Eric Edwards (Jack Harris' buddy and attorney in the Phoenix PD) tried everything to not let us get this document. He went to asst. city manager Ed Zuercher and told him (along with city manager David Cavasos) to not release it to us.  Remember Eric's phraseology in his first response, "...if it exists it is not in the control of the Phoenix Police Department Custodian of Records."  Eric knew damn well it existed.  It was a letter to Jack Harris and they want us to all think that Jack himself and his attorney didn't have it or know about it?  Liars.

When Eric Edwards met with Ed Zuercher, Eric actually tried to say that our public records request was wrong because technically this isn’t titled a “Letter of Reprimand.” Since that’s what we asked for, Eric did not want to honor it.  We guess techically it isn't a Reprimand, and we want to thank Ed Zuercher for "manning up" and doing the right thing.

This just goes to show you what dirty, coniving, underhanded cops like Eric Edwards will do to lie and cover-up for their pals.  Eric Edwards represents everything you never want to see in a cop and what makes it doubly worse is he is both a dirty cop and a dirty lawyer.

So Mayor Phil Gordon Wants to Sue the State Of Arizona on Senate Bill 1070…Oh Really? This will be as Bad as Awarding Jack Harris the Position of Public Safety Manager With a 5th Star

We try not to digress from the focus of this blog; the sheer ineptitude, cover-up and corruption of Phoenix Police Chief Jack A. Harris, but occasional when someone in City government like Mayor Phil Gordon puts his foot in his own mouth, we just have to comment.

Phoenix City Mayor Phil Gordon has been on CNN and all over the news threatening to sue the State of Arizona for initiating Senate bill 1070 – the ability for his Phoenix police force to question and arrest those they believe to be in our country illegally.

Phil Gordon: We always knew you weren’t very bright but this has taken you over the edge. The gates are down, the lights are flashing, but the train ain't coming Phil!

Our city is the kidnapping capital of the US and illegal immigrants are a big problem locally and nationally. The empty cries of “Racism” ,“Governor Wallace” and “1960s Selma” are rampant. Phil Gordon doesn’t give his Police department enough credit. Why doesn’t Phil Gordon just come right out and say that he believes his own Police department is too ignorant and too inexperienced to vet out illegal aliens because that’s really what he means with his backhanded commentary.

We all know there are dirty shitbag cops everywhere who will abuse this opportunity. You read about them day in and day out on this blog. But much like blacks are still harassed in Alabama, racism and profiling will always exist and we can only try to vet out and eradicate those dirty cops that spoil it for everyone.

The audacious analogies to Governor Wallace and Alabama are so far from the truth and so vastly different then the passage of Senate Bill 1070. We hate to have to school Phil Gordon here on history, but in Alabama during the 60s, those were US citizens being beaten in the streets, not illegal aliens being asked for their papers. You forget Phil that the part that bothers us all the most about illegal aliens is the ILLEGAL part of it. It’s a crime Phil, plain and simple and cops are supposed to arrest people for crimes.  You're not supposed to arrest people on bogus harassment claims made up by officers like Mike and Heather Polombo for (as they stated) "sullying" their "great" reputation(s).

It’s not our problem Mexico is corrupt. It not our problem they make $3 per day and its not our job to take care of them, offer them amnesty, coddle them or ignore them unless their country is violating their civil rights and its a mission of mercy.  It is your job as our mayor to protect us, protect our city and keep them out. If I must pay $6 dollars for a head of lettuce and $30 for a car wash so that in return I won’t be chased leaving Home Depot, I might get to see a doctor in the ER within 30 minutes, and not worry about unlawful home invasions (except of course by the Phoenix PD) - then so be it and ask away!  If you are so worried about protecting civil rights Phil, then why haven’t you fired your Jack Ass 5 star chief of Police with all his cronies and called in the Feds to help with a consent decree after seeing all these memos from officer Phil Roberts?

The irony Phil is you let blatant corruption and civil rights violations occur every day in Phoenix, and now when given a soapbox to stand on, you try to be a hero when all you have shown is how inept and blind you are to the true issues in our city.

We think those that have something to worry about, are those that have something to hide – like the logs from your Phoenix police sponsored security detail.

Phil we know very well why you and the city have denied all public records requests, and don’t want to release your private security details notes. It’s not for security reasons at all. The only protection you seem to need is from yourself Phil Gordon. The rumors of your pill popping and drunkenness are becoming legendary. You turn over cops and security people faster then Carter’s Got Pills. Or was the saying, “Gordon’s Got Pills?”…we forget.

