Homicide and Their Lies With Andrew Thomas

What if you were to find out that some dirty corrupt cops in Phoenix PD Homicide, purposefully and maliciously kept and hid evidence in one of the biggest cases in Phoenix?

Well it happened and today a great moral victory occured in court!

You see, a few years back a cop in gang patrol (we'll refer to him as Stewey Red) had a complete report on a Suspect that had better motive and better opportunity to commit the crimes in the Baseline Murder. In some instances he came home with blood soaked shirts and admitted to killing people both in AZ and in California.

When the boys in Homicide like Mike Polombo and Alex Femenia found out about this report, they were rumored to state, "If we let this out we give a ni**er like Goudeau an alibi." Benny Pina order that this report by Stewey Red, be published in Microsoft Word.

Why you ask?

It was done so that no records request could ever be done. By being in Word; it is independent of any Police department system and could never be found. This investigation was a mere footnote by Alex Femenia in the indictment against Mark Goudeau.

In late July/early August of 2008, a group of good officers had a meeting with Keith Manning - Andrew Thomas' right hand guy. These cops presented this complete report to Keith Manning, and informed him that it was purposefully and maliciously kept from the Grand Jury and from Mark Goudeau's counsel.

Keith was rumored to call Andrew Thomas and tell him, "Andy, we have a problem", took the report, thanked the officers and left. He assured them that this would be disclosed to Andrew Thomas, the judge, and opposing counsel.

Guess what?

Nothing was disclosed and it was us at BadPhoenixCops who brought this to the attention of Mark Goudeau's lawyer a few weeks ago. (We can't take full credit as some key faithful officers and friends of BPC were involved, too!)

Early this week, Goudeau's attorney filed a request for the prosecutors office to disclosure this report. Today in court, the judge honored the requested and ordered the prosecutors to turn it over. Naturally they argued turning it over (I mean why give the opposing side evidence to set someone free...right?) but they lost.

If indeed Andrew Thomas did not disclose this and knew about this since last Summer, it is an impeachable offense. Kind of interesting how Alex Femenia went to go work for Andrew Thomas at the end of 2008. Isn't it?

We will be getting a copy of this binder. It includes all kinds of maps and grids that show that someone else could have committed these murders and should have been investigated by Homicide. Oh yeah... Chief Jack Ass Harris knew about this too, and did nothing. We heard when he found out about these good cops who gave the report to Keith Manning, he went nuts and started another witch hunt. When we get it, we will post all the sordid details here.

We don't understand why Mark Furman...we mean Alex Femenia and Mike Polombo...didn't disclose this, since the other suspect was a black too. Perhaps racists play favorites? We know there are lots of officers willing to testify that Mike Polombo is one of the biggest racists in the PPD. We know of at least one investigation where he was heard referencing some duragatory terms at Kevin Robinson.

At the time of all of this, Mike Polombo was banging his subordinate Heather - Heather the Maryvale Sword Swallower. There was no reprimand from his boss Benny Pina as Benny was having his own sordid affair and was covering for Mike. All this time, Mike Polombo is storing evidence in his garage, when his soon-to-be-ex-wife calls the PPD and tells them to either come and collect the evidence or the media will.

For those of you in the PPD who has this binder and report, we want to ensure that the report the prosecutor's office discloses is the exact same report that Stewey Red put together.

We wouldn't put it past any of them to do some creative editing or accidentally misplace important pieces of it.

If everyone remembers it was on St. Patrick's Day that Lieutenant Steve Soha of the Phoenix Police Department was pulled over for a DUI. While he vehemently denied it and claims he was being framed, he plead guilty and spent a day in jail - without telling anyone on the PPD! oh Yeah...and he's a long time buddy of Jack Harris.

Well…Lot’s has been happening. So much more bullshit going on in the PPD, but more importantly is the story about Louie Tovar, and his kid trying to become a cop.

As the story goes, little Louie’s son tried 3 years ago to become a cop. During the interview, a couple of things came up that were less than favorable in his background. We're not sure why this wasn't reported and assume there was a cover-up.

Fast forward 3 years.

The PPD call Louie’s house to invite his son back in for another interview. Dumb Louie, thinks that it is for his son to be re interviewed to be a cop and proudly brings his son in. Well it appears Louie’s son admitted to playing hide the meat puppet with Louie’s nephew a few years back - and who knows what other kids - and it all came out during the interview. So Louie brings his kid in, is taken to another room, and they start reading his son his Miranda Rights!

