/meet with/or participate in investigations with police officers and willingly hand a driver’s license over to any cop that asked for it.  We have been witnesses to crimes locally, been approached by cops and (tried to be) questioned and we simply walked away. 

The LAST person we would ever talk to, collaborate with or help is a cop (unless of course it is for blog purposes.) We were glad to see recently that a cop named Bennett survived six bullets on Camelback, but one has to understand that respect is earned, and what happened to Bennett was just part the chaff and fallout of the systemic rot within most police departments.


We don’t ever wish for anyone to get shot, except for maybe the pedophiles and it be self-inflicted.   For the other dirty ones we mention here, like Polombo or Tovar we wish for Lou Gehrig’s disease, testicular cancer or strokes that leave them in diapers.  But we wonder if in hindsight Officer Bennett would agree that pulling over someone on Camelback alone, on a bicycle was worth it?  Does his wife and kids think the risk was worth it?  Just because it’s a high crime area, should cops stop and fuck with everyone, all  in the name of protecting us?  Was Bennett poking a bear that didn’t need poking?

Obviously it did.
This might sound surprising coming from us but there are fucked up people in the world and sometimes they just need to be left alone especially late at night on a bike.   Darwinism usually takes care of them.  It was only a matter of time before the PHX LITE RAIL made him into road pizza.   Was the guy a threat to someone?  We don’t think shooting cops is ever the answer.   All that does is kill the good cops that are left, and turns the bad ones into martyrs.   It also saddles us with tighter laws protecting these bad cops making it a cyclical problem.

How do you make it stop?  How do we bring respect back to officers?

It’s simple.  Take away the demigod status, make examples of the bad ones and pray for Lou Gehrig’s disease on the really bad ones.  How about we start by recording the police chief during corruption investigations?

Until we do, expect more of the same and expect to hear more stories about cops being shot and expect this blog to keep finding stories on corruption, cover-ups, ineptitude and abuse of power.      Until then, expect ignorant bikeriders on Camelback to find bullets and Ruger LCPs to be their great equalizers.

Here is the coveted report the Phoenix PD have been trying to hide.  As we mentioned in an earlier Blog, by including this doc in Chris Wilson’s pedophile “investigation” they forever remove it from public access until the “investigation” is concluded.  Dirty cops will do this when they don’t want you/us (Joe Public) to see something and to “legally” hide something from public record.  Nice huh?  Still think you can trust cops?  Read on.

Why? 

We can only assume because he has a lot of free time and as Phoenix’s top cop, he likes to get caught in the weeds and focus on things that aren’t so important and ignore the things that are.  Dan Garcia was sure to remind all these lieutenants how they should not think of themselves as cops, but rather managers and leaders now. 




For the layman out there, this gives you the complete list of lieutenants along with badge numbers and where they are working.  It’s always fun to see where the crappy stupid lieutenants we often blog about – like Lauri Burgett, Joe Balloon Knott, Stan Hoover, Lisa Messina, Tracey Miller, Vincent Piano and Lowell Spalla – end up.

Thus far the new police chief has many Obama-esq qualities - meaning - he is a do-nothing, non actionable police chief.  Leadership is all about surrounding yourself with great people and standing on their shoulders.  It's about keeping smart people close to you and delegating the small stuff to trusted competent associates.   Rather than worrying about uniforms or where lieutenants are being transferred, we think chief Garcia might want to take a look at some of the company he keeps.  He appears to be re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic!

When Dan Garcia keeps assclowns like Joe Yahner as his second in command (think Jack Harris,) or the likes of Tracy Montgomery and the father of a child molester like Louie Tovar, in any commander position where they are making decisions that affect the citizenry of Phoenix  – one has to question Garcia’s integrity and competence in running any organization.

Maybe Garcia is over his head and doesn't know how to lead and should go back to Operations?

Incredibly…The Phoenix PD Find Nothing Wrong with Our Inquiry - Hence the Reason for This Blog

It's a vicious circle that we see no end to...They lie and cover up, we publically ask for investigations because we already know what the answers are, Polombos clothes are too tight, they in turn lie and cover things up...It's the dirty Phoenix PD and the dirty lying leaders in Phoenix.

