Phoenix Police to Shield Radio Traffic – And Why is This A Good Idea?

First off - we have receives so many emails about the "adult content warning"  when you reach our sight.  This appears from time to time and in the past we have shut it off.  Due to the overwhelming response and the amount of city officials who read this site, we're thinking of leaving the "adult content warning" on - forcing all those city employees to show and label their work computer viewing adult content on the web.   We haven't noticed a drop in our hits and we think this is another way to force-fuck these dirty cops into selecting Adult Content.

Here’s a story that should scare the bejesus out of everyone.   The Phoenix police want to encrypt their radio traffic from police scanners.

They site one reason was the recent office shooting in Phoenix, were the alleged gunman’s address was posted on the radio and media outlets were there before the cops were.

If we lived in that neighborhood and had a scanner, don’t we deserve to know?  Why are cops given something we are not?  Who do they work for again?

Anytime cops want to “shield” something from citizens to “preserve a crime scene” should be suspect.  They do things for their exclusive benefit, and not yours.  By way of example cops carry a gun for one reason – to protect themselves.  Most lemmings believe that cops carry guns to protect citizens!   HA!    Obama is protected.  You are not. Know and understand the difference.

We know first-hand and often read about dirty cops planting evidence, stealing from crime scenes and manipulating the same, for their benefit.  Shielding their radio traffic only gives them better cloaking and provides no transparency to citizenry.  

Next they’ll pass a law that we can’t video tape or photograph  Mike and Heather Polombo’s fat asses at a crime scene or any crime in progress.  They'll call it tampering with their investigation and label it harassment!


We just keep empowering these creeps and bullies and we can only hope that some smarter citizens develop and create encryption devices to out-smart the Phoenix PD.

It appears that the selection process to go to Obama’s Inauguration was based on color and gender at the request of the new police chief.  You're Black?  OK brother!  You're Hispanic?  No problemo.  You're Gay?  Well bring your rainbows to DC!   You're a white male?  Sorry - you can't go.

Montgomery admitted that she and commander Geary Brase used race and gender in the selection process, but Montgomery and Brase also told investigations that they were ordered to do so by the city's top cop.
"Based on what we needed ethnically, to balance out the list, he chose the most senior members of that ethnic group and/or gender group to go," Assist. Police Chief Tracy Montgomery said in her interview with EOD investigators.
"I was told by Chief (Daniel) Garcia through Chief Montgomery that the police chief wanted to send a diverse representative group to Washington," Brase said.
An email by Montgomery also indicates that matching the inauguration team to the ethnic and gender breakdown of the department was the expressed desire of the police chief.


It looks like there may be a little riff now between the dumbass and ever worthless Montgomery and the new police chief.  We hope now she gets fired.  We heard she went on stress leave over this one.

Because that’s the way they set it up.  That’s the way they scratch each other’s back and protect themselves.  That’s the reason why people hate dirty cops and one wonders why they are not given respect?

Someone asked us the other day, “What is going on?  Why are people so apt to hate (and shoot) cops?  When is it going to end? How can we make it stop?”

(For those of you outside of Arizona or international, over the course of the past few weeks here in Arizona, a Phoenix cop was shot in central Phoenix six times and a Maricopa County Sheriff was shot in Peoria – just a few miles from "Balloon" Knott’s house. )

Make it stop?!!?  For us the realization came after 9/11 and continued up until this Blog was created in 2008.   Cops somehow were elevated to demi-gods and it has progressively gotten worse.  They are para-military (even their uniforms look like military) and demand in some weird, backward bizarro-world way, the same respect of those who serve in the armed forces.  

But people have lost most respect for law enforcement because of the power play.   Just read the news (and this blog!) and how Garcia doesn’t get recorded during an investigation or hides things from public record or starts bogus investigations on a whim.   Is he above the law?  It appears so.






In the news we hear and see:

- Cops throwing kids against the wall for skateboarding and threatening  our youth, whilst secretly being recording
- Cops throwing old ladies on the ground at traffic stops
- Cops having on duty sex, in uniform
- Cops stealing, molesting, being drunk or beating their wives/girlfriends
- Cops spraying mace and tassering kids on school campuses
- Cops shooting at citizens (and sometimes killing) with no very little merit and their only justification is they felt threatened and the only witness is now a dead man
And in Phoenix…
- A pocked faced Lauri Burgett starting a video company about her own job and retaliating against Phil Roberts for calling her out on many things
- Mike Polombo bringing up bogus harassment claims with his whore, blowjob loving wife Heather
- Louie Tovar raising and hiding a child molester known as, Louie “Adrian” Tovar junior
- Officer Chris Wilson enjoying the taste of 14 and 17 year old boys (why not the taste of gunpowder, copper or lead??)
- Theron Quaas shoving ferrets and live mice in his ass (that's an inside joke, but if you have even seen this little man, you know it's not too far from the truth)
- A drunk Steve Soha or the ever stupid Tracy Montgomery now throwing her own chief under the bus
- Dave Adams beating and holding hostage his wife, then being promoted to lieutenant
- Numerous sexual liaisons and sexual advances within the Phoenix PD even involving the former Mayor’s son - Jeff Gordon (who by the way was suspended for 6 months by AZ post for his on duty sex – so Phil OxyGordon called in some favors to get him a temporary job as a police assistant until his AZ post certificate is reinstated.)

….and all are still working as Phoenix cops.  Google any of these names and see what the internet (and this blog) has done to their reputation.  Spending $10,000 with reputation.com sure doesn't help!!

A new police chief who wants to alter a cops uniform for looks, but doesn’t understand or read his own Ops order 3.15 on uniforms – as he is seen repeatedly wearing an honor guard pin on his lapel.   This douchebag move is akin to Obama wearing a Seal Team Six pin on his lapel.

The biggest compliment we are ever paid is when people tell us (and thank us) for opening up their eyes and telling these stories that would otherwise never be told.  How often will main stream media cover the stories we cover and say what we will say?  They won’t . They can’t.  Mainstream media like Channel 5 and Donna Rossi need a cooperative and liberal relationship with cops.  We don’t and don’t care - and will pay, bribe and obtain our stories through the most surreptitious means possible.
People tell us that before reading the stories here, they would willingly call the police for help, willingly trade in weapons for a $50 gift card, willingly submit to DUI road exams, willingly speak to/meet with/or participate in investigations with police officers and willingly hand a driver’s license over to any cop that asked for it.  We have been witnesses to crimes locally, been approached by cops and (tried to be) questioned and we simply walked away. 

