It’s truly amazing the absolute stupidity and lies that come from these assclowns who run our city. Gordon is so detached (it must be the drugs) and these guys will lie and tell us anything.  They must think 1M+ people are just plain stupid.

Let’s talk about our magnificently ignorant pill poppin mayor – Phil OxyGordon. In Phil’s latest blog dated December 20th the mayor makes two bold comments:

Last week, a handful of local media outlets reported that the Phoenix PD - along with our Public Safety Director Jack Harris and other city leaders - are under criminal investigation by the Office of Inspector General, an arm of the federal Department of Justice, for providing bad statistical data about the number of kidnappings in Phoenix.

That's simply not true. Let me be as clear as I know how to be: The Phoenix PD, Harris, myself, city officials, none of us, are under any federal investigation, criminal or otherwise.

And

I'll let you know how this "statistical audit" turns out, though I firmly believe that this is another example of a disgruntled employee making a complaint helped along by the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association, a police union dead set on making a power grab at the expense of city leadership and the Phoenix Police Department.

Phil Gordon Claims There's No OIG Investigation - YEAH RIGHT!!

This dumb-fuck Gordon wants us to think that the audit is coming from a disgruntled employee, when it is not.  Officer Phil Roberts and PLEA need to print this statement from Phil Gordon's Blog and save it before they delete it, as it shows further retaliation against Roberts.

Maybe mayor Phil hasn’t heard about the email that was just sent to asst. chief Joe Yahner?

Our sources have told us the email comes directly from the Officer of the Inspector General (OIG) informing Mr. Yahher that the Phoenix PD are under investigation and the OIG are requesting:

- An available conference room (the chiefs' conference room), with the Phoenix PD for onsite usage by the OIG, beginning January 10, 2011.


- All the DRs (police reports) for all 358 alleged kidnappings


- Dates/times/people the OIG would like to meet within the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix Police department

- Plus much, much more.

We will do a Public Record's Request for this email, but for sure Yahner received it.   So does mayor Phil Gordon really want to stick to his story, keep lying to us and telling us an investigation isn’t underway?  What a complete dumbass. Thankfully Gordon has termed out and can't get reelected.  We hope this is the end of this douchebag's political career.

Now let’s get to Chuck Miiller, the commander in the Phoenix PD who has ownership for media relations, among other things. Chuck is easy of the eyes, but light on the brain and lying comes easy to him.

We want to give you a little history of Chuck’s lying but first watch the video of Chuck, telling us how we are all idiots to doubt the Phoenix PD and much like Phil Gordon - we are all speaking about something we know little about and we should leave commentary to professionals like the Phoenix PD. Chuck states that Phoenix PD is not currupt, we should trust them and wants to assure us the rumors aren't true, when Chuck himself is part of the lies and corruption.

Chuck Miiller Responsibilities in the PPD

So what's Chuck's checkered history with the Phoenix PD?  Like most we have blogged about here, Chuck would prefer citizens and the media didn't know any of this!

Back in 1996, Chuck was caught lying to his lieutenant about fucking a female on his squad. Yep - go ol Chuck Miiller was shitting where he eats - dipping his pen in the company ink - banging a subordinate - playing tonsil hockey with a female cop or for you religious zealots, he was breaking the 7th Commandment! Chuck’s lieutenant at the time was Lt. DeBenedetto.  Chuck on a regular basis was inserting his small dick in someone named Audra. Chuck Miiller was married at the time and an up-and-coming sergeant with the Phoenix police department.  Bummer for Chuck.

When DeBenedetto heard of the rumors of Chuck and Audra, he interviewed Chuck. Chuck Miiller lied and denied having the affair. A little later, Chuck’s conscious kicked in (we didn't know he even had one), and he admitted to DeBenedetto that he lied and further admitted he was doing the horizontal mombo with Audra.  

If any of you know Audra M., we would like to know if Chuck had any particular moves in bed that were laughable or down right hysterical or if her nickname for him was "pinky dick."

