If everyone remembers it was on St. Patrick's Day that Lieutenant Steve Soha of the Phoenix Police Department was pulled over for a DUI. While he vehemently denied it and claims he was being framed, he plead guilty and spent a day in jail - without telling anyone on the PPD! oh Yeah...and he's a long time buddy of Jack Harris.

We can tell you personally Steve that as citizens in Phoenix, we are very proud to have you carrying a gun, representing the honor guard and protecting us.

Who is behind all of this? Mike Polombo! He tried to get Barnes fired years ago with a bogus internal investigation, that failed. He harassed him at work and it is documented in his work files and Joe Knott was made aware of it and refused to address it. Who is the victim in the alleged offenses in both search warrants? Mike and Heather Polombo. The department and the Polombo's are working together to silence BPC and Barnes using bogus criminal charges to get search warrants. That is a fact! It violates 1st admendment rights.
I so love that this all has come to light! It's about time the good guys finish first! Let's hope this exposes the corrupt cops on the 4th floor once and for all!

BPCs lawsuit and claim will change this city. Phil Gordon, Frank Fairbanks and Jack Harris should be very, very worried.
BPC called their bluff and put them in a corner with Civil Rights lawsuit.