The LAST person we would ever talk to, collaborate with or help is a cop (unless of course it is for blog purposes.) We were glad to see recently that a cop named Bennett survived six bullets on Camelback, but one has to understand that respect is earned, and what happened to Bennett was just part the chaff and fallout of the systemic rot within most police departments.


We don’t ever wish for anyone to get shot, except for maybe the pedophiles and it be self-inflicted.   For the other dirty ones we mention here, like Polombo or Tovar we wish for Lou Gehrig’s disease, testicular cancer or strokes that leave them in diapers.  But we wonder if in hindsight Officer Bennett would agree that pulling over someone on Camelback alone, on a bicycle was worth it?  Does his wife and kids think the risk was worth it?  Just because it’s a high crime area, should cops stop and fuck with everyone, all  in the name of protecting us?  Was Bennett poking a bear that didn’t need poking? 

Perhaps.

Obviously it did.
This might sound surprising coming from us but there are fucked up people in the world and sometimes they just need to be left alone especially late at night on a bike.   Darwinism usually takes care of them.  It was only a matter of time before the PHX LITE RAIL made him into road pizza.   Was the guy a threat to someone?  We don’t think shooting cops is ever the answer.   All that does is kill the good cops that are left, and turns the bad ones into martyrs.   It also saddles us with tighter laws protecting these bad cops making it a cyclical problem.

How do you make it stop?  How do we bring respect back to officers?

It’s simple.  Take away the demigod status, make examples of the bad ones and pray for Lou Gehrig’s disease on the really bad ones.  How about we start by recording the police chief during corruption investigations?

Until we do, expect more of the same and expect to hear more stories about cops being shot and expect this blog to keep finding stories on corruption, cover-ups, ineptitude and abuse of power.      Until then, expect ignorant bikeriders on Camelback to find bullets and Ruger LCPs to be their great equalizers.

It Only Took Rob Handy One Year to Help Bankrupt the City of San Bernardino! We Warned Them!

The latest in the news has the city of San Bernardino filing for Bankruptcy protection.  This is the same city where we warned them a year ago to not hire Phoenix police commander Rob Handy.   The news report says it is so dire, the City of San Bernardino may not be able to make payroll and they may have to put everyone on minimum wage.

If you recall, we actually stated in a past blog that if you hire any of the assclowns who were friends of Jack – including Andy Anderson, Mike or Heather Polombo, Jim Pina and the likes of Rob Handy – it was only a matter of time before they would help drive the city into the ground!  Well it appears Rob Handy fulfilled our dream of decimating a city he touched!  It's the opposite of the Midas touch - its the shit FOJ touch!

HA!  We wonder how an asshat like Rob Handy feels now?  We have labeled the likes of Rob Handy a prick, asshole and douchebag just like in the photo below - now we can add failure and minimum wage earner?

At first sight we were excited that mainstream picked up our earlier story on Louie Adrian Tovar – son and nephew of Phoenix Commander Louie Tovar and Sergeant Mark Tovar.  The younger Louie Tovar admitted to both dog sex and child sex during his job interview with the Phoenix PD in 2006, and returned in 2009 to admit he molested others and NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!! But no – it was someone else who admitted the same during their job interview but unlike Tovar, he was promptly arrested because his father wasn’t in charge on the sex crimes division of the Phoenix PD.

Think about all we are reading and seeing with Penn State, Sandusky and now Paterno; how they all helped hide Sandusky's proclivity for little boys, and then think about how the Phoenix PD did the same and continues to do the same with Louie Adrian Tovar and his proclivity for little boys and dogs.

It astounds us to this day – when you are the son/nephew of a cop, you get off (pun) on molesting little kids and lathering your junk with xtra chunky peanut butter for Fido - with no repercussions and it is swept under the rug.  But when you are not part of a cop family; you make headlines for molesting children and animals and are immediately arrested.

The Phoenix Police Gun Buy-Back Program? PLEASE! Sell You Old, Tired, Gentle Used Guns on Backpage.com and Save Yourself the Headache! Here’s Our Own Public Service Announcement

Every year the Phoenix PD has one of the dumbest, most obtuse programs with their meager attempt to get guns off the streets.  It’s the Buy-Back Program.  Supposedly if you have a gun that you no longer use or don’t want, turn it into the Phoenix PD for a $50 gift certificate.

A Bad Idea - the Phoenix PD Gun Buy-Back Program

This is so bad on so many levels, but mainly because of pure capitalism. Anyone may go to a website like www.backpage.com and sell a used firearm for a whole lot more than $50, unless of course it’s a shitty Lorcin.  One can easily get $200-$400, based on the type of gun...sometimes more!  Now wouldn't you rather have CA$H than a shitty $50 gift certificate from the Phoenix PD?  In most cases people will come to you to give you the money!

Police make it seem like owning, possessing and keeping a firearm is a very bad thing and use scare tactics like misfirings while cleaning or handling a gun.  If you know anything about a gun, this is virtually impossible (we simply can't understand how a gun can misfire while one cleans it.  For the novice, cleaning involves removing the magazine and all rounds...) and we firmly believe that if your gun misfired while you were cleaning it, then you are a moron and meant to die, and that bullet missing you was God's Mulligan.

It's all part of the poison and venom cops spread to control us.  They want to be the only one's with guns so when they bust down your door or are climbing your walls in your backyard, you down blow them away with your Mossberg.   Guns aren’t shot every day by citizens (how is a loaded gun in your dresser a "problem" and why the need for you to get rid of it?), and we encourage everyone to exercise their 2^nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms.   It is much harder to buy a new gun, then keep an old one.  There are many forms to fill out, background checks and sometimes waiting periods.

But if you feel you must get rid of your gun, then you can post any gun on www.backpage.com .  In Arizona you may freely buy and sell firearms to and from anyone, without a background check and without involving cops or the Feds - FOR CASH!   If you have a firearm and are looking to sell it or get rid of it, then feel free to contact us and we will share with you much better ways to dispose of and recycle firearms, without involving law enforcement.

Theron Quaas Ordered to Turn Over All Property to Our Blogger! Our Blogger is Relieved He Got All His Porn Back!

