Back in January (January 14th to be exact...), we submitted two requests for investigations into Phoenix police commander Benny Pina. Benny loves using the word “nigger” and made some racist comments against Terry Yahwey an African American cop. Benny was also caught working out with a young female, on duty outside of his precinct which is a significant liability for the city. Benny is obese, and he needs to exercise in pre-approved areas should he hurt himself coughing or dropping a deuce.
Nine months later, we have heard nothing on where this investigation stands, why it is taking so long or what the results were. This is typical of the city of Phoenix.
Their own Ops orders (Ops order 3.19.1.A) has them providing us with an initial complaint control number, the results of the investigation and whatever punishment was doled out. You know and we know investigations don’t take nine months, especially with the level of details we provided. You know and we know the last people on the planet the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix PD want to be accountable to is us.
You know and we know that they don’t want to provide us the results of any investigation as we will post them here for the public to see. What you don’t know (but we do) is that an investigation was completed, punishment was administered but the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix PD conveniently “forgot” to let us know. A mistake? An oversight? An administrative mistake? It’s doubtful.
It’s the problem we rant about. Phoenix police (all police departments) do not feel accountable to citizenry. They don’t respect citizenry. They have no regard for citizenry but they love to let us know that they will lay down their lives for the same citizenry and expect special treatment and special conditions for doing so. Painful as it sounds, a job is a job. You choose the job and all the risks that go with it and one shouldn't get special treatment for doing so!
So here is our follow up letter along with our original requests requesting an update. We will post their replies.
In the past few months, there's been a plethora of editorial from the AZ Republic and the New Times on Scott Bundgaard’s Notice of Claim against the city. We think if these idiots knew anything about the cops and the girl involved, they might report on this differently.

After reading this, things didn’t smell right to us. How does a respected senator fall so quickly and why does everyone jump on the bandwagon? Who is this Ballard chick and how does she become a victim and media darling?
To understand it, we need to go back a few years.
Remember the scene in The Godfather, where Don Corleone is buying fruit and his body guard was his bumbling stupid son Fredo? Out of nowhere comes the “hit” and he is shot several times. Fredo, drops his weapon and can’t get off a single shot to protect his own dad, only to sit there crying like a dumbass regretting his mistake. If you don’t remember, here is the movie clip:
Well meet Phoenix cop Rob Rodarme, who we will affectionately refer to as Phoenix Fredo. Back a number of years ago he was patrolling in Phoenix with fellow officer Nick Erfle. Erfle and Rodarme stopped a group of illegal immigrants who were jaywalking. One of these illegals pulled out a gun and fired three rounds into Erfle, killing him.
So where was Erfle’s partner, officer Rob Rodarme as shots were being fired in Erfle’s face?
It appears Rodarme was having his own Fredo-esq moment.
Officer Rodarme choked like Mama Cass on a ham sandwich...
...Like Joe Yahner’s daughter on prom night.
…Like Heather Polombo in a Maryvale Precinct parking lot.
Officer Rob Rodarme didn’t get off a single shot, nor was he able to chase and find the illegal immigrant killer. Someone else had to do it for him…all because he choked. So what happened to Rodarme? Did he resign in humiliation? Did he become the town drunk knowing he had a Fredo moment?
Of course not!
Today his ineptitude and stupidity has been elevated to a leadership position within the Phoenix PD. Today this assclown goes by Sergeant Rob Rodarme (#6999) and he was the sergeant in charge of and called upon at Scott Bundgaard’s crazy scene on the Squaw Peak Parkway.
There's a parade of idiots tied to this story. One key assclown is a detective Bryn Ray who refused to interview people who saw a dumb cunt and wannabe model named Aubry Ballard drunker than a pack of Indians on payday. These same people witnessed first-hand what a jealous snatch Ballard was all evening while Bundgaard danced with his partner at a charity dance competition. Another dumbass is a Phoenix police officer named Christi Bell who testified via telephone as a friend of Aubry Ballard. A while back Bell was contacted by Ballard that Scott had been violent with her. Conveniently for them it comes out now when Aubry needed a defense for her crazy highway antics.
Aubry Ballard tried to invoke the domestic violence card as most conniving hatchet wounds do in an attempt to hide her actions and lay blame on Bundgaard. It looks like a lot of people fell for it. And the best accusation they have is Bundgaard invoked immunity. So what if Bundgaard invoked? He has a right to. That’s not a crime but they want you to think it is.
But let’s focus on Aubry Michelle Ballard since no one else will. This public relations figure made sure Bundgaard was dragged through the mud using her PR contacts and influence. Make no mistakes, we actually know of people who work with Aubry and she is no angel and darling as the media would like you to think. Rumors are she has worked more than Public Relations gigs; her past not only involves working the pole of a state senator, but also a brass one!
What we hear is Aubry at one time had her adult entertainment card in Phoenix so as to work at strip joints and a bunny card in Vegas to work the same. We don’t think working the pole is a bad thing..or working an Arizona state senator's pole...or working any man's pole - we just think if you’re going to play the victim card that everyone should see the entire picture.
We consulted with some of Ballard’s conquests and know just about everything from her belly ring, to her Brazilian, to some of her favorite sexual exploits. It wasn’t very hard to find people who would speak with us.
The bad boob job was described to us as, “two zip-lock bags filled with creamed corn. The plastic surgeon should have been shot over that debacle."
Maybe the doctor should have fixed her nose and fixed her face instead of her fun bags? Maybe the sweater meat were supposed to take away from the but-her-face?
We may never know.
One thing we will never do is jump on a bandwagon and trust the PPD and of Sergeant Rob Rodarme. Should we believe in the leadership and judgement of Rodarme along with Ballard and her cunting cop friends? Since Rodarme failed at having Erfle's back, is he now trying to make it up another way?
We think you're a dumbass if you believe ANYTHING that comes out of the PPD. Cops in general have a long sordid history of lying and the Phoenix PD is full of liars.
A note to any guy out there who has a chick threatening to jump out of your car or walk into freeway traffic while you drive up a highway?

