David Cavasos: Why On Earth Would You Hire Gerald Richard into a Position Working for the new Chief? Richard Was the Man Who Ran The Employment Bureau When Louie Tovar Junior Applied to Become a Cop and Was Going Through His Peanut Butter Phase!

The name is synonymous with stupidity, ineptitude and every bad cop on this blog.  Just look at that forehead!  You could watch a fullscreen movie on that thing!  His head looks like when actors cover their hair and pretend they are bald!

Gerald Richard fucked up more stuff in the Phoenix PD so they moved him out and he found a job in the Attorney General’s Office.

Since Cavasos wants some diversity in the Phoenix PD and to appease the black community, he is paying Gerald Richard upwards of $120-130K a year to be a black liason to incoming Chief Garcia – and Garcia doesn’t even know about this!   One would think an incoming chief would want to create and have input on this position...No?


As a matter of fact no one knows about this – so yet again – we posted it here first and Cavasos is scambling to figure out how we know.

Now were not saying this position isn’t need, and there probably should be a liaison with the black community in Phoenix…but Gerald Richard?  The only worse black cop you could have is Chris Crockett – the man with 14 kids and no wives to speak of, and has more DVs against than Chris Brown!  Crockett makes OJ Simpson look good.  Crockett is such a fuckup, after they put him in charge of South Mountain - he had the cops called out to his house the next day on a DV.   Black criminals from the Projects look up to Chris Crockett and admire the way he abuses women!

But Gerald Richard?

If you haven’t experience Gerald Richard – well get ready for a ride on the short bus.  It will be like the Special Olympics took over City Hall!

Gerald Richard is about as useful as a dick flavored lollipop.   Gerald Richard will ultimately fuck something up.   He will make incoming Chief Garcia look like an assclown, undoubtedly before Garcia even arrives.  Gerald Richard isn’t fit to lick butter from our ass.  Imagine paying this useless fuckstick $120K-$130K per year, in our budget shortfall?   Can’t we hire more street cops for this money to support the black community or does this just make too much sense, Mr. Cavasos?  What an insult to the black community.

To make matters worse and since the public relations position was fucked up so badly by Murray Andy Anderson, they are having a girl from the Aviation department handle public relations for incoming chief Garcia.

It appears the city of Phoenix has money to spend to correct all the fuckups from the previous administration - most of whom are still there with names like Yahner, Montgomery and Pina - assistant chiefs who helped destroy the PPD, yet still maintain a multi 6 figure salaries!

But to make a further mistake by putting Gerald Richard in charge of anything is just pissing money away.  There's so many more qualified people for this liaison position like Andrew Zimmerman and members of the KKK.

Gerald Richard?  Really?   Geez Cavasos must be really inept and desperate and don't conduct any due dilegence or history checks.  We also will have a blog posting on how while driving the suicide lanes in Phoenix, Cavasos used his power and influence to get out of a ticket.  We also heard that about a year and a 1/2 ago, Cavasos was stopped for a DUI by the Phoenix PD and allowed to drive home! 

And how does this story come full circle?  When Louie Adrian Tovar III was having his dog lick peanut butter from his balls and fondling little boys, take one guess who was the division commander over the Phoenix PD Employment Bureau and helped in the cover up?  Yep - you guessed it!  The fucktard Gerald Richard.  

These dirty cops are all interconnected like a Bizzaro Dicken's novel.

Wait until PLEA finds out…and the incoming police chief...and Phoenix city council.

Our Commentary on the Fraudulent Kidnapping Stats – We Were Right To Help Get Jack Harris Fired for Lying. Cavasos Did the Right Thing - For Once!

The OIG recently came back with their findings.  After a year plus process and investigation, results showed we were right!   Ultimately the Phoenix PD were able to scrape up enough “kidnapping stats” to meet their original claim of 358, but of the original 358, the OIG only found 195 to be “kidnapping” reports.  AZ PLEA said it best – 195 equates to 54% and 54% in anyone’s book is a FAILURE. 

The fact still remains, former mayor Phil OxyGordon and former and fired chief Jack Ass Harris lied before Congress with the far-fetched claim that almost every night in 2008, someone was kidnapped and being held for ransom in Phoenix.