You can't lie during one of those...ya know? It looks like a huge investigation is underway and the cops who ignored this or brushed it aside 3 years ago are going to get a freight train crammed up their ass. Little Louie had the rug pulled from underneath him – all by his former Lieutenant, now Commander, Sandra Renteria.

Louie when we first heard this story - we really, really felt bad for you….being it was your son....

but not really Louie...we think you are inept and worthless...Just like your Chief Jack Ass.

Feeling bad only lasted for about 3.5 seconds.

We also think the results of our last poll were interesting.
64 of you voted on the topic of whether you think Mark Goudeau is the Baseline Killer.

20 of you (31%) had no doubt and thought he did it. Must be the guys in homicide who received all the accolades.

But what was interesting is that 57% of you think he didn’t do it, or were unsure and thought that the report and all the other details that point to someone else should at least be reviewed. Of this 57% - 39% were adamant he didn’t do. 18% wanted further investigation into the TWS report.

With a majority of people voting and posting here being in the PPD, City Government or tied to the City – it’s frightening that you have doubt in your own system. But I guess it is a system of ineptitude and one that lacks leadership and a senior level skill set.

We all know Jack Harris is an enormous "Jack Ass" and couldn't lead Steve Soha to a bar stool. What Jack and the 4th floor forget is that Management is doing things right. Leadership is doing the right things.

We should also note with the voting a solid 6% still Mike Polombo is still a Potato Head – even though he got the new FBI gig.

Why We All Call Jack Harris - Chief Jackass and the Biggest Horses Ass in Phoenix (Phil Gordon And Andrew Thomas Are Close In 2nd Place)

BPC was sitting around with few of our Phoenix PD friends the other night discussing your Chief Jack Ass and why we think he is worthless. This was on the heels of the Channel 5 /CBS story on Ron Snodgrass and how Jack Ass Harris only gave him a written reprimand for having porn on his computer and showing it Linnea Knowles. This story is all over the place.

So after a little wine and thinking things through, this is what we came up surmised. We hope Chief Ass Harris reads this:

1) Jack, one would think having served in the Marines, you might have learned something about integrity, respects, scruples, discipline or leadership. It is clear the Corp taught you none of these things. Your lack of leadership and discipline is so apparent. You either don’t have the balls or the brains to do what needs to be done in the PPD. It's not about "protecting your boys" Jack, it's about doing a job for all citizens and to be fair and impartial doing it.

2) The recent story on Channel 5 about Ronnie Snodgrass is a testament to your ineptitude and bad judgment. Your own internal investigation found that Ronnie had porn on his computer. Your own folks recommended – albeit a weak suspension - of 8 hours of pay for Ronnie. You overruled this while at the same time recommended that a 20+ year Scottsdale officer be suspended for 8 months and forced into resigning from the Scottsdale PD. How do you sleep at night and justify this decision?

3) The story had the MAC committee noting your wrong doing. You can read the link here with what Alton Washington wrote to you

Your job is to lead and set examples. You did neither of these with Ron Snodgrass.

4) Now we hear that Ron Snodgrass has applied to be a Reserve Officer. God knows he couldn’t fit into any uniform, handle Patrol, fit behind a driver's seat nor write a report - so we assume this is more on Ronnie’s greed and boondoggle to extort money from the City. We also know that since Ronnie retired in the middle of this investigation, that your rules state if you leave midway of an investigation with no closure, one forfeits their right to become a cop or a Reserve Officer. Ronnie’s application would hence be denied.

Even though Alton Washington made it very clear to you that you need to be impartial and should stay away from this case. We heard Jack that you personally called up Scott Finical (Chief of the Reserves and attorney at Fennemore Craig) and told him that you wanted Ronnie to be a Reserve Officer, regardless of Ronnie's open, non-finalized investigation. We have heard this from several cops in the PPD. This action will send such ripple throughout your department, you are simply too stupid to realize the harm you will do. Any officer in the past who was denied admittance to the Reserves for an open investigation, can now sue the City of Phoenix. Any officer who resigned in disgrace can now become a Reserve Officer because Ronnie will set the precedence.

Don't you see this Jack or are you too busy polishing your fifth star in Hawaii? The rumors are flying that your visit to Hawaii coincided with Obama's visit too, and that you are cooking a deal under Napolitano in Homeland Security. Is it that you just don't give a shit about Phoenix and the PD anymore?

