We have known all along that the Phoenix PD and quite possibly the City of Phoenix command structure is full of corruption. The question is, is the corruption and all its subsequent cover ups just limited to the Phoenix PD or does it infiltrate the office of the Mayor, the City Manager and the City Council?
We have received a binder full of memos that have been sent to all Council members, the City Manager Dave Cavasos, the Mayor, PSB, the Integrity Committee among many other agencies; outlining how the ever corrupt Jack Ass Harris and his rogue band of thugs will stop at nothing to use their power to destroy people and citizens in Phoenix. What’s frightening is the power game that is played, all at the expense of the tax payer and risking the Public Safety of citizens.
Randy Spenla a Phoenix City Auditor and member of the Integrity Committee allegedly admitted that corruption and retaliation do occur in the Phoenix Police Department, yet further admits he is powerless to do anything against it. Mr. Spenla advises officer Roberts and people like him should launch civil lawsuits against the City of Phoenix, because it is (in his opinion) the only way to hold them accountable. Imagine that! Coming from a City Auditor!

We will be posting these in a series of how one good cop with 24 years of impeccable and error free service has been demoted, scrutinized and humiliated for just doing his job. Officer Phil Roberts is trying to change things, but it appears to be falling on the deaf ears of City Council, mayor Phil Gordon and city manager Dave Cavasos. Officer Roberts: we know this must feel like Sisyphean task – we have those times too – but what you’re doing is right and we all appreciate your diligence and exposing the Chief Jack Ass.
As a citizens we are outraged, but have also been indicted twice by dirty lying inept cops, so we are well aware of the rampant corruption. We'll bet you some nameplates after they find Phil’s memos are posted here, he will be investigated on some unfounded and made up allegation to further harass him. Phil is currently home on stress leave (a smart move on his part since the work retaliation was rampant and acute) we only hope someone listens to him, so we can all put a good cop back on the streets; doing the job he loves that includes protecting all of us.

Bill Clinton did not have sex with that woman and Theron Quass did not lie to the Grand Jury!
Who thinks anything will happen to Quass? Who thinks PSB will investigate Quass for lying, on two issues, to the Grand Jury? What about AZPOST and the Brady list. The Attorney General admits in their Motion to Dismiss Quass lied, or "provided inaccurate testimony", which is a lie?
Quass is still in FIB fellow officers. Never talk to him without consulting PLEA first, even as a witness. Get legal advice. He can not compel you to talk and you are foolish if you do talk to him, just ask J. Rosenthal.
