BadPhoenixCops Receives An Email From An Ex-Wife Of Mike Frazier - Defending Him!

Every now and again some moron contacts us, making accusations and trying to defend a dirty corrupt cop who is excoriated on this site.  We don't make this shit up.  We guess they have a right to exercise their 1st Amendment right to free speech (and we actually admire them for this), but in return we have a right to respond to their commentary - IN THE MOST PUBLIC FORUM POSSIBLE.

Meet someone who claims to be Linda Frazier;  one of the ex-wives of Mike Frazier. She sent us a message, accusing us of being someone else and called us pathetic assholes. She also said we needed to get a life. Little does she realize those are endearing words to us!

I'm Linda Frazier, Mike Frazier's first wife; was with Mike 18 years. I believe you are David Hay, and if it is you, David, I am so disappointed and saddened that you would stoop this low to humiliate Mike. If Mike knew I was writing this, he w\would be pissed and not wanting anything done about it. However, I feel something needs to be said on Mike's behalf.

Even though I'm his ex-wife, I must defend him. It’s a long story about why Mike was arrested one night. His wife at the time was crazy; Mike ended up divorcing her after only two years of marriage. The bean-throwing story, as you know, was all in fun; you were there having dinner with us. You, David Hay, had many great laughs from it. Then, to turn it around like you did, sickens me and you have lost all of my respect.

No matter what goes on in Mike's personal life, Mike was and is a great cop. He worked very hard to get where he is today and to get to top rankings of the Phoenix Police Department. He spent many years working as a cop, being a father to two young children, and going to college around his work and babysitting hours, eventually not only obtaining his Bachelor's degree, but also his Master's. He did not kiss anyone's ass to get into his positions in Phx PD, El Mirage, or Surprise. He earned and deserved those jobs. He really never wanted to be that high in rank, as he hates the "politics" and he loved being on the streets. He earned and deserved those jobs. Unfortunately, there are probably a lot of officers out there who are jealous of Mike because of what he achieved. Those officers could have done the same, had they gotten off their lazy asses, settled down with one woman, not all the skanks they had, and did what Mike did. Mike is a very driven, ambitious person (and I thank God every day that our daughter has those same characteristics). At 29-years old, she is already a Manager with the company she works for, which is a very, very large company. She also is already working on her Master's degree. I am not trying to point out that one must have college degrees for any job; my point is that highly motivated, driven, ambitious people achieve these types of jobs.

Again, I believe David Hay is behind this. Even though we had our ups and downs as a married couple, of all the men I know (and believe me, I know a lot of men), Mike is the most honest, upstanding, man I know. He has integrity, which many officers do not. He would never use or abuse his position of authority to help anyone, even people in his own family. He deserves what he has now.


He is still a "street cop" at heart and throughout his career with PPD, El Mirage, and Surprise, what he enjoys most is riding with the street officers. Many times on holiday weekends, when you're probably out partying and drinking, Mike is riding the streets with an officer and doing it on his own time. Get a life and quit regretting what you didn't do and degrading and humiliating others for your own satisfaction. I'm so disappointed in you.

I am not on any expedition and am done with this. I did what I felt was right. I surely know Mike much better than you and the majority of your facts are incorrect, which created defamation of character. If you are so concerned about bad cops and trying to make things right, why don't you reveal yourselves? I know who is behind this. And even though she claims she “is done” communicating with us, like any typical woman who says "I'm done talking to you," she continues on her rant a few moments later with us.  And she claims Mike's wife was crazy for having him arrested? How do we know she's not equally as crazy for defending him 20 years later?

And, by the way, in your blogs about Mike Frazier, you state: "Already on his third marriage to his wife Barbara (we hear Barbara is making similar accusations like Linda and Machelle– his first 2 wives made..."

I have made no accusations against Mike, nor has anyone discussed what you state with me. Mike never laid a hand on me and I'm sure not on Barbara as well, nor has she made accusations. Therefore, you are now not only defaming Mike, but me as well. Better be careful or you're going to be in court, not with Mike, but with me.

We got a hold of the second DR (police report) on current Surprise police chief Mike Frazier and it ain’t looking too pretty. Back in 1992, Mike assaulted his now ex-wife Machelle, and then after he was released from Mesa jail, did it again.  None of this was ever in Mike Frazier’s Phoenix police department employee record and he claims he disclosed this to both the city of El Mirage and the City of Surprise, Arizona when he submitted his application to be their respective chief of police.

