Really?  And how did you come up with these numbers? We don't think there were 358, nor do we think there were 348, 248, 148 or 48 - at least according to our own analysis. Now we aren’t statisticians nor do we have fancy degrees from those Division 1 schools that most Phoenix cops go to like University of Phoenix, Western International, Ottawa College, or Mesa Community College, but these numbers just don’t add up.

The National Crime Information Center’s (NCIC) Missing Person File was implemented in 1975. According to NCIC, in 2007, there were 518 records entered as Abducted by a Stranger…IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES.

Yet somehow in Phoenix we had 358 alone in 2008??!!?! Only one year later?  I think Tommy Thompson's number is off, by about 350!

Here's another stat:

In 2008 according to the American Community Survey, the population of Phoenix was 1,567,924.

So according to Tommy Thompson in 2008, 1 out of every 4,380 citizens were kidnapped in Phoenix. 

Really?

We don’t recall reading about any of these in the newspaper nor hearing about it in our neighborhoods, community or church? There was however a 24% decrease in murders in 2008 with only 169 murders occurring, which we all read about in the newspapers.

According to Pill Popping, Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon in his testimony, “People are being tortured. People are being kidnapped. Almost every night, Phoenix police will get one or more calls, with variations of the same story…”

Almost every night? To whom are these calls going? We can’t even find one cop to validate these lies made up by Tommy Thompson, Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon and Chief of Police Jack Ass Harris.

It’s pretty clear to us that Phil Gordon and Chief Jack Harris lied and are trying their damndest to create numbers that validate and add up to 358.  Rumor has it Chuck Miiiilllller is also involved.

Tommy Thompson:  You just need to STFU and let pill popping Phil, Chief Jack Ass, and Chuck Miiiilllller figure out this lie, all by themselves.  They'll probably end up firing someone and trying to Indict us again - this time on some Federal charges.

...and how Phoenix Lieutenant Lauri Bergett didn’t allow the squad to take down a Mexican National trying to sell the hand grenades.  We couldn’t figure out why Phil Gordon and Chief Jack Ass Harris were offering her protection. By Lauri Burgett’s own admission she quite openly states the she is protected by Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon and has his personal number programmed in her cell phone. But why?

In the latest Phil Roberts memo, dated August 9th, we find out. Phil Gordon and Jack Harris testified before Congress that Phoenix, Arizona is the kidnapping capital of the world, behind Mexico City.

Well it appears that statement would be false. Their number is off by about 90%!

The reason Phil Gordon and Jack Harris offer this worthless lying snatch Phoenix Police Lieutenant Lauri Burgett immunity is because she is the dirty cop who provided them the statistics showing a number of 368 total kidnappings when the number was probably closer to 20 or 30 in any given year, according to this memo.

Kudos to you officer Phil Roberts for telling it like it is and giving these corrupt shit stains the National coverage we need. Take pride that Mayor Phil Gordon had to stop his vacation in Japan with his whore girlfriend and make a special return trip, just to handle this issue. We also loved Phil's "phone connection problems" on the Neil Cavuto show on Fox.  What a lie.  Phil Gordon was warned by Gary Verberg to get off the phone and hung up abruptly.

We can only hope that a Federal Indictment rains down on these leeches for lying before Congress.

We know that officer Phil Roberts has (again) requested whistle-blower status and is being told that he will be issued an NOI upon his return to work today. An NOI (Notice of Investigation) is the first step in the termination process.  Again we see the pattern - speak out and do wha'ts right and what is required by law, then get demoted to patrol in the regime of Phoenix police chief Jack Harris.

We know all of Phoenix City Council knows about this and continue to turn a blind eye to the corrupt of Jack Harris. Be assured that come election time, we will go to all their opponents and endorse them.

Officer James Holmes was one of the media guys you see on TV. He was a member of PLEA and it appears pocked face, womanizing, road rage Andy Anderson is removing all PLEA members from media relations. Officer James Holmes was demoted to work in Patrol - a common theme of good cops in the Phoenix PD. 

We have reached a point that if the Phoenix PD demotes someone to patrol, it must mean that cop was doing something right and not following the corrupt Jack Ass Harris.

