Goudeau Ruling - Baseline Killer Case
Granville said it best when he states:
…”no one crime scene had a complete combination of eyewitnesses, biological and ballistic evidence. The witness accounts were not identical. The descriptions of the male suspect varied. The biological evidence was scant.
…It is ordered denying the State’s motion to preclude evidence regarding Detective Stuart’s investigation involving Terry Wayne Smith.”
We hear Suzanne Cohen, one of the prosecutors in the Goudeau case is pretty pissed at this ruling and we can’t figure out why? We also know Alex Femenia testified and naturally thought Goudeau committed every murder and every crime; when Rusty Stuart’s report, victim testimony and cell tower records prove otherwise.
Any normal person would think that they have no, “dog in the race” so why not present all the evidence and let a jury decide?
Why hide key exculpatory information and purposefully keep it from the defense team?
We believe it’s like a sales job – they need to maintain a quota and have some “wins” in their column or they don’t advance in rank!
They go by names like Lisa Aubuchon, Andrew Thomas, Suzanne Cohen, and Ted Campagnolo….and they never want to present facts, but only want to maliciously indict people for crimes they didn’t commit with rumor, innuendo and falsehoods. They lie - and feel no remourse for the lives they ruin.
They are lawless creeps - prosecutors - and need to be eradicated from this system of justice where law abiding citizens are attacked for speaking out and doing what is right.
It’s Blind Arrogance and where Absolute Power, Corrupts Absolutely.
Attorneys for the County said it best about these creeps like when they described Lisa Aubuchon during her hearing, where she is trying to get her job back. They said:
“She’s not crazy, but she's blinded by arrogance because she's right and everyone else is wrong

Having been a cop for 20+ years, I realize all those peoples lives I ruined when I could have let them go. One drink weasn't going to hurt anyone, but I was a cop and thought what I was doing was the right thing.
I thought what I was doing was right, when I should have been more human.

So imagine the arrogance for a minute, if you will. First the lead dics – Alex Femenia, Polombo, Mieslish, prosecutors Susan Cohen, William Clayton, and now Patty Stevens, and others, cover up the Terry Wayne Smith report FOR YEARS. Letting Goudeau go to trial in 2007, all the while hiding this report.
Then once found out, this same load of losers file a motion to keep the report from being used at trial. This is after they unlawfully withheld it in the first place! Unbelievable!
Furthermore a third-part defense is not unusual to present at trial, but just goes to show the desperation of the State and dirty dics in trying to keep it out.
Once prosecutors Cohen and Stevens learned Goudeau’s attorney had the enter nearly 200-page report in their hands, Cohen calls an emergency hearing and produces the binder saying she just got it. Really?! Your actions speak volumes and you are seriously blinded by your arrogence. Dumb bitch. Goudeau’s attorneys made the mistake of not making noise and taking action when the report was finally uncovered by covert source –BPC.
This is only the tip of the iceberg of cover ups, planting of evidence, and junk science - There are holes in every single DNA analysis done by the State in this case. Big, gaping holes they hoped no one would notice after burying the defense in 1000s and 1000s of pages of forensic crap and nonsense. Not to mention the State's DNA expert fleeing to Canada shortly after Goudeau's arrest. Rumors are she received $50 grand to slant the evidence.
Femenia, Polombo, Mieslish, Cohen, Clayton, Stevens should all be held accountable for this misconduct and charged accordingly.
Who was the PPD Commander who was recently arrested at Sky Harbor Airport by the TSA for having a gun in his/her briefcase?
Is a PSB investigation being done or is this another example of a double-standard the PPD has become so infamous for?
Why wasn't this released to the media? The PPD has had no problem releasing misdemeanor arrests of officers to the media recently so why not a Commander if it is true?
It seems PSB is finally investigating, along with SID, a bunch of death threats sent in the form of X-Mas cards a few months ago. Miiller, Handy, and several others got these. The focus is on an ex-cop named Bill Melinger, husband of cunt Jennifer (Bogart) Mellinger, close friend of Heather Polombo who knew all about the affair between Heather and Mike but choose to lie to everyone when asked. Another fine example of one of the homicide detectives. That unit needs to start over with a bunch of new detectives. At least that asshole Meislish is finally retiring. Bet he gets a job at MCAO as a cop and will double dip another salary also.

BPC - I'm curious. Do you think this man is completely innocent, or just not guilty of everything he has been charged with.
We don’t think of it as guilt or innocence. We believe ALL evidence needs to be presented and then let a judge and jury decide.
Goudeau needs a fair shot at a defense and shouldn’t be presumed a killer. Chrisman is out and walking the streets while Goudeau sits in jail? We don’t understand why key evidence wasn’t~isn’t presented, all the time in every case. The fact that Andrew Thomas had the TWS report and hid it from Randy Craig and only presented it after we gave it to Randy, should speak volumes.
We know there are 3 sides to every story, but we have experienced first-hand lying dirty cops and know how these cops and prosecutors need “wins” in their column to advance their careers. We think evidence was planted (4 times to search a 1000 square foot home and on the 4th time they find jewelry?) and the DNA is scant.
We still can’t figure out the motive for Goudeau and we think many were copy-cat killers. Scant witnesses, scant DNA, and where’s the now infamous wig and gun? Goudeau was a simple guy and a construction worker, a man of simple means - so he is this strategic killer who can remove DNA from just about everything, but he leaves this DNA free jewelry in his shoe for cops to find? He doesn’t at least pass a message to his wife to hide the jewelry and she never sees it in plain view in a 1000 square goot home? 4 search warrants later, they find it? CMON!!!
It doesn’t make sense. Too many questions and doubt. We think the Phoenix PD went out of their way to overcompensate where they didn’t have answers so that they can get their book deals and be on TV. We can think of dozens of scenarios (maybe TWS stopped by the Goudeau house? Maybe Mark and TWS were friends?). Come next month, it ought to be interesting.

Wendy Goudeau: I have a sure fire way to get Mark Gourdeau off. This only works now since they are allowing the TWS report. Since you know they are lying, what's a little lie yourself to get Mark off?
Pass the word to Mark and have him tell everyone he was best friends with TWS and TWS visited the house often. I know it will hurt, but this will explain DNA on Mark's shoes and the jewelry. Better yet, have Mark tell them TWS borrowed the shoes. If TWS even visited your home ONCE, they are screwed.

More on the ring that was “found” at the Goudeau house. This is a ring that was purchased at a Walmart. You, or I, or dirty dics like Femenia or Mieslish could have gone to their local Walmart and purchased the same ring. Think about it. That explains why neither the victim’s nor Goudeau’s DNA is on the ring. The dics want us to believe Goudeau was so smart in cleaning the DNA off the ring, yet so stupid as to leave it in a shoe, in an open area to be easily found. Just doesn’t add up. Not to mention it took seasoned dics FOUR SEARCHES in a very small home to find it in plain view. Doesn’t pass the smell test.

I thought you might find this article interesting. Basically, before Mark Goudeau was tagged as the Baseline Killer, the Phoenix PD had asked psychic Allison Dubois to help with the case.
I was shocked to see her psychic impressions now that Rusty Stewart's report on Terry Wayne Smith has been revealed. It appears to ME that Allison was DEAD ON - not wrong!