If this is true, it should create great pause with each of you.  Knowing that the city councils of both cities, along with the human resource departments, allowed a known domestic violence and woman beater to be their police chief is pretty disturbing.  One has to wonder what the secondary and tertiary candidates had on their record...child molestation and murder?   If it is not true, Mike lied (or omitted the offense in his job application) and should be added to BRADY and de-certified by AZ POST.

We know a few things about Mike.   He got a new set of cowboy boots (LOL!!!)

Obviously, he’s a dirty douchebag asshole who enjoys intimidating and assaulting women, but he grew up in Globe as a high school football star and appears to be trying to still earn his Letter.  We know he throws temper tantrums and enjoys man-handling women. 

But what we know best is that Mike Frazier is a dirty cop who used to work for Jack Ass Harris and was an FOJ – a Friend of Jack who covered up lots of indiscretions and fucked over a lot of good cops.  Now those good cops are helping us fuck Mike back, ten-fold on the World Wide Web. 

Metaphorically speaking - we are the horse and Mike is our little bitch with his shiny new boots.

Surprise Police Chief Michael Frazier – Former Bad Phoenix Cop Who Was Arrested for Domestic Violence! We bet the City of Surprise and the City of El Mirage never knew Mike’s Dirty Little Secret. Well Now They Do!

What would you say if your police chief was arrested for Domestic Violence on multiple occasions – even twice in one day back in 1992!!??  Well if you live in Surprise, AZ this happened to your police chief Michael Frazier.

October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we wanted to make you all aware of Domestic Violence Advocate and member of the class of 1992, Michael T. Frazier – former Phoenix cop and now police chief for the city of Surprise who liked to assault, stalk and harass his ex-wives.

 While doing this story we found out A LOT about Mike Frazier. Through our interviews we learned what a dirty assclown he is and how he likes to roughhouse women using fear and intimidation.  Already on his third marriage to his wife Barbara (we hear Barbara is making similar accusations like Linda and Machelle – his first 2 wives made), Mike Frazier has outbursts of screaming tantrums - like throwing food, and all around rough housing of any female companion he touches...and he does like to touch them!  Sounds like Mike Frazier and former Phoenix cop Murray "Andy" Anderson just love to man-handle women and show them who's boss. 

Below is the DR we received from the city of Mesa, where back in 1992 former Phoenix cop and current Surprise police chief Mike Frazier was arrested TWICE in the same day for stalking, harassing and assaulting his second wife, Machelle.  He was booked, put in jail and released to the Phoenix PD.  And what does he do when he's released?  He goes out and does it again!   Yeah - this is the current police chief in Surprise, AZ.  Sources close to this have told us there is not one mention of his 1992 DV in his Phoenix PD employment record. Oh there's lots of recommendations, commendations and praise, but no mention of being in a command position in 1992 and assaulting his own wife!

Mike Frazier was in a video, announcing his appointment as Surprise’s new police chief.  He states that cops need to look professional and act professional with every aspect of the public.  Does this mean beating and grabbing women, assaulting them in banks and grabbing them in apartment complexes?

What’s even more shocking about Mike Frazier, chief of police in Surprise is that he was shoe-horned into his current job as chief from El Mirage.  One has to wonder if a job application was filed and due diligence was performed by Surprise human resources?  Did Mike Frazier openly disclose his arrest and domestic violence charges for assaulting his ex-wife?  If he didn’t, we have a BRADY violation on our hands and AZPOST needs to investigate.

Why you may ask? 

Why do a blog on a former cop who is now police chief in another city on a crime in 1992?  Simply because we can, and because he was a former City of Phoenix cop and a true dirty douchebag who threw temper tantrums.  If the roles were reversed these same dirty cops would do the same to us! 

We promised to follow these dirty cops wherever they may go and expose all their dirty little secrets, so that future employment will be difficult – if not impossible and ultimately end any career chances they may have to serve in law enforcement.  We believe Mike Frazier lied on his application or did not disclose his prior indiscretions and arrests to the city of Surprise, nor to the city of El Mirage.  If he is a police chief he needs to lead by example and leaders shouldn’t lie to get the job - and stalk, assault and beat their wives.  We see this all too often – the FOJs (Friends of Jack Ass Harris) lying, cheating, stealing and covering up their indiscretions to advance their career.
