Tom Simplot's team will be scrambling today to start their "spin" attempting to tell us Simplot and Wilson really didn't work out together but were barely acquaintances. Hope the minor victims attorneys can use the information to hammer those responsible for putting and keeping Chris Wilson in position. I predict that Simplot and Montgomery will denounce the memo as a false fabrication and will try to characterized the memos author as a nut while also playing the plausible deniability card as to their knowledge of any misconduct. Garcia will claim that this mostly did not happen on his watch and he is only keeping Montgomery in place because his puppet masters - Cavasos mayor and council have not ordered him otherwise.
Sucks to be a line level supervisor under the circumstances described where there is council influence on personnel and assistant chief pressures to re route best practices.
Policing with a Porpoise, Danny-boy Garcia, got his poo-poo in the ringer today. Not sure if it is Tracy Montgomery's harrassment of Sergeant Schweigert or the ridiculous DRB Tracy Montgomery chaired yesterday that terminated one of the best sergeants the PPD has ever had. Either way, Tracy went home sick today so something must be getting ready to pop!

was inflating kidnapping numbers, these numbers were given to the public as fact and your supervisors continued to release these numbers even though they knew they were wrong.
Because of the Phil Roberts memo changes were made to correct the errors and guess what happens to Roberts? He get a recommendation for termination because he went over his supervisors head. Over the head of a supervisor to correct bad information given to all of us. Information they all knew as wrong.
This sends a bad message to the public and a worse message to the officers on the street. Officers like Sgt. Roberts dedicate their lives to protecting us and our families, maybe we should be protecting them too.

This is all very shocking. i will never call or trust a cop again.
So I arrive here in Phoenix on December first to meet an to meet an acquaintance to stay for to stay for a couple of days on my way home to Utah. The man raped me violently for 20 hours and dumped me of a parking lot screaming shut the fuck up you wanted it! Call the police for help in Mesa what happened next is almost a blur but I told them I want to go to the hospital.
Instead, they followed only procedure, took a rape kit test adn Detective Laurie Kessler #12898 phone number 480-644-4132 did. her job...and after the rape kit at which was more invasive in the rape self... now it's 10pm and instead of taking me to the hospital like I needed to do, she got angry at me yelled at me because she wanted to go home to her family, it was late. So she got me at the light rail station in Mesa on the concrete just like the rapist did..... So I got on light rail but I had to go to the hospital I was so traumatized it didn't occur to me to call 911 until I was on the light rail. What happened next the blur because I've been kept awake sleep deprived for 2 days by the police department in Phoenix then finally 1 nice officer officer Gary Potts, he told me not to worry when he vete off duty he was going to get me a room he texted me his phone number shit ill have to ost it later u don't allow paste function .. But yes last text message to me all day because he texted me telling me not to worry I was safe I was a season let me get a room take a shower relax and last text message to me was asking me if it was okay if we took a shower together

The unscrupulous activity of Montgomery and her minions is at a level that shocks the conscience! They should be immediately relieved of all duties, placed on administrative leave and terminated. The managers who failed to support the author of the memo (Lt.Coley and A.B. Smith) are absolute cowards who choose to look the other way knowing an egregious wrong has taken place. They need to be removed from all supervisory duties and demoted to officer since they have demonstrated they cannot make appropriate decisions. These people have no honor or integrity whatsoever. I pray this gets out to the media and the City gets rid of the vile people in management.

Here is a good one I was told today. Ed Zuercher may want to follow up with Danny "boy" Garcia on this one.
Ed Zuercher had recently traveled to Southeast Asia. He has been calling in sick since returning.
Commander Benny Pina works for Zuercher in the City Manager's Office.
Today at Executive Staff, and in an open meeting where several dozen people heard, Garcia and others are talking about Zuercher's travel to Asia and his calling in sick upon returning.
Commander Benny Pina blurts out for everyone to hear, "He has nothing that a shot of penicillin wouldn't cure."
The room went silent to see what Garcia was going to do. Garcia said nothing so the entire room broke out in laughter.
Did Commander Pina suggest Ed Zuercher was in Thailand looking for snatch when he contracted a STD? Young snatch? Is this really why Zuercher has been calling in sick? I assume this since Pina sees Zuercher every day and must know something the rest of us doesn't know.
Why didn't Garcia do something about this tarnishment of Zuecher's reputation? Isn't it against the law to release medical condition of employees? Maybe Garcia believes it to be true? Maybe it is true?
I know I am not going to touch anything Zuercher touches for a while until I see if he has a STD. I hope he doesn't and this is just a lousy rumor Pina was spreading (no pun intended).
The sad part of this is Benny Pina actually said this in staff this morning and the chief did nothing but smirk.
I have known Ed for some time. I would be surprised if he traveled to Asia to cruise the ladies much less contract a STD.
On the other hand however, I would have never believed a Mesa Assistant Fire Chief would get caught screwing a goat.
WTF is up with Dan Garcia. This guy is nothing more than a two faced POS that does not care about anyone but himself. He lies every times he talk to Azcentral.com. The vast majority of the officers, supervisors and command staff don't like him because he is a POS. He is trying to do policework with 3 years on the street and lots of books, no real experience being a cop. His policing with a purpose is a joke and a waste of man power. We really should have hired someone that was a cop to run a department. Oh, almost forgot their Danny boy. This department knew how to do police work before you got her, none of the officers can't help that you had no idea how to be a cop. Three years on the street as a cop, now that is funny!

The Department has a new employee his name is Jeff Gordon he know is a Detention Oficcer that works at the jail and transports prisoners to the jail and also carries a gun, how did this inept department re-hire this guy after he resigned must be Mr Garcia leadrsip style.