It took well over two years from the illegal take and break in of our blogger's house in March, 2009. A judge's court order demanded the return of all the property. Even with the order in place for well over 30 days, Theron Quaas tried to say there was a “clerical error” with returning the equipment. This week, blogger Jeff had all items returned.

We sat down with Jeff and asked him some questions on his equipment, the blog, and some Bad Phoenix Cops. Here what he had to say…

Q: So you finally got your stuff back. How do you feel?
A: It’s only took them two years and based on the Chain of Custodies, none of this stuff was even reviewed or analyzed since the day it was bagged. Just goes to show you how this was all a rouse to silence me.

Q: So what about Theron Quaas?
A: What about him? Remember when you were a kid and you used to give the ball to the smallest, weakest kid and shout SMEAR THE QUEER? That was Theron Quaas. Quaas is a useless pawn douche in the grand scheme of things. I was in FLOs the other day in Scottsdale and could have sworn he was my busboy.

Q: Some would say you are pretty harsh with your criticism of the Phoenix PD and the Polombos. What do you say to that?
A: Those people are entitled to their opinion and so am I. Look – a guy like Polombo – geez where do we begin. We had a friend of ours recently get married to a stripper. She’s a nice girl, but he can’t avoid the fact that her tits and ass have been ground into a lot of guys in Phoenix. She knows the pole very well.  If Mike Polombo wants to leave a wife and daughter for someone who is known for shampooing pubic hair with their saliva – then so be it. But I am allowed to talk about it – especially when they are city employees.  Even if they think it doesn't serve 'any useful purpose.'

Q: Wow. That’s harsh. Is it personal against Polombo?
A:  Since the Phoenix PD broke into my home and stole my stuff because of Mike Polombo – it will always be personal. I just don’t think Mike Polombo or the Phoenix PD play chess all that much. They never thought this through and the raid on my home and Barnes backfired into a national, PR nightmare for them. I grew up outside of New York City and would deal with guys like Polombo every day. We know so much about him. His favorite movies are GoodFellas, Casino and the Godfather and thinks he is life imitating art. He thinks he’s untouchable and wields some sort of power as a homicide cop. As my kids say playing Xbox, he was pwnd.

Q: Some people say you are the guy that got Jack Harris fired?
A:  I get that a lot – a lot of back slapping and congratulations. I was in Cave Creek the other day and someone out of the blue in a restaurant heard my name and said something about an article in the NEWTIMES and remembered me.  How fucked up is that? I really can’t believe it! I cannot take credit for toppling Jack. PLEA and Phil Roberts did most of it. I won’t grandstand and say I had anything to do with it.

Q: But you did send that letter to OIG?
A: So did Roberts and some other people I think. Listen – It’s great Jack Harris is gone and we all played a part in his demise, even Jack himself. The city of Phoenix is a much better place.

Q: What will people find surprising about you?
A:  I am actually a pretty normal guy, quiet and shy. Very unassuming. No braggadocio with me. When cops meet me they think I will be some lunatic, arrogant cop hater, but I am not. I’m the guy behind you at Starbucks. They will also be surprised that I don’t run BadPhoenixCops. If they only knew how many work on it.

Q: What’s going on with the wife and kids?
A: It's an EX-wife.  That’s something I don’t talk about. It’s really sad. The kids are great and always will be. Let’s just say they are learning as they age about badphoenixcops and badphoenixmoms.


Q: So you just got your stuff back. How did that go and tell us about that?
A: Yeah.  I promised to give a shout-out to Christina at Impound on Elwood. She was very helpful and she had one hell of a turd cutter. Jesus was she cute in those tight cargo pants.  Quaas and Campagnolo tried their hardest to keep my stuff, but they lost. Poor Ted is trying to manage these cops, but he can’t. Ted has no control over anything. He is a pawn.  I am surprise Tom Horne hasn’t shit-canned his stupid, lazy ass. He tried to say there was a clerical error with returning my stuff. Just more lies. Most of the stuff was bagged in March of 2009 and never touched. Here are a few bags (shows us the bags) still sealed, never touched or analyzed. It’s weird looking at these old computers.


Q: Are you worried they planted something on them?
A: They aren’t smart enough to do that plus we hear the IT guys are pretty decent and actually support us fighting the corruption.  These are Phoenix cops and Theron Quaas (laughs) just isn't that smart to plant anything.   I have sent them out to friends to wipe clean. I really didn’t care about the equipment. It was the data I wanted.

Q: So are you keeping them?
A: I might give them to my kids. Or I might donate them to Aid for the Retarded in the name of Theron Quaas and Ted Campagnolo.

Q; Where do you come up with some of these lines and vitriolic phrases for the blog?
A:  It's not just me, but I have always had crude humor. I grew up listening to Howard Stern and grew up in a strict Catholic family. I needed an outlet and this is the way I speak with my friends. It’s endearing, trust me.

Q: With Jack Harris being gone, what would you want to ask him if given the opportunity?
A:  Wow. I guess I would say Jack: Every man has a favorite tit on their woman. We all gravitate to the same boob when we are about to do the mattress mambo. So Jack, when your wife Connie got cancer, was it in your favorite boob and how did you feel about that?

Q: Ouch! That’s pretty bad…
A:  That’s me. I would love to ask him that in person just to see his reaction. He is so used to people being humble and pussy-footing around him. He would probably shit his pants! Maybe I should drive to his north Phoenix house, knock on his door like Dave Biscobing did and ask him. But seriously I don’t think twice about Jack Harris. He was just one of many who needed to go. I have nothing to say to him or ask him. That’s up to my lawyers. 


Q: Some say you should run for City Council or Mayor. What do you say to that?
A: Can you imagine? That would be epic!  Imagine the campaign commercial and my platform. (In a deep booming voice) Indicted numerous times, house raided, accused of being on drugs, molesting kids, domestic violence and a whole host of other accusations that any ex bitter wife will throw at you. Meet your new mayor… - I have thought about it, but it’s too dirty for me. I would easily save the city over $1M by stopping the private OxyGordon security detail.  I would be the most politically incorrect mayor you ever met.  Undoubtedly within 30 days would be fucking some hot girl in impound - much hotter than that dog Gordon is banging.  I would add into the lexicon words like “fuckstick” “assclown” and “fucktard.” I don’t think it’s for me. I’m not that corrupt and the pay sucks.  I'm just not the dirty politician type, but who knows.