Looks like a very loyal, african-american employee (or as Mike Polombo and Alex Femenia would call him - a nig) was given the ax recently due to his relationship with PLEA. Unconfirmed sources tell me Assistant Chief Andy Anderson made the decision to remove all officer rank employees from being Public Information Officers (TV guys) so they could not put a "PLEA" spin on anything they said during interviews with the media. Appears to be some truth to this since there are no officer rank employees in the Media Unit any longer. Only sergeant and above. When was the last time there
were no officers in the media unit?

This is the kind of shit Russia played on their people during the cold war. "Say anything we don't like and we will show you"! Looks like Officer Holmes has some balls and will get the last word in. No silencing this guy!

In 1995 I retired from the U.S. Army and found cause to join the Phoenix Police Department. The cause was to continue being the professional I had been for twenty years. I did not know the City of Phoenix or this department when I came here, but I had heard all I needed to know; and you did not know me. I entered the academy with gusto and I excelled and thrived there. When I hit the streets it was with both feet running. I became a Field Training Officer and reveled in the opportunity to use my experience and training to influence young officers to accomplish three things; go home safe every night, enjoy the best job in the world and
recognize that they worked for the best police department on the planet. I did that for eight years!

I had no real goals or aspirations when I joined, I had already accomplished quite a bit in my professional life and I was satisfied where I was. I ventured out into the community and made myself known by volunteering my time and the limited talents to charity events and fundraisers while promoting this department. I enjoyed the opportunity to serve a city and a department to which I owed nothing and nothing was owed to me. The rewards were incredible.

In January of 2009 I reached my pinnacle. I was given the opportunity to promote this department and our officers on a much larger scale. I got myself assigned to PAB. And I hit the ground running. I worked hard, established positive relationships with the media and even more folks out there in the community and, most
importantly, I sold this department to our community at every chance. I looked for the stories that had officers teaming up with a local business to renovate a citizens home, the stories that told about an officer who risked his health to save a kitten from the perils of a manhole... the positive news stories. I volunteered my time to support local ethnic festivals and I read to elementary school children while wearing a silly "Dr. Seuss" hat. And, of course, I told the crime stories. But, when I did, I always left our citizens with a caution or a concern in an effort to keep them safe and keep them from becoming the subject of a local news story.
I went above and beyond the Bureau's mission statement.

Around April of 2009 my partner and I were told that PAB was going in a different direction, the goal was to have supervisor only PIOs because of liability issues and our (officer) association with PLEA. I could not understand that, probably chose not to. Enter the budget crisis of 2010. I was given my walking papers in
March and told to find a job by April 5th. This was re-allocation and budget driven. chose to let the wheel stop where it may and waited to be re-assigned. My frustration had begun. I loved the job I was doing, I felt I was doing it well and I also thought the job was important enough to my department that things would just
"blow over". It was a gamble.

Something happened in March, and April and May that allowed me to remain in my position. No real need to discuss the issues here, but I was taken on a roller coaster ride of "you're going to stay, you're going to go, you're going to stay". The frustration grew and as a result, I worked even harder. So hard in fact that I've
been told on more than one occasion that I was working too hard, dedicating to much time to the media and the job. The April 5th deadline passed and I drove on. No more re-allocation and budget issues.

And then, I was put into patrol status and the re-bid. Still re-allocation dealing with available slot issues in PAB I guess. The writing was on the wall. I participated in re-bid because I am too committed to scheduled events, in the community and in my personal life, through the end of the year to risk going to a "George" squad (shift 2, weekdays off).

On August 9th, the detective holding the last, non-supervisor PIO slot announced that she was going to resign. Oh happy day for me! My last hope was dashed when I was told that slot would not be filled and I am still going to patrol. Still budget and re-allocation? Not true, it's personal and I know it's personal. I
could have stayed, driven on, been successful. There was an option.

I am not sure at what point I became a liability to my department, the bad guy. By all outside accounts and my own self-evaluation, I'm a pretty good officer and a good PIO. I am certainly not the best PIO on this department, and I have certainly made my mistakes, but I would challenge that I am the most dedicated. As of today, I am the "Indian among the chiefs". That fact alone should propel some thought. As a result of all I have done for my department, and I say that with clear conscience, on August 24th I will don my traffic vest and head to 35th Av. and Cactus to do what my department has determined to be the best job for me, where I will serve my citizens best.