Miiller was subsequently demoted from sergeant to officer when he should have been fired for lying about his on-the-job fuckfest with Audra. AZPOST doesn’t allow an officer to remain on the force for lying, but Chuck Miiller has and he isn’t on BRADY. A year later Miiller was promoted. His wife thankfully ended up divorcing him when he started screwing another female cop, whom he eventually married.

This worthless inept hatchet wound who became his next wife is Tracey Miiller – a cop who grew through the ranks to the level of lieutenant with no experience and no specialty assignment. This is the same Tracey Miiller who thinks wearing retro weave belts from 1992 is a fashion statement and thinks drinking on the job with cops and pilots is the right thing to do! I hope to God these two idiots haven’t had any kids with their DNA. God help those children.  Someone ought to call Child Protective Services.

So should we believe anything Chuck Miiller says to the Press? How would we know it’s true? Chuck Miiller has a history of lying, yet is the media spokesperson for the Phoenix PD and is telling us to trust him and 4,000 of his associates?

Another interesting tidbit about Chuck is he has been a cop for about 18 ½ years - long enough to have a great checkered history, but not long enough to retire.  Recently he bought two years of military time, to get him to 20 years so that he can enter DROP (that's the same double dipping program Jack Ass Harris is using to rip off our city.)

Now why would a cop with a supposed long career ahead of him buy years to accelerate his entry into the retirement program, DROP?  By our estimates he's cutting himself way, way short of retirement dollars.

Why would someone do that?

It looks like Chuck is seeing the beginning of the end and is looking to get as much money out of this as he can. There’s no other logical reason to do this and it doesn’t make financial sense. Retiring with an estimated $65K annually when he can probably wait a few more years and double that?  Chuck Miiller's entry into DROP is the sign of a rat leaving a ship - a dirty lying rat - who might end up taking a few arrows about some bad kidnapping statistics.

Jeff Hynes, former commander of PSB had more to do with this blog, then probably any individual in the Phoenix PD. While he isn’t part of Jack Harris’ Axis of Evil with the likes of assclowns Murray “Andy” Anderson, Eric Edwards and Jim Pina, he was responsible for a lot of Jack’s dirty work while at PSB.

Let us explain.

We found this spin article online about commander Jeff Hynes and his demotion to patrol. Dave Harvey, the guy who mixes liquor and airplanes is taking over for him as the leader of PSB (Internal Affairs).

You folks remember Dave?  He was the one in these photos where it appears drinking alcohol on the job and checking out girls' asses is OK.  Nothing like a little alcohol and guns while on duty!  Luckily there wasn't a hot call.

Jeff Hynes Gets Demoted and Pretends He Really Wanted This

Trust us. This was not voluntary for Jeff Hynes. It was a demotion plain and simple. Jeff fucked up and Jack Ass Harris needed to deflect the shrapnel at Hynes.

Like many before him, it appears he is not in good graces with the chief Jack Ass anymore and was the sacrificial lamb. Jeff Hynes shouldn’t look at this as a “loss” since being on BRADY, he should have never gotten the job in Professional Standards Bureau in the first place. We heard a few years back that Hynes was writing a book on Leadership.  We often wondered what happened to it and which chapter was going to cover completing paper work for Steyr-Aug rifles that cops weren't supposed to buy and then lying about it.

Hynes is replacing Sandra Renteria (yeah – you remember that name too from this blog).

Most notably the article states:

"Hynes replaces Cmdr. Sandra Renteria at Desert Horizon. Renteria will be reassigned Monday to City Hall” ….Renteria, who said she enjoyed "going to meetings and listening to people" to connect with residents". (They forgot to note that good ol Sandy also likes attending Phoenix Mercury games, dogs licking peanut butter in provocative places, women in flannel shirts and “butch” hair cuts.)

So what’s Jeff Hynes tie to this Blog?

Simply put, Hynes took over for the diminutive Louie Tovar after Louie was demoted to work Transit (that's our befuddled start nowhere, end nowhere light rail system that the homeless use.)  Hynes at anytime could have/should have investigated Louie Tovar, Sandra Renteria, Anthony “Bullet in the Ass” Brokaw and the very retarded Brandon “Corky” Huntley, but he refused.