Q: How is this going to end? What is the fitting ending to your situation?
A: Are you asking me for a denoument? Jesus. I can think of so many, Mike Polombo chokes and has a heart attack while eating mashed potatoes, Theron Quaas drowns in a vat of Kikkoman’s soy sauce, Jack Harris is mountain biking and drives off a cliff like that Segway dude, Louie Tovar gets sodomized to death, Ronnie Snodgrass loses 150 pounds and wins the PF Changs marathon – there are so many fitting ends to this. I don’t know how or if it will end. There will only be more dirty cops like Yahner and other dirty members in leadership who avoid the issues, like Cavasos and Zuercher.

Q: Would you ever sit down with any of them to talk?
A: To talk about what? Clearly they won’t fix anything. Look at what happened to Phil Roberts and nothing was done. Look at what happened to me, Barnes, Linnea and nothing was done. That’s why the blog is needed. I have no desire to sit down with any of them unless they are handing me a check. Maybe if Hampton or Robinson became Chief they may want to bury the hatchet, but that’s a long time off and wishful thinking.


Q: Would you ever shut down the site?
A: That’s a good question for the owner.

Q: So you don’t own it?
A: Nope and the Phoenix PD know that and that’s all I’ll say about it. It isn't owned by PLEA and Dave Barnes either and I didn't go to high school with Barnes and plot this thing years ago in study hall.  It's so fucking rediculous the stories I hear.

Q: Would it ever be sold?
A: I know there were talks of going national with someone before the economy took a shit. Like BadCops - Los Angeles, BadCops – Houston, but I don’t know where that went. I think it would be tough to manage but I see what THEDIRTY.com was able to do and it could work. There’s a lot of logistics and a lot more people needed for that type of stuff. Plus there would need to be measures in place like with WikiLinks to protect the workers. I could see dirty cops in other cities raiding people’s homes too.

Q: Do you agree with what WikiLinks did?
A: Sure. We have a right to know what the fuck is going on.


Q: At all costs? Even at the risk of life?
A: That’s what they want you to think. Information is power. I think Napoleon said something along the lines of, a smart informed people are a risk to governments. What the US and I guess the Phoenix PD forget is that they work for the people. I think since 9/11 we are way out of control with losing our rights as citizens. Even the TSA think they are Gods among insects.


Q: So you never answered the question, will the site be sold?
A: Everything and everyone has a price. I guess you could look at it like a hooker. You don’t pay them to come a fuck your brains out, you pay them to leave so you don’t have to deal with the bullshit of an annoying chick. If the owner wanted to sell or redeploy it in some way, I would support that.

Q: Getting back to the Polombos, do you think Mike reads this blog?
A: I know everyone reads it and if they say they’re not, they’re lying. I know I would if I were him.

Q: Why do you think they read it?
A: Because it’s funny, because it’s raw, because we say what everyone is thinking. Because Mike is narcissistic and wants to know what we are saying about him - good or bad.  It’s entertaining. If something was being written about you, wouldn’t you want to read it?

Q: The language is a bit rough. Do you think it detracts from the goal and you lose subscribers?
A: I think if you won’t read something because of strong words and euphemisms, you need to get a life. Words are words. It’s the message behind them. That’s what makes us unique that we will excoriate cops in a public forum.  I don't know of any site like ours - not even the one in Tempe by Tempe cops.


Q: I must admit, before the blog I have never heard of some the phrases used – like a hatchet wound for female genetalia?
A: I prefer the word CUNT but a friend of mine uses hatchet wound. CUNT is such is final word. There isn’t much better than the “C” word followed by a U-N-T. But hatchet wound is pretty funny. One needs to think about hatchet wound for a few seconds and see the visual.

Q: You don’t see a problem calling people a hatchet wound or cunt?
A: Nope and I sleep well at night too! Listen – these cops deserve to be called what they are called on the blog. They labeled me an instigator of domestic violence when it never happened and they don’t appear to have a problem with that. It is revenge that will last a lifetime.

Q: Care to elaborate?
A: Before this, before my divorce no one heard of me and I kind of like it that way. The police created bogus indictments, bogus charges and now I am labeled things forever for no reason except that their rot and power made it so and an angry bitter ex-wife. Turn-about is fair play. Google Jack Harris, Phoenix PD, Theron Quaas, Mike or Heather Polombo, Andy Anderson or Louie Tovar. Like me, they are now forever memorialized on the web. Let’s see how they like it. We know they can’t get jobs after the Phoenix PD.


Q: How do you know this?
A: One dirty little secret I will share is with the hits to the blog. We get over 13,000 hits each month. We can see who is viewing us. We did a blog about this. We can see the number of people with COX, Qwest, city of Phoenix, Homeland Security and many others. We can see when they visit and how many times. We can see what time of day and how long they spend and on which page. Among those visiting the site are recruiters. Recruiters for jobs in the public or private sector. So much like the city of Phoenix we know everything about that recruiter and can see when they came to the site because they were researching someone like Andy Anderson based on key word searches. We then contact these recruiters and send them tons of info on these cops. It’s actually fantastic the way it works.


Q: That sounds diabolic. And you don’t have a problem with this?
A: Not at all. Like I said, they attempt to smear people like me, like Barnes with raids, bogus indictments and NOIs. Let’s see how they like it when the shoe is on the other foot. That’s what drives them nuts. They can’t do anything about it which is why they took all my computers and tried the whole harassment computer fraud thing.

Q: You seem to know a lot about the web. How did you get into this? Do you program?
A: I am not technical at all. That’s what’s so funny. I am not a programmer. My brother designs computer networks. I am a sales guy. He scoffs at these stories on how I created a website. I don’t know HTML. I started off in the computer industry over 20 years ago as a marketing manager.

Q: So you don’t write code?
A: Fuck no! I am just a regular guy with a sense of humor. I still can’t figure out my bluray player. I am not a nerd or a hack. My kids know more than I do.


Q: Do you ever fear for your safety?
A: Never. I think others do it for me.

Q: How come?
A: I assure you these guys are pussies and I am well protected. I won't elaborate but let's just say everyone has a God given right to defend their life, from anyone.  I also have sources all over so like I said, I sleep well at night. They know the rules, they know I know their Ops orders and I have great lawyers. I’m not stupid and don’t put myself in harms way. I do avoid Phoenix and stick to Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria or Tempe as much as possible.


