The Goudeau Home is Robbed on Wednesday – Or Was It a Ruse Constructed By Public Safety Manager Jack Harris and Phoenix Homicide?

We received word that the home of Wendy and Mark Goudeau was robbed on Wednesday, July 14 (Bastille Day.) Wendy explains that while she left for a couple of hours to visit Mark someone gained entry to her home, taking laptops and phones. So the question we all want answered is: Was this really a robbery or just a ruse?

Let’s look at the history here.

We have blogged about Wendy, Mark and their home numerous times before. We are not conspiracy theorists at all. Quite the contrary. We don’t think the World Trade Center was an inside job, but we believe and know Jack Harris and the Phoenix PD are corrupt shitbags. We hear it all the time from good cops and good employees in the City of Phoenix.  Wendy’s home is around 1000 square feet. If you want to visualize 1000 square feet, go step outside and find 5-6 consecutive parking spaces. It’s not a very big area but comfortable enough for Mark and Wendy.

We know their home has been search officially 4 times by the Phoenix PD.  The first time Mark Goudeau was on parole so the Phoenix PD didn’t need a warrant. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th time a warrant was served since Mark wasn’t physically living there. It is rumored that one of these warrants was run by Heather Polombo (the second time the police visited, or warrant number 1). It wasn’t until the 3rd search warrant (the 4th time the cops visited) did they find the infamous jewelry - alleged to be from some victims in the Baseline murders. Jewelry that was absent of all DNA – not a single trace – yet stuffed in a shoe in the bedroom.

So the Phoenix PD want us to believe that while in jail this construction worker Mark Goudeau was diabolic enough to take trophies from these victims, clean them down with Clorox to eliminate all traces of DNA (including his own), then stuffed them in a bag, in a shoe, on a shelf in plain view, in a home that is 1000 square feet. The Phoenix PD didn't and couldn't find these trophies and no one in the Goudeau family found them, after three prior search warrants and one other search had been served? And during the time from the 1st search through the 4th search, Wendy Goudeau never noticed a shoe, in plain view with a bag of jewelry in it AND didn't either attempt to hide it, destroy it or give it to the police - jewelry that was so unremarkable, it could have been purchased at any WalMart?

WOW  That's an impressive feat. So if this is their theory, then the Phoenix PD are openly admitting they can't executed search warrants and missed three times this important evidence?  If they won't admit to this, then there absolutely has to be someone else involved with or committing these murders (and hiding the jewelry in the shoe for Mark) and they have yet to be captured.   How did the jewelry get there if Mark is in jail and the Phoenix police missed it?

None of it makes any sense.

So Mark was extremely brilliant, but amazingly inept? Diabolical - yet lazy? The Phoenix PD can't find key evidence in 1000 square feet of house, with 3 attempts? Then why bother serving a search warrant or maybe they should go back to search warrant school!  One would think by watching TV cop shows, the top places one might look is under a bed, in a refrigerator, in a night stand drawer, or in a shoe.  We can only surmise this isn't taught in Search Warrant Execution school in Phoenix, Arizona with the Phoenix police department.  We wonder why the officer who “found” this jewelry, said during the search warrant, “Don’t worry, I’ll take the bedroom alone” and then “found” this cache of Walmart trophies in a shoe in plain view, all by himself.

So is the Goudeau robbery a 5th raid by the Phoenix PD or is it a truly a robbery? Let’s look at some facts as we see them:

1) Wendy spends a lot of time at home. Her home was robbed when she went to go visit Mark in jail. It's sort of an interesting time for a home to be robbed, a time and place where the Phoenix PD know her whereabouts. Are we to believe that someone is scoping out this 1000 square foot home, waiting in 116 degree heat with 30+ percent humidity, for the 2 hour window to steal laptops and a cell phone, or is it a brazen coincidence?

2) When the officers arrived, they appeared aloof. One is rumored to have called Alex Femenia, which can be easily confirmed with a cell phone trace. Is it standard to call Alex Femenia on this case, while he works for the County Prosecutor’s office? That just seems to be an odd phone call to make. (note: we better request those records now or they may be lost – like Mark Goudeau’s were that proved he wasn’t in the area of at least several murders.)

3) There was no sign of forced entry on the Goudeau home and the place was not overturned. Two laptops and a cell phone were stolen among some other small pieces of jewelry. We sent our own roving reporter down to the Goudeau house to take our own photos of the crime scene (the cops didn’t take any…one would think they would on such a high profile case…No?). See for yourself.

Nothing was overturned. Nothing was jimmied. Nothing was disheveled, Nothing broken. Very “clean”.  Nothing left behind. 

Now stop and think for a second….who might be interested in knowing who Wendy talks to and what is on Wendy’s computer? Do you think Jack Harris and his band of homicide assclowns might want to see if Rusty Stuart, Dave Barnes, Phil Roberts, PLEA or any other good cops are communicating with Wendy Goudeau?

Maybe. It's plausible.

But you have to admit, this “robbery” is a bit odd and the follow up is a bit odd, knowing the history of this case.  The whole thing should just create some pause knowing the corrupt history of Jack Harris and the Phoenix Police Department.

