You won';t beleive what has now happened with Jack Harris. When does this fuck ever learn there are some people you can't fuck with or intimidate?
Four lieutenants and sergeants with big stones went to the PPSLA meeting yesterday and brought their complete dissatisfaction of Chief Harris and his cronies for their continuing malfescance of office, retaliatory management style and complete incompetence.
As always, PPSLA President Mark Halfkey tried to minimize everything so Jack will continue to love him. Didn't work this time. The board turned on Mark and agreed with the lieutenants/sergeants. The board then voted to do a survey on its membership to see if they are happy with Jack Harris and his cronies.
Jack came to the PPSLA meeting around 11:30 and was told of the survey. According to several board members, Jack then made a threat something to the affect of "you will be sorry if you do that." Several board members who have stones themseleves took exception to Jack's comments and beleived they had been threatened. They then let Mark Halfbrain have it. Jack then stormed out of the room. Sissy boy!
Well next thing, PPSLA Board Member Joe Knott resigns from the board. Remember, Joe (Howdie Doodie) wants to be a Commander in the worst way so he didn't want to be associated with anything that Jack might perceive as retaliatory. Imagine that; retaliatory, the first word in Jack's management book and Joe Knott suddenly doesn't like it? Hey Howdie....did you forget how you treated Dave Barnes and Karen Vance? How you sucked up to your boy Potato Head Mike Polumbo? Guess you don't like it when things don't go your way? Oh ya....always do what is best for Joe Knott...right Joe?
Well, much to Jack's displeasure, the survey is coming to all lieutenants and sergeants. This is your opportunity to let Jack know what you think about him and his cronies.
I almost forgot. Joe Knott sent an e-mail out to PPSLA membership today stating he didn't have time to work on the PPSLA board anymore since his Homicide job is so demanding. What a coincidence...I mean how stupid does Jope think we are? Kind of funny since Lieutenant Sherry Kiyler and Sergeant Carl Richardson both worked in Homicide when PPSLA (MAPE) was born. They did the real fighting and still managed well in Homicide. Whats your problem Joe??? You really want Jack to promote you I guess. Well, just like Joe Yahner, you don't stand a chance when the new Chief comes in and replaces Jack. Everyone dislikes you for what you have done to others. They are just afraid to tell you as it is beleived you are a FOJ.

the rumor is that Chief Robinson, a black chief, is going to replace Harris, why, because they need a minority to calm fears, the problem is that Robinson has lots of skeletons, as does most of the 4th floor. Robinson reportedly slept with at least 2 females testing for a position , he got caught and then lied about it. You know what happens when an officer lies or even misspeaks, he is gone, not Management. when Management lies or is involved in misconduct it is closed as a misunderstanding or human error, when an officer does it, it is misconduct followed by discipline,termination, or prosecution. Citizens need to advocate going out side of the department this time and finding a qualified replacement and then making sure city management lets him/her do the job. We have a city manager now in place that was investigated for felony theft(remember the misunderstanding theory) and how u so correctly described as a "pill head" mayor making decisions for the cops. What you will see soon is the south mountain precinct being nearly inactive and destroyed, who would want to risk making an arrest or using force, especially against a minority, because they will most likely face charges, its best to sit back and do nothing.

Just look at all the pictures or photos of Phoenix Police Officer Richard Chrisman's girlfriend. I am not a scientist, but my own father was an Internal Affairs Detective for The Federal Government. Doesn't Phoenix Police Officer Richard Chrisman's girlfriend appear, or look "Rough around the edges" in all her photographs made to the PUBLIC. I would safely assume, "That she is a victim of Domestic Violence by her boyfriend, or she is a valid victim of Domestic Violence by her boyfriend - Phoenix Police Officer Richard Chrisman."
To defend the Officer that spoke-up, and it took him 5 hours. He was probably traumatized by all the events, and knew, "He had to say something." Witnessing an Officer speak-up is rare, and I applaud him for speaking out against the very inappropriate actions of Phoenix Police Officer Richard Chrisman during a "Call of Service" in South Phoenix. In a Police Department; in which, most Phoenix Police Officers are more than readily to lie for each other.
And, for the MOST PART - Almost ALL Phoenix Police Officers - will lie, and will do everything possible to cover-up Phoenix Police Misconduct.