Q: Even when you meet cops?
A: We don’t meet with cops. If we ever do, it is well vetted or they are retired. I don’t want to give away the farm, but most stuff is sent to us or given to us without the need to talk, meet or explain it. People seem to over complicate things. They think some big meetings or espionage are happening when it’s nothing like that. I actually got a kick when I read that Mike and Heather Polombo patrol their own neighborhood and when their alarm went off, went into their homes with the guns drawn – like I would want to break in to take photos of their cheap IKEA furniture or Mike's polyester pants.  What a couple of fucking idiots.

Q: You keep going back to the Polombos. Why the focus?
A: Because they are so comical and exemplary of what is stupid and wrong with the Phoenix PD. It’s so funny, you can’t make up this stuff or characters like Mike Polombo. Mike was married, had a wife and a beautiful daughter and he fucked someone at work and was called out on it. Everyone knew it and now they try and play victims. It’s classically funny. My home was broken into and my computers stolen for 2 years solely because of Mike Polombo. Mike needs to know that he reaps what he sows and should have thought this through. Like I said earlier, Mike doesn't understand or play chess. Chess players are thinking 3-5 moves ahead of their current move.

Q: Ever think guys like Polombo, Quaas of Harris will just lose it and come after you?
A:  Sure, but I don’t lose sleep over it.  Mike was pretty emotional in those videos acting like a sissy bitch.  I would love to see these pieces of shit on my doorstep. If I ever lived in Mike Polombo’s neighborhood and he was patrolling with a gun and asked me what I was doing there sitting in my car, there would be a major problem.  But like I said earlier, these guys are pussies. Cunt sandwiches – minus the bread. Mostly likely got their asses kicked in high school, grew mustaches and became cops. They would never command any respect or be a leader anywhere else, except for the fact they have a badge and a gun. Anyone who knows me, knows that anything I say, I will say to someone’s face. If any of these cops want to call me or email me, they can do it.


Q: Are you serious? They can contact you?
A: Sure. I have had people contact me and say - hey man that was harsh and such-n-such is really a good cop. Or hey man I spoke to so-n-so and he was devastated by his name on the blog. If Polombo or anyone wanted to dispute something, they could have contacted me. I’m not saying anything would be done, and I might tell them to go and fuck their own mother, but at least they would have some respect and some balls. Not everyone has to agree with what is said, but they should respect our right to say it.


Q: Polombo has called you psychotic. He also was going to pursue legal action against you. Anything ever come of it?
A: I’m still waiting. That’s tough guy dumb-gumba talk like he is on the Jersey Shore or something. Polombo can’t do shit to me. He knows it. He has asked people where I live and said he was going to sue me. Others have too.  I heard Montgomery dropped $10K on lawyers to try and pursue me.  Polombo's best game was trying to bring me up on criminal charges with his pal Jack Harris. I am not psychotic at all and quite normal. There is always a cause and effect. This is the effect that will last a lifetime for Mike.


Q: What do your family and friends think of all this?
A: They laugh. No one in a million years would of thought I would be involved in such a mess, but in the same vein, the New Englander in me has them understanding I won’t take any shit from anyone, especially cops.

Q: So did you get your porn back?

In open court last week, Heather and Mike Polombo’s now infamous “harassment” case against Barnes was discussed and argued for an hour and a half.

Judge Sam Thumma did not fully dismiss Barnes case, but he is taking it under advisement to remand it back to a Grand Jury. At issue is Theron Quaas’ credibility and how he didn’t fully disclose key components on Barnes case to the Grand Jury.

In Heather Polombo’s academy award performance, she claims how she can’t work, has migraines, has missed work because of these migraines and the reason is because of what is posted on this blog with the associated commentary and how Barnes apparently “harassed” her.

According to court testimony, Craig Mehrens (Barnes’ attorney) lawfully obtained Heather Polombo’s medical records. Under oral argument Mehrens said it appears chronic migraines with Heather Polombo go back well over six years, long before this blog ever started and before Barnes was on the scene.

Mehrens also said that not once did Heather mention to her doctor(s) that migraines were a result of work, Barnes, or this blog.   Yeah...Not once!  We were shocked when we found this out too!  One would think that if migraines came about due to “harassment” it would be noted somewhere, but it’s not.

Mehrens other bigger issue is precisely what “harassment” case does Mike Polombo have against Barnes?

The fact that we refer to Mike Polombo as Mr. Potato Head, and he doesn’t like being mentioned on a blog or being labeled a dirty, dumb gumba cop?

The fact that Mike Polombo wears clothes from when Clinton was President and his best outfit is the “GEORGE” brand from Walmart?

The fact that Mike Polombo is a cock and his name is synoymous with everything dirty in the Phoenix PD?

The fact that the only job Mike Polombo could get in the Phoenix PD was to go back to Homicide - a place where everyone hates his guts and are undoubtedly dipping their dicks in his coffee mug or rinsing it after hours, in the toilet?

In a recent ruling The Supreme Court said while many of us may not agree with protestors at funerals shouting “God hates fags” or “Thank God for dead soldiers” it is not criminal and not harassment, as Mehrens asserted.

We wonder: would the equivalent be, “God Hate’s the cocksucker Mike Polombo?"

The First Amendment Wins...Again!

For the record we will tell Mike Polombo all day, every day that he is a dirty douchebag cop and there’s not a damn thing he can do about it! 

Mehrens also argued he was having a difficult time getting key information from the Phoenix PD on the Polombos. We weren't privy to what Mehrens was requesting, but it appears Mehrens sent a subpoena to the Phoenix PD and they filed a motion to quash it – unbeknownst to State prosecutor Ted Campagnolo!

What a clusterfuck!  It’s was actually quite amusing to sit in court and watch this train wreck unfold with Ted Campagnolo.  This is turning into such a train wreck…we think train wrecks…would stop to watch this train wreck.

What’s at issue is the crux of the famous ANON letter that was sent to many and posted on this blog.

Mike Polombo's PSB Investigation Where He Lies About an Affair

While the language of the letter was colorful, it appears it may all be true.

Heather and Mike do admit they fell in lust and began an affair while Mike was still married to his wife Suzanne. We also know factually that Mike Polombo stored police records in his garage.

The bigger issue and what’s at stake is how Mike and Heather Polombo lied during a PSB investigation to cover their dirty potato bump. The state’s attorney Ted Campagnolo admitted during his argument that the Polombos had an affair while Mike was still married – unless of course Ted Campagnolo is now lying?. No one has ever objected to the statement that Mike and Heather Polombo had an affair while Mike was still married, except of course the Polombos themselves who lied about it during a PSB investigation.