We received a reply (albeit brief) on our inquiry into Benny Pina.  The Phoenix PD claim that no policy was violated when Benny Pina made a racist comment about Terry Yahweh in a staff meeting, but that the EOD was still investigating.  We always figured we would get some lame-ass response but this borders on ridiculous.

WTF???  Ineptitude at its finest! Racism alive and well in the Phoenix PD.

Welcome to the 1950s!    Since no policy was violated, feel free to address Benny Pina and Chief Garcia with any racist comment you so choose. It’s just amazing how corrupt these guys are!  One can ask for an investigation in January and ten months later they find nothing wrong and no wrong doing, on something witnessed by many.  As citizens, this should concern every one of you.

There’s a 22 page report floating out there from Sergeant Sweikert of the PPD that he wrote on Chris Wilson – the cop we mentioned in an earlier blog who in Louie Tovar Jr. fashion - was  caught blowing the meat whistles of a 17 year old and a 14 year old boy. 

Sweikert knew early on what a complete creep Chris Wilson was and felt so strongly about it, he sent a 22 page memo to his supervisor. His supervisor was Tracy Montgomery and naturally Tracy did nothing with it.

In the report Sweikert tells how Wilson has a tendency to feltch little boys and was a significant risk to the PPD.  Wilson was well known with his 17 year old friend.  No one knew he was 17 though, including those Wilson worked out with. This report is very damaging and shows (again) how the Phoenix PD (again) ignore the massive iceberg in the distance and how a dumb snatch like Tracey (again) unilaterally makes a mistake and puts all our kids at risk.  Garcia's mantra shouldn't be Police with a Porpoise, but rather, Ignoring Citizen Safety - Each and Every Day with dumb Cunts Like Tracy Montgomery or better yet, The Phoenix PD  -Where you can Watch Your Teenage Son Get Blown By Cop!

Montgomery ignores the report and now is hiding it – since Wilson was arrested. It's another mistake she has made.   Most folks know it exists and since numerous public records requests have been done for it, Garcia and his fellow shitbags found themselves in a pickle with this PR nightmare.  They couldn’t have themselves look bad and let the public know the truth and decided to include this report in Wilson’s internal investigation, hence burying it.

Why?  

The avoidance (or delaying indefinitely) the public records request for the docs. If it’s part of an “ongoing investigation,” they have a right to not honor (and hence taint) their bogus investigation.   So we may never see it unless one of the good cops sends it to us and we post it on this blog. We are working on getting it through our internal channels.  We fully expect the Phoenix PD will excoriate Sergeant Sweikert and he will be flayed as fanatical and disobedient. Tracey will be exonerated, eat more city pussy and all will be brushed and hidden from public view.  It's the way these creeps operate.

Back in January (January 14th to be exact...), we submitted two requests for investigations into Phoenix police commander Benny Pina.  Benny loves using the word “nigger” and made some racist comments against Terry Yahwey an African American cop.  Benny was also caught working out with a young female, on duty outside of his precinct which is a significant liability for the city.  Benny is obese, and he needs to exercise in pre-approved areas should he hurt himself coughing or dropping a deuce.

Nine months later, we have heard nothing on where this investigation stands, why it is taking so long or what the results were.  This is typical of the city of Phoenix. 

Their own Ops orders (Ops order 3.19.1.A) has them providing us with an initial complaint control number, the results of the investigation and whatever punishment was doled out. 

You know and we know investigations don’t take nine months, especially with the level of details we provided.

You know and we know the last people on the planet the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix PD want to be accountable to is us. 

You know and we know that they don’t want to provide us the results of any investigation as we will post them here for the public to see.
What you don’t know (but we do) is that an investigation was completed, punishment was administered but the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix PD conveniently “forgot” to let us know. 

A mistake?  An oversight? An administrative mistake?  

It’s doubtful. 

