Our Commentary on the Fraudulent Kidnapping Stats – We Were Right To Help Get Jack Harris Fired for Lying. Cavasos Did the Right Thing - For Once!

The OIG recently came back with their findings.  After a year plus process and investigation, results showed we were right!   Ultimately the Phoenix PD were able to scrape up enough “kidnapping stats” to meet their original claim of 358, but of the original 358, the OIG only found 195 to be “kidnapping” reports.  AZ PLEA said it best – 195 equates to 54% and 54% in anyone’s book is a FAILURE. 

The fact still remains, former mayor Phil OxyGordon and former and fired chief Jack Ass Harris lied before Congress with the far-fetched claim that almost every night in 2008, someone was kidnapped and being held for ransom in Phoenix.

“People are being tortured. People are being kidnapped. Almost every night, Phoenix police will get one or more calls, with variations…my wife is being held in a Phoenix drop house and they say they will torture and kill her if we don't pay them thousands of dollars.'  The response to that kind of call is incredibly labor intensive.”

This was a flat our lie and somewhere Harris’ and Gordon’s pants are catching on fire.  Almost every night, there was not a ransom kidnapping in Phoenix in 2008.  By our estimates, there may have been 40-50 that year.

How is this possible?  How can they "create" kidnapping police reports?  It’s simple.  People forget that there are different kidnapping offenses under Title 13 (Arizona Criminal Statutes).
1.  Kidnapping (13-1304),
                 A. Unlawful imprisonment (13-1303)
                 B. Custodial interference (13-1302)
                 C. Trafficking of persons (13-1308)
                 D. Access interference (13-1305)
                 E. Unlawfully obtaining labor or services (13-1306)
                 F. Sex trafficking (13-1307)

 So if someone is late dropping of their kid and their dumb cunt ex-wife calls the police? 

That’s kidnapping.

Technically they fall under kidnapping.

Those docs were probably kidnapped too and unfortunately any street cop can miscategorise any police report as a kidnapping report.


It’s very easy after the investigation began for the Phoenix PD to go back, re-evaluate their police reports and “pad” more to fall under 13-1304 Kidnapping.  

It’s like being audited by the IRS. 

By way of example, if you claimed on a tax return that you had $20K in medical deductions you will probably get an audit by the IRS.  After your initial sit-down with the IRS they will give you time to go back and “find” the deficit or receipts (proof) that prove the 20K in deductions. 

This is exactly what happened with the kidnapping stats. 

The original 358 did not meet the criteria of kidnapping (only 195 did) so a lie is still a lie, but the Phoenix PD were able to go back and “find” DRs from 2008 that added up to the original claim of 358. 

So technically -yes- there were 358 DRs that were labelled as kidnapping stats per AZ 13-1304, but rest assured there were not 358 ransom kidnappings in 2008 and we are not the kidnapping capital of the world behind Mexico City as Murray Andy Anderson claimed.    The description and deception used by Gordon and Harris before Congress; it never happened in Phoenix in 2008.  Almost every night in 2008, there simply were not ransom kidnappings by drug cartels or anyone else.

So the question remains – Were they purposefully deceptive? 

Of course they were, at least we think so.
 
They will try to blame the street cops for misidentifying or miscategorising police reports – but ultimately those cops work for the Phoenix PD administration and ultimately worked for Jack Ass Harris.  Jack was responsible and accountable and it was right for David Cavasos to fire him.  While the Phoenix PD will position this as some sort of vindication, the truth remains that blaming a street cop is not the way to fix this.  The blame and the ones who lied before Congress were Harris and Gordon, with the support of Lauri Burgett.

When the application process began for the grants, someone (Lauri Burgett, Jack Harris and Gordon) had to request, review and submit the application.  Someone had to say, “Hey we had 350+ ransom kidnappings and need money to stop this.” 

How does one prove this?  It’s tough. 

This is where they lied and purposefully positioned it for personal gain.  It turned into one big finger-pointing game and ultimately they blamed the street cop for mislabelling kidnapping reports.  Just take a look at all the post kidnapping projects Lauri Burgett was involved in?  A new car?  A video company?   Trips to England with Jack?  Tens of thousands of dollars in overtime dollars for her personally?  It’s sad the OIG wasn’t smart enough to see this, but did we really think the Federal government was going to indict a Democratic mayor, police chief and a lieutenant on perjury?  It was doubtful because our government has no balls to do what is right.  Just look at what is happening around the world and all the corruption in Congress. 