Even after being specifically asked (unbeknownst to us until we recently saw this memo) by PLEA to investigate Louie Tovar, Jeff Hynes still refused.

AZPlea Makes a Request That Touches Close to Home

Jeff Hynes has spoken to our blogger Jeff about his ex wife’s antics - of lying, filing false police reports, violating Orders of Protection and the like (Hynes may or may not remember it) yet Jeff Hynes still refused to do anything. Our sources told us it was personally Jeff Hynes’ responsibility to view this Blog everyday, print it to hard copy and report it daily to chief Jack Ass Harris.

Jeff Hynes was also ultimately the boss of detective Theron Quaas and was at Dave Barnes’ house the morning of the illegal raids and stolen computer equipment. Jeff Hynes has known about the retaliation from Jack Ass Harris, Theron Quaas committing perjury, the retaliation against all good cops like Phil Roberts, Dave Barnes, Linnea Knowles and Rusty Stuart, but still has done nothing.

And now Jeff Hynes gets demoted to work 600 calling it, “another great opportunity.” Yeah right – if you believe that you’ll believe the crocodile tears of detective Heather Armstrong Polombo, that infamous Mexican Mafia “hit” she has on her, and that she has never had the need to drink cranberry juice for medicinal purposes.

Recently the Phoenix PD and the State lost their motion to dismiss Blogger Jeff and his counsel Jess Lorona from interviewing Jeff Hynes. Our Blogger plans on deposing all these creeps since it is well known they are all operating under chief Jack Ass Harris’ directive. Our blogger has details of meetings, dates and who was present in those meetings, so lying won’t be an option.

Probably the best moment during Ted Campagnolo’s argument against Lorona deposing Jeff Hynes was his exasperated and incensed plea to the judge that was something along the lines of:

“Your honor…this blogger Jeff is involved in a website….that….that…well…let’s just say…it’s not very kind about the management of the Phoenix PD. Everything ….just about everything…..Jeff Hynes says will probably be used and posted on a blog….” or something along those lines.

It really showed a distressed lawyer knowing he lost and knowing what will be the inevitable results of such a deposition. We wondered why they would fight so hard to exclude Jeff Hynes, maybe we now know why. And public records are just that – records that the public may see and hear! Ted Campagnolo needs a lesson on open and free disclosure. Didn’t he learn anything with the Polombos?

We know Hynes reads this blog. We know of his Public Records Request to find out how we got the BRADY List and his Steyr-Aug employee intake form, in an attempt to find out how we know, what we know. It was a valiant attempt but we know it lead nowhere. We know Jeff Hynes lost the Peoria job and even took a few days off as a result, to recoup. We are also told his job was to look at this blog everyday, and print the comments and the entries.
(BTW…In case you were wondering why we changed the background on this blog to all black a few months back – this was the reason. We figured if the Phoenix PD were printing off this blog and the associated comments each day, we ought to make it fun and make them burn through a few hundred toner cartridges in the process. Jeff Hynes, you are one of those rare individuals – where half our sources like you and the other ½ wish you would move back to Canada, bust out your Sarah McLachlan CDs and start putting mayonnaise on your French fries again. Those who do like you say you are a good guy who like many are reaching for the brass ring, but you are likely getting the golden middle finger from chief Jack Ass, and now being thrown under the bus like so many before you.

We can assure you commander Hynes that when Jess Lorona gets to you, it will be unpleasant. Then you will have to deal with Craig Mehrens and he’s a salty, angry SOB. You can already surmise the kinds of questions you will be asked. You replaced Louie Tovar, were asked to investigate Louie Tovar, had the little lying Theron Quaas in your organization and had the ability to change so much, but you didn’t. We have a great list of questions for you, so go get some AstroGlide and get ready.

Jeff Hynes will have the opportunity to “come clean” and tell everyone how Jack Ass Harris was directing him, or take all the arrows himself. It’s his choice. We guess only time will tell when deposition time comes and how he will act. And remember Jeff – you can’t lie during a deposition – even if you are asked about your wife leaving you for another cop or the humiliation of being a BRADY LIST veteran for 14 years.

