Unlike Sean Drenth, Jack Ass Harris resigned, and as we said over a month ago – never to return. He is unfortunately collecting another pension – a military pension that is reported for city employees.
BadPhoenixCops, PLEA and Phil Roberts and many others took his stars from his lapel. It took almost three years of blogging and a website exposing the corruption, but we did it with the help of many of you! Thanks again to all our sources, confidants and those cops who put their necks out for us.
Sources tell us last week the Phoenix PD received the final report from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) on the fraudulent kidnapping stats. The Phoenix PD are not sharing it until the OIG makes their official return next week! We are hoping for criminal indictments on Jack Harris for lying before Congress, pill poppin Mayor Phil OxyGordon, and the snatch Lauri Burgett.
Either way, it couldn’t be good news for Jack Ass Harris and the PPD, since it forced Jack's resignation.
Good riddance Jack.
We surely hope you drop dead of a heart attack, crash your motorcycle into a wall or Connie’s cancer comes back. All three happening at the same moment would be even better you dirty, miserable, criminal cocksucker.

I just heard that the Mayor is inventing another new position just for Jack: "Admiral-Grand Pooh-Bah and Master-Submarine- Commander".
The position is justified because of all the unreported and unsolved underwater crimes and fishnappings that have been happening in ponds pools and canals throughout the City. Who knew?
The department's coding section reports that there are thousands of crimes labeled as burglary, theft or fraud that may have an underwater nexus.
The grant application for this crime wave was submitted yesterday. It includes thousands of dollars in needless overtime to be used by employees who will sit around and not do a goddamn thing at time and a half.
Jacks new assignment, along with a sixth star of course, will permit him to collect another retirement from the newly created Public-waterworks-fuck-the-taxpayers-fund.
And of course Louis Tovar was appointed second in charge as Commander of Latrine-Cleaning and Asparagus-Licking.

Jack resigned after City Attorney's office realized Jack was never given a oath of office when he was selected as Public Safety Manager. This is a class 2 misdmeanor per the city charter.
An e-mail has been leaked between two assistant chiefs (Anderson and Pina?) whereby they acknowlege kidnapping stats were bad but "go with them anyway"!
Two assistant chiefs will be given an option to step down or face demotion very soon. Rumor is one is Pina.
A news reporter has come accross infromation where Joe Yahner allegedly was either untruthful during a deposition on a lawsuit or he did something he shouldn't have done regarding that lawsuit. Only thing holding the story up it seems is the complainant in the lawsuit hasn't agreed to speak with the reporter yet.
The OIG report is bad, very bad! Lots of people going to be interviewed begining next week.
Phil Roberts investigation is going to be shredded. Put in your Public Records Request now Phil before it is destroyed! Linda Meraz is your witness that the report was in fact completed and submitted to the city attorney's office. She has class, she won't lie!

Maybe that is why Jack left so suddenly? The OIG report is bad and Jack knew if he was a city employee, OIG could compel him to an interview next week as a city employee???

Wow, listen, it's one thing to go after the guy, but to wish death upon him or his wife, that's just wrong. That last comment was totally uncalled for and was cruel. Wanting to clean up the department is one thing...but guys, very poor taste.

Jack Harris, Andy Anderson and Jim Pina all had a heavy role in my humiliating departure from the PPD. No one else on the 4th floor had anything to do with it!

I'm new to all of this, I'm a citizen not a police officer and I don't work for any dept. We have problems on just about every level. I looked into officer Chrisman shooting. I went in thinking he was guilty, I looked at his past problems, then I looked at people that are involved in the case. I read the police report. I came to the conclusion that former officer Chrisman is flawed. I don't like him as a police officer. That may shock some of you but the reason for that is because he fell off the path of right and wrong at some point in his career. When the general public sees that, they lose faith not only with that officer but all officers. He has to be removed, as to not ruin the rest of the good officers.
Well after reading the report. I came to the conclusion that he was not only innocent but he is being used for political gains. The sad part of the report is his backup left him high and dry. He comes out looking like a hero in the public eye. He said it was the worst day of his life. Well now I know why. You left her fellow man to fight a crazy, drugged-up man. For what? Because the dog scared you and the pepper spray bothered you. What kind of cop does that? If you helped your partner like you were trained to do. I can almost assure you all of this would have been avoided. The hero you are in the public eye, well I as a citizen would rather you be a hero to the partner you were to backup. You have to ask yourself, why would a backup officer that failed to do his job, sellout his partner? Only one answer comes to mind your dirty.
Your political heroes, you and the other dirty officers are why this blog is here. You see that quick response to sellout your partner to save your ass is your undoing.
Maybe this will make since to you and all dirty people. Once you sow the seed of lies, you can no longer stand with truth. It's easy to be on one path but you can't be on both. You lied, you lost the trust of your fellow man. You can never be a patrol officer again. Sure you can work a desk but is that what you want? I would bet probably not. Look on the bright-side, you can always tell the truth. Not the haft truths like you have been telling but the hole truth. You know the saying the truth shall set you free.
For all dirty cops your days are numbered and I mean numbered. For all the rest of you that suffer because of the bad apples keep up the good fight. There are still a few citizens that don't just read the headlines.
You have to change public opinion on officer Chrisman before trial. Because when he is found innocent and he will. the Hispanic community is going to want blood. You have to bring down the political machine that is the root of the evil. No more lies, stand with truth. Because at the end of the day it is the right thing to do. I'm sorry it has come to this.