What’s this all mean?

It means this is just more corruption, retaliation, cover-up, malfeasance and dirt under Jack Ass Harris. It also means we caught PSB, the Polombos and the Cocksucker Theron Quaas in another lie and cover-up on another whistleblower who "blew" the whistle on the crimelab and the Polombos.

It means this investigation should be reopened with both Polombos added to BRADY (and while we are at it - let’s add Commander Chuck Miiller to BRADY to for lying about fucking Audra…).

It should be sent to AZPOST for decertification, along with Quaas. If the letter is true and factual in part, there is no “harassment” in telling the truth.  In essence the Polombos and Ted Campagnolo will have to disprove the truthfulness of the letter and that isn’t going to be pretty. I wonder if the Polombos anticipated their personal lives unfolding in a court room?

This is far from over and we intend to report back to you on this as it unfolds for Barnes. Maybe after the trial Mehrens will be indicted too for exacerbating Heather’s migraines and raising Mike’s blood pressure? We will see.  It was really great to see Craig Mehrens in action and to see the befuddled Ted Campagnolo trying to make a case where there wasn't any.

We sure hope the Barnes case does get remanded back to the Grand Jury so that they can find out the truth about the Polombos and Quaas.

So Heather Armstrong Polombo… Great job on solving the Danny Ramirez murder case and finally arresting someone.  It only took you four years to figure out what everyone else knew! Grandma Mead is tickled pink!

These are dated May 19, 2010 after all charges were dismissed against Dave Barnes and our Blogger Jeff. In this series of tapes, the Polombos discuss how upset they are that their last videos were on the Internet and how they made it on the site dallas.org.

 The Polombos claim these serve “no useful purpose” (at least a dozen times to cover their tracks) except to harass them and how it is now criminal to publish their likeness, their images and their own spoken words on the Internet.   Part of their job is to interrogate people on video, and yet they are surprised, shock and dismayed when their own videos are published.  Funny how that works.  So if you willingly make a video and it shows you doing something completely assinine, and someone openly buys the video, publishes said video or distributes it, it is now criminal and a Felony??!!?   We find it frighteningly ironic that it is nearly immediately after charges were dismissed and is clearly their second attempt to bring charges back before a Grand Jury.

There are a couple of changes this time around.  First, these are AUDIO ONLY.  While Heather is quite the handsome woman and Mike the dashing svelte man, neither wanted their image posted on the web – especially Heather.  Contrary to what you may think, it’s not because they feared many a man would print out her photos, listen to her voice and masturbate to them; it’s because the Polombos both make that salacious and scandalous claim that Heather has a “hit” on her from the Mexican Mafia.

 That’s right!  Heather Armstrong Polombo was apparently warned by the “Gang Unit” from an “anonymous informant” that a person who was trying to “take out” officers was getting help and assistance from our Blog!  Naturally, there is no interview or verification with anyone in the “Gang Unit” or the “informant” by the ever useless and bungling Theron Quaas to validate these wild and fanatical claims. Of course, any public records requests would be denied since it is all made up anyway, but the Polombos go on to assert that BadPhoenixCops might actually be working with and in discussion with said Mexican Mafia and sharing resources along with Dave Barnes!  HA!  Will Drug Trafficking and Death Threats be presented to the next Grand Jury?

The other big difference is that both Mike and Heather Polombo have gone to finishing school in these audio recordings.  Clearly, someone counseled both of them to not cry, not swear and conduct themselves with more professionalism.  Rumor has it that Mike actually wore a shirt and pants from the current millennia that fit him!  Mike Polombo impressively sounds polished and refined – almost without emotion.  What is most unfortunate for both the Polombos and Theron Quaas, is even though they shared these recordings to a second Grand Jury in June of 2010, no charges of Harassment, Computer Fraud, Computer Tampering or Identity theft on this blog or any blogger working on this blog or anything related to a bogus search warrant from March 2009.

That’s two strikes on their bogus harassment, identity theft, and computer fraud claims. Think they’ll try it a third time?

Mike Polombo also claims that he wanted this second investigation for the purpose of getting a restraining order against Blogger Jeff.  Well…looks like that didn’t work out too well for Mike.

Last time Mike was going to use this bogus claim for possible civil litigation against the same…and that didn’t work out either.

Mike’s only avenue is to cry like the little bitch that he is, to his pals in the Phoenix PD about the fabricated criminality of this case and to continue his lies solely because he doesn’t like a website. As many of our followers have said before, just because you don’t like it or you take personal offense to it; doesn’t mean it’s a crime!

Polombo did want our blogger booked and in jail…again, but didn’t use his big SAT word “sullying,” but rather the phrase “serves no useful purpose.” We can only assume that the “sullying” this time around is showing the world what fools they were to make videos in the first place.  Heather was right in one regard – she did have a right to call YouTube to have the videos removed, but we also have a right to post them since they are bought and owned by a third party!   We have the invoice to prove it.  If we have any lawyers reading this blog, looks like all your criminal clients will have claims against the Phoenix PD if videos of your clients during any ongoing investigation are leaked to the media.

We know little Theron Quaas will keep trying to catch us on something and watches this site for future Grand Juries, along with Det. Oldenburg (don’t worry Oldenburg, our sources tell us that you are being forced to do the computer forensics and disagree whole-heartedly with everything. We hold no ill-will against you for doing something you are forced to do, but one day under oath we expect the truth to come out.)

We want to be very clear with our intentions.

So print this out, Theron Quaas, put it in your file for the next Grand Jury and save us the gas going down there again.  Make sure you read it out loud Quaas, you worthless lying shit stain.

Contrary to what these Potato Heads state, this all serves a useful purpose and is not harassment.  That’s a matter of perspective.  Of course the Polombos would think this is purposeless, they aren’t smart enough to figure it out.  

We intend to blog about, discuss and allow the world to provide commentary on; any and all public figures in or outside of the Phoenix Police Department.  This includes Chief Jack Ass Harris and all the dirty corrupt shitbag cops that worked for and with Jack over the years during his ascension. 

We think Detective Heather Polombo is about as worthless as they cum and couldn’t solve a crime if it were committed by Professor Plum, in the conservatory, with a lead pipe.  We think Mike Polombo is a dirty douchbag dumb gumba with a bad dye job, and is the type of guy that if you were to give him Viagra, all he would do is grow taller.  We are entitled to our opinions and will publish them freely. This blog isn’t solely about these narcissistic idiots, the Polombos - it’s about what they represent.  Corruption, ineptitude and lying dirty cops under the worst public official our city has ever seen.