Remember back On September 12th, we sent our own letter to the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), complaining of the malfeasance and corruption in the PPD and how mayor Phil Gordon and Jack Harris lied in their testimony before Congress?

Well, it looks like the OIG have begun two investigation into the Phoenix PD - the first for lying about kidnapping stats that never happened in order to obtain $1.7M in federal funding, and a second criminal investigation for retaliating against officer Phil Roberts.

Get ready for the proctology exam there, chief Jack Ass.  We are all hoping this is the final nail in your coffin along with Phil OxyGordon and everyone else who ignored Phil Robert's memos.  We also think 8 city council members and the city manager's office are puckering their assholes at this point.

So the real question is this:  It is standard policy for any cop under criminal investigation to be sent home on paid leave.  So do we all think that Ed Zuercher, David Cavasos or Phil OxyGordon are going to grow some testicles and send Chief Jack Ass Harris home on paid administrative leave?

And while this lying dick-cheese Jack Ass is home on leave, will they try to fire him like they have Barnes, Chrisman, Roberts and...God knows who else?

More About Sergeant Drenth’s Death. Was it Murder? Was it Suicide? or Was it Something Else at the Hands of Jack Harris and the 4th Floor?

In Pinal County recently a county employee with Animal Care and Control who mistakenly euthanized a war hero dog, was fired.  So what should we do when a wannabe chief of police/public safety manager and all around jackass is responsible for the suicide of one of his own cops?

We get so many calls and so many details surrounding the suicide of Sergeant Sean Drenth - whoops - we mean murder.....self murder....more so than any other story these days.  The cover-ups and corruption on this one are pretty bad. A meeting in the Phoenix PD had everyone being threatened with their jobs.  Members of Phoenix Homicide were told, “Don’t talk to the media or you will be fired.”  Thanks to our good loyal sources, we still have information on Sergeant Drenth’s murder mystery leaked to us and it's driving Jack Ass Harris crazy!

The latest news has 4 officers indicted on charges of pocketing $1000s of dollars in an off duty scam that they didn’t work. We hear another 30+ are in the queue to be investigated.   We should note that this news was published here first, before any mainstream media got a hold of it.   Jack Ass Harris claims it’s not his fault and how is he to know everything (!!!) going on with his police force.  Pill poppin mayor Phil Gordon declares we still have the best police department on the planet.


In our last blog about Phoenix police officer Sean Drenth, we wrote:

So each of you are asking…why?  Why the cover up by the Phoenix PD and why would a distinguished officer kill himself?

For the later question we may never know.  Officer Drenth recently bought a Camaro. Could it have been financial problems?  Problems at home?  Problems at work?  That is now with officer Drenth and God to discuss. Whatever the reason, we will bet you all a set of Polombo nameplates that his wife and the mother know the reason or have a very good idea.

We may have found our motive for a Suicide. 

We are also learning about Jack Harris’ “cleaning house” of the South Mountain precinct all in an effort to show the community how tough he is and how he “cleans up his own,” when nothing could be further from the truth. 

Jack Harris and PSB have reinvigorated this old claim about officers in South Mountain working overtime, but never showing up for the job. Officer George Contreras already lost his job over this and it looks like more were coming.  This investigation is over 3 years old, yet it comes up now.  How convenient for Jack Harris; but yet how unfortunate for Sean Drenth.

What the Phoenix PD do is sit on investigations against cops and save them; opting not to investigate. Only when they feel the time to grand stand is right, or to screw over a good officer who turned on chief Jackass will the investigation start.  It was all part of Jack Harris’ propaganda campaign to make himself look good.  Unfortunately, it looks like it back-fired, because Drenth was found dead, most definitely a suicide.

So what’s the connection?

It appears that Sergeant Sean Drenth was part of this investigation into filing false overtime claims and not working.  To what extent, we do not know.  This was not solely isolated to Drenth but included some 30+ officers from the South Mountain precinct at all levels and all degrees.  The only reason this investigation “popped up” was because of what happened with officer Richard Chrisman killing an unarmed citizen.  

