So We Have a New Police Chief. What Happens Next? Read Our Summation of What Needs to Be Done!

As you are all probably aware, our new Phoenix Police chief was sworn in earlier this week.  Proudly strutting around the event was Lt. Dave Adams in his PPSLA shirt glad handing and smiling, wondering which fellow cops told us about his DV and kidnapping conviction!

The question everyone asks us is, “Now what?”  “What will chief Garcia do?” “Where should he sink his teeth in, but most importantly – what does it mean for BadPhoenixCops?”

We’ll answer the later question first. 

Since we see no change and until all that is dirty and shitty in the Phoenix PD is indicted, fired and gone (or any combination of the three) we don’t plan to change anything.  We march on.  We have no elaborate plan or scheme and will continue to vilify cops in a public forum.  It’s exhilarating to excoriate dirty cops and destroy any chance for future advancement.  It’s refreshing when we get calls from good cops telling us how absolutely crazy and utterly humiliated these dirty cops become and how we alter their attitude, their disposition and sometimes – force them to retire or quit a fat paying job, simply because they can no longer tolerate being on a website each day.  Just ask a lying douchebag like Jeff Hynes who is working at Grand Canyon University trying to put his past behind him!  He walked away from a fat salary and DROP because of us.  Just wait until we infiltrate the campus and hand out the BRADY list to all his students!  They can indict us, follow us, investigate us, sue us, and charge us with whatever law they make up.  We always have the last say in the never-ending Internet ass fuck!

But as for the new chief Garcia…we see some challenges he will be facing. We heard he is asking for everyone’s CV to review their backgrounds and qualifications.  We are already hearing rumblings and posturing since most of the higher ranks obtained worthless MBAs and post doctorate degrees from these local correspondence schools; and on paper they appear more qualified then Garcia.  Garcia’s first hurdle will be having a Come to Jesus meeting with these useless assclowns, explaining to them how all those degrees are meaningless against leadership and experience.  If baccalaureate and doctorate degrees were solely important, they themselves would have his job but clearly they do not! 

From our perspective here is a short list of things Garcia will need to build some critical mass:

The assistant chiefs.  It is very tough to find anyone worth their salt and the bad ones outweigh the good ones.  Take a look at Tracey Montgomery and Jim Pina. These two idiots are to law enforcement, what Dr. Seuss was to science and medicine.  Just try and name one good task, one good project or one great idea either of these top cops have had?  Cops hate them. Citizens hate them and ever the LGBT and Rainbow coalition can’t stand them. Pina is stupid, short and mean. Montgomery is stupid, ugly and stupid.  When really dumbass cops like Lt. Stan Hoover find someone to be stupid...then they must be really fucking stupid! 

We challenge anyone to find three people who would sit in a closed-door session and proclaim Montgomery or Pina as good, productive leaders.  We challenge anyone to find three officers who will sing their praises anonymously on this website!   

Garcia should really assess his entire staff and ask for input from front line officers like lieutenants and sergeants (but not the likes of Dave Adams) to gauge who is a good leader and who is not.   We would also encourage and recommend Garcia speak with anyone who has retired in the past 12 months and who had 20 or more years of service with the PPD.   He could learn so much, in a short time period from these folks and get a deep dive assessment on all the fucktards and assclowns.


Corruption and Retaliation. Garcia needs to address the flat out corruption and retaliation against some good cops – like Phil Roberts, Dave Barnes (…who by the way had everything dismissed against him! Yeah EVERYTHING…and he was prematurely fired without so much as a PSB investigatiom, yet someone like Dave Adams, convicted of imprisonment is running for reelection of PPSLA??!!), Linnae Knowles and others mentioned here who were attacked by chief Jack Ass Harris and forced to quit or were embarrassed and humiliated.  In all cases hire them back (if this is what they want), ensure that their records/files show nothing but positive and flawless documentation and genuinely ask what can be done to fix all those that were wronged.

Flush the toilet. In that same vein, Garcia needs to fire those who were the henchmen for Jack – Mike Polombo and his dumb cunt wife and master cockswoman Heather Polombo, the other useless hachet wound Lauri Burgett, Theron Quass, Joe Knott, Spalla, Sandy Renteria, Yahner, Brokaw, and anything with the last name of Tovar and or anyone tied to the Tovar child molestation story...and everyone mentioned on this blog.

And we’re not talking about some long drawn out bullshit PSB investigation, in some sort of Jeff Gordon-esq fashion where they sit on paid leave for 4-6 months.  We mean Donald Trump fired – as in -  here’s a box, collect your shit, find your red stapler, don’t come back and don’t let the door hit your ass on your way out – FIRED!  Then add them all to BRADY and indict them on perjury, filing false police reports and abuse of power so they may never be hired in any law enforcement position again.  Give them all their Glocks, with just one single hollow point bullet, and remind them that under the chin or in the temple and they can miss; and in the mouth is always better.   Actually, we take that back.  Let them go for the temple as to remain in a vegetative state, shitting themselves and drooling.