And to boot - look at the retaliation that was exerted upon Phil Roberts?  Clearly someone was trying to silence him and he struck a nerve with Jack and Burgett.   All Phil did was say the same things we said here and he was demoted, humiliated and chastised for it.  Wow.  That’s a little crazy in our opinion and shows how retaliation is a form of discipline within the Phoenix PD.

So how do we feel about the report?   It’s pretty terse (as terse as the US Government will get) and blames PPD leadership for most of the problems.  Remember – the US Government won’t call them liars, fucktards, assclowns and cunts like we will – but we think they should have launched a criminal investigation.  We still hope Jack Harris rides his Harley without a helmet and crashes into tree, leaving him on a feeding tube and a colostomy bag, and it’s only a matter of time before Phil OxyGordon is pinched with a DUI for all his drug use with his horse-faced girlfriend.  Karma is a mofo – just look at what’s happening with the Tovar family right now.

Ultimately, we got Jack Harris fired and Phil Gordon is sitting at home popping pills and neither can further destroy our city.  We do hope that this was the final nail in Joe Yahner’s coffin and any hope of him becoming a police chief has been killed.

It appears the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in the Gordon family.  Mayor Phil OxyGordon’s son, Phoenix cop Jeff Gordon received only a four-day suspension from the police force for having sex multiple times while on duty. 

Yep.  The mayor's own son. 

We all paid for Phoenix cop Jeff Gordon’s fuckfest with housing supervisors while on duty and in uniform.

Phoenix police officer Jeffrey Gordon, son of the drunk and stupid Mayor Phil OxyContin Gordon, has been suspended from the force for four days for inappropriately touching a female city employee's breasts while on duty.

The action came after an investigation of allegations of misconduct was conducted by the police Professional Standards Bureau, police spokesman Sgt. Tommy Thompson said. (When you see or hear this dumb assclown – RUN!~BPC)

He said a seven-member Disciplinary Review Board, consisting of members of the public, peer officers, police commanders and an assistant police chief, reviewed the investigation and findings. The board recommended the 32-hour suspension to Acting Police Chief Joe Yahner. (The only thing Joe Yahner is "acting" like is a pussy douchebag who doesn’t want to get the mayor’s kid in trouble~BPC)

A report released Friday said Gordon violated an operations order stating, "Employees will not engage in sexual activity or contact at any time while on duty or when off duty at any departmental facility and/or grounds." (This is a serious punishable offense at AZPOST, mandating a year’s suspension as a cop.  Unfortunately, no one in the Phoenix PD, no one on city council, and no one in the city manager's office has the balls to forwarded this to AZPOST, demanding his suspension – so we will ~ BPC)

Gordon was found to have engaged in unprofessional conduct on Dec. 1, 2010, when he gave another city employee a massage and "inappropriately touched her underneath her clothing." The woman told investigators he had reached into her blouse and under her bra to touch her breasts.

Gordon, while admitting to giving the massage, said he did not believe he touched the woman's breasts, though he said he may have touched the tops of her breasts, the report said. Just giving the massage, however, was in violation of police-department policy, officials said. (A male touching a woman on duty?  WTF kind of police force do we have in Phoenix!!!-~BPC)

During the course of the inquiry, it emerged that Gordon had, while on duty in 2007, kissed an apartment-complex employee. He had also engaged in consensual sexual contact with an apartment-complex employee, which was taken into account in determining Gordon's penalty. The mayor released a statement late Friday, saying, "Like any father, I will stand by my son and his family no matter how difficult the circumstances. Jeff has served the City of Phoenix with honor for seven years, receiving numerous commendations and a Medal of Lifesaving recognition. With this incident closed, I know he'll again serve with honor." (Has served the city with honor? Is that honor OR On Her?  No one likes Jeff Gordon and everywhere he goes, they think he is an asshole.  Funny how Phil OxyGordon will stand behind his son, since Phil Gordon himself has been fucking a horsed faced chick named Elissa Mullany while on city time.  Love the way he mentions all those awards too.  Like that justifies Jeff Gordon’s on-duty fuckfest~BPC)