Your private security detail seems to have to more to do about getting you cleaned up, sobered up, showered up, along with getting your pipes cleaned from booty calls to Elissa Mullany, then anything else. Being drunk, stupid and hooked on oxycontin is no way to go through life Phil. Just ask some of your cops who are friends and confidants of Jack Harris.

Mayor Phil Gordon we don’t mind you getting laid from a steady fuck buddy who helped wreck your marriage, even if she did indirectly work for you and you funneled money to her for services rendered (wink,wink). We think the more sex one has the better they can become. God knows Heather sure is trying as well as some of those skirt chasers like Lt. Joe Knott and Stan Hoover. We just don’t feel the need to pay for your private pussy wagon~drunk bus....or whatever you want to call it - to cover your indiscretions at a cost of $1M+ annually to taxpayers.  If we are going to get fucked up and laid - we'll do it in the privacy of our own home and not use the city to pay for an armed, chauffeur service.

If I were mayor, I would immediately save this City $1M and drop it, why can't you?

And who exactly is your security detail protecting you from Mayor Gordon? Protecting you from being kidnapped or hurt because of all the drug lords and illegal aliens?

When Jack Ass Harris – City of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Found Out The Charges Were Dismissed Against a Blogger and a Cop – He Practically Soiled Himself and Tried to Call in Some Favors!

Well to say Jack Harris is upset is an understatement. This incredible Chief Jack Ass was so upset last Friday when the charges against Blogger Jeff and Dave Barnes were dismissed, he spent most of the day on the phone calling in favors, and trying to find out what went wrong and how to convene another Grand Jury without the involvment of Theron Quaas. Unfortunately Jack fell down and broke his crown and couldn't find any friends to buy into the Polombo “harassment” scam, except of course Theron Quaas, a Potato and a Whore.

Theron Quaas is about to have a big, “dick-2-the-chin” moment. You all know what that is - at the end of most pornos the guy puts his package in face of his conquest...

You see Jack Harris and Eric Edwards need a fall guy and that guy is about to be Detective Theron Quaas. Theron since we know you watch this site, why don’t you print this out and bring it home tonight. While eating your ramen noodles, read it and ask yourself:

Why did Eric Edwards and Chief Jack Ass Harris call a meeting with only Lieutenant Lowell Spalla, Detective Mike Bush, Sergeant John Bell and Detective Steven Boeck –without you (Theron Quaas) present?

Why when the door opened, did they all look dejected - like a freight train was just crammed in their rectum? Do you think they’re getting their stories straight and preparing you as their scapegoat? Do you think they were brainstorming on just how badly you fucked up and if they can breath some life into this scam?

Just pray your kids aren’t child molesters, Theron.  At this rate you might end up back in patrol - in 500 with Hoover.

And Jack…You are about to Loudermill two lieutenants before having an investigation done by PSB. Do you really think this is a good idea? In light of what you did to Barnes; I mean it could come and bite you in the ass!  Better think twice about this one Jack. Trust us! With all the shitstorm around you, this may not be a good idea.

We have known all along that the Phoenix PD and quite possibly the City of Phoenix command structure is full of corruption. The question is, is the corruption and all its subsequent cover ups just limited to the Phoenix PD or does it infiltrate the office of the Mayor, the City Manager and the City Council?

We have received a binder full of memos that have been sent to all Council members, the City Manager Dave Cavasos, the Mayor, PSB, the Integrity Committee among many other agencies; outlining how the ever corrupt Jack Ass Harris and his rogue band of thugs will stop at nothing to use their power to destroy people and citizens in Phoenix. What’s frightening is the power game that is played, all at the expense of the tax payer and risking the Public Safety of citizens.

Randy Spenla a Phoenix City Auditor and member of the Integrity Committee allegedly admitted that corruption and retaliation do occur in the Phoenix Police Department, yet further admits he is powerless to do anything against it. Mr. Spenla advises officer Roberts and people like him should launch civil lawsuits against the City of Phoenix, because it is (in his opinion) the only way to hold them accountable. Imagine that!  Coming from a City Auditor!

Officer Phil Roberts is trying to change things, but it appears to be falling on the deaf ears of City Council, mayor Phil Gordon and city manager Dave Cavasos. Officer Roberts: we know this must feel like Sisyphean task – we have those times too – but what you’re doing is right and we all appreciate your diligence and exposing the Chief Jack Ass.