It’s the problem we rant about.  Phoenix police (all police departments) do not feel accountable to citizenry.  They don’t respect citizenry. They have no regard for citizenry but they love to let us know that they will lay down their lives for the same citizenry and expect special treatment and special conditions for doing so.  Painful as it sounds, a job is a job.  You choose the job and all the risks that go with it and one shouldn't get special treatment for doing so!

So here is our follow up letter along with our original requests requesting an update.  We will post their replies.

In the past few months, there's been a plethora of editorial from the AZ Republic and the New Times on Scott Bundgaard’s Notice of Claim against the city.  We think if these idiots knew anything about the cops and the girl involved, they might report on this differently.

After reading this, things didn’t smell right to us.  How does a respected senator fall so quickly and why does everyone jump on the bandwagon?  Who is this Ballard chick and how does she become a victim and media darling?

To understand it, we need to go back a few years.

Remember the scene in The Godfather, where Don Corleone is buying fruit and his body guard was his bumbling stupid son Fredo?  Out of nowhere comes the “hit” and he is shot several times.  Fredo, drops his weapon and can’t get off a single shot to protect his own dad, only to sit there crying like a dumbass regretting his mistake.  If you don’t remember, here is the movie clip:

Well meet Phoenix cop Rob Rodarme, who we will affectionately refer to as Phoenix Fredo.  Back a number of years ago he was patrolling in Phoenix with fellow officer Nick Erfle. Erfle and Rodarme stopped a group of illegal immigrants who were jaywalking.  One of these illegals pulled out a gun and fired three rounds into Erfle, killing him. 

So where was Erfle’s partner, officer Rob Rodarme as shots were being fired in Erfle’s face?
It appears Rodarme was having his own Fredo-esq moment.

…Like Heather Polombo in a Maryvale Precinct parking lot. 

Officer Rob Rodarme didn’t get off a single shot, nor was he able to chase and find the illegal immigrant killer.  Someone else had to do it for him…all because he choked.   So what happened to Rodarme?  Did he resign in humiliation?  Did he become the town drunk knowing he had a Fredo moment?

Of course not!

Today his ineptitude and stupidity has been elevated to a leadership position within the Phoenix PD. Today this assclown goes by Sergeant Rob Rodarme (#6999) and he was the sergeant in charge of and called upon at Scott Bundgaard’s crazy scene on the Squaw Peak Parkway. 

There's a parade of idiots tied to this story.  One key assclown is a detective Bryn Ray who refused to interview people who saw a dumb cunt and wannabe model named Aubry Ballard drunker than a pack of Indians on payday.  These same people witnessed first-hand what a jealous snatch Ballard was all evening while Bundgaard danced with his partner at a charity dance competition.   Another dumbass is a Phoenix police officer named Christi Bell who testified via telephone as a friend of Aubry Ballard.  A while back Bell was contacted by Ballard that Scott had been violent with her.  Conveniently for them it comes out now when Aubry needed a defense for her crazy highway antics.

Aubry Ballard tried to invoke the domestic violence card as most conniving hatchet wounds do in an attempt to hide her actions and lay blame on Bundgaard. It looks like a lot of people fell for it.  And the best accusation they have is Bundgaard invoked immunity.  So what if Bundgaard invoked?  He has a right to.  That’s not a crime but they want you to think it is.

But let’s focus on Aubry Michelle Ballard since no one else will.  This public relations figure made sure Bundgaard was dragged through the mud using her PR contacts and influence.  Make no mistakes, we actually know of people who work with Aubry and she is no angel and darling as the media would like you to think. Rumors are she has worked more than Public Relations gigs; her past not only involves working the pole of a state senator, but also a brass one! 



What we hear is Aubry at one time had her adult entertainment card in Phoenix so as to work at strip joints and a bunny card in Vegas to work the same.  We don’t think working the pole is a bad thing..or working an Arizona state senator's pole...or working any man's pole - we just think if you’re going to play the victim card that everyone should see the entire picture. 