Gordon was represented by Phoenix Law Enforcement Association Vice President Dave Kothe, who said his discipline was in line what other officers received for similar conduct. (Please Dave – grow some balls. The mayor’s kid just got off easy.  You should have refunded him his dues and told him to go and put a shotgun under his throat like Drenth~BPC)

Gordon has been a Phoenix officer for six years. He was placed on paid administrative leave in January while the department conducted its investigation. He recently returned to duty in the Estrella Mountain Precinct. (Eight months we paid for this boondoogle.  And he only gets a four day suspension?  ~BPC)

...But Lauri Burgett can run and manage the HIKE squad, and still start a production company that video tapes her kidnappings, hoping to make a TV show about it.

Why does the acting police chief Joe Yahner and asst. city manager Ed Zuercher put up with this?

Did you know Lauri Burgett also was involved with video company named MONEY DROP PRODUCTIONS LLC with retired cop Sgt.Andy Hill and a videographer? It appears she needed a lot of money and her base pay and overtime weren’t enough! She needed to triple dip with a company that came to Phoenix PD crime scenes to tape of all things – her kidnappings!

It appears when the shit was hitting the fan, these creeps tried to dissolve the company, in December 2010. They opened and closed it fairly quickly (May 24, 2010-December 23, 2010).

Any second job or business a cop is involved with, must be approved by the City Manager and can’t be a conflict of interest. So by way of example for layman out there, a cop can’t write tickets and then own a towing company, or work vice and own a strip club or a liquor store, or be a bail bondsman…or be involved with a kidnapping video company and working the kidnapping unit; then obtain federal grant dollars to fund her kidnapping unit by lying about how many kidnappings occurred in the city of Phoenix in 2008!

But in the regime of Jack Harris conflicts did happen and this is one of them. If you remember Ronnie Snodgrass (who by the way considers himself out of the closest and admitting he's interested in men. Being gay is en vogue and we appreciate the honesty by Ronnie Bear if it is true, but the part that bothers us is Ronnie is the size of a house with a gland issue that leaves him a wet, sweaty mess. We are trying to kill the visual of man sex with Ronnie and can’t stop vomiting in our mouth…), owned a training company with Dan Olsen called Preferred Training Solutions where he notoriously trained cops on company time, and received a handsome stipend. Ronnie was allowed to do this because he for a short time ran the retirement system and cooked Jack Harris’ double dipping retirement deal.

So Lauri Burgett is a Phoenix cop (the first dip), who lied to obtain a federal grant and federal stimulus dollars. She paid herself handsomely (pun intended based on the photos of her…) in the form of overtime wages (her double dip). Then Lauri Burgett was involved in this video company where this video crew along with retired cop Andy Hill would show up at crime scenes to video kidnappings (triple dip) for a yet to be released kidnapping TV show.

Lauri did fill out the proper paperwork, but left it purposefully vague saying she was merely involved in an extracurricular video company. There was no mention of kidnappings or Andy Hill. Of course she didn’t want anyone to know her video company with Andy Hill was taping her kidnappings. Makes sense why she was vehemently defending the kidnapping stats and doing everything possible to throw Phil Roberts under the bus; even with the far-fetched claim that they were Phil’s bad kidnapping numbers. Makes even more sense why she traveled to England on the taxpayer’s dime even after admitting and knowing the kidnapping stats were a fraud.  This travel only padded her curriculum vitae as a resident expert in the field for future videos and future enrichment.

What’s even more unconscionable is Lauri’s husband is Phoenix police Lieutenant Jim Burgett and being that Phoenix is a community property state, was party to her fraud and cover-up. As a cop he has a duty to report malfeasance and corruption, but with his wife earning $240K, plus the enticement of proceeds from this video company; it made Jim awfully quite! You would be a fool to believe that Phoenix police lieutenant Jim Burgett had no clue what his wife was doing and her involvement in a kidnapping video company about her own kidnappings.