Second – Make no mistake – these Phoenix cops are dirty and will do almost anything to get themselves in the spotlight and bring someone down. It's what these dirty shitbags do. Add another one to, “we don’t make this shit up file.” A 13 year Phoenix police veteran is arrested for sucking off a 14 year old and a 17 year old boy. And better yet - he was the liaison to the LGBT community.
It’s sort of odd and ironic that last week had someone killed him with a shot to the head, everyone would be crying about cop killing. The 100 Club would be asking for the death penalty and he would have been lauded with grandiose funeral at CCV.
Today most people are thinking he deserves to be shot in the head for playing with little boys, have his dick cut off and stuffed in his mouth. Chief Garcia did say that he was, “extremely disturbed and disgusted by this conduct…” – Gee…ya think? How about investigating the Tovar Molestation story Garcia – it will make you throw up and you will never look at your dog and peanut butter the same again.
Chief Garcia went on to say, “he wants the community to know this is a transparent investigation.”

Funny – It has been one year since our Public Records Request on the Tovar molestation cover up and we still have not received a complete case file on it. Where’s the transparency there Chief Garcia?
Another molester is out there and the Phoenix PD refuses to do anything about it because he is the son of a cop.
We received the attached evaluation of Phoenix Police Department’s Internal Affairs Unit (known as PSB - Professional Standards Bureau), which was conducted by Matrix Consulting out of Palo Alto, CA - taken off the desk of Joe Yahner.
You can read the attached cover letter we received along with the document from our loyal source. As citizens we paid the handsome sum of $150,000 (the equivalent of a commander’s salary) for this evaluation. Commander Dave Harvey now has been tasked to discredit this evaluation.
Think about how better we could have used $150,000, in a city where they cry everyday about budget shortfalls and the inability to hire cops. Every one of you should go to every council meeting and every town hall meeting with copies and ask the simply question, “Why?”
While many of us knew about this evaluation and that an outside consulting company named Matrix was hired, this document is not officially published anywhere but here. We have all been asking for these results and the Phoenix PD has been reluctant to deliver them.
So we delivered it to you – compliments of our faithful loyal and good cops in the Phoenix PD – cops who thankfully are more loyal to us, then they are to their own employer.
This was mailed to us and in true BadPhoenixCops fashion; the original mail package and documents were shredded and burned so that the Phoenix PD couldn’t obtain it or find out who gave it to us. No sense conjuring up one of those illegal and fraudulent home raids along with a bogus criminal investigation…AGAIN.