Jack needed to save face and show everyone that he is not soft on his own.  What better way to do this then throw some 30+ patrol officers under the bus and blame everything in South Mountain on “them” rather then taking the blame himself on his own corrupt administration? Jack Ass Harris even put Chris Crockett as the commander of South Mountain, only to have a domestic violence call to his home 2 days later.  Crockett is the wrong leader for South Mountain.  Chris Crockett just doesn't know how to act around women and being stupid is no way to go through life, but he is an FOJ and got the gig because of his skin color and his loyalty to a worthless, stupid jackass.

If Drenth was part of this investigation by Jack Harris, maybe he got scared?  Maybe he saw the beginning of the end?  Maybe he was more involved then we all believe and more then just a participant? Maybe he met another “overtime cop” in that vacant lot and got into a fight with the cop and lost his life?  There is still no rational explanation why Drenth was there, why he was out of his car with his shotgun, why his GPS was off and why he never called for backup.  The only thing we do know for sure is officer Drenth didn’t want anyone knowing he was near Jackson and 19th Avenue.

Now our sources are being threatened with their jobs for speaking, something so typical in the administration of chief Jack Ass Harris. 

Pill-Popping Mayor Gordon has shut his whore smooching mouth and it seems everyone has gone silent.  Jack Harris may yet again have blood on his hands if this was a suicide and he started a grand standing investigation to increase his popularity and to divert attention.

Want to know what’s really odd about this cop killing?  Think about it. 

No car washes.  No charities.  No news at all on Sean Drenth’s death. Zero follow up.  One would think there would be alerts for some roaming cop killer, but there’s nothing - because they know. The reason there’s nothing is the Phoenix PD and Jack Harris don’t need the bad publicity of a suicide, a cop-on-cop murder or a former cop-on-cop murder.   Sean Drenth’s widow will be getting a nice death benefit, but only if this isn’t ruled a suicide.  Jack Harris and the PPD need to distance Sean Drenth’s suicide and the fact that he was under investigation, as far as possible!

The claim of the Phoenix police is this:

The police department wasn't aware that he was being investigated by the Attorney General's Office until the week of his death…

That’s a pretty wild claim since our sources knew it, we knew and it was published last week in another blog entry!
 In our last blog we also stated:

His shotgun was found on his chest with his head nearly blown off from under his chin.  His service revolver on the other side of a fence with his uniform covered in dirt to show signs of a struggle, or so says our sources in Phoenix Homicide.  His GPS turned off.  There was no reason for officer Drench to be outside of his car and standard operating procedure (SOP) is to always call for backup at the first hint of trouble – not to turn off your GPS.  He was neither writing a report in his vehicle nor responding to an emergency call.  Every cop and everyone with a police scanner are telling us this was called in as a 901X – that’s cop code for suicide.  There is going to be some explaining to do when his service pistol comes back, absent of DNA.  Then what will Jack and the 4^th floor tell us?  That is was Mark Goudeau or we have some bizarre cop killer in Phoenix who has no DNA?

New information we have gleaned from our sources in PHX Homicide is Drenth’s shotgun was still slung around his body.  Cops shotguns are in the trunk and come with a strap, leading more to believe this was a suicide.  How can someone be murdered with a gun strapped or “slung” around their body?  It is possible he was racking his shotgun when it went off?  Then why would he be doing this with his GPS off in an isolated part of town with no backup, still slung to his body?  Was he at a secret meeting with another officer that went afoul?  Was he meeting George Contreras, officer(s) Peck, Lentz, or Sywarungsymun?  

Maybe.  

Was it a staged suicide for Sean Drenth to save face and give his wife a healthy pension and a death benefit?  That’s definitely a possibility, knowing he was facing a Felony indictment with his fellow guitar buddy and former cop George Contreras. 

Has Phoenix PD Homicide checked his cell phone, subpoenaed his computer or asked his wife?   Not to our knowledge.

Our homicide sources are also telling us there was a “shoe mark” on officer Drenth.  In reality no one knows for sure what it was. We think it’s a red herring leaked to the media to let us all think someone killed him, but they don’t know.  It is a scuff.  It could have come from Drenth himself. If it is a shoe, we surmise it came from some homeless vagrant who heard a loud bang, came over to see what happened, prodded officer Drenth with their foot to see if he was still alive, then ran away.  Or it could have been the other cop who murdered him. 