The right hand guy. Garcia needs to pick a decent, smart exec chief as his right hand man.  Since no one has had the balls to stand up to Yahner or Jack, and they all have sat by silently to protect their own asses, (but yet ironically during the chief interview and vetting process, they touted their leadership and command expertise…Hmmm.  Ironic...don't ya think?), we think this needs to be an outside person.  We have a dinner bet with a current top cop on who it won't be, with the winning prize being Capital Grille!   Garcia needs to find someone who can quickly bring people together, knock down walls and represent the Phoenix PD as a stellar organization.  We see no one in the Phoenix PD who can do this.  We would advocate for an assistant chief or commander if someone shared with us any experienced top cop with a hefty set of balls.  We just don’t see it with anyone in the current crop.  All they would do is demote the folks mentioned above and let them retire with dignity and take the safe easy path.

Fair skies kill a rainbow. Garcia needs to get off the diversity bullshit program started by his boss’ predecessor.  Frank Fairbanks wanted color, creed and sexual orientation above competence.  This bad decision has compromised the Phoenix PD.  Garcia needs to know that ironically he was hired because his name ends in a couple of vowels and will undoubtedly enjoy many lunches at Los Dos Molinos. He needs to use this “asset” to get better people in without appearing as a bigot.  Hiring others whose names end in vowels or the letters E-Z is OK sometimes, if they can do the job.  Garcia needs to promote churn within the PPD but veil it with he’s just mixing things up – albeit – indefinitely! Again asking recently retired cops with 20+ years or speaking one on one with some sergeants and lieutenants will not only earn him respect, but knowledge.

Dumbass+Fucktard=Problem.  Garcia needs to know his boss (not just Dave Cavasos…but also Ed Zuercher) are absolute complete fucking idiots and would sell their own moms to brothels for $5.  Between the two of them, there are no good ideas and no creativity.  Most know that Dave Cavasos' corruption started with TRAVELGATE at the airport and continues in the City Manager’s office, including talking himself out of a ticket and a DUI.  That’s not to say things can’t be changed, but when you are potentially smarter than your own boss, that could lead to problems.  This could be challenging for Garcia.

Loyalty. Garcia needs to foster a department that is loyal to him, which is going to be tough as an outsider.  His predecessor Jack Ass Harris had loyalty, but it was built on a department of corruption at the senior level.  We recommend a department of loyalty for Garcia at the commander, lieutenant and street cop level, and avoid any loyalty with his assistant chiefs.  If he can quickly garner an alliance with the cops who matter, the rest will fall into place and the current asst. chiefs will crumble.

Kiss our ring. Of course Garcia could meet with us, but until we see some traction and hear more about what he is doing, we wouldn’t be interested and we wouldn’t hold our breath waiting for him.  Wrongs need to be made right before we would have any audience with him and its always on our terms and never his.  Plus like we said earlier, destroying dirty cops is fun and the only thing that will silence us at this point is stacks of $100 bills in a trunk or life long membership in the Detective Heather Cox Armstrong Polombo Maryvale blow job club.

That’s our short list, we encourage the comments to add more and hopefully Garcia will read this and take notice.   Imagine if this was all enacted within the next 30 days, how better we would all be?

So many before him could have done something and made some great positive changes, but so many chickened out and were cunts.

We learned a long time ago that this is the best time for Garcia.  The first 30-60 days is when any new employee can help an organization and they can be the most insightful – before they start drinking the kool-aid!

Phoenix Police Lieutenant David Russell Adams Domestic Violence Charge and Unlawful Imprisonment Conviction from 1997. Proudly Helping Pad the AZ Kidnapping Stats Since 1997!

First off – let’s get one thing straight.  Officer Jennifer Kinsey of the Scottsdale PD is an obnoxious fucking cunt.
 
We sent our records request into Scottsdale for the DR of Phoenix cop and acting PPSLA president David Adams, and received a reply from Scottsdale officer named Jennifer Kinsey, questioning our blogger and his intent.  She stated before should will sign off on the request, and due to the sensitive nature of our request she needed answers to a few questions, like:

• What was the relationship to Dave Adams?
• What type of research was being conducting?
• What will it be used for?

Imagine that! 

Imagine conducting a public records request and she needs to know what it is for, and why?   We were stunned with that level of haughtiness and superiority.  We reminded her and the city of Scottsdale’s legal department that answers to such questions are a privilege - and not a right - and frankly none of their fucking business.  What you will notice in certain sections that officer Jennifer Kinsey pulled a Tovar-esq style move and tried to hide and redact any reference to David Adams being a Phoenix Cop – specifically on pages 3, 6 and 21.  We are going to do a follow up and investigation into her and request a revised "clean" copy - through the courts if necessary.

So here is the DR of your current Phoenix PD PPSLA (Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association) president, Dave Adams.  This goes back to 1997 where he was issued a protective order from his wife and was ultimately charged and convicted of holding her against her will (unlawful imprisonment) - helping the State of Arizona build their kidnapping stats!   Dave Adams is another corrupt piece of shit in the Phoenix PD that shouldn’t be a cop. The conviction alone back in 1997 should have had his peace officer certification taken away from him and he should be working in Walmart.