We found out about it by 4 PM. We had four different sources confirm the “robbery.”  All were current, active Phoenix PD officers.

Two of them told us flat out they though Jack Harris was involved, though they couldn’t prove it. One said she was 100% sure Harris was behind it.  They all agreed that there is so much “reasonable doubt” on this case it is surely headed towards a mistrial.

They equally agreed Jack Ass Harris and his band of rouge, corrupt dirty assclown cops are scared and desperate, and will attempt anything and destroy anyone who crossed their path.

Why Is Public Safety Manager Jack Harris Lying In His Most Recent Declaration Against SB 1070? Because That’s What Corrupt, Dirty Cops Do!

We have a lot of nicknames for Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris – Chief Jack Ass, Dick Shine, Dick Cheese, Horses Ass, Fucktard, and Assclown – among many other colorful and funny names. We're pretty sure our many loyal cop friends can add a few, but what they won’t know is we get to add LIAR to that list. It’s pretty clear when cops lie (technically called perjury) there doesn’t seem to be any consequences as we learned recently with the dirty, lying bug eater Theron Quaas and the refusal of the Attorney General’s office and the Phoenix Police department to investigate the lies.

But Jack Harris’ recent declaration that he signed, “under penalty of perjury is the foregoing is true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief,” denouncing Senate Bill 1070, is a flat out lie.

First and foremost, every citizen in Phoenix should be outraged that our own Public Safety Manager idiot doesn’t give a crap about public safety and openly denounces and supports the various lawsuits being logged against SB1070. Home invasions, illegal immigration, drug cartels and not allowing good cops to purchase their own rifles to defend themselves, is just a taste of what Jack Harris sanctions in the city of Phoenix. The polls show not only do many of us support SB1070, but other States are following a similar path to draft their own versions of the bill. Clearly the democratic ticket and Jack and Connie Harris’ personal opportunities in Washington DC take precedence over the citizenry in Phoenix.

I have been employed with the Phoenix Police Department for 38 years and I have served as the Chief since 2004. As the Chief, I am responsible for protecting and ensuring the public safety of all people living and traveling in my jurisdiction…

Umm…no you haven’t Jack.

Hate to break it to you, but Jack Harris was chief of the Phoenix Police until January of 2007 at which time he resigned. He left for two weeks to buy some slums in La Jolla, CA, then came back as the Public Safety Manager for the city of Phoenix - a supposed new job, new title with new responsibilities all so that he can collect his retirement pension and still have a job.  He should have been recertified by AZ Post and received a new badge number. He polishes his 5th star thinking he is the chief of Police, all while stealing from every good cop's pension fund.  A real chief of police would be contributing portions of their $6,000 weekly salary to the fund, while all Jack Harris does is drain the pension fund without contributing to future recipients.

Amazing how a dirty lying cop like Jack Ass Harris is allowed to get away with perjury at the Federal level?

Jack Harris goes onto to state:

"The new SB1070 may also adversely impact the department's ability to fulfill its investigative priorities because its implementation will require the department to reassign officers from critical areas."

Ohhh…you mean like the big Polombo harassment, computer fraud and nameplate investigation? Is that a critical area Jack that you simply can’t redeploy resources? We think Theron Quaas could do something useful in a redeployment; like grow a foot taller or buy a better suit!

Hey Jack (since we know you read this) – a little birdy told us (actually someone on your staff…) that you were pissed that Harold Hurtt got the job as the new director for the Office of State and Local Coordination (OSLC).

That must have been a big blow to your ego knowing that an inept drunk got the post.

Wasn’t it a golf course incident a few years back where Harold Hurtt was drunker then Lindsay Lohan on a Saturday night, and a big cover up ensued? Wasn’t the motor named Wally who tried to talk to Hurtt, but all Hurtt was interested in were his golf clubs out of the trunk of his take home vehicle?

Or how about the time Harold Hurtt’s wife went into the sex club/strip club and told everyone to leave because a search warrant was about to be served and the warrant serving cops were mysteriously told to stand down on the search warrant for no apparent reason, or at least until the place was empty? HA! We’ve got tons of stories like these!

That should say something as the “kidnapping capital of the world” (behind Mexico city) that you didn’t get the job and Hurtt did!  I bet Harold Hurtt is laughing all the way to a titty bar!

Well...Linda Meraz doesn’t appear to be helping you Phil. Geez PSB can’t and won’t investigate anything against Jack or one of his FOJs.

Phil you really didn't expect these assclowns to call you or your rep to discuss it...did you? We also heard that "they" were really pissed that these memos keep getting posted and they specifically asked that no more Phil Roberts memos be posted.   Oh well...

 Chief Jack Ass Harris doesn't care about his employees and he couldn't care less about you either - based on these memos.

Speaking of…we heard a rumor that back in the mid 90s (maybe 1997?) Chief Jack Ass Harris posed shirtless as a Lieutenant on a motorcycle for a calendar. Rumor has it that Jack Ass Harris’ hairy chest was that of a 70s porn actor.  Can we all say "douchbag?"  At the time, Harris got a lot of shit for the photo and thus began his "jackass" nickname.

We know someone out there has a copy of this calendar. We will pay handsomely for a copy of this photo/calendar and want to post the shirtless, hairy-chested Chief Jack Ass on his Harley.