I am angry. For the first time in over 35 years, and this includes waking up to war, countless deployments away from family and digging foxholes, I will wake up and not look forward to going to work, to doing my job. Please make no mistake, I will do my job, my work ethic will allow me to do nothing but. And every citizen with whom I have contact will still get their "15 minutes", I insist on that. But, there is a shadow over the enthusiasm. Though I lived through these situations in the military, especially in the 70's and 80's, I never expected this to happen to me on this department.

There is now a debt owed, and I don't owe it.

I suspect I might be better off not authoring this mailing. There is no disrespect intended toward anyone. But I have to look at myself in the mirror everyday and it is important that when I do, I see a man.

These are dated May 19, 2010 after all charges were dismissed against Dave Barnes and our Blogger Jeff. In this series of tapes, the Polombos discuss how upset they are that their last videos were on the Internet and how they made it on the site dallas.org.

 The Polombos claim these serve “no useful purpose” (at least a dozen times to cover their tracks) except to harass them and how it is now criminal to publish their likeness, their images and their own spoken words on the Internet.   Part of their job is to interrogate people on video, and yet they are surprised, shock and dismayed when their own videos are published.  Funny how that works.  So if you willingly make a video and it shows you doing something completely assinine, and someone openly buys the video, publishes said video or distributes it, it is now criminal and a Felony??!!?   We find it frighteningly ironic that it is nearly immediately after charges were dismissed and is clearly their second attempt to bring charges back before a Grand Jury.

There are a couple of changes this time around.  First, these are AUDIO ONLY.  While Heather is quite the handsome woman and Mike the dashing svelte man, neither wanted their image posted on the web – especially Heather.  Contrary to what you may think, it’s not because they feared many a man would print out her photos, listen to her voice and masturbate to them; it’s because the Polombos both make that salacious and scandalous claim that Heather has a “hit” on her from the Mexican Mafia.

 That’s right!  Heather Armstrong Polombo was apparently warned by the “Gang Unit” from an “anonymous informant” that a person who was trying to “take out” officers was getting help and assistance from our Blog!  Naturally, there is no interview or verification with anyone in the “Gang Unit” or the “informant” by the ever useless and bungling Theron Quaas to validate these wild and fanatical claims. Of course, any public records requests would be denied since it is all made up anyway, but the Polombos go on to assert that BadPhoenixCops might actually be working with and in discussion with said Mexican Mafia and sharing resources along with Dave Barnes!  HA!  Will Drug Trafficking and Death Threats be presented to the next Grand Jury?

The other big difference is that both Mike and Heather Polombo have gone to finishing school in these audio recordings.  Clearly, someone counseled both of them to not cry, not swear and conduct themselves with more professionalism.  Rumor has it that Mike actually wore a shirt and pants from the current millennia that fit him!  Mike Polombo impressively sounds polished and refined – almost without emotion.  What is most unfortunate for both the Polombos and Theron Quaas, is even though they shared these recordings to a second Grand Jury in June of 2010, no charges of Harassment, Computer Fraud, Computer Tampering or Identity theft on this blog or any blogger working on this blog or anything related to a bogus search warrant from March 2009.

That’s two strikes on their bogus harassment, identity theft, and computer fraud claims. Think they’ll try it a third time?

Mike Polombo also claims that he wanted this second investigation for the purpose of getting a restraining order against Blogger Jeff.  Well…looks like that didn’t work out too well for Mike.

Last time Mike was going to use this bogus claim for possible civil litigation against the same…and that didn’t work out either.

Mike’s only avenue is to cry like the little bitch that he is, to his pals in the Phoenix PD about the fabricated criminality of this case and to continue his lies solely because he doesn’t like a website. As many of our followers have said before, just because you don’t like it or you take personal offense to it; doesn’t mean it’s a crime!

Polombo did want our blogger booked and in jail…again, but didn’t use his big SAT word “sullying,” but rather the phrase “serves no useful purpose.” We can only assume that the “sullying” this time around is showing the world what fools they were to make videos in the first place.  Heather was right in one regard – she did have a right to call YouTube to have the videos removed, but we also have a right to post them since they are bought and owned by a third party!   We have the invoice to prove it.  If we have any lawyers reading this blog, looks like all your criminal clients will have claims against the Phoenix PD if videos of your clients during any ongoing investigation are leaked to the media.