Dave Adams was a sergeant and a Phoenix motorcycle cop.   There's nothing worse than a motor cop.  They often refer to themselves as the "fighter pilots" of the police force and are arrogant cocksuckers.   Jack Harris was a motor - and an arrogant cocksucker.  Anytime you see a Phoenix motor behind you or in your blind spot, proudly decide to wash your windshield in their honor! The results of unleashing an entire bucket of car wash fluid upon them is classic!

In this DR you will find that Dave was such an overpower arrogant cocksucker, he was accused of:

• Beating his kids with a belt
• Ordering his wife to have sex with him daily (and hyper critical of her oral work)
• Ordering his wife to have an ice tea at the door when he came home
• Locking his wife and kids in the closet (hence the imprisonment charge)
• Allowing his wife only a few set of clothes and ordering her to never buy any other clothes for herself
• Selling her car multiple times so she couldn't leave
• Taking the keys and flattened the tires to the car on several occassions
• Ordering his wife to get rid of the pets
• Hitting his wife on the back of the neck and legs as to not leave marks
• Being an all around cop asshole...

And much, much more!

Much like Jeff Hynes who left in disgrace after being added to BRADY back in 1996, he forgot how his momentary lapse of reason derailed his career.  Jeff's rise as a commander never helped anyone he saw being abused by Jack Harris and the Phoenix PD.  He just played the game, just like Dave Adams. 

Dave forgets where he came from, what was done to him and now proudly hangs his hat with all the other pieces of shit and assclowns in the Phoenix PD.  He has not even once thought to help out any cops that were/are in dire straits like he was – cops like Phil Roberts – and just plays the game like his dumbass predecessor Mark Half-wit Hafkey.  Imagine paying dues to an organization like PPSLA and they won’t even help or support you when you are being blatantly and overtly attacked by your employer??!?  Why pay dues and why join then?

Dave can make a difference now, just like Hynes could have, but chooses to sit by silently. How many docs and investigations alone have shown Sergeant Phil Roberts was and continues to be retaliated against, and PPSLA sits silent.  All the while good cops get throw under the bus by Yahner, Pina and a bunch of other shitbags and continue messing with his dues paying members, yet Dave Adams does nothing.

Remember what Abraham Lincoln said:
"To sin by silence when they should protest, makes cowards of men."

…and judging from what we read here, Phoenix police lieutenant David Adams is a TovarDickweed and a coward who likes to intimidate women and children and now forever exposed and humiliated on the World Wide Web.  David went from being an asshole, to becoming an even bigger asshole, a wife beater and a hostage taker!

Keep in mind while you are reading this:  In DV there’s always a “he said she said” and wives always try to make mountains out of molehills and will out and out lie to get what they want.  But in this report David Adams is shown to be a true assclown.

This appears to be corroborated and supported by all his kids and his neighbors. We have no clue what Dave’s defense is for any of his actions since nowhere did we read or during our research have we heard from anyone who supported Dave.  So it looks like his wife got a second opinion on her blowjobs and found a real man to replace David! 

Maybe Dave Adams should hook up with Scottsdale cop, Jennifer Kinsey.
 
The two might make a great couple.  Last time we looked, an Asshole and a Cunt are close to each other… anatomically speaking.

It’s our Birthday!

We have been destroying, excoriating, vilifying and embarrassing Bad Phoenix Cops and moronic city officials since 2008 - and were damn proud of it!  Our goal and mantra have been the same since day one:  We exposure all their dirty deeds and indiscretions in the most public forum possible.  From their DUIs, to their sexual trysts, to their child molesting sons, to their pock-marked faces - our intent is to make their Phoenix police job…their last job in public service…and to ensure the private sector is aware of the disservice they did to the Phoenix community so they are eminently unemployable.  We do what they do...to so many honest law abiding citizens. We use their own rules, their own ops orders and their own people against them and we have no reason to stop or slow down, until wrongs are made right! We call them assclowns, fucktards and cunts and when a Phoenix motor is riding on our ass, we blast our windshield wiper fluid all over them!

David Cavasos: Why On Earth Would You Hire Gerald Richard into a Position Working for the new Chief? Richard Was the Man Who Ran The Employment Bureau When Louie Tovar Junior Applied to Become a Cop and Was Going Through His Peanut Butter Phase!

The name is synonymous with stupidity, ineptitude and every bad cop on this blog.  Just look at that forehead!  You could watch a fullscreen movie on that thing!  His head looks like when actors cover their hair and pretend they are bald!

Gerald Richard fucked up more stuff in the Phoenix PD so they moved him out and he found a job in the Attorney General’s Office.

Since Cavasos wants some diversity in the Phoenix PD and to appease the black community, he is paying Gerald Richard upwards of $120-130K a year to be a black liason to incoming Chief Garcia – and Garcia doesn’t even know about this!   One would think an incoming chief would want to create and have input on this position...No?


