He is a cancer – no wait - calling him a cancer would be complimentary. Brains aren’t everything, but in Andy’s case they’re nothing! When Andy looks out the window, people think its Halloween. Jack Harris used to tell Andy he was a great asset, but he was off by two letters. Andy’s mom still owes my dog, fuck money!
Most importantly, Andy has fallen on the shit list with Jack Harris being fired. He is being relieved of all duties, assignments and responsibilities. And thanks to us anywhere Andy has tried applying for a job along with any recruiters that read our website, are sent a full dossier on this pocked face, shitstain.
Andy’s retirement party is coming soon. As soon as we get the flier, we will post it.

I wonder if Andy was relieved of his duties after calling all of the HIKE Squads together and telling them he was going to do everything he could to get Jack's job back? I hear Andy also made the HIKE Squad watch the TV video of Jack melting down on television when he challenged others to "take his stars." According to this site, Jack has applied for, and been approved, to purchase his prior military service to clear the way for his early retirment!
Now, sit down everyone, due to Jack's city employee salary of $193k per year, benefits and stipends, he is going to retire at $26,000.00 a year for the rest of his life (hopefully a very short one at that) for putting in only five years as a city employee.
Why are people sitting down and letting this happen?
David Cavasoz and Mayor Phil Gordon, why are you going to let this inept man steal $26k a year from public monies for the rest of his life (worth repeating again, hopefully a short one)? I demand you hold Jack accountable and fire him before he can collect his city pension! If you don't you are just as guilty as Jack!

The shame you must feel for allowing incorrect kidnap stats to be released, allowing your Mayor and Police Chief to lie in front of Congress, to claim "Phoenix is the kidnapping captial of the world" when it isn't; this is horrible, totally irresponsbile and has a chilling effect for everyone who has ever thought of moving here. Would you move your business to Phoenix if you thought your valued employees could be kidnapped? Oops, what am I thinking......you don't beleive any employee is valuable!
Does city management, city council and Chief Yahner realize your statements that "Phoenix is the kidnapping captial of the world" and "Phoenix is in the eye of the strom" most likely resulted in the poor survey results that just came out? Does your actions have anything to do with the Wall Street Journal's claim today that Phoenix is the most "miserable city in the country" to live in?