We have gift certificates to Best Buy, PF Changs, Gas cards at Shell or Exxon or we will pay cash - your choice.  If you have it, it might be best to let us scan the original so it can't be traced back to you - unless of course you don't care.  We wouldn't want a little lying bug-eater to raid your home too.

And one more thing …we received a lot of comments on PLEA - both on the Blog and at hushmail (the secret and best way to email us since it is based in Canada and won’t respond to subpoenas based in the US) specifically Levi Bolton and how their focus isn’t Jack Harris anymore. Many have asked us to comment on this.

Our position remains the same since the beginning – Many have thought this site was owned, managed and run by either Mark Spencer or Billy Coleman. Many think we are tied to PLEA. Neither of course are true.

We think a Union should support it employees and members, fully, completely and unequivocally. We think that PLEA should focus on the Chief Jack Ass as the worst public official this city has seen and should push the DOJ for a consent decree. We think PLEA, from time2time needs to be reminded of the priorities and not get lost in the weeds. We also think they should get a better spokesperson, one who doesn’t sound like Porky Pig. We think that in order to kill a snake, you need to cut off the head. We have never agreed 100% with PLEA and frankly we don’t care to;  and our own success is not predicated on it.

We don’t pacify PLEA and they don’t pacify us. We know many of our constituents are members of PLEA and PPSLA and we only provide advice on what we think should be done. We think that the value of any Union is their ability and power to make change and provide a better environment for its members. When necessary, a Union should bring an organization to its knees, via civil disobedience and sometimes rash, harsh messages that end up being change agents in the long run. We also think that if a Union isn’t working hard enough and “gives up” then you need new people to run your Union. While none of us personally belong to a Union, we have all had family members who did and they always tell stories how their Unions never gave up and fought for them (whatever the problem) until the bitter end…and then some!

That's our stance.  Enough said.

Blogger Jeff’s Response from Ed Zuercher and David Cavasos, on His Complaint of Perjury by the Lying Dick – Theron Quaas

In early May, Blogger Jeff sent letters alleging all kinds of Ops Order violations, on the lying detective "DICK" Theron Quaas. Letters have been sent to David Cavasos, Ed Zuercher, the US Attorney Kevin Burke and to AZPost on Theron Quaas’ multiple perjury testomonies.  This occured not only during blogger Jeff’s and Dave Barnes’ case, but they found a case in the city of Maricopa where Theron Quaas lied as a borrowed errand boy for Phoenix Police chief Jack "Ass Harris.  We blogged all about Theron Quaas and his lying here and why we think he should be added to BRADY:

We continually here from our internal sources how little Theron wants the brass ring so badly, he goes around messing with cops at the request of Chief Jack "Ass" Harris.  Maybe Theron's latest job will be to wax Jack Harris' new Corvette his wife Connie bought him.  Remember Biff at the end of Back to the Future II?

Besides the obvious criminal element, here are the Operations Orders Theron Quaas violated by lying to a Grand Jury –and it is a Class E violation (these are taken word4word, directly from the Phoenix Police Department's own Operations Orders - thanks to the good Phoenix cops who let us know which one's to look for...)

Violations of Operations Order 1.1, section 2, subsection B2 (page 1)– “We pledge total accountability for our actions” Part C1 – The unique service we provide to the community demands the highest degree of public trust, and we will not tolerate the violation of that trust; Part C2 - We demand the highest degree of integrity and professionalism from all members of the department; Part C3 - We aspire to the highest ideals of personal conduct in every word and deed, and our behavior should inspire and sustain the confidence in the community.

Violation of Operations Order 3.13, section 6A, subsection 1 (page 11) – Employee Truthfulness – a lie is defined as presenting false material, information or concealing material and or relevant facts or evidence. This can occur by omissions, statements, conduct, or assertions which the employee knows or believes are false, misleading or deceptive. Part 2 – Employees will not lie during any Department criminal and/or administrative investigation or in matters of legitimate concern to the Department, which includes but is not limited to: Submission of Department reports, Testify in Court.


Classification Guidance Criteria – Operations Order 3.18 – Addendum A (Page 8 of REV 12/09) CLASS E – Critical Violation and disregard of policy – The conduct was so outrageous that attempts to correct performance would be fruitless, The employees actions violated the code of ethics, oath of office or basic Department values, The incident involved an integrity issue related to a criminal or internal investigation.

Request for Operations Order 2.13 Administrative Procedures Section 16D (page 13) Examples of actions for which the AzPOST board may revoke or suspend peace officer certification include, but are not limited to (in part) – Commission of a Felony, an offense which would be a felony if committed in this state, or an offense involving dishonestly…, malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance in office, any other conduct or pattern of conduct that would tend to disrupt, diminish, or otherwise jeopardize public trust in the law enforcement profession.

It will be interesting to see what the State’s Attorney General and the Attorney of this case Ted Campagnolo will do.

This puts them in a pickle since Ted Campagnolo openly admitted in the dismissed charges that Quaas committed perjury or in his own publishes words "Quaas' testimony was incorrect."  It is very clear how Theron Quaas lied and what he lied about to get his bogus Indictment.  He actually left the room, and came back and made it a point to lie.  It's all on page 68 of the Grand Jury transcript, dated January 4, 2010.  It wasn't just the one time, it was several instances of Theron Quaas' "testimony being incorrect" to the Grand Jury.