“People are being tortured. People are being kidnapped. Almost every night, Phoenix police will get one or more calls, with variations…my wife is being held in a Phoenix drop house and they say they will torture and kill her if we don't pay them thousands of dollars.'  The response to that kind of call is incredibly labor intensive.”

This was a flat our lie and somewhere Harris’ and Gordon’s pants are catching on fire.  Almost every night, there was not a ransom kidnapping in Phoenix in 2008.  By our estimates, there may have been 40-50 that year.

How is this possible?  How can they "create" kidnapping police reports?  It’s simple.  People forget that there are different kidnapping offenses under Title 13 (Arizona Criminal Statutes).
1.  Kidnapping (13-1304),
                 A. Unlawful imprisonment (13-1303)
                 B. Custodial interference (13-1302)
                 C. Trafficking of persons (13-1308)
                 D. Access interference (13-1305)
                 E. Unlawfully obtaining labor or services (13-1306)
                 F. Sex trafficking (13-1307)

 So if someone is late dropping of their kid and their dumb cunt ex-wife calls the police? 

That’s kidnapping. 

All those drop houses on TV? 

Technically they fall under kidnapping.

Yep! - Kidnapping again!

A drunken guy holding on to his former girlfriend in his apartment begging her not to leave him?

Yep technically if the cop fills out a DR, s/he could label it kidnapping again.

Those docs were probably kidnapped too and unfortunately any street cop can miscategorise any police report as a kidnapping report.


It’s very easy after the investigation began for the Phoenix PD to go back, re-evaluate their police reports and “pad” more to fall under 13-1304 Kidnapping.  

It’s like being audited by the IRS. 

By way of example, if you claimed on a tax return that you had $20K in medical deductions you will probably get an audit by the IRS.  After your initial sit-down with the IRS they will give you time to go back and “find” the deficit or receipts (proof) that prove the 20K in deductions. 

This is exactly what happened with the kidnapping stats. 

The original 358 did not meet the criteria of kidnapping (only 195 did) so a lie is still a lie, but the Phoenix PD were able to go back and “find” DRs from 2008 that added up to the original claim of 358. 

So technically -yes- there were 358 DRs that were labelled as kidnapping stats per AZ 13-1304, but rest assured there were not 358 ransom kidnappings in 2008 and we are not the kidnapping capital of the world behind Mexico City as Murray Andy Anderson claimed.    The description and deception used by Gordon and Harris before Congress; it never happened in Phoenix in 2008.  Almost every night in 2008, there simply were not ransom kidnappings by drug cartels or anyone else.

So the question remains – Were they purposefully deceptive? 

Of course they were, at least we think so.
 
They will try to blame the street cops for misidentifying or miscategorising police reports – but ultimately those cops work for the Phoenix PD administration and ultimately worked for Jack Ass Harris.  Jack was responsible and accountable and it was right for David Cavasos to fire him.  While the Phoenix PD will position this as some sort of vindication, the truth remains that blaming a street cop is not the way to fix this.  The blame and the ones who lied before Congress were Harris and Gordon, with the support of Lauri Burgett.

When the application process began for the grants, someone (Lauri Burgett, Jack Harris and Gordon) had to request, review and submit the application.  Someone had to say, “Hey we had 350+ ransom kidnappings and need money to stop this.” 

How does one prove this?  It’s tough. 

This is where they lied and purposefully positioned it for personal gain.  It turned into one big finger-pointing game and ultimately they blamed the street cop for mislabelling kidnapping reports.  Just take a look at all the post kidnapping projects Lauri Burgett was involved in?  A new car?  A video company?   Trips to England with Jack?  Tens of thousands of dollars in overtime dollars for her personally?  It’s sad the OIG wasn’t smart enough to see this, but did we really think the Federal government was going to indict a Democratic mayor, police chief and a lieutenant on perjury?  It was doubtful because our government has no balls to do what is right.  Just look at what is happening around the world and all the corruption in Congress. 

