It must be an Arizona thing that we find the dumbest, most corrupt, unethical pieces of trash and call them Chief or Assistant Chief.

Their recording shows the corruption with the Tempe Police Department, with their chief Tom Ryff.
It appears that Tom had a “Louie Tovar Moment” and had a tape recorder running while he is coaching a fellow officer to lie, all so that they can go cheat on their wives.
Honestly folks – we just can’t make this stuff up.
Listening to the recordings makes you just feel disgusted - that AssClowns like these rise to leadership positions. What amazes us is that these absolutely obtuse leaders can't hang up a phone or realize thy are being recorded? And we entrust these morons to lead an investigation and protect us??!!??