Source have told us retired Phoenix police officer Andy Hill would mysterious appear at random kidnappings, telling the cops on the scene that he was authorized to be there per Mayor Phil Gordon, Jack Harris and Lauri Burgett. Lauri Burgett openly and boldly told everyone that she had absolute immunity in the Phoenix PD. She claimed she was friends with Mayor Phil Gordon and even went so far as to show people his cell phone number programmed into her phone.

This video company MONEY DROP PRODUCTIONS LLC was in the process/is in the process of making a documentary type TV show (think of a COPS type TV drama, with Phoenix PD kidnapping slant to it) to sell the TV networks only to reap more financial gain.

It would be interesting to know if Andy Hill really had this authorization by pill popping mayor Phil OxyGordon and former chief Jack Ass Harris. Not to give any credo to OxyGordon or the Jack Ass, but we are pretty certain at best they knew a video company was being worked, but it is doubtful they shared in any financial gain, except obtaining the federal stimulus dollars for the city of Phoenix. Their gain was politically motivated. Lauri’s gain was purely financial and all about greed. Lauri undoubtedly lied and told people that videotaping was authorized from the top and assumed she had absolute immunity because she herself signed off on, and provided the fraudulent data on the stats that OxyGordon and Jack Ass presented to Congress. What better insurance policy could she have?

It should create great pause with each of you that this happened, not withstanding the Office of Inspector General and the Department of Justice investigations - the antics occurring in Phoenix, Arizona. The rot and corruption is systemic. How does one begin to fix this except for an outside intervention and a house cleaning of everyone?

We now have a greater understanding and reasoning why covering up the fraudulent kidnapping stats was so acute and why this lying cunt Phoenix police Lieutenant Laurel Burgett tried to lay blame on Phil Roberts and retaliated against him. Her and her husband’s livelihood was at risk and Phil Roberts was the bump in the road ruining Jim and Lauri Burgett’s big payola! We will venture to guess an audit of the Burgett’s tax return for 2008, 2009, or 2010 has tons on police related write-offs, for MONEY DROP PRODUCTIONS LLC netting them a quadruple dip!

We know this is working its way through the system. The city manager, Dave Cavasos has been informed. Acting chief Joe Yahner knows and PSB has begun an investigation into Lauri Burgett. If she hasn’t already, should be on paid leave soon.

Let’s see if she really has immunity from Phil OxyGordon and what asst. city Manager Ed Zuercher and city manager David Cavasos are doing about this. Think these two spineless pussies will act accordingly and say ENOUGH! It’s doubtful based on their prior inactions.

Since the OIG and DOJ read this blog, they now too know about Lauri Burgett’s antics and video company. We sure hope OIG comes back with an indictment of Lauri Burgett and hauls this unethical snatch away in handcuffs.

Sources tell us last week the Phoenix PD received the final report from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) on the fraudulent kidnapping stats.  The Phoenix PD are not sharing it until the OIG makes their official return next week! We are hoping for criminal indictments on Jack Harris for lying before Congress, pill poppin Mayor Phil OxyGordon, and the snatch Lauri Burgett.

Either way, it couldn’t be good news for Jack Ass Harris and the PPD, since it forced Jack's resignation.

 Mayor Phil Gordon is terming out as mayor, so he has nothing to lose by doing this.  We suggest everyone call their councilman/woman and cry "BULLSHIT."

If you read our blog regularly, you will know that officer Phil Roberts sent numerous memos to the city which we (and we assume Phil and others), forwarded to the OIG, prompting the current audit and the subsequent criminal investigation.

Officer Roberts brought these fraudulent kidnapping stats to the attention of city manager David Cavasos, assistant city manager Ed Zeurcher and practically everyone in Phoenix city leadership, and it is a well known fact he thought the stats we wrong from jumpstreet.

But what if the person behind the kidnapping stats openly admitted they were inflated? What if they did this on an audio tape in 2010? What if they tried to deflect the blame back to Roberts?

We obtained this recording of Phoenix police lieutenant Lauri Burgett where she admits the stats were inflated. But in a bold and brazen move, she refers to them as “Phil Roberts inflated stats” in an attempt to lay blame elsewhere. Remember what we mentioned about CYA?

Phoenix police Lieutenant Lauri Burgett tries to pin the blame on two cops - Phil Roberts and commander Klima, as if she was ordered to cover something up and tried to ‘fix” things.