And to boot - look at the retaliation that was exerted upon Phil Roberts?  Clearly someone was trying to silence him and he struck a nerve with Jack and Burgett.   All Phil did was say the same things we said here and he was demoted, humiliated and chastised for it.  Wow.  That’s a little crazy in our opinion and shows how retaliation is a form of discipline within the Phoenix PD.

So how do we feel about the report?   It’s pretty terse (as terse as the US Government will get) and blames PPD leadership for most of the problems.  Remember – the US Government won’t call them liars, fucktards, assclowns and cunts like we will – but we think they should have launched a criminal investigation.  We still hope Jack Harris rides his Harley without a helmet and crashes into tree, leaving him on a feeding tube and a colostomy bag, and it’s only a matter of time before Phil OxyGordon is pinched with a DUI for all his drug use with his horse-faced girlfriend.  Karma is a mofo – just look at what’s happening with the Tovar family right now.

Ultimately, we got Jack Harris fired and Phil Gordon is sitting at home popping pills and neither can further destroy our city.  We do hope that this was the final nail in Joe Yahner’s coffin and any hope of him becoming a police chief has been killed.

For Andy Anderson's retirement party, the Public Affairs Bureau (PAB) asked Andy’s wife to make a surprise video, thanking Andy for all his hard work. Also making a video are Alberto Gutier the chief of highway safety for the state of Arizona and Andy Hill.

Why didn’t PAB ask BadPhoenixCops to make a video testimonial, discussing all his accomplishments?

We could have discussed Andy’s misogynistic behavior and how he likes to intimidate everyone!  His road rage incidents and how he has been trespassed from the PLEA union office.  We could also tell everyone how Murray Andy Anderson helped us get the Phoenix Police chief fired, by mislabeling Phoenix the Kidnapping Capital of the World.

The best part of this PAB, the Phoenix PD and everyone is wondering how we know this "top secret" video is being made!   Sorry to spoil the surprise Andy….but not really!

The Yet-To-Be-Released, PPSLA 2010 Survey. A Gift to Us From a Good Honest Cop. Mark Hafkey Didn't Want Anyone To See These Supporting Comments!

PPSLA is the acronym for the Phoenix police union:  Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association. This group’s president is a major douchebag named lieutenant Mark Hafkey. We refer to this miserable fucktard as simply, Hafkey the Half-wit. Mark Hafkey is a brainless twit and an FOJ - a friend of chief Jack Ass - and is part of the rot and corruption that plagues the Phoenix police department.

UPDATE:  Someone was kind enough to resend us and remind us of lieutenant Mark Hafkey's disciplinary review from 1998, where he made some off-color comments to a female employee.  Our sources tell us like most of the dirty cops in the Phoenix PD, Mark Hafkey is a salty, dirty dog.

Recently PPSLA conducted a 2010 survey to find out what sergeants and lieutenants think of the current state of the Phoenix police department. Our sources have provided us with those results...and a little more data that no one was supposed to know about!

This has not been published anywhere - including the PPSLA website - and we received these about the same time Mark Hafkey the Halfwit did.  If you are a sergeant or lieutenant in the Phoenix PD and took this survey, you are seeing it here on this blog, first!   How's that for leaked information!!?

We have posted this survey in 2 docs. The first is the survey itself with answers. The second document is the commentary supporting the questions and some really juicy stuff.

This second doc was never to be released to anyone and Hafkey was going to destroy it or at least keep it secret. Hafkey is having a coronary right now, scratching his bald head trying to figure out how this was leaked!

We didn’t get a firm number of the total number of respondents but judging from the questions, it appears at least 155 PPSLA members took this survey.

Thematically speaking, these responders think chief Jack Ass and his staff resemble a group of turtles trying to fuck a football.  Just a group of absolute assclowns with no direction, no leadership, no communication and a "good ol boy's" club that only takes care of themselves.

So based on the responses from Phoenix Police sergeants and lieutenants...

30% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the Phoenix police department.
57% are dissatisfied with information they receive from the command staff and assistant chiefs
50% think their concerns are not communicated effectively
59% think their concerns are not address by their command staff and assistant chiefs
64% think their commanders and assistant chiefs work well to dispel rumors
50% think decisions made by commanders are not in the best interested of the Phoenix PD
53% think the Phoenix PD does not address unethical behavior
60% think high ethical standards are not a core value of the department

FACT - As an assistant police chief, Andy was recently involved in a shouting match that almost became physical at the PLEA office.

