October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we wanted to make you all aware of Domestic Violence Advocate and member of the class of 1992, Michael T. Frazier – former Phoenix cop and now police chief for the city of Surprise who liked to assault, stalk and harass his ex-wives.
Below is the DR we received from the city of Mesa, where back in 1992 former Phoenix cop and current Surprise police chief Mike Frazier was arrested TWICE in the same day for stalking, harassing and assaulting his second wife, Machelle. He was booked, put in jail and released to the Phoenix PD. And what does he do when he's released? He goes out and does it again! Yeah - this is the current police chief in Surprise, AZ. Sources close to this have told us there is not one mention of his 1992 DV in his Phoenix PD employment record. Oh there's lots of recommendations, commendations and praise, but no mention of being in a command position in 1992 and assaulting his own wife!

Mike Frazier was in a video, announcing his appointment as Surprise’s new police chief. He states that cops need to look professional and act professional with every aspect of the public. Does this mean beating and grabbing women, assaulting them in banks and grabbing them in apartment complexes?
What’s even more shocking about Mike Frazier, chief of police in Surprise is that he was shoe-horned into his current job as chief from El Mirage. One has to wonder if a job application was filed and due diligence was performed by Surprise human resources? Did Mike Frazier openly disclose his arrest and domestic violence charges for assaulting his ex-wife? If he didn’t, we have a BRADY violation on our hands and AZPOST needs to investigate.
Why you may ask?
Why do a blog on a former cop who is now police chief in another city on a crime in 1992? Simply because we can, and because he was a former City of Phoenix cop and a true dirty douchebag who threw temper tantrums. If the roles were reversed these same dirty cops would do the same to us!
We promised to follow these dirty cops wherever they may go and expose all their dirty little secrets, so that future employment will be difficult – if not impossible and ultimately end any career chances they may have to serve in law enforcement. We believe Mike Frazier lied on his application or did not disclose his prior indiscretions and arrests to the city of Surprise, nor to the city of El Mirage. If he is a police chief he needs to lead by example and leaders shouldn’t lie to get the job - and stalk, assault and beat their wives. We see this all too often – the FOJs (Friends of Jack Ass Harris) lying, cheating, stealing and covering up their indiscretions to advance their career.

The entire Surprise City Council, watch dog groups, the news media and anyone who will listen to us knows how you like to beat up women! We plan on attending a future meeting to present our findings. We hope you will attend to answer our questions and we will stand outside afterwards waiting for any additional comments and "thoughts" you may have.
And for all you good cops out there who stop and wonder why people shoot at cops and why people have lost respect for cops – well - you have dirty domestic violence cops like Mike Frazier to thank for your predicament. Chief Frazier was quoted "People need to feel safe,that is our number one job," he said. "We have to have good communication with our residents because we need to know if we are hitting the mark."
How safe do you think residence of Surprise are going to feel knowing you stalked, pushed, and pulled the hair of a resident of Mesa when told several times to leave her alone. That is not considered good communication Chief Frazier.
And "hitting the mark" you mean your wives! Unexceptable...remember you addressed Surprise residents (You Tube Jan 26,2011)"How we act in public is how we are measured."
You certainly DO NOT measure up as a man of integrity and especially to be considered as a Police Chief.

Frazier also said in that article...his initial analysis of the Surprise Police Department is that everyone is doing his or her job externally,as he sees it,the departments issues are all behind the curtain.

How can Mike Frazier have a reputation as a reformer and qualities with experience in community base policing?
First: the only thing he reformed was the SWEEP UNDER THE RUG Domestic Violence dicipline policy for upper management of Phx PD.
Second:Quality is not someone having temper tantrams and slamming doors in the office while firing off the F BOMB. Not to mention beating woman.
Third: This guy didn't support community base policing...he DID NOT want people in the community to get involved with police business.

What's interesting he had to be contacted at the time of arrest regading the call involving an ElMirage police officer that was under his supervision while Chief of ElMirage.

No private investigators were hired for this one. It was purely a grass-roots effort. We focus on dirty (and sometimes former) Phoenix cops.