As a matter of fact no one knows about this – so yet again – we posted it here first and Cavasos is scambling to figure out how we know.

Now were not saying this position isn’t need, and there probably should be a liaison with the black community in Phoenix…but Gerald Richard?  The only worse black cop you could have is Chris Crockett – the man with 14 kids and no wives to speak of, and has more DVs against than Chris Brown!  Crockett makes OJ Simpson look good.  Crockett is such a fuckup, after they put him in charge of South Mountain - he had the cops called out to his house the next day on a DV.   Black criminals from the Projects look up to Chris Crockett and admire the way he abuses women!

But Gerald Richard?

If you haven’t experience Gerald Richard – well get ready for a ride on the short bus.  It will be like the Special Olympics took over City Hall!

Gerald Richard is about as useful as a dick flavored lollipop.   Gerald Richard will ultimately fuck something up.   He will make incoming Chief Garcia look like an assclown, undoubtedly before Garcia even arrives.  Gerald Richard isn’t fit to lick butter from our ass.  Imagine paying this useless fuckstick $120K-$130K per year, in our budget shortfall?   Can’t we hire more street cops for this money to support the black community or does this just make too much sense, Mr. Cavasos?  What an insult to the black community.

To make matters worse and since the public relations position was fucked up so badly by Murray Andy Anderson, they are having a girl from the Aviation department handle public relations for incoming chief Garcia.

It appears the city of Phoenix has money to spend to correct all the fuckups from the previous administration - most of whom are still there with names like Yahner, Montgomery and Pina - assistant chiefs who helped destroy the PPD, yet still maintain a multi 6 figure salaries!

But to make a further mistake by putting Gerald Richard in charge of anything is just pissing money away.  There's so many more qualified people for this liaison position like Andrew Zimmerman and members of the KKK.

Gerald Richard?  Really?   Geez Cavasos must be really inept and desperate and don't conduct any due dilegence or history checks.  We also will have a blog posting on how while driving the suicide lanes in Phoenix, Cavasos used his power and influence to get out of a ticket.  We also heard that about a year and a 1/2 ago, Cavasos was stopped for a DUI by the Phoenix PD and allowed to drive home! 

And how does this story come full circle?  When Louie Adrian Tovar III was having his dog lick peanut butter from his balls and fondling little boys, take one guess who was the division commander over the Phoenix PD Employment Bureau and helped in the cover up?  Yep - you guessed it!  The fucktard Gerald Richard.  

These dirty cops are all interconnected like a Bizzaro Dicken's novel.

Wait until PLEA finds out…and the incoming police chief...and Phoenix city council.

The Amazing Lengths The Phoenix PD Will Go To Cover Something Up. Let's Not Charge A Child Molester - But Rather - Let's Charge A Cop For Not Reporting It!

As we said at the end of our last Blog, the Phoenix PD will go through some incredible lengths to protect their own and lay blame on someone else, not from the inner circle of former police chief Jack Ass Harris.

Meet Phoenix police officer Aaron Thomas.  We hear Aaron isn't a bad cop, but the Phoenix PD sure wanted him to be.

When the public records request on Skippy peanut butter investor Louie Adrian Tovar fell into our hands, we received the entire criminal investigation into Officer Thomas.

What was this for? 

Incredibly, his failure and the failure of his subordinate to report child molestation and sex crimes to authorities.

All Police officers since the early 1960s, along with all doctors are required by law to report any notion of sexual molestation to authorities. Naturally this law does not apply to any members of the Tovar family who are Phoenix cops, namely commander Louie Tovar and his brother sergeant Mark Tovar.  They don’t need to report anything since the self admitted molester Louie Adrian Tovar was Louie Tovar's own son and Mark’s nephew. Also at this time, commander Louie Tovar ran the sex crimes division and would have to launch an investigation into his own kid.  But for all other cops and doctors, it is a Felony to not report crimes against children.  So to lay blame, the Phoenix PD launched an internal and criminal investigation into Aaron Thomas.

The story is bizarre because Aaron Thomas was the supervising officer to Steve Checketts and really didn't have any direct interaction with Louie Adrian Tovar, BUT technically was the supervisor and the only one left to blame.  Steve Checketts was the cop working with employment services and the one who should have reported the molestation; the true fall guy. We will never know if he did or did not report the crimes.  Unfortunately (or fortunately for the Tovars) Steve Checketts died in 2006 while receiving a hand-job at a massage parlor. 

No seriously. 

He died of a heart attack at a massage parlor a day after he retired from the PPD.   The rub-n-tug turned into a rub-n-cardiac. He both came and went at the same time.


No one is supposed to know this, but we do. Now wouldn’t that be the photo to use in a Christmas party PowerPoint!!?? It’s entirely possible Checketts did report this to commander Tovar of the sex crimes bureau, but commander Tovar would have hid it because it was his own kid.