We know little Theron Quaas will keep trying to catch us on something and watches this site for future Grand Juries, along with Det. Oldenburg (don’t worry Oldenburg, our sources tell us that you are being forced to do the computer forensics and disagree whole-heartedly with everything. We hold no ill-will against you for doing something you are forced to do, but one day under oath we expect the truth to come out.)

We want to be very clear with our intentions.

So print this out, Theron Quaas, put it in your file for the next Grand Jury and save us the gas going down there again.  Make sure you read it out loud Quaas, you worthless lying shit stain.

Contrary to what these Potato Heads state, this all serves a useful purpose and is not harassment.  That’s a matter of perspective.  Of course the Polombos would think this is purposeless, they aren’t smart enough to figure it out.  

We intend to blog about, discuss and allow the world to provide commentary on; any and all public figures in or outside of the Phoenix Police Department.  This includes Chief Jack Ass Harris and all the dirty corrupt shitbag cops that worked for and with Jack over the years during his ascension. 

We think Detective Heather Polombo is about as worthless as they cum and couldn’t solve a crime if it were committed by Professor Plum, in the conservatory, with a lead pipe.  We think Mike Polombo is a dirty douchbag dumb gumba with a bad dye job, and is the type of guy that if you were to give him Viagra, all he would do is grow taller.  We are entitled to our opinions and will publish them freely. This blog isn’t solely about these narcissistic idiots, the Polombos - it’s about what they represent.  Corruption, ineptitude and lying dirty cops under the worst public official our city has ever seen.

We will publish our thoughts, send representatives to CALEA meetings, meet with City council, meet with the media, solicit dirt on, tell anyone and everyone about, express our opinions, and publish the opinions of the world, using any forum we so choose.  We will openly and publicly take photos of nameplates (and encourage others to do so) that we or others have made, and it is not identity theft or harassment!  The First Amendment allows us to do so and no one is ever going to stop us and no one is forcing anyone to read this blog.  The more you talk and investigate, the more we publish.

So Mike and Heather - take heed.  Why don't you both just STFU? Our sources tell us neither of you plan on taking the witness stand in any harassment case anyway, because you would be asked about blowjobs in park lots, cover ups, your ineptitude, how Mike's daughter hates his friggin guts and how true these statements are.  So what's the point?  Just STFU and drive on over to Marshalls, TJ MAXX or wherever Mike shops for clothes, and buy him something that fits.

Besides, you don't have a son named Opie (based upon your womanizing reputation in the PPD an illegitimate child out there possibly, but no Opie). You only have a 15 year old daughter who witnessed your road rage incident and was put in grave danger based upon your conduct that sunny afternoon…just read the Internal Affairs report which was sustained against you!

Potential employers: It is my understanding that Andy has been the subject of two Internal Affairs investigations regarding his inability to control his temper. Once involved his road rage incident, and the second involved his outburst at the PLEA office.

Do you want someone with this background working for your company or institution? Imagine how you will be looked upon by your superiors if Sheriff Andy goes off soon after you recommended hiring him! Nothing I’d want to be involved in! I'm sure he would be okay...but what if he wasn't??? Who would have ever thought he would go, in police uniform, to the officer's union (PLEA) and have it out with several community leaders resulting in his criminal trespass from the PLEA office? Is that what you want? Do you want
someone who cannot control themselves having an outburst with your boss?

Good Cops in the Phoenix Police Department - Motor Cops Give Jeff the Blogger a Gift!

We always knew we had supporters in the Phoenix PD, but their colors really came through in the form of a gift. A hat was given to Jeff from Phoenix Motor cops.  Check out the photos:

One can see the motor emblem on the hat and they also went through the trouble of embroidering Jeff the Blogger’s last name on it too! 

The good cops who gave the hat said this is the ultimate insult to Chief Jack Ass Harris since he was a motor, and for whatever reason motors tend to hate Jack more than any group we’ve met. We were told this hat is "Official Uniform of the Phoenix PD” and this may only be purchased by bonifide cops in Phoenix who show their badge.

Don’t worry – Jeff has already been warned to “alter” this hat in someway – otherwise little Theron Quaas will convene another Grand Jury with Ted Campagnolo to indict him on ARS 13-2406, Impersonating a Police Officer and then subsequently
jaywalking, littering and more harassment and computer fraud charges.

