If a Gun Goes Off at The Airport, And No One Is Around to Hear It…Should the Police File a Report? Apparently Not If You’re in Phoenix at Sky Harbor!

We love speaking with cops.

Any opportunity at lunch, the mall or the airport – we approach cops and begin a dialogue by handing them our BadPhoenixCops business card.  We tell them what a complete fool and moron Jack Harris has become and how his arrogance puts us all in jeopardy.

Here's the business card we pass out.  Have you received yours?

If you want some cards, just send us an email at the hushmail address and we'll make sure you have some to pass along to your friends, fellow city employees and family!

The scenarios are usually the same: we encounter an older cop, with a younger cop - possibly a new recruit. The younger cop is on his guard playing tough guy - and won’t say anything to us and even looks at us with disdain.  The older one will chat it up and thank us for the website and even give us some dirt on Jack Harris and the 4th floor.

So an older cop at the airport told us this story. (So now the dumbass lacky Theron Quass is going to pull all airport videos for terminal 4 for the past 30 days and look at anyone talking to cops)  We are trying to confirm if this story is true or not.  Maybe you all can help us out?

Apparently, a few weeks ago a fireman brought his gun to work - at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. While at the fire depot, this dipshit decides to clean his gun, and it discharges a bullet.  The police are called and no report is filed and nothing is done.

There is a hole in the wall/door/lock to show that it happened. The airport cop who told us this story said that someone knows something and we should do some digging.  Perhaps dispatch or one of the many friends of BPC can assist us?  We passed him our card and told him how to reach us.

Being the outspoken group that we are, we first contacted the FAA and the TSA and told them this story, demanding an investigation.

We are also offering a free dinner to Capital Grille for any officer or dispatcher who provides any information on this story and helps verify its authenticity. If it did happen, how sad and stupid.

For the life of us we can’t figure out why a fireman would bring a gun to work and decide to clean it. Even worse, the dumb cops that lied to cover it up and didn't file a DR.

Was it too much work to fill out a DR?

Was their pen dry?

Were they late for a lunch appointment with Stan Hoover at Bevmo?

Were they helping Mike Polombo organize the boxes of evidence in his garage?

Were they talking with Lisa Messina about grenades?

You can also be sure that if I or any one of you drove thru Sky Harbor and just waived our gun out the window, that chief Jack Ass, the TSA and about a dozen other agencies would have our ass in a sling. We would be labeled a terrorist and be on a no fly list.

Thanks again to the airport cop who shared this story with us. And thanks for being you! You were great, personable and appear to be a decent old timer.

And to the younger cop looking at us in disdain – lighten up dude! Going thru life with no neck and bench pressing 400 pounds is not flattering.  You need to learn something from your old timer.
We know it sucks to have someone talk about your chief in a disparaging way, but get use to it – this is Phoenix, Arizona and Chief Jack Ass Harris runs to Phoenix PD...for now.

A grenade almost went off in Wickenburg, had the pin been pulled, according to local news. Illegal driving a stolen car from Phoenix in possession.

How many more are out there that should be off the street.

Why in the hell aren't those two LT's placed on admin leave? Harris is the worst leader the Phx PD has ever had, and probably ever will have.

And where is this new city manager? So far, he is pretty disappointing in his handling of MAJOR safety affairs affecting the citizens of Phoenix. Ant the city council? What is it going to take to wake them up? And the Mayor? He should be recalled.

The story is true and a certain female asst. chief who overseas the airport is involved in the cover up. You remember, the one who ran our crime lab into the gorund.

So you are looking at either Phoenix Fire station 19 or 29- both airport fire stations. What day did it happen? What shift was it? A. B or C shift. Sounds like an A-shifter. The last thing the PFD wants to have is bad media press. Id like to watch this on my local news and see what Bob Khan has to say about it? After all it was one of his own who was high on 237 pointing a gun at his neighbors and wife, it was teh SAU who had to go in and get him out. So much for the PFD Way. Then again, PFD members are pretty much exempt from the law. Need I list ALL my examples?