Since dead men tell no tales and since shit rolls upstream; they needed a fall guy, hence this bogus, smoke screen investigation into Aaron Thomas.

This is a fairly comprehensive investigation.  We only wish Louie Adrian Tovar’s investigation was this thorough and this public.  

Notice how the Phoenix PD didn’t redact anything in these reports related to Aaron Thomas?

They redacted the names of the victims (which they should) but what's bizarre is how the Phoenix PD took full liberties to redact commander Louie Tovar’s name, sergeant Mark Tovar’s name and the sexual predator who committed the crimes – Louie Adrian Tovar III. 

The only name you see in these reports are Aaron Thomas and not the perp, his dad or his uncle?  Why?  Are they afforded some special priviledge that the rest of us are not?


Crazy.  Don’t you think?  We think it's a wee bit fucked up, but then again nothing surprises us with these creep and crooks known as the Phoenix PD.

There is something rotten in Denmark and the Phoenix PD aren’t talking about it and are definitely trying to hide it.

It still amazes us to this day.  It has been almost four years since this site has been up and running;  destroying and vilifying dirty, rotten, cops in the Phoenix PD - and these guys still don’t get it or understand the Internet.  More money wasted on lawyers and all that’s going to happen is it’s going to get worse and more public for them.

It is interesting how Joel Robbins won’t disclose who he is representing (yet we can all surmise) and is more interested in saving face then seeing that a child molester is put in jail.  And he makes the salacious claim that this blog disclosed the names of the victims here? 

Really?   Where? 

We have never disclosed the victim’s names and don’t care to know the kids names.  Anyone who is a father or a mother in Arizona is a victim while this predator is on the loose.   We think Joel Robbins needs to give up and get a life and find some better clients to represent.  We know this economy sucks but he needs a better screening process.

What’s getting better is this story on Louie Adrian Tovar’s police application.   His subsequent admission to molesting kids and dog sex is getting both interesting and disturbing.    Not only does the DR (police report) abruptly end in April 2009 with the investigating cop getting a promotion, but there is no follow up and no file within the county prosecutor’s office. 

Nothing.  It just ends. With no follow through.

It’s as if the case simply vanished into thin air after April, 2009.

There isn’t an honest, admirable soul left with any integrity since none of them have the balls to stand up and fix things.  Any man who works in the Phoenix PD who is a father should be enraged at this juncture. Chief Garcia you will want a person of action and a GSD (Get Shit Done) exec to support you.  What does this whole story tell you? Where are all those cops who were competing for your job, touting their experience, leadership and capabilities?  Where are they now?  Have they contacted you? 

We doubt it.

For Louie Adrian Tovar III, it must be nice to have had your father in charge of child sex crimes and your uncle at the Academy while you are molesting kids.  What happens if your father is in charge of homeland security, burglary or vice?   Do we get to freely plant bombs, steal shit and bang whores without consequence?

Rumors were flying that maybe Louie Adrian Tovar took a plea or maybe the case was sealed, but there would be a record of this too.  We would be able to see, “Case was sealed by Judge Effing Moron,” but after consulting several attorneys and having them look and ask; not even this exists.  There would also be more of a trail after April, 2009 including a pediatrician’s report that verifies the ages of the kids in the porn, a grand jury, an indictment and a host of other things in a file from the prosecutor’s office.  But there is no file in the prosecutor’s office.  This leads us to believe this went nowhere and Louie Adrian Tovar got off, not only on little kids and puppies, but without consequence because of the job his dad and uncle hold.

Also Jeff is correct, A.R.S. § 13-705 has mandatory sentencing, mandatory sex offender registration and lifetime probation – none of which appear to exist with Louie Adrian Tovar III – son of Phoenix commander Louie Andrew Tovar and nephew of sergeant Mark Tovar who works at the Academy.

When Louie Anthony Tovar, Commander in the Phoenix, PD made this statement, his son was experimenting with the family dog and peanut butter!

We finally received the papers on Louie Adrian Tovar III, son of Phoenix police commander Louie Anthony Tovar and it is worse than we expected.

The first issue we have with the documents is that the entire DR we requested (police report) redacted the name of Louis Adrian Tovar and only referred to him as "ADRIAN." This was our first clue that commander Louie Tovar himself or someone who was trying to hide something, redacted these documents. 

Imagine requesting a police report and the very subject and name of the Suspect or Criminal of the report is redacted?  They must have thought some dumbass like Steve Soha was requesting these!  This must be the first time in the history of the Phoenix PD this has happened, but it just goes to show you the lengths they will go through to protect the son of a cop and attempt to hide what we already know.  We immediately cancelled our check and demanded an un-redacted copy so the world may see the correlation between father, son uncle and nephew.

But as we peruse through the papers, a few things are blatantly apparent – most notably the current disposition of this case.