These same folks have promised him all other sorts of paraphernalia including shirts, flat badges, etc. all with his name and Chief Jack Ass Harris' badge number! When we get them, we will post photos!

A big shout out to Phoenix Motorcycle cops and Jeff thanks you again for the hat. And thanks to the folks who sent Jeff the PLEA sticker and 100 CLUB sticker for his car.  This just goes to show that we have more friends and supporters then Chief Jack Ass Harris.

The Goudeau Home is Robbed on Wednesday – Or Was It a Ruse Constructed By Public Safety Manager Jack Harris and Phoenix Homicide?

We received word that the home of Wendy and Mark Goudeau was robbed on Wednesday, July 14 (Bastille Day.) Wendy explains that while she left for a couple of hours to visit Mark someone gained entry to her home, taking laptops and phones. So the question we all want answered is: Was this really a robbery or just a ruse?

Let’s look at the history here.

We have blogged about Wendy, Mark and their home numerous times before. We are not conspiracy theorists at all. Quite the contrary. We don’t think the World Trade Center was an inside job, but we believe and know Jack Harris and the Phoenix PD are corrupt shitbags. We hear it all the time from good cops and good employees in the City of Phoenix.  Wendy’s home is around 1000 square feet. If you want to visualize 1000 square feet, go step outside and find 5-6 consecutive parking spaces. It’s not a very big area but comfortable enough for Mark and Wendy.

We know their home has been search officially 4 times by the Phoenix PD.  The first time Mark Goudeau was on parole so the Phoenix PD didn’t need a warrant. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th time a warrant was served since Mark wasn’t physically living there. It is rumored that one of these warrants was run by Heather Polombo (the second time the police visited, or warrant number 1). It wasn’t until the 3rd search warrant (the 4th time the cops visited) did they find the infamous jewelry - alleged to be from some victims in the Baseline murders. Jewelry that was absent of all DNA – not a single trace – yet stuffed in a shoe in the bedroom.

So the Phoenix PD want us to believe that while in jail this construction worker Mark Goudeau was diabolic enough to take trophies from these victims, clean them down with Clorox to eliminate all traces of DNA (including his own), then stuffed them in a bag, in a shoe, on a shelf in plain view, in a home that is 1000 square feet. The Phoenix PD didn't and couldn't find these trophies and no one in the Goudeau family found them, after three prior search warrants and one other search had been served? And during the time from the 1st search through the 4th search, Wendy Goudeau never noticed a shoe, in plain view with a bag of jewelry in it AND didn't either attempt to hide it, destroy it or give it to the police - jewelry that was so unremarkable, it could have been purchased at any WalMart?

WOW  That's an impressive feat. So if this is their theory, then the Phoenix PD are openly admitting they can't executed search warrants and missed three times this important evidence?  If they won't admit to this, then there absolutely has to be someone else involved with or committing these murders (and hiding the jewelry in the shoe for Mark) and they have yet to be captured.   How did the jewelry get there if Mark is in jail and the Phoenix police missed it?

None of it makes any sense.

So Mark was extremely brilliant, but amazingly inept? Diabolical - yet lazy? The Phoenix PD can't find key evidence in 1000 square feet of house, with 3 attempts? Then why bother serving a search warrant or maybe they should go back to search warrant school!  One would think by watching TV cop shows, the top places one might look is under a bed, in a refrigerator, in a night stand drawer, or in a shoe.  We can only surmise this isn't taught in Search Warrant Execution school in Phoenix, Arizona with the Phoenix police department.  We wonder why the officer who “found” this jewelry, said during the search warrant, “Don’t worry, I’ll take the bedroom alone” and then “found” this cache of Walmart trophies in a shoe in plain view, all by himself.

So is the Goudeau robbery a 5th raid by the Phoenix PD or is it a truly a robbery? Let’s look at some facts as we see them:

1) Wendy spends a lot of time at home. Her home was robbed when she went to go visit Mark in jail. It's sort of an interesting time for a home to be robbed, a time and place where the Phoenix PD know her whereabouts. Are we to believe that someone is scoping out this 1000 square foot home, waiting in 116 degree heat with 30+ percent humidity, for the 2 hour window to steal laptops and a cell phone, or is it a brazen coincidence?