5) How about Steve Soha? This guy has disappeared and must be in hiding. He pled guilty to DUI and served a day in jail…Did he bother telling anyone this, including his boss? Nope he didn’t. We are facing budget cuts and layoffs…Steve Soha should be the first on your list to be shit canned. He is worthless and should never be cop. He can’t go back to Iraq with the Corp because of his DUI, so his best job will be Target security with Little Louie Tovar. This is another example Jack of how you protect someone that hurts the moral of the entire department. No one ever taught you about cutting your losses and moving on.

Jack Harris: Plain and simple – you suck and are a horses ass. You lack experience, leadership, and decision making. If this were the 17th century, you would have been thrown overboard, set adrift in a long boat or tarred/feathered and run out of town. You can’t lead, no one likes you and no one respects you. Any good sergeant, lieutenant and officer worth their salt gives us everything on the inside to help sink your ship and the ship of all your FOJs. The only people who support you are your Asst chief’s who have their head up your ass or because you all have dirt on each other. It is truly an honor among thieves with you and the entire 4^th Floor. You are your leadership team are one big snake...A snake that needs it's head cut off by the Department of Justice with a Consent Decree.

6) And finally take a long hard look at the photo of a pompous, greedy , slob:

Congratulations to Jack Ass Harris for Being the Number One Voted Story - And For Assisting in the Murders of 7 Citizens in Phoenix!

Great job Chief Jack Ass. The people have spoken and out of all the stories in the Valley, Channel 5’s expose’ on how 7 additional people died in Phoenix that were tied to the “Baseline Killer” and the missing DNA swab won top spot.

Now an entirely separate issue is that someone with the initials TWS that is currently in prison is most definitely the Baseline Killer…but that’s irrelevant to Andrew Thomas, Phil Gordon, Chief Jack Ass and those boys in Homicide! The Phoenix PD got a minority in jail and convicted, so they are quite happy!

It would be way too easy and simple to get TWS’ DNA and see if there is a match greater than the mere 23% that convicted Mark Goudeau. Alex Femenia could probably request this in his new job, but won’t. There could easily be a retrial, but they won’t do it. They would rather bask in the glory that someone is in jail for the crimes and keep patting each other on the back!

Well Jack Ass and DNA Swab story won top spot. The live story with Commander Chuck Miller and Billy Coleman’s commentary is priceless. Miller is such befuddled fucktard - he didn’t know what to say – got up and left – and came back. "There are just so many moving parts to this complex case" he stated. What a moron. While he may be easy on the eyes, the man’s brains must in his dick. We heard he’s been caught screwing anything with a hole and a grip, in the PPD.

Coleman was great, and was very outspoken on the flaws in the PPD and the Crime Lab under Moonraker “Jaws” Montgomery. Do you think Jack and the FOJs will try to get back at Billy and issue a baseless NOI?

Note to Tracy Montgomery: The dream is over sister. If you are in your 40s and your grill looks like Jimmy-Crack-Corn (and we don't care!) why change it? Unless of course it has conflicted all these years with your "cunning linguist" approach to your female friends.

What was not addressed is this mysterious swab that was lost – then found.

Where was it? Who found it? Was it in Mike Polombo’s garage? In Joe Balloon Knott’s ass?

After they analyze this swab, they then tie it to Mark Goudeau. It all sounds way too surreptitious and covert to believe.

Anyway…Congratulations Jack Ass Harris. You did a fine and wonderful job helping 7 additional citizens in Phoenix lose their lives, all in part to your ineptitude and the ineptitude of your lab and your snatch licking Assistant Chief running it.

We hope you feel very proud of your achievement! The Baseline Killer obtained national recognition and has been noted as probably the most important case in Phoenix history.

The invitation shouldn't read, "Why is this man so happy after 37 1/2 years" - but rather "Why is every woman in the PPD so happy they won't be sexually harrassed anymore?"



We heard through the vine that your buddies were purposefully delaying the investigation and complaint from Ms. Knowles, so that you could retire with a clean record. It's nice to have friends in low places Ronnie Bear.

Cops and Fireman Shopping on Company Time - Hey Phil Gordon - Why Don't You Call these Guys And Ask Them to Work For Free?

So we heard that Phil Gordon wants everyone to take an unpaid day and work for free. Well it looks like this cop in the North Valley, is doing personal stuff on company time.