Attached is a letter I recently received back from the Phoenix Police Department, on a Public Records Request of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris.

This response was crafted so eloquently and deliberately by Jack’s friend and colleague Eric Edwards. We know that Eric has purposefully and maliciously removed our requested document from control of the Phoenix Police Department so a request could not be fulfilled; hence Mr. Edward’s careful wording.

We know this Letter of Reprimand exists and are certain where it is, so we are now requesting that you, assistant city manager Ed Zuercher and Phoenix city manager David Cavasos surrender this letter to us, or we will file a special action with the courts forcing the city to surrender this document and publically expose its subsequent cover-up by the Phoenix Police Department.

Under the provisions of A.R.S. 39-121, Public Records Law, we are again, requesting the following document:

A Letter of Reprimand given and placed in the human resource file of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris, for inappropriate comments made at a recent training session by his friend and a retired FBI Agent. This letter should have been done in early March of 2010. Jack Harris not only allowed these comments to be made, but was also seen laughing at these comments, which prompted a letter from a private attorney to address these comments to City Manager David Cavazos and prompting an apology to Harris’ command staff.

This letter exists and can be found in the personal notes, either the personal and city file cabinets of; on the desk of and possibly in the desk of; the personal files or in a file labeled “Phoenix Police” or “Jack Harris” and/or in the possession of either or both Mr. Ed Zuercher and Mr. David Cavasos homes or offices. We would expect it could be found quite easily in any maintained Supervisory Notes of Mr. Ed Zuercher – wherever he may keep them.

I have enclosed the usual $3 fee to obtain this Letter of Reprimand.

Something we knew all along – The Attorney General’s office has filed a motion to dismiss all charges against Dave Barnes and our Blogger Jeff.  No harassment, no computer fraud and now no perjury.

It appears that there were only three people who thought perjury occurred:

1) Theron Quaas and the Phoenix PD – and of course they had no reason or incentive to do this…(LOL!!)

3) ...And the Ex-wife’s attorney who we affectionately refer to as “cankles” You ought to see this size 12 crammed into a size 8.

Hmmm…all people who hate and had a reason to ruin our blogger. No worries. Law suits will be filed soon.

No one else interviewed  (court appointed doctors, judges or anyone else involved in our blogger’s highly contested divorce), thought any perjury occurred.  And if it did, it was completely irrelevant and had no bearing on the divorce proceedings or any decisions.

 Everyone of them said the same thing:

"Whether Jeff and Dave knew each other is completely and totally irrelevant and had zero bearing on any of their decisions or the outcome of the divorce proceedings."

They all also noted that Theron Quaas was a lying douchbag and we should do everything to get him added to the Brady List.

Looks like the Phoenix PD are in a pickle.

They fired a good cop based on an internal investigation that never occurred, and an indictment that has been dismissed, all to appease a Potato Head and his Whore.

Breaking News: Harassment Charges are Dropped Against Dave Barnes!!! Theron Quaas, Mike Polombo and Heather Polombo are Seen Having a Hissy Fit.

All Harassment charges (related to Dave Barnes harassing fellow married officers, Mike and Heather Polombo) have been dropped.

We have heard from multiple sources that the charges have been dropped and we will get “the official” paperwork and post it here.  Looks like all that crying and theatrics just didn't work.

Theron Quaas has been working this case since Summer of 2008 and almost 2 years later, just couldn’t close the deal. At this point we are beginning to think that Theron Quaas couldn’t close a door!

The Murder of Nina White / How the Phoenix Crime Lab and Lieutenant Joe Knott Let a Murderer Roam the Streets of Phoenix for Six Years

By now, many of you have heard the bravado and praise the Phoenix PD are giving themselves for solving the murder of Nina White. Truth be told, this murder could have been solved over six years ago if it weren’t for the inept Lieutenant Joe “Balloon” Knott and the befuddled crime lab.

On August 26, 2004, Nina White spent the evening gambling at a Scottsdale casino where she won approximately $5,000. She was followed home by Michael Hawkins, murdered in her driveway and robbed. At the crime scene, the detectives found a dead woman shot, a broken window, and a blood trail that lead from her driveway and down the street. Even Heather Polombo could figure out that this woman was murdered, that the perp cut himself on something (probably the window), and that he bled while walking down the street to an awaiting car with $5 grand in his pocket.