The investigating officer JB (a good cop by the way and we’re sorry that we had to mention you on this blog - that’s why we purposefully used initials so you won’t register in search engines… unlike some other assclowns like Jim Pina or Andy Anderson), was promoted to Sergeant and was reassigned to patrol.  This occurred on April 13, 2009.  Congratulations to JB, but bad news for all of us that have kids.  What this meant (or so we think) is no one picked up this case and no one continued the investigation or followed up with the county attorney’s office.   

Gee we wonder why?

Actually what we think is that the Phoenix PD saw this as an opportunity to allow this case to disappear and die a slow, silent death as time passed;  people would forget about a Phoenix police commander’s son who is a sexual deviant.

One of the last acts that JB did was submit charges to the prosecutor’s office on April, 13, 2009 requesting charges for Molestation and Sexual Conduct with a Minor on Louie Adrian Tovar III, from Glendale, AZ.  Since we see there was no one to follow up (no replacement for JB), nothing appears to have been done.

But then there’s BadPhoenixCops.com – we’ve been destroying dirty cops since 2008 and we’re damn proud of it!

The Tovar family thought they were in the clear, until we found out about.  No wonder they didn’t want us to get our public records request and their long court fights.  It’s painfully clear they wanted to stop us from sharing with the world what we know about a dirty Phoenix cop, and his son who buys stock in Jiffy peanut butter!  YIKES!  Poor Mark Tovar must be embarrassed he has such a nephew and brother.  They want to put this behind them (pun) but we sure don’t.  This is a slam-dunk conviction of a sex offender and no one wants to talk about it and pretend it never happened.

Even the girl who Adrian was dating at the time admitted Adrian was a creep and had to move away after their breakup to avoid him.  So Adrian’s next step was to try and become a Phoenix cop!

Are we so naive to believe no one in the family noticed that Adrian was asking you to change from creamy to extra chunky and slowly becoming a sommelier of Peanut Butter?   Wasn’t the red flag that the dog was over-weight and wanted peanut butter on anything he ate?  Didn’t the Tovar’s notice that every-time they gave the dog a pill wrapped in peanut butter, their kid was sporting a chub and the dog was wagging his tail?

And Adrian blames all this on the fact that his mom died while he was young?

Your mom dies, so you want a dog to lick your junk, AND you rub-one-out when you pass a playground?   You get a raging hard-on at 3:00PM each day when school is let out and don't know why?  

Yeah Louie – THAT makes perfect logical sense to us!!?  We’re so glad you were the leader of Phoenix Sex Crimes for so many years.  You are so observant and astute in your own household having worked around molesters all those years.  Little did you know what was right under your nose?  WTF was going on in the Tovar household during the 90s??? When we drive by Tutor Time or Montessori we get turned on looking at all the hot MILFs and soccer moms in their SUVs....not their kids.

But sans the redaction problem, there are still a few key things missing.

As we stated earlier, the Phoenix PD must think we are stupid and won’t notice the glaring errors of omission. 

C’mon Phoenix PD!

Do you really think we are that stupid and wouldn’t notice?  The Phoenix PD has to know by now that everything we receive and every request written has a Phoenix cop behind it.  These good cops tell us what to request, how to request, the wording and phrases to use, and the Ops orders to cite.  And then when we don’t get what we request, we have cops on the 4th floor who tell us how, why and who is involved.  That’s how we operate; this is what makes an efficient dirty Phoenix cop destruction machine.

What’s missing?

So if this was turned down, where is the formal Turn Down letter on Louis Adrian Tovar?  If Furthers was requested (the county attorney’s office sometimes request “further” information to prosecute), so where is this?  Who is heading up this case and most importantly, where is the entire case management file so that we may make a request of Bill Montgomery to prosecute this individual? 

When you read the DR you will find admission of sexual abuse to minors including the performance of oral sex in the shower on a child, bestiality that included peanut butter, and masturbating while thinking about children.  And this guy freely roams the streets of Phoenix unfettered and not on any list?!!? God help us all from these dirty cops in the Phoenix PD.  This creep should be in prison with a wedge in his jaw.

So what’s the good news?  

The good news is Adrian did tell the investigating officer that he only had the dog lick peanut butter off of him, BUT WOULD NEVER, EVER THINK ABOUT putting his junk in his own dog’s ass. 
What was the officer thinking asking such an absurd question??!?

It appears Louie Adrian Tovar was offended by such a remark. Thank God the cop didn’t ask him about the dog’s own magenta meat crayon and his thoughts on what he would do with that!  We feel so much better knowing this and thankfully the dog was spared THAT humiliation.

Every now and again some moron contacts us, making accusations and trying to defend a dirty corrupt cop who is excoriated on this site.  We don't make this shit up.  We guess they have a right to exercise their 1st Amendment right to free speech (and we actually admire them for this), but in return we have a right to respond to their commentary - IN THE MOST PUBLIC FORUM POSSIBLE.

Meet someone who claims to be Linda Frazier;  one of the ex-wives of Mike Frazier. She sent us a message, accusing us of being someone else and called us pathetic assholes. She also said we needed to get a life. Little does she realize those are endearing words to us!