We consulted with some of Ballard’s conquests and know just about everything from her belly ring, to her Brazilian, to some of her favorite sexual exploits.  It wasn’t very hard to find people who would speak with us.   

The bad boob job was described to us as, “two zip-lock bags filled with creamed corn.  The plastic surgeon should have been shot over that debacle."  

Maybe the doctor should have fixed her nose and fixed her face instead of her fun bags?  Maybe the sweater meat were supposed to take away from the but-her-face? 

We may never know.

One thing we will never do is jump on a bandwagon and trust the PPD and of Sergeant Rob Rodarme.  Should we believe in the leadership and judgement of Rodarme along with Ballard and her cunting cop friends? Since Rodarme failed at having Erfle's back, is he now trying to make it up another way?

We think you're a dumbass if you believe ANYTHING that comes out of the PPD. Cops in general have a long sordid history of lying and the Phoenix PD is full of liars.

A note to any guy out there who has a chick threatening to jump out of your car or walk into freeway traffic while you drive up a highway?  

Let her jump.  Let her walk.

It will save you the trouble in the long run.


Second – Make no mistake – these Phoenix cops are dirty and will do almost anything to get themselves in the spotlight and bring someone down.  It's what these dirty shitbags do.   It’s what they get paid to do and how they advance their careers.  It's a sales job.  The more people they convict and the more high powered people they bring down, the higher they climb. 

So before you start doubting Bundgaard’s claims as fanatical, crazy or greedy and drink the negative KoolAid on Scott Bundgaard spun by the cops and media - you only have to look at two source;.a dumb cunt standing on the side of a freeway whose catch phrase should be “I like it in my pooper right from my hooch,”  and some BadPhoenixCops who have Fredo-like moments.

Chief Garcia did say that he was, “extremely disturbed and disgusted by this conduct…” – Gee…ya think?  How about investigating the Tovar Molestation story Garcia – it will make you throw up and you will never look at your dog and peanut butter the same again.

Chief Garcia went on to say, “he wants the community to know this is a transparent investigation.”

Funny – It has been one year since our Public Records Request on the Tovar molestation cover up and we still have not received a complete case file on it.  Where’s the transparency there Chief Garcia?

It Only Took Rob Handy One Year to Help Bankrupt the City of San Bernardino! We Warned Them!

The latest in the news has the city of San Bernardino filing for Bankruptcy protection.  This is the same city where we warned them a year ago to not hire Phoenix police commander Rob Handy.   The news report says it is so dire, the City of San Bernardino may not be able to make payroll and they may have to put everyone on minimum wage.

If you recall, we actually stated in a past blog that if you hire any of the assclowns who were friends of Jack – including Andy Anderson, Mike or Heather Polombo, Jim Pina and the likes of Rob Handy – it was only a matter of time before they would help drive the city into the ground!  Well it appears Rob Handy fulfilled our dream of decimating a city he touched!  It's the opposite of the Midas touch - its the shit FOJ touch!

HA!  We wonder how an asshat like Rob Handy feels now?  We have labeled the likes of Rob Handy a prick, asshole and douchebag just like in the photo below - now we can add failure and minimum wage earner?

At first sight we were excited that mainstream picked up our earlier story on Louie Adrian Tovar – son and nephew of Phoenix Commander Louie Tovar and Sergeant Mark Tovar.  The younger Louie Tovar admitted to both dog sex and child sex during his job interview with the Phoenix PD in 2006, and returned in 2009 to admit he molested others and NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!! But no – it was someone else who admitted the same during their job interview but unlike Tovar, he was promptly arrested because his father wasn’t in charge on the sex crimes division of the Phoenix PD.

Think about all we are reading and seeing with Penn State, Sandusky and now Paterno; how they all helped hide Sandusky's proclivity for little boys, and then think about how the Phoenix PD did the same and continues to do the same with Louie Adrian Tovar and his proclivity for little boys and dogs.