Listen to her, "I told you so..." voice as she attempts to place the fradulant kidnapping stats on her boss and Phil Roberts!  After at least a dozen Phil Robert’s memos - after him getting demoted for pointing out the fraudulent kidnappings, this worthless snatch had the audacity to refer to them as “Phil’s kidnapping stats?”

Wasn't it lieutenant Lauri Burgett who flew to England recently with chief Jack Ass to discuss Phoenix as the kidnapping capital of the world? Wasn't it Lauri Burgett who openly proclaimed that she is "protected" by mayor Phil OxyGordon and has his cell phone programmed in her cell phone? 

So if Lauri Burgett knew the stats were wrong for so long (at least when Phil and she were working together back in 2009 as this recording demonstrates), why wouldn’t she call mayor Phil on his cell phone or tell chief Jack Ass before they went to England?

Yeah we’ve taken some time off to research some stories, but thanks to chief Jack Ass and our pill poppin mayor Phil, the stories just keep coming. They keep this site and blog alive with their stupidity, their malfeasance and their unequal treatment of Phoenix police department employees.

So here are a few updates that you may have missed and be assured that we have more coming.

JEFFREY GORDON – THE MAYOR'S SON IS INVESTIGATED FOR INAPPROPRIATE TOUCHING – A HOUSING SUPERVISOR

When this story came to us all we could do is laugh. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in the Gordon family, even when the seed isn’t one our good Mayor directly sired.

Jeffrey Gordon (Phil Gordon’s son) is a cop with the Phoenix PD. In order to get the story on Gordon junior we sat down with a few cops and asked them about this situation.

“He patrols Van Buren, so right off the bat I think he was messing around with a hooker,” one source told us.
“He was in my precinct and was very immature and always walking the line between right and wrong. Just a young renegade punk. It doesn’t surprise me he is in trouble and my guess is that he was finger-banging or messing around with females along Van Buren,” another reliable source touted.

So what is it with the Gordon family and picking up whores? We have no idea but we guess we should all sleep well knowing that chief Jack Ass is staying out of this and he assigned the investigation to assistant chief Joe Yahner. Isn’t that kinda like Hitler staying out of it and assigning the investigation to Himmler?

We all know where this is going which Jack Ass Harris’ one sided and pre-determined investigations. We’ll bet blowjobs in a parking lot in Maryvale that this turns out to be unfounded or simply a slap on the wrist for the Mayor’s kid. Maybe we’ll get to see mayor Phil Gordon crying again like a sissy bitch as he did when his home was burglarized - when the investigation is unfounded.


SERGEANT SEAN DRENTH’s WIFE HAD LEFT HIM AND WAS HEADING TOWARDS DIVORCE – BADPHOENIXCOPS FINDS HIS MURDERER!!

First we find out Sean Drenth was being investigated for bogus overtime work (which by the way in the past has not been a crime, but only a slap on the wrist where cops had to pay back those dollars – but more on that in another blog), now we find out his wife had left him and their marriage was on the skids?

Sweet Jesus and they still won’t call this a suicide?  It's been a 901X-ray from the first call!

Is there still a mad manhunt looking for a mystery cop killer who puts a shot gun under a cop’s chin (while still sung to his body), then turns off the cop's GPS and throws their service revolver over the fence?

WOW. That's a signature move.  That's a feat of brazen cop killing that the FBI will need to incorporate into their profiling.

If this doesn’t underscore the inept and corrupt Phoenix police Department, we don’t know what does. We know they don’t have any other suspects since they stopped talking about it, and all leads go back to Drenth. They’re probably going to blame Mark Goudeau for this one! And the toxicology report we are all waiting for?  The only thing they'll find in Drenth is Paxil, Prozac, or Zoloft!

Jack Harris is afraid to admit that his grandstanding and “cleaning up the department” undoubtedly has lead to a cop killing himself. Harris has blood on his hands and his reputation of ruining officers’ careers for his own personal gain, has led to a cop suicide.

Yeah keep checking the DNA you dumbfucks, but BadPhoenixCops has found Drenth’s murderer!