How do you work for a cop like Phoenix Police Lieutenant Laurel (Lauri) Burgett? Very carefully it appears. The more we read about this worthless snatch, the more angered we become that she is a Phoenix cop leading anyone, anywhere and protecting citizens in our city.

In this latest installment of memos by Phil Roberts, this one is authored to Marquita Beene the Equal Opportunity Department Investigator. Phil Roberts points out numerous instance of work place retaliation by Lieutenant Lauri Burgett , Chief Jack Ass Harris and his band of thugs.





We know one thing – Phil loves to write and we thank the good Phoenix cops who provided these to us. We know more are coming to us and we hear that even some have gone to the US attorney Kevin Burke with some juicy stuff on Jack.

Phil Roberts Memo Number 3 - Dated December 31, 2009 – Looks like the Integrity Committee Doesn’t Have Any, And isn’t a Committee to Solve Anything in the City of Phoenix

After reading Officer Phil Roberts leaked memo and response to his Integrity Committee’s Letter , we are simply at a loss what the purpose of the Integrity Committee is and why they are powerless to act.

The more we read this stuff, the deeper we realize how fucked up and wrong the city of Phoenix is and the only hope appears to be outside help. There appears to be nothing in our city - no one with any balls, character or integrity - to stomp this rampant corruption.

Our chief of Police is the worst corrupt shitbag this city has even seen. Our mayor is on pussy patrol and hooked to oxycontin, and there isn’t a city council member or a committee to be found that will investigate or fix our city’s problems.

Phoenix Cops Face Mortgage Fraud Investigation

PHOENIX -- Phoenix Lieutenants Lee Brent Shaw and Mark Tallman are facing multiple investigations in connection with their involvement in a company called Better Choice Investments, a company that customers have claimed preys on people desperate to stay in their homes before scamming them out of the little money they have left.


Sheree Stevens rents a Scottsdale home with her two daughters. She says she lost her previous home and much more due to people she calls scum -- people with badges who she said should know better.

"I was drowning and I was just grabbing at anything to save my family," said Stevens.

Stevens said she and her husband Roy started a business that drug down their finances and caused them to get behind on their mortgage. She said It wasn't long before a company named Taken Care Of Investments called offering her help.

"They are very smooth talkers. They're salesmen," said Stevens.

She said the company offered her a deal known as a quit claim, where Taken Care Of Investments agreed to take care of her late payments, take over her deed, and allow her to buy back her home at any time for $15,000.

"We were trying to build a business and I was trying to save the house so we could have, basically, the American Dream," said Stevens.
At the end of her agreement, however, Stevens said she was slapped with trumped up fees and a bill $63,000 higher than the agreed upon price. When she refused to pay, Taken Care Of Investments, now working in conjunction with Better Choice Investments and Blue Islands LLC, threatened to seize her home.

"I was stuck and they did that on purpose. They dragged it out and did that on purpose," said Stevens.

Stevens is not alone in feeling scammed. This group of companies has been named in multiple lawsuits claiming fraud and misrepresentation, even "evil intent" to rip people from their homes and money.

According to legal documents and CBS5 sources, Two men with controlling interest in Better Choice Investments -- Phoenix Police Lts. Lee Brent Shaw and Mark Tallman.

"I was ashamed. I was embarrassed. I was furious. And to find out they were policemen, these are the people that are supposed to protect us, and this is what they do?" said Stevens.

Stevens said she paid the bill to try and save her house, but the following debt proved too much for her husband Roy, who killed himself last September.

"This created a lot of stress that he just couldn't deal with anymore, so you see how I feel guilty," said Stevens.

When Roy died, Stevens allowed the house to foreclose -- and on Christmas day -- the 43-year-old woman suffered a major heart attack. She said she blames herself for her loss, but doesn't want anyone else to fall victim to this deception.

"I literally have no empathy for those police officers. I really hope they go to jail and become somebody's girlfriend. Sorry," said Stevens.

Both Shaw and Tallman refused to comment to CBS 5 News. Sources close to the case who didn't want to be identified tell CBS 5 News the two officers are being investigated internally in the department and civilly by the Attorney General's office. As of Friday night, both officers are still on the force.

Leaked City Memo Number 2 – Cover Up and Conspiracy Within the Phoenix Police Department – Authored by a 24 Year Veteran Officer, Phil Roberts

This is our second installment in along line of memos we have received which were authored by Phoenix police officer Phil Roberts. What’s unfortunate is poor Phil will probably get blamed for leaking these, but nothing could be further from the truth. We received these (and other items like them) from reliable sources and good cops fed up with the corruption and ineptitude of Public Safety Manager Jack Harris. Cops loyal to us, more loyal then they are to their employer.

This memo dated February 19, 2010 mentions many similar cover-ups we have mentioned on this site. The cover-up that is germane to officer Roberts is the Hand Grenade incident we exposed last Fall. It also mentions again how a Phoenix City Auditor named Randy Spenla, claims that the only way to stop retaliatory measures levied on Phoenix Police department employees is to file a civil suit.