Now we all know that it may have been his lunch time, and we all have been in a pinch to run a personal errand while at work. Perhaps this cop went into Barnes and Noble looking for Femenia's or Polombo’s latest book on the Baseline Killer. Whatever the reason – don’t park in front of the store and don’t pull around back and read the damn book!

The person and the friend of BPC who took these photos (who goes by the name Mr. Murray "Andy" Penisbreath) claims the cop asked for a clerk's help, bought an unknown book, then drove around back to start reading it. There was no Potato Head at the scene or in the area.

This happened in the North Valley (out of Paseo Park District) and the cop was driving vehicle number #811776 at 11:30 on Dec 3, 2008. You guys will figure out who he is. If the cop himself or any of his friends read this site and want to set the record straight, by telling us what book he bought and why he did it on work time, we will publish it all here and any retraction. It could have been legitimate, but we doubt it.

Maybe things wouldn't be so bad and we might not need to hire so many cops and firemen, if they were doing their jobs and not handling personal stuff on company time?

Like we said before, occassionally one needs to run an errand - but cops buying books and fireman looking at shotguns?

Since we know many in the City Manager's office and City Hall view this site, why don't you guys find out who these folks are and personally ask them to work for free since we all paid for them to run their personal errands?

Our City is in a Deficit, People are Losing Their Job and 75 Phoenix Cops Are Going to the Obama Inauguration!

75 cops are scheduled to attend Obama’s Inauguration in Washington DC, and one of them is Steve Soha!

WTF?

Now the PPD is going to claim that Federal Dollars are paying for the trip, and that the cops are “needed” in DC for added protection. They may also be staying at a Base like Quantico.

But the truth is that the PPD is not needed in Washington DC and this is one of the biggest boondoggle business trip rip-offs, since Rod Snodgrass was caught stealing from PLEA by extending his business trips, into personal trips! How about putting those "Federal Dollars" to protecting our Border? And when 75 cops are in DC, who and what group is covering for them to protect our streets?

As a citizen you should be outraged! 75 cops? This is unbelievable! Sounds like a big circle jerk and we would bet those going are all FOJs!

It wouldn't surprise us if morons like Montgomery, Balloon Knott and all the others mentioned here are going too.

Steve Soha Pled guilty to DUI in Mesa. Maybe Steve won't be be getting an Xmas card this year from Chief Jack Ass?

It was on ABC 15 news the other night at 10PM.

So this begs the questions of chief Jack Ass Harris: When are you going to demote Steve Soha to Patrol?

Would we or any of our friends get driven to and from work everyday at the taxpayers expense, and only spend 1 day in jail and get to go to Drunk Class?

Or better yet, with budget cuts looming why not just sack this drunk, useless cop? Is this what you want representing the PPD?

And he's on the Honor Guard and part of Homeland Security? Didn't Steve Soha just compromise his Homeland Security Clearance?

This by no means is the first time Steve has had trouble with the law. He goes quite a ways back, at least until 1997.

BadPhoenixCops is in possession of a Disciplinary Review Board doc from May, 1997 that was supposedly purged from his HR file – but we got ‘em!

It was September 11, 1996 at 9:15PM.

While at the Owls Nest in Tempe with his Marine buddy, Steve is asked to leave the bar. Steve was on Mill Avenue trolling for some college chicks and saying derogatory comments to patrons and staff. The Owls Nest called the cops. He was arrested by the Tempe Police...His Marine buddy makes the mistake by refusing to cooperate with the Tempe Police after witnessing Steve’s misdemeanor.
But here’s the real kicker...

While Steve’s buddy is arguing with the Tempe cops – Steve sneaks out the backdoor, hops in his car and drives home drunk! Some friend, right? Did they teach him that in the Marine Corp - how to abandon your friends, covering for his drunk, stupid ass?

Imagine you are the one who caused the problem with your drunkenness, and you leave your buddy hanging there?

We hope over the years, his Marine buddy Jeff has done a better job at picking his drinking partners and distances himself from Steve Soha. Unfortunately Tracy Montgomery isn't smart enough to realize this. And another interesting note on this 1996 DRB doc is that Tracy Montgomery was a Sergeant on this/his review, coevering for his ass early on!

We have been told on Monday, Nov 10th there will be a story on the Mark Goudeau case (and the documents we submitted to Channel 5) and Thursday Nov 13th a story will be on the Ineptitude of Tracy Montgomery and the Crime Lab. We anticipate both stories will not be favorable on Chief Jack Ass and the PPD.