Jack Harris and his cronies know something and are hoping we will all forget and move on. 

HA!  Fat chance.

Jack Harris is a lying cocksucker and an arrogant motherfucker.  Jack thinks he is the Phoenix police department.  He has no support and everyone under him hates him or fears him.  After all we read in the news; when is PHX City Council, the city manager or our mayor going to do something?   

As citizens we have lost our confidence in the Phoenix PD.  If you trust or believe in the Phoenix Police, then you are a hopeless fool.  If you call them to report a crime or need their help, you are equally a fool and put your life and your family's life in jeopardy.

Sean Drenth most definitely killed himself or at best, he was killed by another cop involved in this off duty work scam.  There’s no doubt about that.  Either way, it’s bad news for a jack ass of the 5^th largest city in the US.

So we’ll ask the question again:

So what should we do when a wannabe chief of police/public safety manager and all around jackass kills one of his own cops? 

Funny - When it's an employee of Animal Care and Control who kills the wrong dog, he at least loses his job and apologizes for his error.  With the city of Phoenix police chief all we hear are excuses on how he can't know everything going on in his department.

A while back we blogged about a “letter of reprimand” that we were trying to get out of the Phoenix police department on Jack Harris.  Harris’ pal, lieutenant Eric Edwards tried everything to stop us from getting this letter, including removing any copy from the halls of the Phoenix PD and denying and lying it ever existed.  We eventually got city manager Ed Zuercher to acquiesce and send the letter to us. Immediately after we received it, Eric Edwards had a heart attack.

It’s a pity Eric just didn’t drop dead on the floor of the police department. Then again we wouldn’t want to waste more taxpayer dollars on a funeral and clog 67th Ave. and the 101 with traffic burying this dirty, lying, conniving SOB who has done nothing except get a law degree on the taxpayers’ dime and lie for his pal Jack Ass Harris. 

Many of you probably don't know Eric Edwards.  Consider Eric the "Karl Rove" of the PPD - a man behind the scene.  Eric Edwards is part of Jack Ass Harris Axis of Evil and is a shitbag who deserves nothing but the worst.   No matter what your belief, we hear once you meet Eric Edwards, you will be in favor of Abortion.  Cream rises to the top, but remember - so does scum.  Lepers try to avoid Eric Edwards.  We know we get under his skin and we know that Eric Edwards has meetings with chief Jack Ass Harris discussing this blog.  We hope we helped contribute to his heart attack and the stress in his life.  The best health advice we have for Eric is to slit his own wrists to lower his already high, blood pressure. 

Eric is so hated in the Phoenix PD, even his own hands refuse autoerotism. Eric Edwards' birth certificate is an apology from Trojan condoms.  Eric is so dirty and rotten, he would steal straw from his own mother’s kennel. We often wonder how the rest of his litter turned out. Eric Edwards is deficient in all that lends to character. If you traded Eric for shit, you would lose the container you brought him in.   Eric Edwards is a true assclown in the Phoenix PD.

We have been asked often, “What prompted the letter of reprimand?” Our sources on Jack Harris’ staff told us it was something that happened in a meeting with all the assistant chiefs.  Jack and a meeting trainer were making off-color and lewd comments that weren't quite worthy of the words published in this blog, but they were unbecoming of a chief. We got a hold of the initial letter sent to city manager Ed Zuercher, prompting Jack being placed On Notice.

We have the complete thread of letters on this subject starting with the initial complaint letter sent to city Phoenix Manager Ed Zuercher from the law firm, Jarburg-Wilk. The letter of reprimand (we aren’t supposed to call it that per Ed Zuercher. So just to be clear - we did a public records request on a letter of reprimand dated February 2, 2010, for Jack Harris.

Jack Harris replies to it via his lawyer buddy Eric Edwards on April 2nd - that the February 2nd letter sent to him, is not in his hands or his office in Phoenix and doesn't know if it exists?

In it officer Rusty Stuart explains many things, including the retaliation against him for working on the Baseline Murders, the cover ups, the hiding of evidence, how he is now working with the Goudeau defense team, and just how far chief Jack Ass Harris and his marauding band of thug cops will go to lie.

