Chief Garcia's Memo on Lieutenants and their CVs. Yeah...We Probably Shouldn't Have This...
It's nice to see chief Daniel Garcia taking ownership of the lieutenants. We also see this as a key role that he may learn from. We think he needs to talk to some retirees to gain some insight into the prior administration and why everyone left.
The only question we have is what will he do with the likes of Lt. Dave Adams who was voted out of PPSLA and was convicted of imprisonment? Surely you can't have him lead anyone, nor send him out on any DV calls. Adams is a liability and should be fired.

Has anyone evaluated the Chiefs resume? It is not real impressive...apparently he knows how to shoot a rifle? Hint-When hiring a police chief they want somebody they can control, not somebody who is the most talented and qualified leader. It is a sad fuckin system that dooms us to perpetual rotating incompetence. Counting down: The average tenure of a big city chief is three years. All you wanna-bees, keep your resumes warm.
