We like surprises! Better yet we like spoiling surprises for dirty douchebag cops like Andy Anderson!
For Andy Anderson's retirement party, the Public Affairs Bureau (PAB) asked Andy’s wife to make a surprise video, thanking Andy for all his hard work. Also making a video are Alberto Gutier the chief of highway safety for the state of Arizona and Andy Hill.
Why didn’t PAB ask BadPhoenixCops to make a video testimonial, discussing all his accomplishments?
We could have discussed Andy’s misogynistic behavior and how he likes to intimidate everyone! His road rage incidents and how he has been trespassed from the PLEA union office. We could also tell everyone how Murray Andy Anderson helped us get the Phoenix Police chief fired, by mislabeling Phoenix the Kidnapping Capital of the World.
The best part of this PAB, the Phoenix PD and everyone is wondering how we know this "top secret" video is being made! Sorry to spoil the surprise Andy….but not really!

Tracy Montogomery is going around asking everyone to donate money towards a gift for Andy to be given to him at his private going away party Saturday night.
I understand she is having a very difficult time getting anyone to contribute. People are pretty disgusted with Andy and how he allowed Jack Harris to get fired.
Tracy is complaining she is probably going to have to pay the majority of the gift since no one wants to participate.
I have the location of the party which I will post later in the week. I am making calls to Sheriff Joe's office to see if he can have some possee members sitting across the street from the party location to make sure no one drinks and drives. Wouldn't it be hilarious if one of Andy cronies (Andy Hill, Rob Handy, Lauri Burgett, Alberto Gutier, Chueck Miiller, etc.) got busted for a DUI that night!
Lastly, I understand Andy Hill is also doing a "surprise" appearance in Andy's video. I wonder if anyone asked Andy's Road Rage victim to do a segment?
I wonder if Andy's wife will talk about any domestic violence that may have taken place in their home over the years?
I heard there was a Jack Harris sighting in San Diego over the weekend. Can anyone confirm this?

According to the minutes of the March 11, 2011 City of Phoenix Police Pension Board, Chief Yahner purchased prior service time on February 15th.
You only do this to increase your monthly retirement payments. He must be planning on leaving pretty soon.