What’s frightening is when it came time to investigate both Lieutenant Lauri Burgett and Lieutenant Lisa Messina on the Hand Grenade fiasco, both were found to have done nothing wrong. If you recall these two cackling hens were at lunch and ordered Phil and company to stand down, while they discussed their menstrual cycles over quiche and salads. Officer Roberts makes the claim that perhaps Mayor Phil Gordon got involved in this hand grenade mess for political posturing as Lieutenant Burgett has been known to brag about having Phil Gordon’s cell phone programmed into her phone. This should be easy to find with a public records request or a subpoena.

It appears that an Integrity Committee doesn’t exist in the City of Phoenix and at this juncture, if you are Phoenix City Employees and experience work place retaliation, your best bet is to call Jess Lorona and file a civil suit. Nothing else will work and you will be wasting your time pursuing any other venue.

Phil you may relish in the fact that most probably Chief Jack Ass Harris goes home each night and while downing a bottle of Jack Daniels with ulcer pills, wishes he investigated Little Louie Tovar and Bullet-in-the-Ass Brokaw; and fired them both. LOL!

We hear that Officer Phil Roberts has recently authored a few more memos as of a few weeks ago. We will be getting those this weekend, thanks to our contacts in the Phoenix Police Department. Maybe we should just stop with all the clandestine meetings and just go down to 620 ourselves to pick them up?

Phoenix Police Detective Theron Quaas and Why This Lying Bad Phoenix Cop Needs to Be Fired and Added to BRADY

Cops lying seem to be the norm in the Phoenix police department. We see rampant lies so much we begin to wonder if it is a class taught in the police academy. Along with this lying we have quickly surmised why the old-time slang for any police detective is a the word “DICK.”

Mavbe the lying is isolated to the Central Avenue building and FIB. Maybe its something that Jeoffrey Hynes supports and lying is the only way they can get their jobs done – we just don’t know. But when Theron Quaas lied about our Blogger and Dave Barnes to a Grand Jury, it wasn’t his first time and it wasn’t the only instance. There were actually over 8 instances in Theron Quaas' testimony when he lied – or in their words had “misstatements” – presenting fraudulent information to obtain his bogus indictment of Perjury. By the way, our sources tell us they are still trying to present this case to a Grand Jury showing how they will stop at nothing to spend city resources  (in the biggest economic slump in 80 years)  all to silence us, lie and trample on our 1st amendment right to free speech.

If this is true, Ted Campegnolo is either the dumbest Arizona State Attorney or simply the weakest and has no backbone.  It's also possible he's on our side and there's a bigger "play" here, but we can't see it. Ted must know he will lose in front of both Craig Mehrans and Jess Lorona and his career will be jeopardized aligning in court with cops and Theron Quaas.  Ted may be good, but he isn't that good.  What's even crazier about this case is Ted's wife Dawn was the daughter of a cop killed in the line of duty - Officer Darrol Yoos (#3101) - a 28 year veteran killed by a drunk driver.  It should be unneverving to all you good cops out there, that Ted Campegnolo is supporting the antics of Chief Jack Ass Harris and wasting tax payer dollars or simply doesn't have the balls as a State's Attorney to stop this non-sense.  Maybe it's time to finds skeletons with Ted and his police connections and uncover some truths?  It's a path we are considering if these venues continue. Only time will tell and Ted will have no one to blame but himself.

A lawsuit was filed recently by a former city of Maricopa employee; again the victim of workplace retaliation. We will give you the Reader’s Digest version of the suit, but it appears this employee (we’ll call him MM) had a personal FedEx account. In his position with the city of Maricopa, MM established a “work” FedEx account – so there would be 2 accounts – one for personal use and one for work. 

Unbeknownst to MM, FedEx merged these two accounts into one account. When he found out, they admitted the error (with supporting emails) that somehow a mistake was made, but quickly corrected it. This was a simple mistake that happens probably 1000s of times a day, but in this case an investigation was started by Roger Kolman, the finance director and interim city manager because he didn’t like MM and wanted to get him fired.

Unfortunately, FedEx again made a mistake again and contacted the City of Maricopa about the personal FedEx account of MM, thinking it was the work/city FedEx account.  Even though Roger Kolman had the evidence to exonerate MM, he began an investigation with the Police. He was working with the City of Maricopa’s police chief (and former City of Phoenix cop) Patrick Melvin. This case was ultimately submitted to a Grand Jury and an Indictment was issued against MM in a mix up of FedEx accounts for Fraudulent Schemes + Artifices along with Theft. The allegation was MM had stolen the identity (sound familiar?) of Maricopa to create government discounts for his own personal use. We don’t understand why they didn’t try to Indict MM on computer fraud too, but perhaps they just couldn't convince the Grand Jury - but maybe that's another story!

Take one guess who the officer was who conducted the investigation? This officer saw the emails from FedEx admitting the errors, could have even called FedEx to verify their validity but instead went to the Grand Jury and got the Indictment solely because he is a lying, dirty DICK?

