These will not be used for commercial purpose. They will be used for research purposes for evidence in an action against the City Of Phoenix and Pending Notice of Claim Number 2008 XXXX XXXXX.
The information requested will include all emails to and from Mike Polombo, Heather Polombo Ronald Snodgrass, Steve Soha, Tracey Montgomery and Lisa Coombs-on behalf of Jack Harris, and Tracy Femenia .
To be exceptionally clear, this includes computer, PDA, and the Network of the City of Phoenix and all “To”, “From” “cc” and “bcc” communiqué with their associated attachments.
I would also like to be able to review all requested information to make a final determination of what items I will ultimately purchase. In the event requested items are not available for release, we would like to be provided with the reason for the failure to release the public records, so that we may forward to our counsel.
This will also serve as our formal reminder that we have made previous requests for the same electronic communique’ for:

Bravo!!! I hope they are squirming in their chairs. Maybe even Heather will lift up her head out of her cubicle. Some of us think she might be dead and are thinking about filling out a "ME's" tag on her. As for the post on Cmdr. Klima being a good guy. I am sure he is to some but too most he is bad. All the way back to his motor days and his days in gang squad when he screwed that place up. You only get 30 days worth so after about 25 days do another request... It will be hundreds of pages because of all of the spam crap. You just have to do them each month. AZ is a public records state so it is not a big deal. Everyone knows they shouldn't put shit in their e-mails they don't want to read in the AZ republic. But since these guys seem to fuck up all the time they probably have some juicy bits for you!

Thanks to Barbara Gordon for the advice on the emails. We hear you can get 60 days, others say 30. We do plan on re-requesting their emails and are aware we will need to “weed” through SPAM and other stuff. This is why we would like to review it first before we purchase.

We receive a lot of information about asst. chiefs, commanders and FOJs. The most we get is on Road Rage Anderson and Kevin Robinson. Many, many hate (strong word) Kevin Robinson – Alonzo’s suicide, Billy Soza, Chris Crokett, EOE, and other EOE complaints. However, we have personally spoken to people who tell us Kevin is great. For the record – no one likes or has anything positive to say about Andy Anderson - probably not even his daughter!
Our point is, everyone is entitled to their opinion. There is no doubt that there is something rotten with Jack and all his FOJ. Folks like Kilma have the ability to be different, but apparently chooses not to. Opportunities like with Tracy and Soha in the meeting about pins and rats, where leadership and keen decision making is needed, but it is lacking.
We know of many folks who do the right thing and in the FOJ world, go against their (the FOJ) grain! These folks are passed over or forced to retire!
Wasn’t it George Richards who stated, “Why do I need to follow that, if I never signed it” on an MOU, or when the discipline matrix was flushed, didn’t Joe Knott openly state, “Well then how are we going to screw these people?”
PSB likes to mess with the lives of their employees, with BS NOIs with no validity, but when citizens complain, nothing is done and nothing is investigated. Isn’t that backwards?

Andy Anderson, you and your friends e-mails are my highest priority right now. This includes your blackberyy messages. Please Mr. BPC, be sure you include Blackberyy messages in your public record requests. I have worked for some Chiefs, and no for a fact, espcecially the drunk in PSB, who say they dont talk on e-mail and use Blackberrys instaed to avoid records requests.