It astounds us to this day – when you are the son/nephew of a cop, you get off (pun) on molesting little kids and lathering your junk with xtra chunky peanut butter for Fido - with no repercussions and it is swept under the rug.  But when you are not part of a cop family; you make headlines for molesting children and animals and are immediately arrested.

Are you reading this Garcia or are you still review all the lieutenant's resumes?  When you're done with the resumes, can check the tire pressure in all the vehicles?

Evaluation of The Police Department Internal Affairs Unit (AKA PSB) and The Document BadPhoenixCops and Citizens Aren’t Allowed to Review. Well Now You Can!

We received the attached evaluation of Phoenix Police Department’s Internal Affairs Unit (known as PSB - Professional Standards Bureau), which was conducted by Matrix Consulting out of Palo Alto, CA - taken off the desk of Joe Yahner.

You can read the attached cover letter we received along with the document from our loyal source.  As citizens we paid the handsome sum of $150,000 (the equivalent of a commander’s salary) for this evaluation. Commander Dave Harvey now has been tasked to discredit this evaluation.

Think about how better we could have used $150,000, in a city where they cry everyday about budget shortfalls and the inability to hire cops.  Every one of you should go to every council meeting and every town hall meeting with copies and ask the simply question, “Why?”

While many of us knew about this evaluation and that an outside consulting company named Matrix was hired, this document is not officially published anywhere but here.  We have all been asking for these results and the Phoenix PD has been reluctant to deliver them.

So we delivered it to you – compliments of our faithful loyal and good cops in the Phoenix PD – cops who thankfully are more loyal to us, then they are to their own employer.

This was mailed to us and in true BadPhoenixCops fashion; the original mail package and documents were shredded and burned so that the Phoenix PD couldn’t obtain it or find out who gave it to us.  No sense conjuring up one of those illegal and fraudulent home raids along with a bogus criminal investigation…AGAIN.

We think he needs to talk to some retirees to gain some insight into the prior administration and why everyone left. The only question we have is what will he do with the likes of Lt. Dave Adams who was voted out of PPSLA and was convicted of imprisonment? Surely you can't have him lead anyone, nor send him out on any DV calls. Adams is a liability and should be fired. Tracy Montgomery’s Biggest Fear and Her Alleged Inner Circle

Sources told us recently that assistant chief and useless hatchet wound Tracy Montgomery is fed up and running scared.

She is fed up being mentioned daily on this blog. She is fed up when you Google her name; with what appears and the photos.  Tracy Montgomery is fearful that Garcia is onto her.  She is attending all meetings herself, when in the past she would send a delegate to take notes.  She has contacted an attorney and contacted reputation.com in an attempt to stop our shock and awe and messaging, and was told there is nothing she can do.

She held a meeting a few days back with what she referred to as her, “inner circle.”  Tracy Montgomery thought that by communicating solely with her buddies, that she would be protected and that all information would remain within this inner circle AKA a circle of trust.  What this dumb cunt fails to realize is that sans her nasty vagina, there is no inner circle that protects all her secrets.

We are the inner circle.  We might as well have been sitting in the meeting.

But we need your help – our faithful loyal followers of BadPhoenixCops.

We are preparing a host of letters to send to Chief Garcia.  One of them involves Tracy Montgomery and her inability to lead someone without burying her face between their legs.  If Tracy was a guy, and slept with as many subordinates as Tracy has, she would have been fired for the amount of departmental and city pussy she has plowed through.  We have received so many emails, letters, notes and docs on Tracy Montgomery’s inability to reprimand people, simply because these subordinates shared her bed and know first-hand Tracy’s true inner circle and her man-in-the-boat.

That’s a problem. 

We don’t deny Tracy for liking hooch; who doesn’t!  We just think she needs to find some that doesn’t work for her or in the City of Phoenix which is an abuse of discretion.  Tracy Montgomery lacks leadership and the ability to get any job done, except by intimidation or by sexual influence.  We think Tracy needs to be fired and our tax dollars can be spent on better endeavors, like investigating the Tovar molestation story, Jim Pina’s stupidity, or why Mike Polombo wears clothes from the 90s with tight pants.

