We are three years old today! Three years ago 5 people gathered in a home and decided to do something about corruption, lies and ineptitude within the Phoenix Police department and launched a Blog and a Website. And the rest has been history in the making.
We want to thank our many supporters, followers, viewers and listeners.
Most importantly, we want to thank all the good cops in the Phoenix PD. The good cops who not only provide us dirt on the bad cops, but for those who stand up and fight the corruption and ineptitude of the 4th floor and former police chief Jack “Ass” Harris.
And a special shout out and some props to Phoenix PD commander Louie Tovar!
This blog started, because a stupid assclown commander couldn't hang up the phone.
Louie Tovar is one of the dumbest fucktard cops in the Phoenix PD, but we all have a lot to thank him for. We hear every time the news does a story (and shows our site with Louie Tovar's name) or we post a blog about Louie, he and his wife Ophelia are upset and devastated.
Well get a box of tissue ready and bust out the Paxil because it's going to be a sad day in Casa de Tovar!
Louie raised a fine son who admitted during a police inquisition that he molested a young member of his family. Imagine you are on the police force for 26 years like Louie, your son wants to be a cop and this happens?!!?!
HA! Whoopsie!! What an interesting Tovar family secret!
Not with us around! Turn-about is fair play Louie, and revenge is a motherfucker - or in Louie's family's case is it a childfucker?
Geez Louie. WTF was happening in the Tovar household?
Normally in instances like Louie's, Jack Ass Harris would keep this "card" in his hip pocket, forcing Louie to carry out dirty deeds and covering up for Jack. It was Jack Harris' way of obtaining blind loyalty and keeping something hidden for years (and sometimes forever), then threatening to open an investigation if Louie didn't comply and follow Jack's every word. It was Jack's blackmail plan that trickled down and infected the entire Phoenix police department. Conversely, if Louie needed a favor it was usually granted or covered up by Jack or by other members in this blackmail pool. It was one big blackmail backscratch managed by fear, intimidation and job security.
This blackmail backscratch was only exacerbated when Jack Harris ran PSB (Internal Affairs) and had dirty douchebags like Mike Polombo working for him. This is why everyone in command is still scared of the former chief Jack Ass for fear the skeletons in the Phoenix PD closest will come out; including skeletons our pill-popping mayor, Phil OxyGordon and the testicle free Joe Yahner. Even Mr. I-said-I-did-an-audit-but-then-again-I-never-did-an-audit-because-the-PPD-told-me-the-stats-were-valid-so-I-believed-them Zuercher is scared of the Phoenix PD and the legacy of Jack Ass Harris.
Ironically (or maybe not) someone told us a while back Louie was best friends with Richard Polk and used to trade emails with him. Lots of emails. XXX emails . Hmmm...interesting. One has to wonder if Ophelia would have married Louie Tovar, knowing he a raised and reared (pun) a boy who likes even littler boys, and had a friendship with kiddie porn collector Richard Polk?
Well Louie we have some tips for you! Tips to get you through the embarrassment and blunders called Your Life. These are our three year anniversary tips!
First - Don't fuck with citizens. Hopefully you learned your lesson (and are continuing to learn your lesson), along with the entire PPD. You don't fuck with someone smarter, bigger and better than you! A badge, a gun and a uniform mean absolutely nothing against smart, witty people. Want to know why many people have no respect for cops? Look in the mirror Louie and take a photo of the 4th floor.
Second - We hope you learned how to hang up the phone! Are you still telling everyone this isn't your voice? Really? Are you still telling people we made this up and edited this ourselves? Really? I dunno...that alveolar Mexican trill is undeniable, Louie and that cackling cunt voice of Sandra Renteria is recognizable!
Third - Try growing a foot taller. It might even be a foot 1/2 - two feet. Your peers can't stand bending over to speak with you and no subordinate has any respect for a four-foot hispanic midget. No one want's to work for someone who shops in the boys department, Louie. Where do you get your uniforms...from the kids in PPD Explorer program? Louie, you look like a small innocent child! Don't believe us? Just ask your son or Polk. They're the experts when it comes to a child's anatomy.
Fourth - Watch your coffee mug and your personal affects. With people like you and Polombo around we bet folks are coughing on door knobs, putting visine in your drinks, or shoving your computer mouse in their ass crack. We know we would - and we probably just gave some good honest cops some great ideas :)
Fifth - If none of those work, watch movies like International Velvet, SeaBiscuit or Secretariat to get some ideas for a new career path.
And Finally - The solution to your problem may be ultimately spelled B-I-L-L-Y-S-O-Z-A.

Tovar couldn't exit via Billy Soza. tovar would need longer shoe laces because his feet are so small.

Keep exploring the Tovar connection with Richard "Mike" Polk.
You really need to follow up on the connection between Tovar and Polk.
There is something there and they did trade emails frequently. Louie Tovar’s kid who likes the little ones is named Adrian. He allegedly molested his 3 year old nephew. This nephew is the son of Sergeant Mark Tovar who is also with the Phoenix PD.
It has caused a huge chasm in the family. Adrian also molested his girlfriend’s sister when he was 19 or 20. Ironically Sandra Renteria was the investigating officer. BPC, people molest for a reason, usually because they themselves were molested. You need to do a PRR on the DRs involving Adrian Tovar.
Polk and Tovar exchanged hundreds of emails, and CC'd dozens of people on all of them, from their City of Phoenix email account. They all were about racist jokes involving every ethnicity and the rest were all XXX photos. They City knew about this. Several people complained but they choose to do nothing to avoid a scandal involving Tovar since he was a commander. When Polk was arrested, they took his City computer and they found hundreds of images, not sure if any were kiddie porn, but Tovar's name came up when traced back through the email chain.
Had a blast at Happy Hour last night! I was shocked to see how many PPD guys showed up, both active and retired. Was also amzaed at the ranks that were there.
The discussion and plan for Andy's retirement party is hilarious! I am not going to miss it!
Thanks. We had fun too and were really excited to see all those Phoenix PD Chevy Tahoes in the parking lot. This just goes to show how much support we have. We will have another happy hour soon. Not too many of you knew this, but there were also some other supporters there too from Phoenix city Hall and the AGs office.