Most competent people would have requested the crime lab conduct an analysis of the blood in the driveway and the trail down the street. Well, the detectives on the case did, but they were overruled by both Joe Knott and the crime lab. The lab and Balloon Knott believed the blood trail was that of the victim, Nina White.

We could imagine the discussion with Joe Balloon Knott and the hard working detectives, trying to get the blood sample sent and analyzed by the crime lab:

Detective: Lt. Knott, I really think we should test the blood trail. It could be the perp’s.

Joe Knott: No way. It will cost too much. It has to be the victim’s blood.

Detective: But don’t you think we should test it anyway?

Joe Knott: I finally figured out why women have boobs – so that I have something to look at while I am talking down to them.

Detective: Um...shouldn’t we test the blood? How could her blood drip down the street?

Joe Knott: (pointing to a female detective): Doesn’t she have a great turd cutter?

Detective: It just has to be the blood of the perp. He might be in our database.

Joe Knott: Did you see the porn on Ronnie’s computer? He’s got some good stuff!

Detective: Um…I guess this conversation has ended?

Joe Knott: Yep. I’ll be in Ronnie Bear’s office if you need me, rubbing one out to some great granny porn.

… Or something like that.

Why not test the blood? Why not try and solve a crime? Why not put this multi-million dollar lab to work? It might only stop future murders and help keep this guy off the street.

After repeated requests, the detectives were told by the lab and Lieutenant Joe Knott that the blood trail was negative and came back as the victim’s blood. Oh really? If you believe that, then we have some nameplates to sell you – dirt cheap.

Now fast-forward six years. This murderer is roaming our streets while Lieutenant Joe Knott goes off to the FBI academy to hone his sexual harassment skills. An anonymous tip comes in, and after six years, the Phoenix PD arrest Michael Hawkins, when all they had to do was analyze the blood/DNA six years ago to find him.

Congratulations to the Phoenix PD and Lieutenant Joe “Balloon” Knott on a job well. It only took you six years to solve something that could have been solved in 6 days.

Keep patting yourselves on the backs, fellas, and keep giving yourselves those “atta boys” and accolades! There’s a reason why cops like Ben Henry request whistle blower status from his job in PSB (not the normal “blowing” we are used to publishing here!).

Ben Henry is getting tired of covering up the lies of inept officers in the Phoenix PD – complete assclowns like Lieutenant Joe Knott or two dumb snatches who would rather have lunch and discuss their menstrual cycles, then find hand grenades. Ben Henry sees the problem and wants protection. Maybe Ben can convince his commander, Jeffeory Hynes, to include this as a chapter in his book on Leadership. The Phoenix Police Department and Chief Jack Ass Harris have a low tolerance for racism – Right?

So then what's going on in this photo? Was it Halloween? Was it S&M bondage day at 620? Was it black history month?

 It's a few years old and shows TJ Martin - you remember him – he’s the guy who used to keep sex toys (dildos) on his desk - and another Phoenix police officer having fun at someone elses expense.

Why weren’t these guys fired if Jack is so sensitive to racism? Where was Councilman Johnson then with all his pals with their public outcry? Where was the big FBI investigation then and Phil Gordon holding his meetings and press conferences?

This has really been an interesting story with Councilman Johnson and the cop who threw him to the ground, officer Brian Authement. Rallies are calling for this cop to be fired. PLEA and other officers are screaming that officer Authement has not received his “due process” and that Councilman Johnson crossed a police line, disobeyed an officer and even assaulted officer Brian Authement. Mike Polombo is probably worried that "them buckwheats" are going to find out about his past comments and begin their West migration, towards Buckeye.

We think it’s funny - flat out hysterical - how the Phoenix PD claims they are sensitive to racism and civil rights violations and won’t tolerate such abuse. Councilman Johnson is one of eight, city council members who deal everyday with Phil Gordon, the city manager and Jack Ass Harris’ antics. Whether its sexual harassment, bogus NOIs, hand grenades in Maryvale, blowjobs by a whore in a parking lot, raids on citizens’ homes, porn on city computers, a commander's pedophile son, a witch hunt on missing nameplates, a Balloon Knott chasing every skirt in the office, Road Rage Andy intimidating woman, or Potato Heads keeping evidence in their garages - it's all part of daily life in the Phoenix PD and are tolerated every hour. These are issues that need to be fixed, but are ignored repeatedly.  So Jack Ass Harris won't tolerate abuse...huh?

