In this latest installment of memos by Phil Roberts, this one is authored to Marquita Beene the Equal Opportunity Department Investigator. Phil Roberts points out numerous instance of work place retaliation by Lieutenant Lauri Burgett , Chief Jack Ass Harris and his band of thugs.
We know one thing – Phil loves to write and we thank the good Phoenix cops who provided these to us. We know more are coming to us and we hear that even some have gone to the US attorney Kevin Burke with some juicy stuff on Jack.

What did you expect? Mike Parra has been fucking Lauri Burgett for years.
Does anyone know an update on Eric Edwards? Is he back to work?
Eric is a good man, just surrounded by a bunch of incompetence!
I have never heard anything about a relationship between Burgett
and Parra. Please tell us more!
Well, no balls City Manager David Covasoz or Assistant City Manager
Ed Zuecher had the courage to meet with Sergeant Phil Roberts today
to discuss the abuse Phil has been subjected to by Jack-off Harris
and his band of cronies (Jim Pina, Andy Anderson, Stan Hoover,
etc.), so they had a spineless Assistant City Manager, Rick
Naimark, and "Heston Silbery hates my sissy ass" Commander Dave
Harvey meet with him today and see if they could resolve the city's
unfair treatment of Sergeant Roberts. Don't know what the final
outcome will be but I will keep you posted once Mrs. Naimark an
Mrs. Harvey make their decision. Don't keep your fingers crossed.
Hey Phil Gordon, I think I saw an Oxycontin tablet on the men's room floor at the local bath house today. It was covered in men's pubic hair. Was it yours?

I think we all owe City Manager David Cavasoz and Assistant City
Manager Ed Zuecher a huge "thank you" for overturning Chief Harris
horrible decision for not allowing our Honor Guard IN UNIFORM to
attend Fallen Police Officer Week in Washington DC.
Be sure you read both the article and Will Buevidas letter to
Cavasoz and Zuecher.
A big thank you to Will Buevidas as well for having the balls to
stand up for what is right. When is Cavasoz and Zuecher going to
realize Jack and his band of idiots cannot make the right decision
even on the obvious ones much less his continuing retaliation
against PLEA?
This is the guy running the police department in our city and he
can't even realize what a huge blunder and morale killer he was in
this horrible decision? I guess Jack has forgotten about the 35
Phoenix Police Officers who have given their lives to the citizens
of Phoenix?
C'mon David and Ed, enough is enough. Let Jack save face and offer
him some type of buyout to get him to resign if you don't have the
guts to fire him. Remember Assistant City Manager Sheryl
Sculley...she had the guts to give three blundering assistant
chiefs a payout to resign immediately. What can't Cavasoz do the
same thing for Jack...well, he can!
Did ya all hear that Jack's wife recently bought him a new
$80,000.00 Corvette for his birthday? Boy, he has sure earned that
hasn't he? Not sure if it is true but that is what I heard. David
and Ed....do you drive brand new Corvettes or do you drive five
year old Ford Taurus' like most of us do so we can make ends meet?
Seems a little elitist and spoiled to me!
David and Ed; your stock will rise immensley once you get Jack to
move on.
Why isnt anyone screamin about the fact that another PPD officer
was gunned down by a bad guy who had a semi auto rifle? We are
carrying pea-shooters and the bad guys have auto and semi-auto
guns. Why arent the politicians, PLEA, city council, Mayor Gordon
and everyone else on Chief Harris's ass for delaying a decision on
long rifles. Am I the only one who gets it?
The reason no one is crying about a cop that got gunned down, is because no one cares about cops. Choose a job, take the consequences. Cops are above the law. Clearly from what is posted on this blog. with there attitude and corruption comes dying and getting shot.