Is that the same firefighter that BPC posted a picture of buying a gun at Dick's Sporting Goods last Christmas. I remember the pic of the fire truck out front of Dick's and the firefighters standing around the gun counter looking at guns. On duty.

no noise on PSB latest...lets say it involved a 301 (mulpiple xs), the act in a PPD company car, duty weapons and badges, and another disciplinary transfer....

One night Jack Harris and Steve Soha went out to a bar.

Steve started drinking and got so wasted that he puked all over his own shirt.

"Oh shit, what am I gonna do now?" said steve.

"My wife is gonna be pissed off when she finds out I've been drinking again."

"Don't worry" said Jack.

"Just put a ten dollar bill in your pocket. Then tell your wife that you went to pick up a friend at the bar and give him a ride home because he had to much to drink. Then tell her that when you went into the bar to get your friend some drunk asshole puked all over your shirt. Then tell her that the guy who puked on your shirt put ten dollars in your pocket to make it up to you. If She doesn't believe you tell her to check your pocket and she will see the ten dollar bill which will confirm your story."

"That's a great idea" said Steve.

Jack and Steve kept drinking and when the bar closed they went home.

When Steve got home he opened the door and there was his wife, sitting on the couch waiting for him.

"You've been out drinking again haven't you Steve?" said his wife.

"No honey, Jack got to drunk and called me to give him a ride home. I went into the bar to get him and some drunk guy puked all over my shirt. The guy felt really bad and put a ten dollar bill in my shirt pocket to make it up to me. Check my pocket if you don' believe me."

Steve's wife then walked over to Steve, reached into his shirt pocket and pulled out a bill.

"This is a twenty dollar bill, you said he gave you a ten you liar" said Steve's wife.

"Oh ya" said Steve. "The guy also shit in my pants."

How do you incapacitate someone working on the 4th floor?

You slam the toilet seat down on their head while they are getting a drink.

We need more info on two situations:

1) What are you talking about when you refer to a "302" situtation under investigation by PSB.

2) Tell us more about the gunshot on Airpoty property fired by an on-duty firefighter.

Has Peter Busch from KPHO TV5 been advised.

Peter's cell phone number is: 520-979-2442.

Peter keeps all of his sources confidential and does not record anything.

He is presently doing an investigation on Marshal David Gonzlaes and issues he had in HIDTA.

You forgot to mention Soha's wifes name... it's Kevin Robinson

Buck Fobama good job, way to plagiarize that joke. Now only if you were funny enough to come up with your own material.

Anonymous said...

Yeah, the jokes are stupid. Focus, Focus, Focus!!!

Buck Fobama said...

Sorry Steve Soha. Oh c'mon man, I didn't claim to write the damn joke, but it was funny.

Holy shit fellas, same team. Im all about getting Jack out of here, just trying to have a little fun along the way.

By the way, the PSB Sarge was banging some broad in his take home car and a marked unit rolled up on him, told him to leave, ran the plate on the car as it drove away and saw it was registered to P.P.D. As I understand it the girl was not a 301, but doesn't matter.

I just wander what would have happened if the roles were reversed. If the PSB Sarge had found a patrol guy banging a chic in a city vehicle would he only have been transfered?

But then again, PSB are the douch bags who sit down the street from the precinct and run radar on marked units going to and from the station.

Lets see here. The PSB sergeants name was Jerry. He was off duty but told his wife he had to go on a call out and used his city take home vehicle to meet his mistress. Too cheap to get a hotel and was banging her in some dark area in public.

It would make much more sense if it was a Sgt calling all Asst. Chiefs a "bunch of faggots". No big deal......This happens every day!

Nielsen is no Sgt, with a couple weeks in rank. He is a major suckass. Now he is the President of Silent Witness. Wonder how much money he will extort from that.

Oh oh! Did Mayor Phil piss in his Wheaties?

Gordon wants review of political ties to girlfriend

by Scott Wong - Dec. 8, 2009 08:00 PM
The Arizona Republic

Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon on Tuesday asked the city attorney and a former Arizona Supreme Court chief justice to review his political ties to consultant Elissa Mullany, the woman he is now dating.