FACT - The person Andy started this confrontation was a female employee of PLEA. (And if Andy could have gotten away with it, he probably would have throat socked her...BPC)

FACT - PLEA had to have the Phoenix police department trespass Andy from ever coming on their property again. (Yep! just call them and ask!..BPC)

FACT - The Phoenix Police Department have been called out to Andy's home for Domestic Violence. The sergeant (back then) who responded on the call is still with the PPD and will verify this if necessary. This sergeant is retiring very soon and is going public with the "books" of dirt he has on so many corrupt people on the 4th floor. I would never, ever fuck with this sergeant. He is tired. He is frustrated. He is NOT corrupt. He has morals. He keeps copies of everything he has ever written. He never loses! He is too smart! FACT - Rumors have circulated for years that Andy had a personal relationship with a female officer (now lieutenant). Want proof? This female lieutenant followed Andy to DEB, then PIO, then to VCB, then to HIKE, nobody in the PPD has ever had a constant history of plumb assignments like this lieutenant. Pretty hard to deny when you play with the devil in front of everyone else!

FACT - As an Assistant Chief, Andy was giving his 15 year old daughter driving lessons when he became involved in a Road Rage with a citizen - hence giving him the nickname ROAD RAGE ANDY! (Is she 18 yet? Sweet justice is to find her on a pole somewhere!...BPC)

FACT - Andy had his 15 year old daughter, who did not have a driver's license, chase this citizen to his house. (Imagine your own father forcing you to do this? What a douche!...BPC)

FACT - The citizen was scared for his life due to Andy's irrational behavior so he called 911. (Imagine a dickcheese like Andy following you to your home?!!? Good thing it wasn't us or 100 club would have been visiting Mrs. Anderson - and we all know she would have a smile on her face..BPC)

FACT - The lieutenant who responded is the same female lieutenant who Andy has taken to every assignment he had.

FACT - No criminal investigation was initiated by the lieutenant even though the citizen demanded one.

FACT - Andy was given formal discipline for instigating this incident and placing his young daughter in harm's way.

FACT - The New Times Newspaper has written many articles about Andy's misgivings.

Two Cops are Having Domestic Violence Issues, a Vice Mayors Home is Burglarized and the same Vice Mayor is calling Officer Sergio Virgillo - Witness to a Murder!!! Welcome to Phoenix, Arizona – the Corruption Capital of the United States!

It’s just a bad week for the Phoenix PD.

The media relations group must be working overtime! There’s Richard Chrisman killing a citizen, Officer Sutton Wohlman arrested for choking his girlfriend, Chris Crockett and his issues the Phoenix PD are trying to hide, problems with our vice mayor, and the breaking news this morning that Phoenix police Sergeant was found killed.

His name was Sergeant Sean Drenth, a 12 year veteran.

The officer is found dead – killed with a shotgun outside his squad car and his belongings scattered about. Jack Harris’ states, “We are doing everything to figure out what happened.” Sure you are Jack.  A Polombo was on the scene, so nothing is happening.  Give them the easy "no brainer" Jack. 
RIP officer Drenth.

In other news we have another out of control drunk cop who thinks its OK to choke his girlfriend or in the words of the Phoenix PD: Utilize gentle persuasion tactics commonly used by Murray Andy Anderson.

Dumb Drunk Cop Gets Arrested on DV Charge

After a night of drinking and “pulling a Steve Soha,” officer Sutton Wohlman was arrested for choking his girlfriend and resisting arrest. The cop on the call didn’t want Sutton Wohlman in trouble for taking a swing at him, but from the picture it appears Sutton Wohlman got a good well deserved ass kicking for being a drunk, power hungry punk. So it’s a felony when a citizen does it but when another cop does it we just try and sweep it under the carpet? WOW!