I'm Linda Frazier, Mike Frazier's first wife; was with Mike 18 years. I believe you are David Hay, and if it is you, David, I am so disappointed and saddened that you would stoop this low to humiliate Mike. If Mike knew I was writing this, he w\would be pissed and not wanting anything done about it. However, I feel something needs to be said on Mike's behalf.

Even though I'm his ex-wife, I must defend him. It’s a long story about why Mike was arrested one night. His wife at the time was crazy; Mike ended up divorcing her after only two years of marriage. The bean-throwing story, as you know, was all in fun; you were there having dinner with us. You, David Hay, had many great laughs from it. Then, to turn it around like you did, sickens me and you have lost all of my respect.

No matter what goes on in Mike's personal life, Mike was and is a great cop. He worked very hard to get where he is today and to get to top rankings of the Phoenix Police Department. He spent many years working as a cop, being a father to two young children, and going to college around his work and babysitting hours, eventually not only obtaining his Bachelor's degree, but also his Master's. He did not kiss anyone's ass to get into his positions in Phx PD, El Mirage, or Surprise. He earned and deserved those jobs. He really never wanted to be that high in rank, as he hates the "politics" and he loved being on the streets. He earned and deserved those jobs. Unfortunately, there are probably a lot of officers out there who are jealous of Mike because of what he achieved. Those officers could have done the same, had they gotten off their lazy asses, settled down with one woman, not all the skanks they had, and did what Mike did. Mike is a very driven, ambitious person (and I thank God every day that our daughter has those same characteristics). At 29-years old, she is already a Manager with the company she works for, which is a very, very large company. She also is already working on her Master's degree. I am not trying to point out that one must have college degrees for any job; my point is that highly motivated, driven, ambitious people achieve these types of jobs.

Again, I believe David Hay is behind this. Even though we had our ups and downs as a married couple, of all the men I know (and believe me, I know a lot of men), Mike is the most honest, upstanding, man I know. He has integrity, which many officers do not. He would never use or abuse his position of authority to help anyone, even people in his own family. He deserves what he has now.


He is still a "street cop" at heart and throughout his career with PPD, El Mirage, and Surprise, what he enjoys most is riding with the street officers. Many times on holiday weekends, when you're probably out partying and drinking, Mike is riding the streets with an officer and doing it on his own time. Get a life and quit regretting what you didn't do and degrading and humiliating others for your own satisfaction. I'm so disappointed in you.

Our Commentary on the Fraudulent Kidnapping Stats – We Were Right To Help Get Jack Harris Fired for Lying. Cavasos Did the Right Thing - For Once!

The OIG recently came back with their findings.  After a year plus process and investigation, results showed we were right!   Ultimately the Phoenix PD were able to scrape up enough “kidnapping stats” to meet their original claim of 358, but of the original 358, the OIG only found 195 to be “kidnapping” reports.  AZ PLEA said it best – 195 equates to 54% and 54% in anyone’s book is a FAILURE. 

The fact still remains, former mayor Phil OxyGordon and former and fired chief Jack Ass Harris lied before Congress with the far-fetched claim that almost every night in 2008, someone was kidnapped and being held for ransom in Phoenix.

“People are being tortured. People are being kidnapped. Almost every night, Phoenix police will get one or more calls, with variations…my wife is being held in a Phoenix drop house and they say they will torture and kill her if we don't pay them thousands of dollars.'  The response to that kind of call is incredibly labor intensive.”

This was a flat our lie and somewhere Harris’ and Gordon’s pants are catching on fire.  Almost every night, there was not a ransom kidnapping in Phoenix in 2008.  By our estimates, there may have been 40-50 that year.

How is this possible?  How can they "create" kidnapping police reports?  It’s simple.  People forget that there are different kidnapping offenses under Title 13 (Arizona Criminal Statutes).
1.  Kidnapping (13-1304),
                 A. Unlawful imprisonment (13-1303)
                 B. Custodial interference (13-1302)
                 C. Trafficking of persons (13-1308)
                 D. Access interference (13-1305)
                 E. Unlawfully obtaining labor or services (13-1306)
                 F. Sex trafficking (13-1307)

 So if someone is late dropping of their kid and their dumb cunt ex-wife calls the police? 

That’s kidnapping.

Technically they fall under kidnapping.

Cops giving us the complete employee application file from PERB on Louie Adrian Tovar? 

Those docs were probably kidnapped too and unfortunately any street cop can miscategorise any police report as a kidnapping report.


It’s very easy after the investigation began for the Phoenix PD to go back, re-evaluate their police reports and “pad” more to fall under 13-1304 Kidnapping.  

It’s like being audited by the IRS. 

By way of example, if you claimed on a tax return that you had $20K in medical deductions you will probably get an audit by the IRS.  After your initial sit-down with the IRS they will give you time to go back and “find” the deficit or receipts (proof) that prove the 20K in deductions. 

This is exactly what happened with the kidnapping stats. 