Dear Sgt. Dave Adams, PPSLA Grievance Committee Chairman:
This email is in response to your two emails regarding our meeting a couple of weeks ago. Clearly you are frustrated.
Thank you and another PPSLA Rep for your tenacity to point out the imperfections of PSB. It seems through the IBR process, we have made some improvements in processes and communications involving PSB and PPSLA and PLEA. We also have spent an inordinate amount of time focusing on a minimal number of cases. I think in the past, there was not an open dialogue, and I feel communication is the key.
Bottom line with this investigation from 2009 - A Lieutenant noted that his sergeant had an inordinate amount of overtime and instituted processes to limit this sergeant's overtime. The sergeant began submitting alternative methods for overtime and an audit was conducted. This ultimately identified one of several overtime slips in question. When the sergeant was interviewed he was less than truthful and painted himself into a corner regarding this particular training date. Several other employees attended and were interviewed by PSB.
These interviews seem to be your focus. PSB had the interviews transcribed. I have read the reports and the transcripts. John has done the same. John and I met with you and through the discussion, I don’t believe that you ever articulated what you want.
Are the interviews perfect, no. Are there leading questions or investigators finishing answers, yes. I don’t know as the Commander for PSB for the last 11 months what you want for me to do. I will always accept opportunities for my folks to attend training to improve the professionalism and expertise of PSB. I feel that my investigators have their hearts in the right place. I feel that I am promoting an atmosphere of fairness and consistentcy.(sic)
Please, if there is something that I am missing, let me know. If it is your duty to point out that PSB "made mistakes" on this case. Duly noted. Or if it is to "I could go on and on with thistype of performance in many investigations." Duly noted.

All I can do as the current PSB Commander is keep the dialogue open, and insure that current and future cases under my watch, include PPSLA in the dialogue through the investigative process so that PSB and PPSLA and PLEA have a healthy working relationship.
Your statement, "PPSLA would ask that PSB remove the prosecutorial/defense relationship that exists and allow and encourage the interaction necessary for fair and consistent investigations."
This philosophy goes both ways. I promise to hold up my end and lets focus forward. This should give you a better idea "on how PPSLA can decide how to move forward."

We have received an outpouring of dirt on the newly appointed chief of police Joe Yahner. Joe Yahner has not been brought up on our blog all that often, but if Joe doesn’t make some significant strides and improvements, that very well could change.
Joe Yahner already had his first black eye this week, when a 12-year Phoenix PD veteran named Bill McCartney was caught stealing Oxycontin pills from impound. He was replacing the pills with placebos like aspirin, tylenol, etc., and when he was caught he resigned to avoid prosecution.
Many good cops have reached out to us telling us that Joe Yahner was once a good guy but like many, once in the grips of Jack Harris has turned a blind eye to the crimes inflicted on citizens and good cops. So like Darth Vadar, we know there was once good in him and we think it is still there. So we are posting this blog solely for Joe Yahner that he will step up and do the right thing, or face consequences like so many assclowns have before him.

2) Phil Roberts: Phil be reinstated immediately and all four of his current PSB investigations will be dismissed. Phil Roberts will be given the pick of any Sergeant’s job he wishes within the PPD.
3) Dave Barnes: You need to hire him back as a cop. There is no reason good people should be at home because of a lying Jack Ass and a couple of dumb Polombos named Mike and Heather.
4) Stan Hoover: Get this miserable fucktard into AA. This fat drunk bastard spends too much time at Bevmo stocking up on the weekly specials……We’re kidding here Joe – but you can start to clean house with dirty pigs like the Polombos and others that are often mentioned here who are now in hiding – like Steven Soha.
There are a few more good cops sitting at home. I know you know of one personally via some computer work that was performed for you and ironically he was “retired” for similar reasons. You need to make things right there too, Joe. You don’t fuck friends Joe unless they’re hotties in G-strings pushing their double DDs in your face or they meet you in a Maryvale parking lot.
Joe, you should have personally contacted these individuals or their representatives to begin the long needed healing of crimes inflicted on them by your former boss. If not, every indiscretion that ever occurred in your twenty-six year career will be posted here for the world to see with the full support of the 1st Amendment and the US Constitution behind us. You may look at this as a threat and we know the Jack Ass and his Axis of Evil will call you about this, telling you not to do it, but we say ignore the calls and think of this as your performance based incentive plan.