Officer Chrisman's Partner wants to "SHOOT THEM ALL"

PHOENIX – A Phoenix police officer is in trouble for his personal license plate.

Police say they saw the license plate when Officer Austin Lewis responded to a crime scene while working off-duty at a nearby QuikTrip and killed a man.

Police say the killing was justified because that suspect had a gun. (Of course it was. Conveniently all shootings by cops are "justified" since the only ones investigating, are other cops..BPC)

The officer-involved shooting took place Oct. 17. Officer Lewis, a 9-year veteran, shot and killed the suspect after police say the man pulled out a gun.

Sgt. Steve Martos, with Phoenix police, says, “That individual failed to obey commands and reached into his waistband where he retrieved a handgun and pointed that handgun at officers.” (He was probably pulling out his ID/wallet and they put a throwaway gun in his hand...BPC)

The license plate on Lewis’ personal plate read 451 M ALL. In police code, 451 means murder so the plate could be read as “Murder M’All.”  (451 is actually "shooting"  so it is Shoot M All...BPC)

Police would not comment on the officer’s license plate or what it means but say the Professional Standards Bureau is investigating. (Oh really?  Well that ought to go far!  Better ask for Whistle Blower protection!. Why not just ask chief Jack Ass Harris how he wants this investigation to turn out, and save everyone the time and trouble?..BPC)

Lewis’ frequent partner, Officer Richard Chrisman, was arrested for murder on Oct. 5. He stands accused of murdering an unarmed man in South Phoenix. Both officers work out of the South Mountain precinct. (This is like a BAD B-Movie on Lifetime starring Meridith Baxter Birney- This is like a bad Dicken's novel the way all these shitbags are intertwined...BPC)

Lewis did not want to talk to 3TV about his license plate but says they have expired and he has put a different plate on his truck. (Sure they expired.  And so did Danny Rodriguez, thanks to his partner officer Richard Chrisman...BPC)

1. Jeff Hynes has panicked about his name on the Brady List and the article on News Times and BadPhoenixCops.

2. Jeff Hynes took several days off to recover from this.

3. Jeff Hynes is no longer being considered by Peoria for his previous indiscretions which include providing a mayoral candidate Johnson with department stats and then signing off on the Styr Aug memos.

4. Jeff Hynes is a good guy and needs to get out of PSB. Jeff, they will throw you down in a minute. Why do you tolerate managements bullshit? They don't like you.

5. A bunch of South Mtn officers will be indicted and arrested for their role in working off duty at 48th street and Broadway with former Ofr. George Contrears.

6. This investigation began three years ago and was shelved after Contreras quit.

7. This investigation was resurrected after the Crissman shooting so Jack could demonstrate how he, "cleans up the bad guys."

8. Sgt Drenth was involved in the off duty investigation and may have been called to the grand jury to testify.

9. The off duty investigation would have never been resurrected if the Chrisman incident did not happen.

10. The off duty investigation was to clean up the ranks in South Mtn precinct.

11. Instead it may have resulted in the death of Sgt Drenth.

12. Whomever resurrected the investigation could have Sgt Drenth's blood on their hands.

13. Jack is very upset about all the leaks, (teee heee) and continues to meet with people to get blogger Jeff and shut down this blog.

14. We still need a list of HIDTA directors so we can send the information on Andy Anderson before they hire him so they can make a educated decision on if he will be a good fit or too much risk. Who wants someone who can't control their temper in their organization.

15. DOJ is DOING a investigation on Jack and his cronies. They are meeting with witnesses and giving them federal admonishments not talk or mention there interview to PPD management.

16. MCAO Attorney Juan Martinez is interviewing everyone who had a copy of the Councilman Johnson Councilman Nadowski memo. Anyone interviewed should plead the "5th" since it is a criminal prosecutor interviewing you. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS INTERVIEW AND WOULD ONLY BE A FOOL IF YOU DO.

17. Jack is transferring five of six south mountain precinct lieutenants to eliminate the "systemic" problems in the precinct.