Here's our perspective on this massive clusterfuck and we don't think we're alone...

We all need to stop giving officer Authement accolades. Just because he served his country in Iraq, was rookie of the year and is a cop, doesn’t mean he’s automatically a nice guy and a hero. We know lots of bad Marines who served in Iraq – remember Phoenix police lieutenant Steve Soha and his drunken escapade? We know lots of good ones too, but serving in the military isn't a get-out-of-jail-free card.  A neighbor's house was on fire for Christ sake, there’s no need to throw an old man on the ground! Do you really think that in the midst of a house fire, Councilman Johnson is off to the side assaulting a cop? We doubt it. We'll bet some nameplates that Officer Authement didn't like the confrontation and used bad judgment.

Bottom Line: If Authement can’t take a brush on the shoulder on heels of his “big tour in Iraq” then he shouldn’t be a cop. We have enough dirty, rouge, power hungry cops in the Phoenix PD. We think no one ever taught Authement about grace under pressure. He's young and did something stupid. We sure don't think he has a case against the City and people are entitled to their own opinion, asking for his termination.

Like it or not, Authement represents the systemic rot in the Phoenix Police Department - a rot created by Jack Harris and a rot support by Phil Gordon and the eight spineless chicken-shits on Phoenix City Council.  It’s like blaming the half starved pit bull for biting the neighborhood kid, when his owner beats him and mistreats him each day. Councilman Johnson is a big part of the rot. Johnson and Authement and people like them have allowed this rot to exist, live in it and turned a blind eye to it until they collided on a street in South Phoenix. Imagine if this were a little more West in Buckeye. What would the roaming officer Potato Head Mike Polombo have done if his neighbor’s house was on fire and Authement threw his dumbass on the ground and handcuffed him.  Would Mike call SID to have him brought up on bogus criminal charges of Harassment? Probably. And then bring his equally incompetent wife Heather into to cry on how she has migraines and can't sleep at night.

Officer Authement needs to know that being that being 27 years old and home post-tour in Iraq, doesn’t give him a license to be a power-hungry prick. You're not dealing with insurgents with IEDs, Brian. You're protecting citizens who pay your salary. Like it or not, Councilman Johnson has a right to walk on and visit someone's private property, but make no mistake, there's blame on Councilman Johnson too.

What bothers us the most is Councilman Johnson can’t just play the race card out of convenience and being a black councilman is no reason to start a race war in Phoenix. Take no pity on Councilman Johnson; he has had plenty of opportunities to fix the Phoenix Police Department and time and again has let Chief Jack Ass off the hook and ignored the repeated civil rights violations of many white and brown citizens in Phoenix. Now when it hits close to home he brings his South Mountain posse in and plays the race card?

According to the Phoenix Police Department’s website, here is the action Chief Jack Ass and his 4th floor Assclowns are taking:

Chief Harris’ message stated that a taskforce, chaired by Assistant Chief Jeri Williams, will be formed to look into community relationships with the Phoenix Police Department. Williams will chair a group of private, public and community members and their findings will be shared with employees and the community as the process unfolds.

Gee Chief Jack Ass - was Jeri Williams the only token black officer you could find for this taskforce?  By the way Jack, if you need us to sit in on it as community members, you know how to reach us.

Under the provisions of A.R.S. 39-121, Public Records Law, I would like to request the following document:


A Letter of Reprimand given and placed in the human resource file of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris, for inappropriate comments made at a recent training session by his friend and a retired FBI Agent. This letter should have been done in early March of 2010.


Jack Harris not only allowed these comments to be made, but was also seen laughing at these comments, which prompted a letter from a private attorney to address these comments to City Manager David Cavazos and prompting an apology to Harris’ command staff.


This is all fairly recent and should be easy to find. I have enclosed the usual $3 fee to obtain this Letter of Reprimand.

An Arizona State Grand Jury Finds Harassment, Computer Fraud, Computer Tampering and Identity Theft Charges Unjustifiable Against the Website BadPhoenixCops.com

Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) February 1, 2010 -- An Arizona State Grand Jury refused to indict an outspoken critic and blogger on charges of harassment, identity theft, petty theft and computer fraud as a March search warrant had alleged.