The request came after The Arizona Republic and another media outlet inquired about the relationship and whether Mullany was benefitting from any taxpayer dollars.

Gordon said in a statement that none of the issues he asked to be reviewed involve taxpayer money. Mullany's political-consulting firm, MullanyWunder LLC, helped raise more than $1 million for his 2007 re-election campaign. Gordon said he also successfully nominated Mullany for three city commissions - the Encanto Village Planning Committee, Citizen's Transit Commission and Phoenix Sister Cities Commission - from 2004 to July 2007.

But the mayor said his "recommendations of Elissa Mullany preceded any personal relationship. We do not share bank accounts. We do not live together."

Gordon added that his relationship with Mullany was not a factor in his separation and divorce from his wife of 15 years, Christa Severns. The two separated in January 2008 and Gordon began dating Mullany two months later, said Jason Rose, whom the mayor hired to handle public relations.

The statement said many knew Gordon and Mullany were an item, "but a more public relationship was and will be deferred until his pending divorce is finalized in several weeks."

The mayor said he requested the review after U.S. Senator Max Baucus came under fire last weekend for recommending someone for a U.S. Attorney post while he was romantically involved with her.

Gordon asked City Attorney Gary Verburg to provide a legal opinion about his recommendation of Mullany to city commissions; she hasn't served on a commission since March. In a separate letter, the mayor asked retired Chief Justice Thomas Zlaket, a Tucson resident, to review Mullany's work on his campaign and private-sector projects.

The Republic reviewed Mullany's involvement in Gordon's campaign fundraising and pet projects and found no clear evidence that tax dollars were spent. The paper's review found:

Since 2006, Mullany, business partner Cate Wunderand Wunder's son received $135,667 from Gordon's re-election campaign, Friends of Phil, for fundraising, campaign assistance and staffing retainers. About $70,000 of that money was paid to Mullany.

Since 2008, Gordon's federal political-action committee, Moving Phoenix Forward, has paid MullanyWunder $96,000 for fundraising and committee management, and another $10,131 in reimbursements. That means the firm has received about 36 percent of the $267,000 raised by the PAC, which is intended to support like-minded political candidates.

Cate Wunder is president/treasurer and Mullany is a board member of Phoenix Global Trade Initiatives, the nonprofit group Gordon launched last year to promote international trade and investment with places like Dubai. The group paid MullanyWunder $12,000 for fundraising, including organizing a kickoff fundraiser breakfast in April 2008 that took in $81,000. An explanation in the Internal Revenue Service tax filing said that the $12,000 fee is well within the 15 percent customary charge for fundraising events.

Isn't that Judge that issued the warrant against yo guys the one who just got indicted for corruption? Seems like a story here. Why can't MCSO look into all the corruption at PHX PD? MCSO seems to be the only LE agency who cares what is right or wrong in this County.

Anonymous said...

Ok first off no Mayor Gordon isn't pissing in his Wheaties. He wants the investigation so people don't complain later like they always do, well heck like you are doing now.

MCSO only wishes they could be like Phoenix pd they have crappier leadership, make one of the lowest salaries in the valley and have a worse percentange of solved cases. Plus they do not even come close to putting half the amount of illegal immigrants into jail that MCSO does with there stupid stunts.

Arpaio knows that Phoenix pd alone pumps of 17 million dollars into his jail system with all the arrest sent to 4th ave jail at almost 200 a person you think he cares as long as he gets paid.

MCSO only does what is right for MCSO. This is why they have one of the worse track records when it comes to joint agency operation and are always picked last, just like the fat kid in gym class.

A quote from azcentral.com today...

http://www.azcentral.com/community/phoenix/articles/2009/12/11/20091211phxtavilla1211.html

In her claims, Tavilla also said then-Police Chief Harold Hurtt and Jack Harris, an assistant chief at the time, refused to investigate her allegations against Norton - including an allegation that Norton molested her at former Phoenix Assistant Chief David Brewster's birthday party in 2000.

There is a SHOCK. Harris is named as refusing to investigate....

Testimony by Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris in support of Norton was unconvincing, and the former officer didn't seem to care about the outcome, Bance said.