He is located six feet underground at Phoenix Memorial Park. This information didn’t cost the city any time or resources! Can we call silent witness and collect the $10,000 and refocus Phoenix Homicide on some real crimes and not the cover-up of a cop suicide?  Think of the wasted resources spinning their wheels on a crime where we all know what happened, but most are afraid to admit. We will gladly donate the $10,000 to the Mike Polombo-I-am-a-cock-and-need-some-decent-clothes-that-fit-me, fund.  And Mike - no more "George" clothes from Walmart!

The real question that needs answering is: Who’s going to reimburse the city for the funeral or is that just a Mulligan?

We can’t remember the last time we taxpayers had to pay for a funeral of a cop that committed suicide. If we did the city would go broke – no wait – it's already is broke!

Maybe we can take it out of the death benefits his ex and separated wife were going to receive? And to think this snatch was trying to play the poor weeping cop widow card!

Yeah – that’s harsh, but it was our city tax dollars that were pissed away that day. We’ll bet you some nameplates within six months she’s playing another cop’s guitar – if it’s not already happening…Any takers?

Hope all of those who went to the funeral are feeling like shit right now. No wonder chief Jack Ass took the opportunity to snap a photo of all the assistant chiefs in their dress blues. Man that is one expensive photo op at the tax payers’ expense! Hope you all enjoyed footing the bill for that one! Think of all the salaries, multiplied by all the officers and the gas and resources allocated for that day.  Easily a ¼ million dollars wasted on a suicide. Did officer Billy Sosa get that when he hung himself in jail?

Mark our words, you heard about the OIG investigation here first and the OIG is in full investigation mode and it isn’t looking very pretty. Source close to the situation tell us that Jack, Andy Anderson and the rest of the 4th floor assclowns are feeling the heat. Nothing is adding up, their stats are wrong and there surely weren’t 300 – 200 – or even 100 kidnappings in 2008. And a personal note to Andy Anderson: Yeah Andy – it does sound like its leading to a criminal investigation. So glad you finally realized this in your latest meeting with the OIG representatives you dumb shitstain.

The Phoenix PD and Mayor Phil OxyGordon Claim There Is No OIG Investigation, Even Though Joe Yahner Got an Email Saying There Was One - Here’s Why You Can’t Believe Our Mayor And Commander Chuck Miiller of the Phoenix PD

It’s truly amazing the absolute stupidity and lies that come from these assclowns who run our city. Gordon is so detached (it must be the drugs) and these guys will lie and tell us anything.  They must think 1M+ people are just plain stupid.

Let’s talk about our magnificently ignorant pill poppin mayor – Phil OxyGordon. In Phil’s latest blog dated December 20th the mayor makes two bold comments:

Last week, a handful of local media outlets reported that the Phoenix PD - along with our Public Safety Director Jack Harris and other city leaders - are under criminal investigation by the Office of Inspector General, an arm of the federal Department of Justice, for providing bad statistical data about the number of kidnappings in Phoenix.

That's simply not true. Let me be as clear as I know how to be: The Phoenix PD, Harris, myself, city officials, none of us, are under any federal investigation, criminal or otherwise.

And

I'll let you know how this "statistical audit" turns out, though I firmly believe that this is another example of a disgruntled employee making a complaint helped along by the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association, a police union dead set on making a power grab at the expense of city leadership and the Phoenix Police Department.

Phil Gordon Claims There's No OIG Investigation - YEAH RIGHT!!

This dumb-fuck Gordon wants us to think that the audit is coming from a disgruntled employee, when it is not.  Officer Phil Roberts and PLEA need to print this statement from Phil Gordon's Blog and save it before they delete it, as it shows further retaliation against Roberts.

Maybe mayor Phil hasn’t heard about the email that was just sent to asst. chief Joe Yahner?

Our sources have told us the email comes directly from the Officer of the Inspector General (OIG) informing Mr. Yahher that the Phoenix PD are under investigation and the OIG are requesting:

- An available conference room (the chiefs' conference room), with the Phoenix PD for onsite usage by the OIG, beginning January 10, 2011.


- All the DRs (police reports) for all 358 alleged kidnappings


- Dates/times/people the OIG would like to meet within the City of Phoenix and the Phoenix Police department

- Plus much, much more.