The March search warrant issued from the Arizona Criminal Court (SW2009-003089) and its associated affidavit made the claim that the blogger and a website had harassed Mike and Heather Polombo who are married, Phoenix Police officers. The search warrant claimed computer fraud, harassment, theft of property and alluded to identity theft. An Arizona state Grand Jury simply did not agree.

“We have known all along, what the Grand Jury swiftly discovered,” noted the owner of the website BadPhoenixCops.com. “The Phoenix Police conducted a raid on one of our bloggers, including taking all his computer equipment and even non-warranted, personal items. It really raises some eyebrows when the police who we blog about are allowed to enter an outspoken critic’s home, based on allegations from fellow police officers. If they really thought a crime was committed a better approach would have been to engage an outside impartial agency, like the FBI. Our First Amendment rights to accentuate depraved acts within the Phoenix Police Department and publish them in a public forum, has prevailed.”

The vague warrant was issued by the presiding criminal court judge in Phoenix, Arizona, judge Gary Donahoe. The site owner added, “What’s even more frightening is that Gary Donahoe was recently indicted on charges of his own; for racketeering - including, bribery, obstructing a criminal investigation, and hindering prosecution (Arizona criminal court case CR 2009-008332-001). When the issuance of unclear warrants, based on ambiguous evidence by a Police Department is allowed by an indicted judge, then we should have someone at the federal level come in and investigate these recent events. This story may be shocking to legal scholars in the United States and others in law enforcement, but in Arizona we call this the daily operating procedure of our criminal justice system; and their misunderstanding and misinterpretation of citizens’ rights under the 1st, 4th and 14th Amendment.”

The Phoenix Police have also ignored repeated requests to return all seized items obtained from the search, a clear infringement of the 14th Amendment and the blogger’s right to Due Process. “The Phoenix Police are continuing their persecution campaign against our blogger and will undoubtedly continue to issues charges in an attempt to silence him, including recent charges of perjury on a completely unrelated divorce case (Arizona Criminal Court CR 2010- 005328-002). Even after a Grand Jury refused to issue indictments on the search warrant, the Phoenix Police have refused all requests to return the owner’s property. It has been over 10 months. It’s truly a potato-head move on their part,” added the website’s owner. “It would behoove them to read United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit opinion, United States of America vs. Comprehensive Drug Testing (CV-04-02887-FMC), to comply with the rules of seized property.”

The officer heading up the criminal investigation, Detective Theron Quass could not convince the Grand Jury or prove any of the harassment or computer fraud claims from the website upon the Polombos – a case that was already turned down by the Maricopa County prosecutor’s office for not meeting the elements for prosecution. The blogger and his attorney Jess Lorona did present to the Grand Jury and while neither party is allowed to discuss their Grand Jury testimony, they were pleased the Grand Jury saw through the ruse. They vow to continue fighting all future charges the Phoenix Police try to volley against him.

"Our public safety manager Jack Harris wants everyone to think that criticism, scrutiny and accountability are now euphemisms for 'harassment', when he forgets he works for all citizens in Phoenix and is abusing the public trust we granted to him, " noted the website owner. "Jack Harris feels accountable to no one, not even his own Police Union, which is why the site exists. If people disagree with the website or its content, then they shouldn’t read it,” they added.

What we find quite funny is how the Phoenix PD did a press release and completely avoided the most important topics in this drama. They tried to do their own Jedi mind trick on everyone, but here are the facts omitted from the release/story:

All the charges related to the unlawful search of our blogger’s home were unfounded. There was no indictment on any of the bullshit allegations, including:
computer fraud, computer tampering, identity theft, petty theft of office supplies, harassment, or any other allegations that Theron Quass and Mike Polombo made up - in the search warrant issued by (the now indicted for racketeering), judge Donahoe. 

Looks like Mike and Heather Polombo need a new strategy and another plan of attack on the blog. Boy, if those two were claiming distress before and took a leave of absense, I wonder what they will try to claim now? That they're both just raging Assholes?  Here's a funny Xmas card that was sent to Blogger Jeff by one of his many supporters:

Heather, being at your desk doesn't help anyway, since you just suck at your job (pun). Why don’t you try and solve Danny Ramirez’s murder and sit down with Rose Mead to reinvigorate the case. It might make you feel better.


It has now been over 11 months and these lying dirty corrupt shitbags have not returned any of our stuff. 