2) When the officers arrived, they appeared aloof. One is rumored to have called Alex Femenia, which can be easily confirmed with a cell phone trace. Is it standard to call Alex Femenia on this case, while he works for the County Prosecutor’s office? That just seems to be an odd phone call to make. (note: we better request those records now or they may be lost – like Mark Goudeau’s were that proved he wasn’t in the area of at least several murders.)

3) There was no sign of forced entry on the Goudeau home and the place was not overturned. Two laptops and a cell phone were stolen among some other small pieces of jewelry. We sent our own roving reporter down to the Goudeau house to take our own photos of the crime scene (the cops didn’t take any…one would think they would on such a high profile case…No?). See for yourself.

Nothing was overturned. Nothing was jimmied. Nothing was disheveled, Nothing broken. Very “clean”.  Nothing left behind. 

Now stop and think for a second….who might be interested in knowing who Wendy talks to and what is on Wendy’s computer? Do you think Jack Harris and his band of homicide assclowns might want to see if Rusty Stuart, Dave Barnes, Phil Roberts, PLEA or any other good cops are communicating with Wendy Goudeau?

Maybe. It's plausible.

But you have to admit, this “robbery” is a bit odd and the follow up is a bit odd, knowing the history of this case.  The whole thing should just create some pause knowing the corrupt history of Jack Harris and the Phoenix Police Department.

We found out about it by 4 PM. We had four different sources confirm the “robbery.”  All were current, active Phoenix PD officers.

Two of them told us flat out they though Jack Harris was involved, though they couldn’t prove it. One said she was 100% sure Harris was behind it.  They all agreed that there is so much “reasonable doubt” on this case it is surely headed towards a mistrial.

They equally agreed Jack Ass Harris and his band of rouge, corrupt dirty assclown cops are scared and desperate, and will attempt anything and destroy anyone who crossed their path.

Why Is Public Safety Manager Jack Harris Lying In His Most Recent Declaration Against SB 1070? Because That’s What Corrupt, Dirty Cops Do!

We have a lot of nicknames for Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris – Chief Jack Ass, Dick Shine, Dick Cheese, Horses Ass, Fucktard, and Assclown – among many other colorful and funny names. We're pretty sure our many loyal cop friends can add a few, but what they won’t know is we get to add LIAR to that list. It’s pretty clear when cops lie (technically called perjury) there doesn’t seem to be any consequences as we learned recently with the dirty, lying bug eater Theron Quaas and the refusal of the Attorney General’s office and the Phoenix Police department to investigate the lies.

But Jack Harris’ recent declaration that he signed, “under penalty of perjury is the foregoing is true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief,” denouncing Senate Bill 1070, is a flat out lie.

First and foremost, every citizen in Phoenix should be outraged that our own Public Safety Manager idiot doesn’t give a crap about public safety and openly denounces and supports the various lawsuits being logged against SB1070. Home invasions, illegal immigration, drug cartels and not allowing good cops to purchase their own rifles to defend themselves, is just a taste of what Jack Harris sanctions in the city of Phoenix. The polls show not only do many of us support SB1070, but other States are following a similar path to draft their own versions of the bill. Clearly the democratic ticket and Jack and Connie Harris’ personal opportunities in Washington DC take precedence over the citizenry in Phoenix.

I have been employed with the Phoenix Police Department for 38 years and I have served as the Chief since 2004. As the Chief, I am responsible for protecting and ensuring the public safety of all people living and traveling in my jurisdiction…

Umm…no you haven’t Jack.

Hate to break it to you, but Jack Harris was chief of the Phoenix Police until January of 2007 at which time he resigned. He left for two weeks to buy some slums in La Jolla, CA, then came back as the Public Safety Manager for the city of Phoenix - a supposed new job, new title with new responsibilities all so that he can collect his retirement pension and still have a job.  He should have been recertified by AZ Post and received a new badge number. He polishes his 5th star thinking he is the chief of Police, all while stealing from every good cop's pension fund.  A real chief of police would be contributing portions of their $6,000 weekly salary to the fund, while all Jack Harris does is drain the pension fund without contributing to future recipients.

Amazing how a dirty lying cop like Jack Ass Harris is allowed to get away with perjury at the Federal level?