We will do a Public Record's Request for this email, but for sure Yahner received it.   So does mayor Phil Gordon really want to stick to his story, keep lying to us and telling us an investigation isn’t underway?  What a complete dumbass. Thankfully Gordon has termed out and can't get reelected.  We hope this is the end of this douchebag's political career.

Now let’s get to Chuck Miiller, the commander in the Phoenix PD who has ownership for media relations, among other things. Chuck is easy of the eyes, but light on the brain and lying comes easy to him.

We want to give you a little history of Chuck’s lying but first watch the video of Chuck, telling us how we are all idiots to doubt the Phoenix PD and much like Phil Gordon - we are all speaking about something we know little about and we should leave commentary to professionals like the Phoenix PD. Chuck states that Phoenix PD is not currupt, we should trust them and wants to assure us the rumors aren't true, when Chuck himself is part of the lies and corruption.

Chuck Miiller Responsibilities in the PPD

So what's Chuck's checkered history with the Phoenix PD?  Like most we have blogged about here, Chuck would prefer citizens and the media didn't know any of this!

Back in 1996, Chuck was caught lying to his lieutenant about fucking a female on his squad. Yep - go ol Chuck Miiller was shitting where he eats - dipping his pen in the company ink - banging a subordinate - playing tonsil hockey with a female cop or for you religious zealots, he was breaking the 7th Commandment! Chuck’s lieutenant at the time was Lt. DeBenedetto.  Chuck on a regular basis was inserting his small dick in someone named Audra. Chuck Miiller was married at the time and an up-and-coming sergeant with the Phoenix police department.  Bummer for Chuck.

When DeBenedetto heard of the rumors of Chuck and Audra, he interviewed Chuck. Chuck Miiller lied and denied having the affair. A little later, Chuck’s conscious kicked in (we didn't know he even had one), and he admitted to DeBenedetto that he lied and further admitted he was doing the horizontal mombo with Audra.  

If any of you know Audra M., we would like to know if Chuck had any particular moves in bed that were laughable or down right hysterical or if her nickname for him was "pinky dick."

Miiller was subsequently demoted from sergeant to officer when he should have been fired for lying about his on-the-job fuckfest with Audra. AZPOST doesn’t allow an officer to remain on the force for lying, but Chuck Miiller has and he isn’t on BRADY. A year later Miiller was promoted. His wife thankfully ended up divorcing him when he started screwing another female cop, whom he eventually married.

This worthless inept hatchet wound who became his next wife is Tracey Miiller – a cop who grew through the ranks to the level of lieutenant with no experience and no specialty assignment. This is the same Tracey Miiller who thinks wearing retro weave belts from 1992 is a fashion statement and thinks drinking on the job with cops and pilots is the right thing to do! I hope to God these two idiots haven’t had any kids with their DNA. God help those children.  Someone ought to call Child Protective Services.

So should we believe anything Chuck Miiller says to the Press? How would we know it’s true? Chuck Miiller has a history of lying, yet is the media spokesperson for the Phoenix PD and is telling us to trust him and 4,000 of his associates?

Another interesting tidbit about Chuck is he has been a cop for about 18 ½ years - long enough to have a great checkered history, but not long enough to retire.  Recently he bought two years of military time, to get him to 20 years so that he can enter DROP (that's the same double dipping program Jack Ass Harris is using to rip off our city.)

Now why would a cop with a supposed long career ahead of him buy years to accelerate his entry into the retirement program, DROP?  By our estimates he's cutting himself way, way short of retirement dollars.

Why would someone do that?

It looks like Chuck is seeing the beginning of the end and is looking to get as much money out of this as he can. There’s no other logical reason to do this and it doesn’t make financial sense. Retiring with an estimated $65K annually when he can probably wait a few more years and double that?  Chuck Miiller's entry into DROP is the sign of a rat leaving a ship - a dirty lying rat - who might end up taking a few arrows about some bad kidnapping statistics.

The Phoenix PD is under investigation by the Office of Inspector General and while Chief Jack Ass is on vacation in San Diego with Connie. Jack's top cop Joe Yahner got an email confirming this investigation.  

It wasn't some disgruntled employee who started this, it was a citizen!  The OIG hadn't received Robert's letter yet!