Officer Wohlman must follow the Murray Andy Anderson program of female intimidation that is taught at the academy. Someone needs to tell Wohlman, next time he just needs to hit her in the back of the head with a telephone book. It doesn’t leave a mark. Just ask Murray Andy Anderson!

And Jack Ass Harris’ response to the “South Mountain problem” was another stupid move on his part. He pulled a perfectly good white commander out and put a completely incompetent black commander in. We have blogged a few times about Chris Crockett – then a lieutenant and now a commander of South Mountain and all his sexually harassment and EEOC problems in the Phoenix PD. Chris Crockett’s complimentary comments of women, aren’t so complimentary and is known for having a “hands on” leadership style…if you know what we mean.

Well it turns out Chris’ problems continue as commander in South Mountain.

This past weekend he had a DV call out to his house (that’s Domestic Violence to us laymen) which the Phoenix PD are trying their best to keep quite, but sources close to us tell us Chris Crockett continues to be a big problem and liability in the Phoenix PD and just doesn’t know how to act appropriately around woman. So this newly appointed commander Chris Crockett who just had a cop in his precinct murder a citizen on a domestic violence call, has his own domestic violence issues? This only occurs in an organization run by a Jack Ass. Of course the Phoenix PD tried to keep this out of the news and hide it…up until now.  There's more coming out over the next few days on this one.  Stay tuned.

Now we didn’t go to those great schools that Jack Harris and the 4th floor did like Ottawa University, Western International, University of Phoenix or Remington School of cosmetology, but having Chris Crockett in South Phoenix is helping us….how? How is this good for the community? Does having a black face at the top of the org chart take precedence over competence? Couldn’t they have put an effective commander with a proven track record for turning things around like Tim Hampton with the great work he did in Maryvale? We hear Chris Crockett is pretty useless and one of those who grew through the ranks by sucking the sphincter of Jack Ass Harris and his corrupt assistant chiefs. Clearly with all of Crockett’s woman problems, he still gets promoted and is given greater responsibility. No one in the command structure of the Phoenix PD has concerns for Crockett's new domestic violence issues since they aren’t speaking about it and he hasn’t been fired. Make’s you wonder…no?

A dead cop, 2 domestic violence calls and a cop who kills citizens and plants evidence on them? I wonder if city council is regretting giving Jack Ass Harris $49,000 to cover his personal legal expenses? That’s probably not the case since some of the members of Phoenix city council are equally as inept and stupid as Chief Jack Ass Harris.

Let us introduce you to Phoenix’s vice mayor Michael Nowakowski. If anything happens to mayor Phil Gordon, this jack-off will take over and will help drive our city further into despair and ruin.

Does anyone out there know Vice Mayor Michael Nowakowski’s home was recently burglarized? First our crying sissy Mayor Phil Gordon is robbed and now vice mayor Michael Nowakowski? Don’t you like the way they keep this little tidbit to themselves and out of the news?

What’s going on in this city where crime stats are dropping yet two city officials have their home’s burglarized? I sure hope our vice mayor didn’t have a computer taken too! Thank God we didn’t have to see a blubbering crying vice mayor Michael Nowakowski on TV.

For those of you who don’t know vice mayor Michael Nowakowski, he was one of the members of city council who voted to give Jack Ass Harris $49,000 to cover his legal expenses. We think vice mayor Michael Nowakowski is fairly fucking ignorant – an absolute assclown in its truest sense.

But the real question everyone should be asking Nowakowski (besides why he doesn’t close his garage door) is: Why are you calling officer Sergio Virgillo on his cell phone – the cop who saw Richard Chrisman kill a citizen in cold blood? What are you hoping to gain by doing this and tampering with a witness? Yep…another little tidbit the Phoenix PD is trying to keep quiet.

Sources close to the situation say that both Phoenix vice mayor Michael Nowakowski and Michael Johnson (District 8 - the guy who was thrown on the ground by a cop) called the other officer who saw Richard Chrisman murder a citizen. Now why would these two dumb shits do this and on who’s authority?