So we are (again) offering a reward for any and all information about Tracy Montgomery so that we may forward it in our written complaint to Chief Garcia.  Specifically we are seeking names (first, last, badge number and title), rough dates and what occurred relating to Tracy and a subordinate.   Please send them to us in confidence at badphoenixcops@hushmail.com or feel free to post them in the comments section.  Even if you have a little piece of info but forgot a name, we have sources that might have other pieces to the puzzle.

And since Tracy reads this faithfully, we are reminded about what she said in an email, a few years back from October, 2007.

"Mark my words, if Dave is dealt with, others will think twice about lab bashing.”

Mark our words, Tracy herself is being dealt with and the day of reckoning is upon her. 

She needs to have another inner circle meeting.  We will tell you how it goes.

The Newly Appointed Chief Grows a Set! And Don’t You Dare Call Him Danny Boy!

From what we hear, the newly appointed chief Garcia is instilling mass amounts of discipline in his meetings and is growing a nice set of balls!   Sources tell us:

• Don’t you dare call him Dan, Danny or be singing O' Danny Boy.  You address him as chief or chief Garcia and the first name bullshit is out the door.  He expects the same of all his command staff.

• Poor Joe Klima can’t drive a motorcycle anymore and got a new asshole torn into him. What good is a leader on a bike? 

• Chief Garcia has assigned seating in the meetings.  This is making everyone uncomfortable.

• Telling everyone that the night Duty Commander position will be done by everyone, for one week so that everyone can feel the pain of working from 7PM-7AM for seven consecutive days.  Crying sissy bitches can go whine to the master of all sissy bitches, sergeant Mike "Potato Head" Polombo.

• Telling the group that all the committees assigned to make decisions are pointless (and as we have learned - they're rigged), and that he will make the decisions. Chief Garcia realizes that management by committee is paralysis by over analysis and a load of horseshit.

• That DUIs of officers is automatic termination and not some bullshit 10 hour suspension and investigation.

...And that lots of other changes are coming!


But words are just that – WORDS. 

We want some action - and not action in a Maryvale parking lot!

We like what we hear but until we see these changes and start seeing people fired and investigations started on the Tovar molestation cover up, Lauri Burgett, the dumb Polombos, Quaas and all the other crimes that are covered up by the creeps in the Phoenix PD, we will continue our shock and awe on the Phoenix PD. Until we see people like assistant chiefs Jim Pina and Tracy Montgomery tossed to the curb like the pieces of shit they are…then it’s all WORDS and tough guy talk.

But we still like what we hear!
Chief Garcia:  Next meeting you should send out Montgomery to “fetch” you some coffee or send Pina to pick up your dry cleaning.   You should also give everyone the speech about how, You don't get your money, where you get your honey...One doesn't shit, where they eat...One shouldn't dip their pen in the company ink... and if any of them are caught fucking, fingering, blowing, eating, kissing, groping, humping or shagging one another in the Phoenix PD - especially at the command level - they will be Donald-Trump-Terminated.  Montgomery will probably queef when she hears this!  Make sure she is seated front and center at that announcement!

BTW chief - Have you met the other Pina yet – el gordo Benny Pina? 

Conduct a fitness test and offer him $50 for every unassisted push up, pull up or sit up he can do in exec staff. It's his choice on which one he can do.  Have a paramedic on stand-by.  Don’t worry chief, you won’t be paying out any money.  Then tell them, “If a commander looks like this fat, sloppy mess, how would you expect a precinct of officers to be in tip-top shape?” Then put Gordo Benny on a low carb diet with a physical every week.

So We Have a New Police Chief. What Happens Next? Read Our Summation of What Needs to Be Done!

As you are all probably aware, our new Phoenix Police chief was sworn in earlier this week.  Proudly strutting around the event was Lt. Dave Adams in his PPSLA shirt glad handing and smiling, wondering which fellow cops told us about his DV and kidnapping conviction!