We will publish our thoughts, send representatives to CALEA meetings, meet with City council, meet with the media, solicit dirt on, tell anyone and everyone about, express our opinions, and publish the opinions of the world, using any forum we so choose.  We will openly and publicly take photos of nameplates (and encourage others to do so) that we or others have made, and it is not identity theft or harassment!  The First Amendment allows us to do so and no one is ever going to stop us and no one is forcing anyone to read this blog.  The more you talk and investigate, the more we publish.

So Mike and Heather - take heed.  Why don't you both just STFU? Our sources tell us neither of you plan on taking the witness stand in any harassment case anyway, because you would be asked about blowjobs in park lots, cover ups, your ineptitude, how Mike's daughter hates his friggin guts and how true these statements are.  So what's the point?  Just STFU and drive on over to Marshalls, TJ MAXX or wherever Mike shops for clothes, and buy him something that fits.

Why Is Public Safety Manager Jack Harris Lying In His Most Recent Declaration Against SB 1070? Because That’s What Corrupt, Dirty Cops Do!

We have a lot of nicknames for Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris – Chief Jack Ass, Dick Shine, Dick Cheese, Horses Ass, Fucktard, and Assclown – among many other colorful and funny names. We're pretty sure our many loyal cop friends can add a few, but what they won’t know is we get to add LIAR to that list. It’s pretty clear when cops lie (technically called perjury) there doesn’t seem to be any consequences as we learned recently with the dirty, lying bug eater Theron Quaas and the refusal of the Attorney General’s office and the Phoenix Police department to investigate the lies.

But Jack Harris’ recent declaration that he signed, “under penalty of perjury is the foregoing is true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief,” denouncing Senate Bill 1070, is a flat out lie.

First and foremost, every citizen in Phoenix should be outraged that our own Public Safety Manager idiot doesn’t give a crap about public safety and openly denounces and supports the various lawsuits being logged against SB1070. Home invasions, illegal immigration, drug cartels and not allowing good cops to purchase their own rifles to defend themselves, is just a taste of what Jack Harris sanctions in the city of Phoenix. The polls show not only do many of us support SB1070, but other States are following a similar path to draft their own versions of the bill. Clearly the democratic ticket and Jack and Connie Harris’ personal opportunities in Washington DC take precedence over the citizenry in Phoenix.

Hate to break it to you, but Jack Harris was chief of the Phoenix Police until January of 2007 at which time he resigned. He left for two weeks to buy some slums in La Jolla, CA, then came back as the Public Safety Manager for the city of Phoenix - a supposed new job, new title with new responsibilities all so that he can collect his retirement pension and still have a job.  He should have been recertified by AZ Post and received a new badge number. He polishes his 5th star thinking he is the chief of Police, all while stealing from every good cop's pension fund.  A real chief of police would be contributing portions of their $6,000 weekly salary to the fund, while all Jack Harris does is drain the pension fund without contributing to future recipients.

Amazing how a dirty lying cop like Jack Ass Harris is allowed to get away with perjury at the Federal level?

Jack Harris goes onto to state:

"The new SB1070 may also adversely impact the department's ability to fulfill its investigative priorities because its implementation will require the department to reassign officers from critical areas."

Ohhh…you mean like the big Polombo harassment, computer fraud and nameplate investigation? Is that a critical area Jack that you simply can’t redeploy resources? We think Theron Quaas could do something useful in a redeployment; like grow a foot taller or buy a better suit!

That should say something as the “kidnapping capital of the world” (behind Mexico city) that you didn’t get the job and Hurtt did!  I bet Harold Hurtt is laughing all the way to a titty bar!

In early May, Blogger Jeff sent letters alleging all kinds of Ops Order violations, on the lying detective "DICK" Theron Quaas. Letters have been sent to David Cavasos, Ed Zuercher, the US Attorney Kevin Burke and to AZPost on Theron Quaas’ multiple perjury testomonies.  This occured not only during blogger Jeff’s and Dave Barnes’ case, but they found a case in the city of Maricopa where Theron Quaas lied as a borrowed errand boy for Phoenix Police chief Jack "Ass Harris.  We blogged all about Theron Quaas and his lying here and why we think he should be added to BRADY:

We continually here from our internal sources how little Theron wants the brass ring so badly, he goes around messing with cops at the request of Chief Jack "Ass" Harris.  Maybe Theron's latest job will be to wax Jack Harris' new Corvette his wife Connie bought him.  Remember Biff at the end of Back to the Future II?

Besides the obvious criminal element, here are the Operations Orders Theron Quaas violated by lying to a Grand Jury –and it is a Class E violation (these are taken word4word, directly from the Phoenix Police Department's own Operations Orders - thanks to the good Phoenix cops who let us know which one's to look for...)

Violations of Operations Order 1.1, section 2, subsection B2 (page 1)– “We pledge total accountability for our actions” Part C1 – The unique service we provide to the community demands the highest degree of public trust, and we will not tolerate the violation of that trust; Part C2 - We demand the highest degree of integrity and professionalism from all members of the department; Part C3 - We aspire to the highest ideals of personal conduct in every word and deed, and our behavior should inspire and sustain the confidence in the community.

Violation of Operations Order 3.13, section 6A, subsection 1 (page 11) – Employee Truthfulness – a lie is defined as presenting false material, information or concealing material and or relevant facts or evidence. This can occur by omissions, statements, conduct, or assertions which the employee knows or believes are false, misleading or deceptive. Part 2 – Employees will not lie during any Department criminal and/or administrative investigation or in matters of legitimate concern to the Department, which includes but is not limited to: Submission of Department reports, Testify in Court.


Classification Guidance Criteria – Operations Order 3.18 – Addendum A (Page 8 of REV 12/09) CLASS E – Critical Violation and disregard of policy – The conduct was so outrageous that attempts to correct performance would be fruitless, The employees actions violated the code of ethics, oath of office or basic Department values, The incident involved an integrity issue related to a criminal or internal investigation.