What makes it funny is vice mayor Michael Nowakowski started speaking to officer Sergio Virgillo in Spanish, calling him a “brother” not knowing that Virgillo is Italian and doesn’t know a word of Spanish. Nowakowski and Johnson commented how proud they were that Virgillo came forward and how he shouldn’t let other cops get to him or beat him down. Nowakowski mentioned how close they were as neighbors and how they should visit each other’s home.

Virgillo thought – Why are these guys calling me? Why would I ever want to “hangout” with a dumb fuck like vice mayor Michael Nowakowski who can’t tell the difference (or didn’t even bother to learn the difference) between Italian and Spanish? If that were you, wouldn’t you at least pretend to be smart and find out if the Virgillo was a Mexican?

Can a vice mayor and a city councilman call a lead witness in a high profile murder case in their own city? How did they get a hold of his cell phone? What are they hoping to gain? This suggests a serious lack of judgment on the part of Nowakowski. If this is what a District 7 delegate thinks and believes is sound leadership and decision making, maybe its time to petition for a new council person in District 7!

Website Analytics – BadPhoenixCops Blog. Far From Circling the Drain, Bigger Then PPSLA and a Lot More Funny!

We have mentioned in previous posts, we run Analytics on our site. This means we track how many "hits" (people visiting the sites) we get and where those hits come from. Most websites check their metrics so we thought it would be interesting to share some of our stats, since we are asked quite often. We can see things like which Internet Browsers you are using to reach us (the most popular are Internet Explorer and FireFox) which pages are most popular and how long the average visit is per page - just to name a few.

We average about 6,000-7,000 website hits in any 30 day period. During the time of the illegal raid and bogus search warrants from the effeminate judge Gary Donahoe, we had as many as 50,000 hits daily which increased our bandwidth quite a bit and ranked us #3 on Drudge Report. Of these roughly 6,000 hits, 4,500 of them are repeat visitors and 1,500 of them are “new” unique visitors.

So far in 2010 (as of Aug-2010), we had had almost 40,000 visits to our blog alone. Since the website was created in April of 2008, (… or August, 2008 if you ask Detective, Theron Quaas and according to his Grand Jury testimony…this is lie number 2) Well over ½ a million people have viewed our site.

This means if we make bold statements like, “We think Commander Benny Pina is so ginormous that when he's on a dance floor, the band skips" or "We hear Sergeant Mike Polombo dyes his hair and carries around pictures of Dave Barnes and Karen Vance in his man breast pocket" or "Detective Theron Quaas smells like Noodles" - then 6,000 people per month will read these statements. They are able under the First Amendment to provide commentary or their own consenting or opposing opinion on these public servant.

Childhood Proactiv candidate Andy Anderson has called us an, “Unaccredited grass-roots Website.” Mike Polombo is his latest untruthful diatribe states, “We were not enough of a mainstream website” for him to call everyone to remove videos and/or audios that he made and we bought.

Oh really? 

We know our site isn’t exactly the Huffington Post or CNN but these stats are not too shabby for an unaccredited website and one that isn’t mainstream.  We'll bet we get more hits then Mark Hafkey the halfwit-dumbshit and his PPSLA website, and are probably way more entertaining!

Another aspect of the Analytics is we can also see which networks are our biggest visitors. They refer to these as "Service Providers." The top Service Providers on our site come from ISPs like Cox, Qwest, Comcast, Roadrunner, Charter Communications and Verizon. These represent the companies from which you (consumers) buy your home Internet service.

What we find fascinating are the other ISPs that fall within the top categories. These ISP are corporate ISPs that have their own network. These ISPs should not go unnoticed as organizations that actively read and watch our Blog. We pride ourselves on an impressive list which includes the likes of:

City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona State Government, City of Tempe, City of Los Angeles, City of Glendale, City of Chandler, City of Mesa, United States Department of Justice, State of Arizona Supreme Court and the FBI, to name a few.

We are still awaiting an answer from Andy Anderson to see who accredidates websites and if we aren’t mainstream, then why is Mike Polombo crying like a dumb-JerseyShore-gumba about Mexican mafia hits on such a piss ant website?  

We must be doing something right to attract all these repeat (and extremely loyal) visitors, the unique new visitors, and such names as the US Department of Justice and the AZ Supreme Courts.