Sources close to this case told us…

…and the city (specifically Roger Kolman) knowing withheld evidence...the city manager, council AND Theron Quaas that would have cleared MM. Once they produced the e-mails in question, Pinal County dropped charges. Quaas barely interviewed anyone and when he did, he fabricated misstatements into the police report, which (name withheld for protection by BPC) will testify towards…

We were also told:

Quaas, through Melvin, is a hand pick "gopher boy" for Harris. He wanted to be in the good ol boy network so bad, he gave up his soul. Now, his career is in serious deep shit. They will prove, much like your case, that he lied to the grand jury.

So now this is twice the DICK Theron Quaas is called to do a dirty investigation and then subsequently lies - or in using the phraseology of the Phoenix Police - has “misstatements” to a Grand Jury. What makes this case even sweeter is the attorney of record who filed the lawsuit used to work with our own attorney Jess Lorona and goes by the name Clair Lane. You can all be rest assured that our blogger’s case along with Dave Barnes and MM will collaborate to expose Theron Quaas for what he truly is, and ensure this lying DICKs career is exposed.

Now undoubtedly the Phoenix PD will see this blog as harassment on Theron Quaas and probably arrest both Jess Lorona and Clair Lane, initiating another investigation that includes collusion, jaywalking, sullying of one’s reputation and will subsequently request a raid of their law offices.

Theron: We hate to be the one’s to break it to you in a public forum (but not really…) but you are Fucked with a capital F. You have no idea what this collaboration and legal work is going to do to “sully” your reputation as an enormous DICK. We are privy to some of the surprises in store for you and the reign of terror that is going to come upon you from a legal perspective. 

You better go to Costco and stock up on Maalox although a much easier path will be to come clean, admit what they have you doing and go to the Feds like others are doing. But knowing what we know about you – you won’t. Phoenix Police Chief Jack Ass Harris’ Letter From an Anonymous Complainant On His Staff - Jack's Pal Eric Edwards Tried Everything to Stop Us From Having It!!!

Eric Edwards (Jack Harris' buddy and attorney in the Phoenix PD) tried everything to not let us get this document. He went to asst. city manager Ed Zuercher and told him (along with city manager David Cavasos) to not release it to us.  Remember Eric's phraseology in his first response, "...if it exists it is not in the control of the Phoenix Police Department Custodian of Records."  Eric knew damn well it existed.  It was a letter to Jack Harris and they want us to all think that Jack himself and his attorney didn't have it or know about it?  Liars.

When Eric Edwards met with Ed Zuercher, Eric actually tried to say that our public records request was wrong because technically this isn’t titled a “Letter of Reprimand.” Since that’s what we asked for, Eric did not want to honor it.  We guess techically it isn't a Reprimand, and we want to thank Ed Zuercher for "manning up" and doing the right thing.

This just goes to show you what dirty, coniving, underhanded cops like Eric Edwards will do to lie and cover-up for their pals.  Eric Edwards represents everything you never want to see in a cop and what makes it doubly worse is he is both a dirty cop and a dirty lawyer.

So Mayor Phil Gordon Wants to Sue the State Of Arizona on Senate Bill 1070…Oh Really? This will be as Bad as Awarding Jack Harris the Position of Public Safety Manager With a 5th Star

We try not to digress from the focus of this blog; the sheer ineptitude, cover-up and corruption of Phoenix Police Chief Jack A. Harris, but occasional when someone in City government like Mayor Phil Gordon puts his foot in his own mouth, we just have to comment.

Phoenix City Mayor Phil Gordon has been on CNN and all over the news threatening to sue the State of Arizona for initiating Senate bill 1070 – the ability for his Phoenix police force to question and arrest those they believe to be in our country illegally.

Phil Gordon: We always knew you weren’t very bright but this has taken you over the edge. The gates are down, the lights are flashing, but the train ain't coming Phil!

Our city is the kidnapping capital of the US and illegal immigrants are a big problem locally and nationally. The empty cries of “Racism” ,“Governor Wallace” and “1960s Selma” are rampant. Phil Gordon doesn’t give his Police department enough credit. Why doesn’t Phil Gordon just come right out and say that he believes his own Police department is too ignorant and too inexperienced to vet out illegal aliens because that’s really what he means with his backhanded commentary.

We all know there are dirty shitbag cops everywhere who will abuse this opportunity. You read about them day in and day out on this blog. But much like blacks are still harassed in Alabama, racism and profiling will always exist and we can only try to vet out and eradicate those dirty cops that spoil it for everyone.

The audacious analogies to Governor Wallace and Alabama are so far from the truth and so vastly different then the passage of Senate Bill 1070. We hate to have to school Phil Gordon here on history, but in Alabama during the 60s, those were US citizens being beaten in the streets, not illegal aliens being asked for their papers. You forget Phil that the part that bothers us all the most about illegal aliens is the ILLEGAL part of it. It’s a crime Phil, plain and simple and cops are supposed to arrest people for crimes.  You're not supposed to arrest people on bogus harassment claims made up by officers like Mike and Heather Polombo for (as they stated) "sullying" their "great" reputation(s).