Our friends in PPD tell us that the chain of custody on all the illegally seized equipment is dated April of 09 and the computers guys were forced onto this assignment against their will. Theron Quass couldn’t convince the Grand Jury to issue an indictment on any of his trumped up charges and the Phoenix PD has still refused to return the stolen equipment. It is also pretty clear that if the best they have is phone calls and emails via Google – why on Earth would they need to have siezed routers, CDs and laptops? And if these new alleged indictments are on something said in court, why the need to keep the equipment?

Any charges of false swearing or perjury are related to our Bloggers divorce case and have nothing to do with Dave Barnes or a blog. It appears somewhere in Jeff’s divorce he said something (or not) about a website? Jeff’s divorce is a story unto itself, and being married to a "918" was punishment enough for him. They can’t get Jeff on computer tampering and harassment, so they next try false swearing and perjury from a contested divorce?

We all know his ex wife has been working with (and probably more) with the Phoenix PD from the beginning and the lies she has told (including an entire trial that was dismissed with prejudice) should tell you a little about how far crazy will go. What’s next an indictment on Jeff for jay walking?

$100’s of thousands of dollars of your tax dollars, across two states for the great nameplate caper, and the best that Theron Quass can do, is perjury from an unrelated divorce case?
Theron Quass is a fucking moron. This man should have been a blowjob or his dad should have pulled out.

What many people don’t know is that both Theron Quass and our Blogger Jeff presented to the Grand Jury.

Surprised?  So what does this tell you?

While neither may discuss their testimony or give any details on what happened (but when we get a hold of the transcript and get the go-ahead, we will have Jeff tell all here!), it is quite clear that Theron Quass was out of his league and couldn’t “sell” the Grand Jury against the likes of BadPhoenixCops. We clearly know “computers” and the law, the 1st,4th and the 14th Amendment far above little Theron Quass. Maybe Chief Jack Ass and the Phoenix PD should hire Jeff for all Grand Jury testimonies.  At least it will ensure integrity, impartiality and a sure win. Rumor has it that when little Theron saw Jeff and his attorney Jess Lorona at the Grand Jury, he almost shit himself.

Phoenix Police Investigating Own Crime Lab for Committing Errors that Botched Investigations – Gee…Ya Think?

PHOENIX -- CBS 5 News obtained sworn affidavits by Phoenix police crime lab technicians accusing their co-workers of committing errors that could botch investigations, including leaving evidence behind at scenes and disposing of fingerprint evidence.The statements were made in attempts to prove that lab employees are treated differently, depending on whether or not they're union members or not." Some non-union employees have done things that could botch investigations, but nothing happens to them. Yet union members are criticized for relatively minor things," said AFSCME Union spokesperson Frank Piccioli.  Piccioli believes the internal disputes are tearing the lab apart and wasting public resources. "Of all times for something like this to be happening, city employees are going to be losing their jobs and yet you have people taking 3-hour lunches to talk about not wanting to be a part of the union," said Piccioli.  A Phoenix Police Department spokesperson confirmed that they have launched an internal investigation to look into the allegations, but would not comment further until the investigation is complete.

What’s funny is they’re getting around now to investigating the lab!

Isn’t this the same story the Dave Barnes tried to bring to everyone’s attention and what we blogged about well over a year ago?

How many people are dead because of this?  Why hasn’t chief Jack Ass been charged with murder?

This news is great for murderers and bad news for victims and citizens.

We offered to attend any future meetings that the Meads and the family of the murder victim Danny Ramirez have with Heather Polombo, Joe Knott or any other dumbass in Homicide.  This murder investigation is stalled with no hope as long as Heather Polombo is on it.

Two Phoenix Police Officers Fired For Hand Cuffing and Fondling a Civilian in a Bikini

Two Phoenix police officers have been fired after an internal report revealed inappropriate sexual advances against a woman.

Phoenix radio station KTAR says the incident occurred last July.

The internal investigation report obtained by KTAR says Phoenix police Officers Michel Cruz and John Urban stopped a bikini-clad woman after she fled from a rear-end collision.
The report said the officers handcuffed the woman, drove her back to the accident scene for paperwork, then drove her to a secluded spot at an elementary school, where Cruz allegedly fondled her.

The alleged victim claimed she was handcuffed, that contact was not consensual and that Urban watched without doing anything to stop it.

The report said the woman was given a ticket and dropped off at a nearby store.

Judge Gary Donahoe is Charged with Bribery, Obstructing a Criminal Investigation, and Hindering Prosecution - And Hopefully One Day - Of Issuing Illegal Search Warrants!

