Public Records Request For Chief Jack Ass Harris and His Letter of Reprimand

Our sources tell us that Jack and his band of pinky dick thugs began a PSB investigation to find out who leaked this to us.

Under the provisions of A.R.S. 39-121, Public Records Law, I would like to request the following document:


A Letter of Reprimand given and placed in the human resource file of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris, for inappropriate comments made at a recent training session by his friend and a retired FBI Agent. This letter should have been done in early March of 2010.


Jack Harris not only allowed these comments to be made, but was also seen laughing at these comments, which prompted a letter from a private attorney to address these comments to City Manager David Cavazos and prompting an apology to Harris’ command staff.


This is all fairly recent and should be easy to find. I have enclosed the usual $3 fee to obtain this Letter of Reprimand.