It’s not our problem Mexico is corrupt. It not our problem they make $3 per day and its not our job to take care of them, offer them amnesty, coddle them or ignore them unless their country is violating their civil rights and its a mission of mercy.  It is your job as our mayor to protect us, protect our city and keep them out. If I must pay $6 dollars for a head of lettuce and $30 for a car wash so that in return I won’t be chased leaving Home Depot, I might get to see a doctor in the ER within 30 minutes, and not worry about unlawful home invasions (except of course by the Phoenix PD) - then so be it and ask away!  If you are so worried about protecting civil rights Phil, then why haven’t you fired your Jack Ass 5 star chief of Police with all his cronies and called in the Feds to help with a consent decree after seeing all these memos from officer Phil Roberts?

The irony Phil is you let blatant corruption and civil rights violations occur every day in Phoenix, and now when given a soapbox to stand on, you try to be a hero when all you have shown is how inept and blind you are to the true issues in our city.

We think those that have something to worry about, are those that have something to hide – like the logs from your Phoenix police sponsored security detail.

Phil we know very well why you and the city have denied all public records requests, and don’t want to release your private security details notes. It’s not for security reasons at all. The only protection you seem to need is from yourself Phil Gordon. The rumors of your pill popping and drunkenness are becoming legendary. You turn over cops and security people faster then Carter’s Got Pills. Or was the saying, “Gordon’s Got Pills?”…we forget.

Your private security detail seems to have to more to do about getting you cleaned up, sobered up, showered up, along with getting your pipes cleaned from booty calls to Elissa Mullany, then anything else. Being drunk, stupid and hooked on oxycontin is no way to go through life Phil. Just ask some of your cops who are friends and confidants of Jack Harris.

Mayor Phil Gordon we don’t mind you getting laid from a steady fuck buddy who helped wreck your marriage, even if she did indirectly work for you and you funneled money to her for services rendered (wink,wink). We think the more sex one has the better they can become. God knows Heather sure is trying as well as some of those skirt chasers like Lt. Joe Knott and Stan Hoover. We just don’t feel the need to pay for your private pussy wagon~drunk bus....or whatever you want to call it - to cover your indiscretions at a cost of $1M+ annually to taxpayers.  If we are going to get fucked up and laid - we'll do it in the privacy of our own home and not use the city to pay for an armed, chauffeur service.

If I were mayor, I would immediately save this City $1M and drop it, why can't you?

And who exactly is your security detail protecting you from Mayor Gordon? Protecting you from being kidnapped or hurt because of all the drug lords and illegal aliens?

When Jack Ass Harris – City of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Found Out The Charges Were Dismissed Against a Blogger and a Cop – He Practically Soiled Himself and Tried to Call in Some Favors!

Well to say Jack Harris is upset is an understatement. This incredible Chief Jack Ass was so upset last Friday when the charges against Blogger Jeff and Dave Barnes were dismissed, he spent most of the day on the phone calling in favors, and trying to find out what went wrong and how to convene another Grand Jury without the involvment of Theron Quaas. Unfortunately Jack fell down and broke his crown and couldn't find any friends to buy into the Polombo “harassment” scam, except of course Theron Quaas, a Potato and a Whore.

Theron Quaas is about to have a big, “dick-2-the-chin” moment. You all know what that is - at the end of most pornos the guy puts his package in face of his conquest...

You see Jack Harris and Eric Edwards need a fall guy and that guy is about to be Detective Theron Quaas. Theron since we know you watch this site, why don’t you print this out and bring it home tonight. While eating your ramen noodles, read it and ask yourself:

Why did Eric Edwards and Chief Jack Ass Harris call a meeting with only Lieutenant Lowell Spalla, Detective Mike Bush, Sergeant John Bell and Detective Steven Boeck –without you (Theron Quaas) present?

Why when the door opened, did they all look dejected - like a freight train was just crammed in their rectum? Do you think they’re getting their stories straight and preparing you as their scapegoat? Do you think they were brainstorming on just how badly you fucked up and if they can breath some life into this scam?

Probably. There's just nowhere for this case to go and no one is going to take it bacause both the Attorney General and County Attorney both agree there's no case to prosecute. Are you that stupid you can't see it?

But it is very telling you weren’t invited to the meeting and it wasn’t because you were conducting a stellar investigation on your big missing nameplate caper!

Folks, Theron Quaas is going to have another “dick-2-the-chin” moment in a few days. Maybe it's more appropo to call it a Blogger's Foot in his Ass. At this point the only thing Theron Quaas is able to do is to come clean and meet with the Feds to protect himself because Chief Jack Ass is about to throw Theron Quaas and his career under a bus.  It will be as big a thrown-down as a City Council member at a house fire!  Theron Quaas is going down faster then a hooker on Van Buren and good ol' Jack is going to make him look like a taiwanese house boy!  It's the same path of Louie Tovar. Just pray your kids aren’t child molesters, Theron.  At this rate you might end up back in patrol - in 500 with Hoover.

And Jack…You are about to Loudermill two lieutenants before having an investigation done by PSB. Do you really think this is a good idea? In light of what you did to Barnes; I mean it could come and bite you in the ass!  Better think twice about this one Jack. Trust us! With all the shitstorm around you, this may not be a good idea.

We have known all along that the Phoenix PD and quite possibly the City of Phoenix command structure is full of corruption. The question is, is the corruption and all its subsequent cover ups just limited to the Phoenix PD or does it infiltrate the office of the Mayor, the City Manager and the City Council?

