Cops and Fireman Shopping on Company Time - Hey Phil Gordon - Why Don't You Call these Guys And Ask Them to Work For Free?

So we heard that Phil Gordon wants everyone to take an unpaid day and work for free. Well it looks like this cop in the North Valley, is doing personal stuff on company time.

Now we all know that it may have been his lunch time, and we all have been in a pinch to run a personal errand while at work. Perhaps this cop went into Barnes and Noble looking for Femenia's or Polombo’s latest book on the Baseline Killer. Whatever the reason – don’t park in front of the store and don’t pull around back and read the damn book!
The person and the friend of BPC who took these photos (who goes by the name Mr. Murray "Andy" Penisbreath) claims the cop asked for a clerk's help, bought an unknown book, then drove around back to start reading it. There was no Potato Head at the scene or in the area.

This happened in the North Valley (out of Paseo Park District) and the cop was driving vehicle number #811776 at 11:30 on Dec 3, 2008. You guys will figure out who he is. If the cop himself or any of his friends read this site and want to set the record straight, by telling us what book he bought and why he did it on work time, we will publish it all here and any retraction. It could have been legitimate, but we doubt it.

And in the same vein, these other photos show some on the Phoenix Fire Dept, on Black Friday
parked in front of Dick's Sporting Goods, shopping for shotguns!

Maybe since Phoenix PD can't buy their own shot guns, the Phoenix Fire Department can??!!??
Maybe things wouldn't be so bad and we might not need to hire so many cops and firemen, if they were doing their jobs and not handling personal stuff on company time?
Like we said before, occassionally one needs to run an errand - but cops buying books and fireman looking at shotguns?
This may not be corruption, but it sure is stupid!
Since we know many in the City Manager's office and City Hall view this site, why don't you guys find out who these folks are and personally ask them to work for free since we all paid for them to run their personal errands?

The Phoenix Police Department and the FBI are starting a new Task Force which would investigate Bank Robberies. Joe Klima, the “questionable” commander of the Violent Crimes Bureau, has said that the Phoenix Police Department would provide a sergeant and two detectives. He is looking for a sergeant with proven investigative experience, integrity, steadfastness, and high moral principles. The rumor is that he has already chosen at Mike Polombo, who he said has these admirable qualities, even before the process has started.

Now, that’s change we can believe in!

Why wouldn't Cmdr. Joe pick Potato Head Polombo. Every other decision he has made has been an absolute failure while in VCB. Might as well make another. I am sure an advertisement for the position will come out so the process can be fair. I wonder how it will read: Must have no experience in bank robberies (Polombo qualifies just as he had no experience in homicide), must know how to manipulate investigations and your chain of command, must have no moral or ethics, etcetera... Polombo fits each and everyone of those. The only good thing is he will get the hell out of homicide. They should send Mrs. Potato Head to the female vice position so she can be the whore she is and not have to act like one anymore!

We'll tell you why - because it drives Mr. P bonkers!!! She's collateral damage - plain and simple. She can enjoy sex all she wants. We all enjoy sex and we can all talk about it.

If it is true that Polombo got a new job, that is bullshit.

Maybe, just maybe, we should send Polombo and Klima to Cactus Park Precinct? They could do what they do best and that's screw around on duty, make questionable decisions, tell everyone that they have high integrity, and make everyone’s life miserable.

This could be a win-win situation. They would be out of VCB and there would finally be change at Cactus. Right now Cactus Park is leaderless as you can see by the photos of the officer shopping on duty then going behind the store to read his new purchase.

Polombo and Klima might not be the best supervisors but at least they would be better then Pina and the nitwits in charge of the circus at Cactus Park

Yeah but when your ass in in trouble, or when your neighbors dog is barking, or when those pesky kids are playing in front of your house - who's the first person you call?

That's because you don't have the tits or balls to talk to your own neighbor and handle your own shit.

We have to come and do it for you and risk getting shot for doing it!

It is official. Polombo will be the next task force robbery sergeant. Per Klima, there is no one more qualified than Polombo. Remember, Polombo has never ever investigated a bank robbery as a detective or a supervisor. He has never investigated a homicide as a detective or a supervisor either. No one else need apply but, there will be a fair and impartial process for the position of task force robbery sergeant, just so it all looks official. What a fucking joke!! Send that worthless piece of shit back to patrol where he belongs and would probably be fragged by his squad and the citizens he would have to deal with. Another outstanding decision by Cmdr. Joe.

Polumbo needs an assignment at Cactus Park Precinct not to be rewarded with a Task Force assignment. Hopefully, some of our best sergeants will apply for the Robbery Task Force. The department actually has many sergeants that would do an excellent job at this assignment and are well qualified.

I am afraid that if we keep up these remarks that none of the good sergeants will apply for the Task Force and that Polumbo would get the job by default.

Polumbo really needs a patrol assignment where he can learn how to be a sergeant while being under close supervision. If he was to be assigned to the Task Force there would be no supervision for him and he would cause lots of problems.

Cactus Park is just the place for him and Joe Klima.

I love how all you want to "send them back to patrol." I guess all you feel that you are better than patrol.Well guess what? Patrol is the backbone of ANY police department. Patrol officers are the ones who are getting shot, killed and injuried. Whens the last time some fat ass detective got shot? Patrol is the most dangerous job in the department. So why do you make patrol out to be something bad or worthless?