Jack Harris goes onto to state:

"The new SB1070 may also adversely impact the department's ability to fulfill its investigative priorities because its implementation will require the department to reassign officers from critical areas."

Ohhh…you mean like the big Polombo harassment, computer fraud and nameplate investigation? Is that a critical area Jack that you simply can’t redeploy resources? We think Theron Quaas could do something useful in a redeployment; like grow a foot taller or buy a better suit!

Hey Jack (since we know you read this) – a little birdy told us (actually someone on your staff…) that you were pissed that Harold Hurtt got the job as the new director for the Office of State and Local Coordination (OSLC).

That must have been a big blow to your ego knowing that an inept drunk got the post.

Wasn’t it a golf course incident a few years back where Harold Hurtt was drunker then Lindsay Lohan on a Saturday night, and a big cover up ensued? Wasn’t the motor named Wally who tried to talk to Hurtt, but all Hurtt was interested in were his golf clubs out of the trunk of his take home vehicle?

Or how about the time Harold Hurtt’s wife went into the sex club/strip club and told everyone to leave because a search warrant was about to be served and the warrant serving cops were mysteriously told to stand down on the search warrant for no apparent reason, or at least until the place was empty? HA! We’ve got tons of stories like these!

That should say something as the “kidnapping capital of the world” (behind Mexico city) that you didn’t get the job and Hurtt did!  I bet Harold Hurtt is laughing all the way to a titty bar!

Phoenix Police Officer Phil Roberts Memo To Lieutenant Linda Meraz in Professional Standards Bureau, Citing Extreme Work Place Retaliation – Dated February 26, 2010

Well...Linda Meraz doesn’t appear to be helping you Phil. Geez PSB can’t and won’t investigate anything against Jack or one of his FOJs.

Phil you really didn't expect these assclowns to call you or your rep to discuss it...did you? We also heard that "they" were really pissed that these memos keep getting posted and they specifically asked that no more Phil Roberts memos be posted.   Oh well...

 Chief Jack Ass Harris doesn't care about his employees and he couldn't care less about you either - based on these memos.

Speaking of…we heard a rumor that back in the mid 90s (maybe 1997?) Chief Jack Ass Harris posed shirtless as a Lieutenant on a motorcycle for a calendar. Rumor has it that Jack Ass Harris’ hairy chest was that of a 70s porn actor.  Can we all say "douchbag?"  At the time, Harris got a lot of shit for the photo and thus began his "jackass" nickname.

We know someone out there has a copy of this calendar. We will pay handsomely for a copy of this photo/calendar and want to post the shirtless, hairy-chested Chief Jack Ass on his Harley.

We have gift certificates to Best Buy, PF Changs, Gas cards at Shell or Exxon or we will pay cash - your choice.  If you have it, it might be best to let us scan the original so it can't be traced back to you - unless of course you don't care.  We wouldn't want a little lying bug-eater to raid your home too.

And one more thing …we received a lot of comments on PLEA - both on the Blog and at hushmail (the secret and best way to email us since it is based in Canada and won’t respond to subpoenas based in the US) specifically Levi Bolton and how their focus isn’t Jack Harris anymore. Many have asked us to comment on this.

Our position remains the same since the beginning – Many have thought this site was owned, managed and run by either Mark Spencer or Billy Coleman. Many think we are tied to PLEA. Neither of course are true.

We think a Union should support it employees and members, fully, completely and unequivocally. We think that PLEA should focus on the Chief Jack Ass as the worst public official this city has seen and should push the DOJ for a consent decree. We think PLEA, from time2time needs to be reminded of the priorities and not get lost in the weeds. We also think they should get a better spokesperson, one who doesn’t sound like Porky Pig. We think that in order to kill a snake, you need to cut off the head. We have never agreed 100% with PLEA and frankly we don’t care to;  and our own success is not predicated on it.

We don’t pacify PLEA and they don’t pacify us. We know many of our constituents are members of PLEA and PPSLA and we only provide advice on what we think should be done. We think that the value of any Union is their ability and power to make change and provide a better environment for its members. When necessary, a Union should bring an organization to its knees, via civil disobedience and sometimes rash, harsh messages that end up being change agents in the long run. We also think that if a Union isn’t working hard enough and “gives up” then you need new people to run your Union. While none of us personally belong to a Union, we have all had family members who did and they always tell stories how their Unions never gave up and fought for them (whatever the problem) until the bitter end…and then some!