We have received a binder full of memos that have been sent to all Council members, the City Manager Dave Cavasos, the Mayor, PSB, the Integrity Committee among many other agencies; outlining how the ever corrupt Jack Ass Harris and his rogue band of thugs will stop at nothing to use their power to destroy people and citizens in Phoenix. What’s frightening is the power game that is played, all at the expense of the tax payer and risking the Public Safety of citizens.

Randy Spenla a Phoenix City Auditor and member of the Integrity Committee allegedly admitted that corruption and retaliation do occur in the Phoenix Police Department, yet further admits he is powerless to do anything against it. Mr. Spenla advises officer Roberts and people like him should launch civil lawsuits against the City of Phoenix, because it is (in his opinion) the only way to hold them accountable. Imagine that!  Coming from a City Auditor!

Officer Phil Roberts is trying to change things, but it appears to be falling on the deaf ears of City Council, mayor Phil Gordon and city manager Dave Cavasos. Officer Roberts: we know this must feel like Sisyphean task – we have those times too – but what you’re doing is right and we all appreciate your diligence and exposing the Chief Jack Ass.

Attached is a letter I recently received back from the Phoenix Police Department, on a Public Records Request of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris.

Eric Edwards Response

This response was crafted so eloquently and deliberately by Jack’s friend and colleague Eric Edwards. We know that Eric has purposefully and maliciously removed our requested document from control of the Phoenix Police Department so a request could not be fulfilled; hence Mr. Edward’s careful wording.

We know this Letter of Reprimand exists and are certain where it is, so we are now requesting that you, assistant city manager Ed Zuercher and Phoenix city manager David Cavasos surrender this letter to us, or we will file a special action with the courts forcing the city to surrender this document and publically expose its subsequent cover-up by the Phoenix Police Department.

Under the provisions of A.R.S. 39-121, Public Records Law, we are again, requesting the following document:

A Letter of Reprimand given and placed in the human resource file of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris, for inappropriate comments made at a recent training session by his friend and a retired FBI Agent. This letter should have been done in early March of 2010. Jack Harris not only allowed these comments to be made, but was also seen laughing at these comments, which prompted a letter from a private attorney to address these comments to City Manager David Cavazos and prompting an apology to Harris’ command staff.

This letter exists and can be found in the personal notes, either the personal and city file cabinets of; on the desk of and possibly in the desk of; the personal files or in a file labeled “Phoenix Police” or “Jack Harris” and/or in the possession of either or both Mr. Ed Zuercher and Mr. David Cavasos homes or offices. We would expect it could be found quite easily in any maintained Supervisory Notes of Mr. Ed Zuercher – wherever he may keep them.

I have enclosed the usual $3 fee to obtain this Letter of Reprimand.

All Charges Against Dave Barnes and Blogger Jeff of BadPhoenixCops.com Are Dismissed By The Attorney General's Office

Something we knew all along – The Attorney General’s office has filed a motion to dismiss all charges against Dave Barnes and our Blogger Jeff.  No harassment, no computer fraud and now no perjury.

It appears that there were only three people who thought perjury occurred:

1) Theron Quaas and the Phoenix PD – and of course they had no reason or incentive to do this…(LOL!!)

2) Our Blogger’s ex wife - and you all know that story. This is the second time this 918 has tried to put him in jail and use their own children against him. Nice Mom, huh?

3) ...And the Ex-wife’s attorney who we affectionately refer to as “cankles” You ought to see this size 12 crammed into a size 8.

Hmmm…all people who hate and had a reason to ruin our blogger. No worries. Law suits will be filed soon.

No one else interviewed  (court appointed doctors, judges or anyone else involved in our blogger’s highly contested divorce), thought any perjury occurred.  And if it did, it was completely irrelevant and had no bearing on the divorce proceedings or any decisions.

 Everyone of them said the same thing:

"Whether Jeff and Dave knew each other is completely and totally irrelevant and had zero bearing on any of their decisions or the outcome of the divorce proceedings."

They all also noted that Theron Quaas was a lying douchbag and we should do everything to get him added to the Brady List.

Looks like the Phoenix PD are in a pickle.

They fired a good cop based on an internal investigation that never occurred, and an indictment that has been dismissed, all to appease a Potato Head and his Whore.

Breaking News: Harassment Charges are Dropped Against Dave Barnes!!! Theron Quaas, Mike Polombo and Heather Polombo are Seen Having a Hissy Fit.

All Harassment charges (related to Dave Barnes harassing fellow married officers, Mike and Heather Polombo) have been dropped.

We have heard from multiple sources that the charges have been dropped and we will get “the official” paperwork and post it here.  Looks like all that crying and theatrics just didn't work.

Yep that’s right.

Theron Quaas has been working this case since Summer of 2008 and almost 2 years later, just couldn’t close the deal. At this point we are beginning to think that Theron Quaas couldn’t close a door!

Gee Chief Jack Ass - you fired Dave Barnes over this...now what are you going to do? So it looks like you fired him for just the bogus perjury claim?  Your dirty cops lie everyday.  This one is going to cost the city millions.