Let’s talk about our magnificently ignorant pill poppin mayor – Phil OxyGordon. In Phil’s latest blog dated December 20th the mayor makes two bold comments:
Last week, a handful of local media outlets reported that the Phoenix PD - along with our Public Safety Director Jack Harris and other city leaders - are under criminal investigation by the Office of Inspector General, an arm of the federal Department of Justice, for providing bad statistical data about the number of kidnappings in Phoenix.
That's simply not true. Let me be as clear as I know how to be: The Phoenix PD, Harris, myself, city officials, none of us, are under any federal investigation, criminal or otherwise.
And
I'll let you know how this "statistical audit" turns out, though I firmly believe that this is another example of a disgruntled employee making a complaint helped along by the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association, a police union dead set on making a power grab at the expense of city leadership and the Phoenix Police Department.
This dumb-fuck Gordon wants us to think that the audit is coming from a disgruntled employee, when it is not. Officer Phil Roberts and PLEA need to print this statement from Phil Gordon's Blog and save it before they delete it, as it shows further retaliation against Roberts.
Maybe mayor Phil hasn’t heard about the email that was just sent to asst. chief Joe Yahner?
Our sources have told us the email comes directly from the Officer of the Inspector General (OIG) informing Mr. Yahher that the Phoenix PD are under investigation and the OIG are requesting:
- An available conference room (the chiefs' conference room), with the Phoenix PD for onsite usage by the OIG, beginning January 10, 2011.
- All the DRs (police reports) for all 358 alleged kidnappings
- Dates/times/people the OIG would like to meet within the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix Police department
- Plus much, much more.
We will do a Public Record's Request for this email, but for sure Yahner received it. So does mayor Phil Gordon really want to stick to his story, keep lying to us and telling us an investigation isn’t underway? What a complete dumbass. Thankfully Gordon has termed out and can't get reelected. We hope this is the end of this douchebag's political career.
Now let’s get to Chuck Miiller, the commander in the Phoenix PD who has ownership for media relations, among other things. Chuck is easy of the eyes, but light on the brain and lying comes easy to him.
We want to give you a little history of Chuck’s lying but first watch the video of Chuck, telling us how we are all idiots to doubt the Phoenix PD and much like Phil Gordon - we are all speaking about something we know little about and we should leave commentary to professionals like the Phoenix PD. Chuck states that Phoenix PD is not currupt, we should trust them and wants to assure us the rumors aren't true, when Chuck himself is part of the lies and corruption.
So what's Chuck's checkered history with the Phoenix PD? Like most we have blogged about here, Chuck would prefer citizens and the media didn't know any of this!
Back in 1996, Chuck was caught lying to his lieutenant about fucking a female on his squad. Yep - go ol Chuck Miiller was shitting where he eats - dipping his pen in the company ink - banging a subordinate - playing tonsil hockey with a female cop or for you religious zealots, he was breaking the 7th Commandment! Chuck’s lieutenant at the time was Lt. DeBenedetto. Chuck on a regular basis was inserting his small dick in someone named Audra. Chuck Miiller was married at the time and an up-and-coming sergeant with the Phoenix police department. Bummer for Chuck.
When DeBenedetto heard of the rumors of Chuck and Audra, he interviewed Chuck. Chuck Miiller lied and denied having the affair. A little later, Chuck’s conscious kicked in (we didn't know he even had one), and he admitted to DeBenedetto that he lied and further admitted he was doing the horizontal mombo with Audra.
If any of you know Audra M., we would like to know if Chuck had any particular moves in bed that were laughable or down right hysterical or if her nickname for him was "pinky dick."
Miiller was subsequently demoted from sergeant to officer when he should have been fired for lying about his on-the-job fuckfest with Audra. AZPOST doesn’t allow an officer to remain on the force for lying, but Chuck Miiller has and he isn’t on BRADY. A year later Miiller was promoted. His wife thankfully ended up divorcing him when he started screwing another female cop, whom he eventually married.
This worthless inept hatchet wound who became his next wife is Tracey Miiller – a cop who grew through the ranks to the level of lieutenant with no experience and no specialty assignment. This is the same Tracey Miiller who thinks wearing retro weave belts from 1992 is a fashion statement and thinks drinking on the job with cops and pilots is the right thing to do! I hope to God these two idiots haven’t had any kids with their DNA. God help those children. Someone ought to call Child Protective Services.
So should we believe anything Chuck Miiller says to the Press? How would we know it’s true? Chuck Miiller has a history of lying, yet is the media spokesperson for the Phoenix PD and is telling us to trust him and 4,000 of his associates?
Another interesting tidbit about Chuck is he has been a cop for about 18 ½ years - long enough to have a great checkered history, but not long enough to retire. Recently he bought two years of military time, to get him to 20 years so that he can enter DROP (that's the same double dipping program Jack Ass Harris is using to rip off our city.)
Now why would a cop with a supposed long career ahead of him buy years to accelerate his entry into the retirement program, DROP? By our estimates he's cutting himself way, way short of retirement dollars.
Why would someone do that?
It looks like Chuck is seeing the beginning of the end and is looking to get as much money out of this as he can. There’s no other logical reason to do this and it doesn’t make financial sense. Retiring with an estimated $65K annually when he can probably wait a few more years and double that? Chuck Miiller's entry into DROP is the sign of a rat leaving a ship - a dirty lying rat - who might end up taking a few arrows about some bad kidnapping statistics.
If any of you in the Press would like to offer us a Press Pass, we would love to ask Chuck these questions directly at one of those media relations boondoggles he hosts. Why should we believe anything he says? The real truth is you can’t believe Chuck! Lying is in his blood.