We could have told you all a long time ago that there is nothing “Honorable” about Phoenix Judge, Gary Donahoe. We always thought he was inept and just as corrupt as the leadership in the Phoenix Police Department.

Now we are all about to find out the truth.

As many of you have seen and heard, Judge Gary Donahoe is being brought up on charges of Bribery, Obstructing a Criminal Investigation, and Hindering Prosecution. Kind of ironic that a Judge who is the presiding judge for the criminal court, is himself now facing criminal charges.

We here at BadPhoenixCops know this judge well and think he should have been thrown in jail a long time ago. Gary Donahoe is friends with everyone in Phoenix PD homicide –especially Potato Head Polombo and Alex Femenia. Sources tell us that both Mike and Alex have worked with this corrupt judge for years, and he was their “go to guy” to obtain any kind of warrant they wanted -and it didn't matter if the warrant was surreptitiously obtained.  Gary Donahoe gave them away like candy!

Maybe Heather Polombo could have gone to Donahoe, to get a warrant on a cop's gun that was allegedly used to murder poor Danny Ramirez?

Nope.  That would have helped citizens! All Phoenix PD Homicide wants to do is look for nameplates, screw subordinates in cars and cover up investigations.

And if you don’t remember (cause we do), Judge Gary Donahoe is the judge who signed off on the search warrant and allowed the illegal raid of both Dave Barnes and our Blogger’s home.

Let’s hope that Andrew Thomas and Sheriff Joe don’t raid your home too judge Donahoe, and let’s hope your wife and kids don’t witness it.

There’s nothing worse than a dirty cop and a crooked judge. We hope you don’t have a stroke over this one Gary, but if you do, we hope it happens while cancer plagues your testicles.

While we don’t agree with anything Candy Andy Thomas does, we will make sure we go to every hearing and action on this trial and be a constant reminder to judge Gary Donahoe!

If a Gun Goes Off at The Airport, And No One Is Around to Hear It…Should the Police File a Report? Apparently Not If You’re in Phoenix at Sky Harbor!

Any opportunity at lunch, the mall or the airport – we approach cops and begin a dialogue by handing them our BadPhoenixCops business card.  We tell them what a complete fool and moron Jack Harris has become and how his arrogance puts us all in jeopardy.

The scenarios are usually the same: we encounter an older cop, with a younger cop - possibly a new recruit. The younger cop is on his guard playing tough guy - and won’t say anything to us and even looks at us with disdain.  The older one will chat it up and thank us for the website and even give us some dirt on Jack Harris and the 4th floor.

So an older cop at the airport told us this story. (So now the dumbass lacky Theron Quass is going to pull all airport videos for terminal 4 for the past 30 days and look at anyone talking to cops)  We are trying to confirm if this story is true or not.  Maybe you all can help us out?

Apparently, a few weeks ago a fireman brought his gun to work - at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. While at the fire depot, this dipshit decides to clean his gun, and it discharges a bullet.  The police are called and no report is filed and nothing is done.

There is a hole in the wall/door/lock to show that it happened. The airport cop who told us this story said that someone knows something and we should do some digging.  Perhaps dispatch or one of the many friends of BPC can assist us?  We passed him our card and told him how to reach us.

Being the outspoken group that we are, we first contacted the FAA and the TSA and told them this story, demanding an investigation.

We are also offering a free dinner to Capital Grille for any officer or dispatcher who provides any information on this story and helps verify its authenticity. If it did happen, how sad and stupid.

For the life of us we can’t figure out why a fireman would bring a gun to work and decide to clean it. Even worse, the dumb cops that lied to cover it up and didn't file a DR.

Was it too much work to fill out a DR?

Was their pen dry?

Were they late for a lunch appointment with Stan Hoover at Bevmo?

Were they helping Mike Polombo organize the boxes of evidence in his garage?

Were they talking with Lisa Messina about grenades?

You can also be sure that if I or any one of you drove thru Sky Harbor and just waived our gun out the window, that chief Jack Ass, the TSA and about a dozen other agencies would have our ass in a sling. We would be labeled a terrorist and be on a no fly list.

Thanks again to the airport cop who shared this story with us. And thanks for being you! You were great, personable and appear to be a decent old timer.

And to the younger cop looking at us in disdain – lighten up dude! Going thru life with no neck and bench pressing 400 pounds is not flattering.  You need to learn something from your old timer.