The question everyone asks us is, “Now what?”  “What will chief Garcia do?” “Where should he sink his teeth in, but most importantly – what does it mean for BadPhoenixCops?”

We’ll answer the later question first. 

Since we see no change and until all that is dirty and shitty in the Phoenix PD is indicted, fired and gone (or any combination of the three) we don’t plan to change anything.  We march on.  We have no elaborate plan or scheme and will continue to vilify cops in a public forum.  It’s exhilarating to excoriate dirty cops and destroy any chance for future advancement.  It’s refreshing when we get calls from good cops telling us how absolutely crazy and utterly humiliated these dirty cops become and how we alter their attitude, their disposition and sometimes – force them to retire or quit a fat paying job, simply because they can no longer tolerate being on a website each day.  Just ask a lying douchebag like Jeff Hynes who is working at Grand Canyon University trying to put his past behind him!  He walked away from a fat salary and DROP because of us.  Just wait until we infiltrate the campus and hand out the BRADY list to all his students!  They can indict us, follow us, investigate us, sue us, and charge us with whatever law they make up.  We always have the last say in the never-ending Internet ass fuck!

But as for the new chief Garcia…we see some challenges he will be facing. We heard he is asking for everyone’s CV to review their backgrounds and qualifications.  We are already hearing rumblings and posturing since most of the higher ranks obtained worthless MBAs and post doctorate degrees from these local correspondence schools; and on paper they appear more qualified then Garcia.  Garcia’s first hurdle will be having a Come to Jesus meeting with these useless assclowns, explaining to them how all those degrees are meaningless against leadership and experience.  If baccalaureate and doctorate degrees were solely important, they themselves would have his job but clearly they do not! 

From our perspective here is a short list of things Garcia will need to build some critical mass:

The assistant chiefs.  It is very tough to find anyone worth their salt and the bad ones outweigh the good ones.  Take a look at Tracey Montgomery and Jim Pina. These two idiots are to law enforcement, what Dr. Seuss was to science and medicine.  Just try and name one good task, one good project or one great idea either of these top cops have had?  Cops hate them. Citizens hate them and ever the LGBT and Rainbow coalition can’t stand them. Pina is stupid, short and mean. Montgomery is stupid, ugly and stupid.  When really dumbass cops like Lt. Stan Hoover find someone to be stupid...then they must be really fucking stupid! 

We challenge anyone to find three people who would sit in a closed-door session and proclaim Montgomery or Pina as good, productive leaders.  We challenge anyone to find three officers who will sing their praises anonymously on this website!   

Garcia should really assess his entire staff and ask for input from front line officers like lieutenants and sergeants (but not the likes of Dave Adams) to gauge who is a good leader and who is not.   We would also encourage and recommend Garcia speak with anyone who has retired in the past 12 months and who had 20 or more years of service with the PPD.   He could learn so much, in a short time period from these folks and get a deep dive assessment on all the fucktards and assclowns.

Garcia needs to address the flat out corruption and retaliation against some good cops – like Phil Roberts, Dave Barnes (…who by the way had everything dismissed against him! Yeah EVERYTHING…and he was prematurely fired without so much as a PSB investigatiom, yet someone like Dave Adams, convicted of imprisonment is running for reelection of PPSLA??!!), Linnae Knowles and others mentioned here who were attacked by chief Jack Ass Harris and forced to quit or were embarrassed and humiliated.  In all cases hire them back (if this is what they want), ensure that their records/files show nothing but positive and flawless documentation and genuinely ask what can be done to fix all those that were wronged.

Flush the toilet. In that same vein, Garcia needs to fire those who were the henchmen for Jack – Mike Polombo and his dumb cunt wife and master cockswoman Heather Polombo, the other useless hachet wound Lauri Burgett, Theron Quass, Joe Knott, Spalla, Sandy Renteria, Yahner, Brokaw, and anything with the last name of Tovar and or anyone tied to the Tovar child molestation story...and everyone mentioned on this blog.