Request for Operations Order 2.13 Administrative Procedures Section 16D (page 13) Examples of actions for which the AzPOST board may revoke or suspend peace officer certification include, but are not limited to (in part) – Commission of a Felony, an offense which would be a felony if committed in this state, or an offense involving dishonestly…, malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance in office, any other conduct or pattern of conduct that would tend to disrupt, diminish, or otherwise jeopardize public trust in the law enforcement profession.

It will be interesting to see what the State’s Attorney General and the Attorney of this case Ted Campagnolo will do.

This puts them in a pickle since Ted Campagnolo openly admitted in the dismissed charges that Quaas committed perjury or in his own publishes words "Quaas' testimony was incorrect."  It is very clear how Theron Quaas lied and what he lied about to get his bogus Indictment.  He actually left the room, and came back and made it a point to lie.  It's all on page 68 of the Grand Jury transcript, dated January 4, 2010.  It wasn't just the one time, it was several instances of Theron Quaas' "testimony being incorrect" to the Grand Jury.

Phoenix Police Detective Theron Quaas and Why This Lying Bad Phoenix Cop Needs to Be Fired and Added to BRADY

Cops lying seem to be the norm in the Phoenix police department. We see rampant lies so much we begin to wonder if it is a class taught in the police academy. Along with this lying we have quickly surmised why the old-time slang for any police detective is a the word “DICK.”

Mavbe the lying is isolated to the Central Avenue building and FIB. Maybe its something that Jeoffrey Hynes supports and lying is the only way they can get their jobs done – we just don’t know. But when Theron Quaas lied about our Blogger and Dave Barnes to a Grand Jury, it wasn’t his first time and it wasn’t the only instance. There were actually over 8 instances in Theron Quaas' testimony when he lied – or in their words had “misstatements” – presenting fraudulent information to obtain his bogus indictment of Perjury. By the way, our sources tell us they are still trying to present this case to a Grand Jury showing how they will stop at nothing to spend city resources  (in the biggest economic slump in 80 years)  all to silence us, lie and trample on our 1st amendment right to free speech.

If this is true, Ted Campegnolo is either the dumbest Arizona State Attorney or simply the weakest and has no backbone.  It's also possible he's on our side and there's a bigger "play" here, but we can't see it. Ted must know he will lose in front of both Craig Mehrans and Jess Lorona and his career will be jeopardized aligning in court with cops and Theron Quaas.  Ted may be good, but he isn't that good.  What's even crazier about this case is Ted's wife Dawn was the daughter of a cop killed in the line of duty - Officer Darrol Yoos (#3101) - a 28 year veteran killed by a drunk driver.  It should be unneverving to all you good cops out there, that Ted Campegnolo is supporting the antics of Chief Jack Ass Harris and wasting tax payer dollars or simply doesn't have the balls as a State's Attorney to stop this non-sense.  Maybe it's time to finds skeletons with Ted and his police connections and uncover some truths?  It's a path we are considering if these venues continue. Only time will tell and Ted will have no one to blame but himself.

A lawsuit was filed recently by a former city of Maricopa employee; again the victim of workplace retaliation. We will give you the Reader’s Digest version of the suit, but it appears this employee (we’ll call him MM) had a personal FedEx account. In his position with the city of Maricopa, MM established a “work” FedEx account – so there would be 2 accounts – one for personal use and one for work. 

Unbeknownst to MM, FedEx merged these two accounts into one account. When he found out, they admitted the error (with supporting emails) that somehow a mistake was made, but quickly corrected it. This was a simple mistake that happens probably 1000s of times a day, but in this case an investigation was started by Roger Kolman, the finance director and interim city manager because he didn’t like MM and wanted to get him fired.

Unfortunately, FedEx again made a mistake again and contacted the City of Maricopa about the personal FedEx account of MM, thinking it was the work/city FedEx account.  Even though Roger Kolman had the evidence to exonerate MM, he began an investigation with the Police. He was working with the City of Maricopa’s police chief (and former City of Phoenix cop) Patrick Melvin. This case was ultimately submitted to a Grand Jury and an Indictment was issued against MM in a mix up of FedEx accounts for Fraudulent Schemes + Artifices along with Theft. The allegation was MM had stolen the identity (sound familiar?) of Maricopa to create government discounts for his own personal use. We don’t understand why they didn’t try to Indict MM on computer fraud too, but perhaps they just couldn't convince the Grand Jury - but maybe that's another story!

Take one guess who the officer was who conducted the investigation? This officer saw the emails from FedEx admitting the errors, could have even called FedEx to verify their validity but instead went to the Grand Jury and got the Indictment solely because he is a lying, dirty DICK?

Sources close to this case told us…

…and the city (specifically Roger Kolman) knowing withheld evidence...the city manager, council AND Theron Quaas that would have cleared MM. Once they produced the e-mails in question, Pinal County dropped charges. Quaas barely interviewed anyone and when he did, he fabricated misstatements into the police report, which (name withheld for protection by BPC) will testify towards…

We were also told:

Quaas, through Melvin, is a hand pick "gopher boy" for Harris. He wanted to be in the good ol boy network so bad, he gave up his soul. Now, his career is in serious deep shit. They will prove, much like your case, that he lied to the grand jury.

So now this is twice the DICK Theron Quaas is called to do a dirty investigation and then subsequently lies - or in using the phraseology of the Phoenix Police - has “misstatements” to a Grand Jury. What makes this case even sweeter is the attorney of record who filed the lawsuit used to work with our own attorney Jess Lorona and goes by the name Clair Lane. You can all be rest assured that our blogger’s case along with Dave Barnes and MM will collaborate to expose Theron Quaas for what he truly is, and ensure this lying DICKs career is exposed.

Now undoubtedly the Phoenix PD will see this blog as harassment on Theron Quaas and probably arrest both Jess Lorona and Clair Lane, initiating another investigation that includes collusion, jaywalking, sullying of one’s reputation and will subsequently request a raid of their law offices.

Theron: We hate to be the one’s to break it to you in a public forum (but not really…) but you are Fucked with a capital F. You have no idea what this collaboration and legal work is going to do to “sully” your reputation as an enormous DICK. We are privy to some of the surprises in store for you and the reign of terror that is going to come upon you from a legal perspective. 

You better go to Costco and stock up on Maalox although a much easier path will be to come clean, admit what they have you doing and go to the Feds like others are doing. But knowing what we know about you – you won’t. You are both too stupid and too arrogant to realize what a major lying DICK you are and how you have a history of lying to Grand Jurys, to get bogus indictments on honest citizens.