The original 358 did not meet the criteria of kidnapping (only 195 did) so a lie is still a lie, but the Phoenix PD were able to go back and “find” DRs from 2008 that added up to the original claim of 358. 

So technically -yes- there were 358 DRs that were labelled as kidnapping stats per AZ 13-1304, but rest assured there were not 358 ransom kidnappings in 2008 and we are not the kidnapping capital of the world behind Mexico City as Murray Andy Anderson claimed.    The description and deception used by Gordon and Harris before Congress; it never happened in Phoenix in 2008.  Almost every night in 2008, there simply were not ransom kidnappings by drug cartels or anyone else.

So the question remains – Were they purposefully deceptive? 

Of course they were, at least we think so.
 
They will try to blame the street cops for misidentifying or miscategorising police reports – but ultimately those cops work for the Phoenix PD administration and ultimately worked for Jack Ass Harris.  Jack was responsible and accountable and it was right for David Cavasos to fire him.  While the Phoenix PD will position this as some sort of vindication, the truth remains that blaming a street cop is not the way to fix this.  The blame and the ones who lied before Congress were Harris and Gordon, with the support of Lauri Burgett.

When the application process began for the grants, someone (Lauri Burgett, Jack Harris and Gordon) had to request, review and submit the application.  Someone had to say, “Hey we had 350+ ransom kidnappings and need money to stop this.” 

How does one prove this?  It’s tough. 

This is where they lied and purposefully positioned it for personal gain.  It turned into one big finger-pointing game and ultimately they blamed the street cop for mislabelling kidnapping reports.  Just take a look at all the post kidnapping projects Lauri Burgett was involved in?  A new car?  A video company?   Trips to England with Jack?  Tens of thousands of dollars in overtime dollars for her personally?  It’s sad the OIG wasn’t smart enough to see this, but did we really think the Federal government was going to indict a Democratic mayor, police chief and a lieutenant on perjury?  It was doubtful because our government has no balls to do what is right.  Just look at what is happening around the world and all the corruption in Congress. 

And to boot - look at the retaliation that was exerted upon Phil Roberts?  Clearly someone was trying to silence him and he struck a nerve with Jack and Burgett.   All Phil did was say the same things we said here and he was demoted, humiliated and chastised for it.  Wow.  That’s a little crazy in our opinion and shows how retaliation is a form of discipline within the Phoenix PD.

So how do we feel about the report?   It’s pretty terse (as terse as the US Government will get) and blames PPD leadership for most of the problems.  Remember – the US Government won’t call them liars, fucktards, assclowns and cunts like we will – but we think they should have launched a criminal investigation.  We still hope Jack Harris rides his Harley without a helmet and crashes into tree, leaving him on a feeding tube and a colostomy bag, and it’s only a matter of time before Phil OxyGordon is pinched with a DUI for all his drug use with his horse-faced girlfriend.  Karma is a mofo – just look at what’s happening with the Tovar family right now.

Ultimately, we got Jack Harris fired and Phil Gordon is sitting at home popping pills and neither can further destroy our city.  We do hope that this was the final nail in Joe Yahner’s coffin and any hope of him becoming a police chief has been killed.

A Worthwhile Fundraiser and Some Good Cops - Doing Good For Other Cops. GoodPhoenixCops!

Every once and while we come across a story worth repeating, on the good works of Phoenix cops.  Not all cops are bad, just most of the corrupt dirty administration in Phoenix and those referred to as FOJ – Friends of Jack Harris.

Briana Cox was a Phoenix cops who passed away on February 12^th after being diagnosed with Metastasized Malignant Melanoma.  Unfortunately this was passed in utero to her 10 month old baby, Addison.  It’s a really sad story.

On Saturday March 3^rd there was a fund raiser at the Deer Valley airpark which we attended with some of our cop friends.  It was a great fund raising event with food, stuff for kids and lots of chatter!  It’s nice to see a community pulling together for someone and something that means so much.

Briana Cox Fundraiser and Backstory

The father is still on active duty in the Air Force.   This fund raiser was done 100% locally by the Phoenix PD air support unit and a few friends.

To the best of our knowledge, Joe Yahner was the only one to show up and support this event (remember meeting us Joe and our ass-crack handshake?)  This event wasn’t communicated or sponsored formally by the Phoenix PD and was run 100% locally in Deer Valley, within the air support unit and by those who knew of Briana’s plight.

Tracy Montgomery who ultimately has accountability for the air support unit didn’t both to show up. 

Nice huh? 

It’s really nice that this worthless cunt Tracy didn’t bother and couldn’t find the time on a Saturday, to attend and support her own unit.  That’s pretty typical of narcissistic cops who are only worried about themselves, who will be the next police chief and how they can protect themselves and not help the child of a former cop and her deployed husband.   

We can’t wait until this useless hatchet wound gets fired along with Jim Pina when a new chief gets hired.  We were going to send these two a stack of boxes from UHaul to start there move out.

For those of you in the dark, we requested an investigation into Benny Pina for being a ginormous fat bastard and for making racist comments about Terry Yahweh.