And we’re not talking about some long drawn out bullshit PSB investigation, in some sort of Jeff Gordon-esq fashion where they sit on paid leave for 4-6 months.  We mean Donald Trump fired – as in -  here’s a box, collect your shit, find your red stapler, don’t come back and don’t let the door hit your ass on your way out – FIRED!  Then add them all to BRADY and indict them on perjury, filing false police reports and abuse of power so they may never be hired in any law enforcement position again.  Give them all their Glocks, with just one single hollow point bullet, and remind them that under the chin or in the temple and they can miss; and in the mouth is always better.   Actually, we take that back.  Let them go for the temple as to remain in a vegetative state, shitting themselves and drooling.

The right hand guy. Garcia needs to pick a decent, smart exec chief as his right hand man.  Since no one has had the balls to stand up to Yahner or Jack, and they all have sat by silently to protect their own asses, (but yet ironically during the chief interview and vetting process, they touted their leadership and command expertise…Hmmm.  Ironic...don't ya think?), we think this needs to be an outside person.  We have a dinner bet with a current top cop on who it won't be, with the winning prize being Capital Grille!   Garcia needs to find someone who can quickly bring people together, knock down walls and represent the Phoenix PD as a stellar organization.  We see no one in the Phoenix PD who can do this.  We would advocate for an assistant chief or commander if someone shared with us any experienced top cop with a hefty set of balls.  We just don’t see it with anyone in the current crop.  All they would do is demote the folks mentioned above and let them retire with dignity and take the safe easy path.

Fair skies kill a rainbow. Garcia needs to get off the diversity bullshit program started by his boss’ predecessor.  Frank Fairbanks wanted color, creed and sexual orientation above competence.  This bad decision has compromised the Phoenix PD.  Garcia needs to know that ironically he was hired because his name ends in a couple of vowels and will undoubtedly enjoy many lunches at Los Dos Molinos. He needs to use this “asset” to get better people in without appearing as a bigot.  Hiring others whose names end in vowels or the letters E-Z is OK sometimes, if they can do the job.  Garcia needs to promote churn within the PPD but veil it with he’s just mixing things up – albeit – indefinitely! Again asking recently retired cops with 20+ years or speaking one on one with some sergeants and lieutenants will not only earn him respect, but knowledge.

Dumbass+Fucktard=Problem.  Garcia needs to know his boss (not just Dave Cavasos…but also Ed Zuercher) are absolute complete fucking idiots and would sell their own moms to brothels for $5.  Between the two of them, there are no good ideas and no creativity.  Most know that Dave Cavasos' corruption started with TRAVELGATE at the airport and continues in the City Manager’s office, including talking himself out of a ticket and a DUI.  That’s not to say things can’t be changed, but when you are potentially smarter than your own boss, that could lead to problems.  This could be challenging for Garcia.

Loyalty. Garcia needs to foster a department that is loyal to him, which is going to be tough as an outsider.  His predecessor Jack Ass Harris had loyalty, but it was built on a department of corruption at the senior level.  We recommend a department of loyalty for Garcia at the commander, lieutenant and street cop level, and avoid any loyalty with his assistant chiefs.  If he can quickly garner an alliance with the cops who matter, the rest will fall into place and the current asst. chiefs will crumble.

Kiss our ring. Of course Garcia could meet with us, but until we see some traction and hear more about what he is doing, we wouldn’t be interested and we wouldn’t hold our breath waiting for him.  Wrongs need to be made right before we would have any audience with him and its always on our terms and never his.  Plus like we said earlier, destroying dirty cops is fun and the only thing that will silence us at this point is stacks of $100 bills in a trunk or life long membership in the Detective Heather Cox Armstrong Polombo Maryvale blow job club.

So many before him could have done something and made some great positive changes, but so many chickened out and were cunts.

We are optimistic.  

We learned a long time ago that this is the best time for Garcia.  The first 30-60 days is when any new employee can help an organization and they can be the most insightful – before they start drinking the kool-aid!

And if we had one bit of advice for chief Garcia? 

In order to make an omelette, you have to break a lot of eggs.
