We have heard from multiple sources that the charges have been dropped and we will get “the official” paperwork and post it here. Looks like all that crying and theatrics just didn't work.
Theron Quaas has been working this case since Summer of 2008 and almost 2 years later, just couldn’t close the deal. At this point we are beginning to think that Theron Quaas couldn’t close a door!
Gee Chief Jack Ass - you fired Dave Barnes over this...now what are you going to do? So it looks like you fired him for just the bogus perjury claim? Your dirty cops lie everyday. This one is going to cost the city millions.

Hey just FYi....there is a LOT OF SHIT going on. Rumors only but multiple sources are saying that the dam has broke, they can't stop flood and the Assistant Chiefs are scrambling to put life jackets on to see who survives.
I wish I had something more definite to tell you but I'm hearing it's total chaos on 4th floor.
Remember the scene in the end of the movie "Patton" when the Nazi's knew the war was over and it shows them burning documents and running around. That's what I am hearing is going on in the 4th floor.
Are two of Jack’s “boyz” in trouble but the PPD is refusing to take appropriate action even though rank and file employees are held to a higher standard??? Don’t know for a fact that any of this is true but my source is incredibly reliable!
Word is Rob Handy contacted the Arizona Republic Newspaper and
possibly interfered with the Mesa Police Chief job selection.
Sources told me that just before the selection for the Mesa chief’s
job, Frank Milstead learned that one of his competition, Mesa
Assistant Chief John Meza, made arrangements through TSA so he
could enter a terminal passenger area and meet with former Mesa
Chief George Gascon to discuss Meza’s upcoming interview for the
top Mesa job. Gascon was at the airport on a two hour layover and
agreed to meet Meza in the passenger boarding area. Frank Milstead allegedly learned of this and told golden boy Rob Handy. Rob Handy then allegedly took it upon himself to call the Arizona Republic and snitch while twisting the story a bit. The story Rob Handy allegedly told the Republic was that Assistant Chief Meza “badged”
his way through TSA and into the terminal area so he could meet
with his former boss. That this “badging” through the TSA
inspectors was an abuse of Meza’s position.
I wonder if Mesa Assistant Chief John Meza knows about this?
Wonder if this had any effect on Meza not getting the top Mesa job?
Can someone please pass this information onto to Meza so he can
attempt to validate it and see if any of it is true?
Well, unlike what the PPD has done to rank and file officers who
snitch to the media, this infraction was overlooked and will
probably have no effect on Rob Handy getting a prime assignment
once Commander rotation occurs. Double standard? Why no PSB
investigation?

The next one involves, “I am Hispanic but speaky no Spanish”
Commander Mike Parra; aka: “Whattya mean you’re pregnant?” aka: “I
wish I woulda kept my dick in my pants while I was at the FBI
Academy,” aka: “Bye-bye Suzy Q my new girl is pregnant!”
Allegedly, some of Mike Parra’s liquor people got caught up in a
‘free booze for all’ at the 16th Street Pointe Resort here in river
city. When the free booze repeatedly served by the bartender, who
just happened to be recently hired to attend the police academy,
was cut off by the owner of the resort, Mike Parra’s liquor boys
returned weeks later and arrested an employee for a minor
infraction. The owner of the resort called Mike Parra to complain
about this which he alleged was retaliation for cutting off the
free booze for Parra’ detectives. (I thought only the fourth floor,
minus Chief Robinson and Chief McClelland-both great guys,
participated in retaliation???). Mike Parra allegedly blew the
owner off and told him his guys did nothing wrong. This didn’t sit
well with the owner who has more political clout in town than
“Oxycontin Phil.” The bar owner called his contacts who called
Jack the Hack and a PSB investigation was initiated against Mike
Parra. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy!
If any of the above stuff is true the right thing would be to
discipline and then send both of these yahoos to Duty Commander but
I am sure that won’t happen. Instead, they will probably land
prime assignments in the upcoming rotation even though they
shouldn’t be commanders in the first place.
And David Cavazos and Ed Zuecher wonder why the PPD is unraveling
right in front of them. I wonder if David and Ed will still have
jobs once all of the dirty laundry is aired about the PPD since
they appear to be doing nothing about it. Wonder if David and Ed
will be able to face their family and friends once everyone
realizes the corruption they allowed to continue even though they
were supposed to clean things up. Wonder what their kids will
think once all of this hits the front page of the newspaper.
David and Ed are new in their position. They didn’t create all of
this bullshit; instead they were born into it. It would be so easy
for them to simply hold Jack the Hack and all of his cronies
responsible for this continuing bullshit and simply clean house
blaming the previous city managers for the mess thy left behind
(take Pina and Anderson with you motherfuckers!). Instead they
have allowed this bullshit to continue on their watch and guys who
have steel balls like Ben Henry, Mike Johnson, Markita Beene, Anne
Malone, Mark Spencer, Phil Roberts and many more, are going to take
the shit hole down, and David and Ed will be sure to go with them!
Too bad as they both had a great careers ahead of them!

Amazing that John Flanagan has flown under the radar. We had an affair years ago. Granted, I do believe he was picturing me as a dude when I played his skin flute. His wife Jen is a 'ho and takes it in the glory hole to get skin tightening surgery so she can bang a Surprise officer.
