Something we knew all along – The Attorney General’s office has filed a motion to dismiss all charges against Dave Barnes and our Blogger Jeff. No harassment, no computer fraud and now no perjury.
Here’s the doc filed:

It appears that there were only three people who thought perjury occurred:
1) Theron Quaas and the Phoenix PD – and of course they had no reason or incentive to do this…(LOL!!)
2) Our Blogger’s ex wife - and you all know that story. This is the second time this 918 has tried to put him in jail and use their own children against him. Nice Mom, huh?
3) ...And the Ex-wife’s attorney who we affectionately refer to as “cankles” You ought to see this size 12 crammed into a size 8.
Hmmm…all people who hate and had a reason to ruin our blogger. No worries. Law suits will be filed soon.
No one else interviewed (court appointed doctors, judges or anyone else involved in our blogger’s highly contested divorce), thought any perjury occurred. And if it did, it was completely irrelevant and had no bearing on the divorce proceedings or any decisions.
Everyone of them said the same thing:
"Whether Jeff and Dave knew each other is completely and totally irrelevant and had zero bearing on any of their decisions or the outcome of the divorce proceedings."
They all also noted that Theron Quaas was a lying douchbag and we should do everything to get him added to the Brady List.
Looks like the Phoenix PD are in a pickle.
They fired a good cop based on an internal investigation that never occurred, and an indictment that has been dismissed, all to appease a Potato Head and his Whore.

Anyone care to notice that the State states Quass' testimony to the Grand Jury was incorrect. The motherfucker flat out lied to the Grand Jury is what the Attorney General is really saying.
Hummm...... Think PSB will do an internal on Quass about lying? What about a criminal investigation for Perjury? What about sending him over to the Brady List?

Why didn't PSB do a internal investigation on Barnes? Now that the lawsuit has been dismissed, what report is the PPD going to be able to get admitted into Barnes Civil Service Hearing?

This is great news to both you and Dave Barnes. Both of you now have even better cases against the city and Theron Quaas personally.
The inside scoop is the blogger's ex wife (Julie) and her attorney conspired in this. The attorney for the wife (is it Annette Cox or Deshon Pullen?) is equally culpable.
Jess Lorona probably knows this, put you could and should file suit against these parties as well. An attorney is an officer of the court and cannot by rule conspire with anyone for wrong doing and ill will. It is clear they tried to throw Jeff “under the bus.”
Check out rule 4.1 as it clearly states:
a lawyer is prohibited from counseling or assisting a client in conduct that the lawyer knows is criminal or fraudulent.
It appears the only people who though perjury occurred (and were willing to testify) were the ex wife and her attorney. You should also file a complaint with the AZ Bar to have them investigated and possibly disbarred.

We will try and be brief, but here are a couple of tips.
Use common sense and cover your tracks. If you have fear of posting a comment on the blog, then email us your comment and we will post it for you.
US mail is a great way to get us something. If you email us, use exclusively our Hushmail address and encrypt it with a simple question. Don’t use the GMAIL address for confidential correspondences. Hushmail is based out of Canada and won’t honor a US based subpoena. We have about 7-10 various email accounts that you may use, but use Hushmail first.
Don’t call us. We have various “throw away” phones. Once we communicate we can give you one of a few numbers to reach us, but avoid calling Jeff on his cell phone – if you can. If you must call, leave a brief message and we will call back.
Any paper docs you send to us are scanned into an electronic format, shredded and burned. Police like to look for fingerprints. We leave no paper trails.
If you want copies of Polombo nameplates, just send your request and mailing address to Hushmail. We know of several copies circulating and often owners ask us if anyone wants them for their own photos. They cost a couple of bucks to make and we have the specs we can send to you if you want to make them yourselves. Just make sure you pay for them in cash and sensibly, somewhere not in Phoenix, AZ.
If you are a cop – buy an Ironkey to blog. Try and use someone elses computer (daughter, son, wife, etc.) to communicate with us. If you can use a roaming IP address too. It is impossible for the Phoenix PD to determine who was typing on a computer keyboard. At best they can trace IPs to your home, but if you have 5 people in your house then they are screwed and left to speculate.
In our opinion good ol US Mail (next to drop offs) seem to work the best and are the hardest for the Phoenix PD to follow - they're simply too random to trace. We can arrange pick up and drop off locations. We have proxies available so that you won’t have to see us. If you are still concerned, you can mail anything to Attorney Jess Lorona, in care of BadPhoenixCops and he will get it to us or to Jeff.
We have several (OK… a lot more then several) contacts in the City and Phoenix Police office. Just ask around and someone is bound to know us or have contacted us. There are lots of good people we work with. We also know of set ups. Everytime a cop initiates contact, we verify with our sources if they are an FOJ.
We are under no obligation to anyone, anywhere to divulge any of our sources or contacts. This is why it is best we don't know you or meet you. No judge, no court or order will force us to do so. We may freely communicate with anyone, on any topic. Rest assured, we protect our sources and take as many measures as we can to protect you. Just don’t be reckless. We have several great attorneys as well so if you need legal advice, just ask and we can refer you.

Apparently an intoxicated off duty Phoenix Police Officer was
arrested Monday night at Martini Ranch in Scottsdale after starting
a fight, charging at officers and eventually getting tazed.
The article did not identify the Phoenix officer but said he was
extremely intoxicated.
Does anyone know if Lieutenant Steve Soha was at Martini Ranch
Monday night?
Jeff: Theron Quaas is meeting with Rose Mead and the family of Danny Ramirez. Meetings occured as recent as last week.
This was the case that originally was with Polk and now Heather Polombo. Quaas went to a barber shop to talk to someone about you and how this family is now in possession of Heather’s videos, as if you giving them was a crime.
I know Joe Knott, Heather and everyone are tell them that the PPD is applying all resources to solve this murder – if they help them with information about you and the Polombo videos. It is tough to get his investigatory notes. Good luck and congratulations on your win.