That's our stance.  Enough said.

Blogger Jeff’s Response from Ed Zuercher and David Cavasos, on His Complaint of Perjury by the Lying Dick – Theron Quaas

In early May, Blogger Jeff sent letters alleging all kinds of Ops Order violations, on the lying detective "DICK" Theron Quaas. Letters have been sent to David Cavasos, Ed Zuercher, the US Attorney Kevin Burke and to AZPost on Theron Quaas’ multiple perjury testomonies.  This occured not only during blogger Jeff’s and Dave Barnes’ case, but they found a case in the city of Maricopa where Theron Quaas lied as a borrowed errand boy for Phoenix Police chief Jack "Ass Harris.  We blogged all about Theron Quaas and his lying here and why we think he should be added to BRADY:

We continually here from our internal sources how little Theron wants the brass ring so badly, he goes around messing with cops at the request of Chief Jack "Ass" Harris.  Maybe Theron's latest job will be to wax Jack Harris' new Corvette his wife Connie bought him.  Remember Biff at the end of Back to the Future II?

Besides the obvious criminal element, here are the Operations Orders Theron Quaas violated by lying to a Grand Jury –and it is a Class E violation (these are taken word4word, directly from the Phoenix Police Department's own Operations Orders - thanks to the good Phoenix cops who let us know which one's to look for...)

Violations of Operations Order 1.1, section 2, subsection B2 (page 1)– “We pledge total accountability for our actions” Part C1 – The unique service we provide to the community demands the highest degree of public trust, and we will not tolerate the violation of that trust; Part C2 - We demand the highest degree of integrity and professionalism from all members of the department; Part C3 - We aspire to the highest ideals of personal conduct in every word and deed, and our behavior should inspire and sustain the confidence in the community.

Violation of Operations Order 3.13, section 6A, subsection 1 (page 11) – Employee Truthfulness – a lie is defined as presenting false material, information or concealing material and or relevant facts or evidence. This can occur by omissions, statements, conduct, or assertions which the employee knows or believes are false, misleading or deceptive. Part 2 – Employees will not lie during any Department criminal and/or administrative investigation or in matters of legitimate concern to the Department, which includes but is not limited to: Submission of Department reports, Testify in Court.


Classification Guidance Criteria – Operations Order 3.18 – Addendum A (Page 8 of REV 12/09) CLASS E – Critical Violation and disregard of policy – The conduct was so outrageous that attempts to correct performance would be fruitless, The employees actions violated the code of ethics, oath of office or basic Department values, The incident involved an integrity issue related to a criminal or internal investigation.

Request for Operations Order 2.13 Administrative Procedures Section 16D (page 13) Examples of actions for which the AzPOST board may revoke or suspend peace officer certification include, but are not limited to (in part) – Commission of a Felony, an offense which would be a felony if committed in this state, or an offense involving dishonestly…, malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance in office, any other conduct or pattern of conduct that would tend to disrupt, diminish, or otherwise jeopardize public trust in the law enforcement profession.

It will be interesting to see what the State’s Attorney General and the Attorney of this case Ted Campagnolo will do.

This puts them in a pickle since Ted Campagnolo openly admitted in the dismissed charges that Quaas committed perjury or in his own publishes words "Quaas' testimony was incorrect."  It is very clear how Theron Quaas lied and what he lied about to get his bogus Indictment.  He actually left the room, and came back and made it a point to lie.  It's all on page 68 of the Grand Jury transcript, dated January 4, 2010.  It wasn't just the one time, it was several instances of Theron Quaas' "testimony being incorrect" to the Grand Jury.

How do you work for a cop like Phoenix Police Lieutenant Laurel (Lauri) Burgett? Very carefully it appears. The more we read about this worthless snatch, the more angered we become that she is a Phoenix cop leading anyone, anywhere and protecting citizens in our city.

In this latest installment of memos by Phil Roberts, this one is authored to Marquita Beene the Equal Opportunity Department Investigator. Phil Roberts points out numerous instance of work place retaliation by Lieutenant Lauri Burgett , Chief Jack Ass Harris and his band of thugs.