When we meet with these reporters they admit the hesitation that many of you have, directly handing them evidence that shows the corruption of Jack Ass Harris and the 4th Floor.


That’s OK! We completely understand! It's your job and your career is at stake. The possibility of those bullshit NOIs, being demoted to patrol, or being in the position that no other group or department will hire you since you are "tainted" is daunting and traumatic to you and your family.

You are in a difficult position, but we aren’t! Jack and his Assclowns can't fire us or issue NOIs against us.

That’s why you must give your evidence and documents of the corruption to BPC, so that we may sit down and explain it thoroughly and bluntly to these reporters.

We sat down for a good hour reviewing and discussing the missing TWS/Mark Goudeau police report with the folks at Channel 5 and explained all the characters in the charade and cover-up like Mike Polombo, Benny Pina and Alex Femenia. We also made sure Wendy Goudeau and her legal team got copies of it too. CBS told us, "We sat down with a bunch of cops, but they all said to come to you [BPC] and your site, because you have all the docs or know how to get them."

This is probably the best compliment we have ever received.

We told them things that as cops, you would probably never have said! CBS 5 also asked to establish a steady relationship with us to provide assistance in these types of stories. We'll see how Channel 5 does on these stories before we commit, but remember, we can only do it with your help!

The Nameplate Witch Hunt Continues as a Class 4 Felony - Entire 4th Floor of PPD Confirmed as Biggest Group of AssClowns in Phoenix

These Homicide (or Homocide) cops have way too much time on their hands! So they are trying to have this be a class 4 Felony for Identity theft! So would smashing one of those Mr. and Mrs. PotatoHeads, be murder? What do we call a lab backlogged with 27,000 requests? Or Andy’s Rage moments? Are these mere misdemeanors, written reprimands, or Felonies?

Looks like the weapon was a potato peeler and a potato masher. Better set up a crime scene Balloon Knott. We hope the Lab may process the samples here, ahead of the 27,000 requests they already have. Tracey probably put those 27,000 requests in a box back in Polombos garage!

If anyone ask you for your Iron Key, tell them you lost it – or better yet – go buy a second Iron Key and have a dummy one to give the PPD/Homicide/SID/PSP. You should always tell them to Fuck-Off and let them begin a PSP investigation just to get your Garrity Rights! Then through the investigation, feel free to tell them whatever you want just like Snodgrass, Polombo, Femenia. These folks lie to Grand Juries, hide evidence, and investigate people for no reason and never investigate the people, who need to be investigated - so do whatever you need; and feel guilt free.

We need to follow and review the logic of the PPD. Their obtuse logic.

They are investigating an identity theft of Heather Polombo and who sent the email with these comments, and not investigating the comments made in the BLOG about how Polombo was having his affair, Tovar trading porn emails with Polk, and all the other claims in the post!

I just can’t believe these guys will investigate missing name plates and who authored the email, but not the contents or the claims within it! They must be figuring that if the email was sent at 1:49PM, it must have been sent from the office, hence the usage of an Iron Key.

Sorry to say folks but your job is working for the biggest assembly of Fucktards ever known to man. Is this really how you want to spend your career?

We don’t know how you all put up with this crap or why anyone would want to work in Homicide at this point. We know many of you support this site and BLOG and help us out tremendously and put your necks out. So our advice to everone (even the officers we spoke with today)

Stay focused, publish what is the truth and stick to facts.

Give us any and all information as discretely as you can. Jack and his Assclowns like Joe Balloon Knott can't issue an NOI against us and we can't get fired for not cooperating. We are also Knott afraid of anyone in the PPD. Our attorneys are on constant standby waiting for any movement or any overt action by anyone in the City or the PPD.

It looks like the missing name plates visited Vegas this week with the Arizona Homicide Investigators Association Meeting, at the Gold Coast Hotel in Las Vegas. We hear this meeting was as exciting as watching paint dry and could have been renamed, The Arizona Homicide Investigators Cure For Insomnia.

We won't ask "Why?" with such a city deficit, a contigency from Arizona had to go to Las Vegas to the shithole-of-all-shithole, hotels for a meeting. We can only assume Excaliber and Frontier were sold out. Why Knott (pun) invest money locally in AZ? Sedona? Flagstaff? Tucson? Naw...that would actually make too much sense and be too practical and prudent!

Maybe you should check everyone's desks, cameras, bags and cars - because someone there has your missing name plates!

Rumor also has it that some of the attendees had hookers come to their rooms at Gold Coast.