18. A recall will be done on PPSLA Mark Hafkey and his cronies for failing to represent their membership.

19. Comdr. Chris Crockett still leads south mountain precinct despite the domestic violence at his home involving his wife and mistress two days after taking the assignment.

20. Every officer at Sgt. Drenth's funeral is disgusted with the entire 4th floor, especially Jack, for siezing the "moment" to use the opportunity of having his assistant chiefs in uniform and taking a "group photo" of the Executive Staff (sickening isn't it?)

21. The assistant chief group photo may be used sometime down the road for "photo lineups" regarding violation of civil rights and misuse of government funds. Maybe even Sgt Drenth's death?

22. Everybody hates Jack and Andy Anderson.

23. Executive Staff usually runs about five minutes and then Jack, Joe Yahner and Andy Anderson meet in Jack's office for about an hour to talk about the "real issues" with a bottle of Maalox, discussing this Blog.

24. Blogger Jeff is still my hero and has sources at all ranks and so deep in the department, it's actually a little frightening that a citizen could cripple the Phoenix police department.

25. Joe Yahner does not realize how bad he has separated himself from his peers by sucking Jack's ass and will not be an assistant chief, much less Exec., when Jack leaves.

26. Heston Silbert's case gets stronger when he gets GOD'd out of south mountain precinct. Can someone say "retaliatory?"

27. EOD will not stop the Heston Silbert investigation once Heston leaves for Mesa PD.

28. Joe Yahner and Rob Handy will be getting NOI's in the Silbert investigation.

29. Peoria PD will not hire Rob Handy once they realize he may have a E violation sustained in the Silbert investigation (so says my EOD sources.)

30. Nick Wubker is the guy who got caught having two separate families, homes and spouses (or spouse and girlfriend?) and had a order of protection against him.

31. Nick Wubker had his gun taken away by the courts when an order of protection was issued.

47. Rob Handy and Dave Harvey shared a sleeping bag during the fishing trip (HA! just kidding but it wouldn't surprise me).

48. The PPD refuses to release info on Sgt. Drenth's murder but they know what happened.

49. MCAO is more interested in who forwarded a e-mail on Councilman Johnson and Councilman Nadowski that they are pursuing tampering with witness charges. Another fine example of our tax
dollars being wasted. Not as bad as giving Jack a $49000 raise though.

50. So much of all of this would quickly disappear if Jack Harris would leave. This is all happening because of the vindictive nature of current management. What happens when you are vindictive is much like when you commit a criminal act with accomplices. Accomplices get nervous, don't know who to trust, start developing
diversions to what they've done so to "set someone else on fire and shift the focus away from them". All of these diversions create more chaos and include more accomplices. It is a domino effect. If Jack would leave everyone would settle down. It is that simple.

Too many questions surround this case and Shanna does a great job in this interview.

One of the items we know would help prove that Mark Goudeau wasn’t even near most of the murders and we hear exonerated him early on, were the cell tower records.

These records showed that based on the geographical positioning of Mark’s cell phone and which towers he was pinging, he wasn’t even capable of committing the crimes. Naturally, these cell tower records have been misplaced and everyone we have asked can’t seem to find these records. Since they are only held for 18 months, it is now too late to re-request these. We thought they would be in the stack of stuff that was left by Mike Polombo in his garage, but they weren’t :)

Phoenix Police Department BRADY LIST

“Brady Cops” are the worst of the worst. They are the liars and the ones that lack integrity. This is the list that recent citizen murderer Richard Chrisman is on.

When you are a cop and your name is added to "Brady" it means you can’t testify in court.

Most notable on this list is commander Jeoffrey Hynes – The leader of Professional Standards Bureau (Phoenix PD Internal Affairs).

So what’s that saying when the commander of Internal Affairs – the group that is the police for police – is on the Brady List?

Jeoffrey Hynes was part of the Steyr-AUG incident that happened back in the mid-1990s. A few cops lost their jobs over this. 

Jeoffrey Hynes delayed his career for quite a few years and remained a lieutenant for quite some time as a result. In essence, a few cops bought guns and lied about how they were being used. Jeoffrey Hynes was one of the officers who lied.
