Someone told us this last guy was fired..thankfully. We are not sure if he is napping or this was taken after hours in the parking lot of Maryvale where he was getting a mouth hug from someone.
They have been asking for your Iron Keys. For those of you who don’t know, an Iron Key is a USB (thumb drive) that allows one to lock their data and browse the Internet undetected. We own our own Iron Keys and encourage you to get one. Here is a link in case anyone in the PPD or the City wants to get one to browse the Net safely and undetected.
Just don’t let anyone know you own it. It is pretty cool. It’s indestructible, waterproof and reportedly hack proof. (Our guy in Atlanta is currently trying to hack into one). The only way in, is with a password and after 10 attempts, it will self destruct.
If anyone ask you for your Iron Key, tell them you lost it – or better yet – go buy a second Iron Key and have a dummy one to give the PPD/Homicide/SID/PSP. You should always tell them to Fuck-Off and let them begin a PSP investigation just to get your Garrity Rights! Then through the investigation, feel free to tell them whatever you want just like Snodgrass, Polombo, Femenia. These folks lie to Grand Juries, hide evidence, and investigate people for no reason and never investigate the people, who need to be investigated - so do whatever you need; and feel guilt free.

We need to follow and review the logic of the PPD. Their obtuse logic.
They are investigating an identity theft of Heather Polombo and who sent the email with these comments, and not investigating the comments made in the BLOG about how Polombo was having his affair, Tovar trading porn emails with Polk, and all the other claims in the post!

We don’t know how you all put up with this crap or why anyone would want to work in Homicide at this point. We know many of you support this site and BLOG and help us out tremendously and put your necks out. So our advice to everone (even the officers we spoke with today)
Stay focused, publish what is the truth and stick to facts.
Give us any and all information as discretely as you can. Jack and his Assclowns like Joe Balloon Knott can't issue an NOI against us and we can't get fired for not cooperating. There is no sense demanding any investigation by the PPD. We have legitimate concerns, recordings, and indicia and nothing gets investigated. Surely our request for any investigation would include us needing to disclose who said what and to whom, thus compromising our sources. At worst Officer XXXX would get a written reprimand (or a pat on the back)and the PPD would be smarter; and BPC loses one or two sources.
As in the past we have said we are not afraid of the PPD or Balloon Knott, Snodgrass, Soha or Polombo. Maybe in the world of the PPD they hold some power, but out here they are mere school yard bullies who will be dealt with in an open forum.
If Polombo sleeps well at night knowing his girl has seen more dick than a urinal, then we are fine sleeping that some officers on the PPD wish us to be dead.
This is way better than any investigation.
Alex Femenia is a class act who has been involved in many major investigations during his career. One in particular was AZScam where he and others took on some very corrupt state elected officials. He should retire with his head held high as doing an excellent job throughout his entire career.
The comments that I have seen in BPC should be directed at the fourth floor not at a hard working detective who is retiring. He deserves our admiration not ridicule in his last days.
How about some new characters with the same story. Like...Lt Bruce Anest banging the desk aid from Maryvale in a Sgt's office, while the Sgt stood watch outside...Bruce Anest's ex wife, Sgt Jodi "The C Word" Anest (Bruce's charm turned her into a lesbian), sexually harrassed a female officer on her squad in Cactus Park Precinct. Jodi received an NOI but it was brushed under the rug for reasons of FOJ. Bruce's follies were laughed at by the 4th floor, because he's their Jester.....We cant forget about Commander Chuck Miiller banging a subordinate as a Sgt and graciously moved up the ranks to Commander, but moving up the ranks after such indiscretions were easy for Little Chuckie because he swallows Commander Rob "Handjob " Handy's goo on a daily basis. What people dont realize is that Handjob Handy is creating his OWN following of "swallowers" because he want Jackass's job. HAA!!! Be careful who you drink beer with Rob. Alex Fermenia talks softly and is void of voice inflections so, hey, he must be a good guy. He seems in control and never seems to lose it. Blah, blah, blah. Give me a break! Fermenia is nothing more than an old, burnt out, corrupt, liar of a dic. He doesn’t think twice about lying under oath or planting evidence when needed to get a conviction. He’s made his career riding on the backs of innocent people. And for the record, we have heard that Alex Femenia is a “good guy” but if the rumors are true that the documents we possess were deliberately and maliciously kept from a grand jury (the document is dated 9/22/06 and appears to have been kept) – then Alex is no better than any FOJ and he is just another dirty homicide cop like Polombo.

You guys are right. The Potato Photos are getting old and Polombo is merely a symptom of a long standing illness. We will post them in a collage of photos on the home page and we also agree that we need more about the 4th floor, their corruption and their ineptitude.
For those of you thinking that it is one disgruntled former Homicide person posting – we can assure you – we see these comments coming in and they come from multiple sources. Keep in mind that Jack Ass Harris has had a few henchman taking care of his dirty deeds like Polombo, Snodgrass, Hoover and a few other names keep coming up. I think these cops who got screwed by the FOJ network are venting. I would cut them some degree of slack since this is their only place to vent.
We will be having more posts soon, but understand we have been working behind the scenes bringing all of the corruption to the attention of some major news outlets, that should bear some fruit soon. We are also working on another national press release announcing some of the corruption and calling our “Friends of BPC" at the Wall Street Journal and the NY Times. We feel full-blown national exposure will be some needed heat here, for someone to take action.
We have figured and found that Phil Gordon looks out for Jack Ass and vice versa. We don’t know of the extent of the relationship, but it is tight as verified by many on the City Council. Perhaps Jack has pictures of Phil and Phil has pictures of Jack? Phil Gordon let’s Jack get away with all these crimes and does nothing. Maybe the shit is just too deep and any new Chief or outside investigation would derail future dreams? We know that Phil wants a shot at the Senate seat or Governor seat (depending on who wins). Jack is spending so much time in Washington DC, we can only think he is cooking his next deal to get out of here.
We encourage you all to keep sending us stuff! It all helps. This takes a lot of time, meetings and effort and is completely grass roots. We wish we could have 3-4 postings per week, but there isn’t enough manpower to do it all.

Nov 1 Poster here: Yes, I do have some things. I've been on since 1994. I am also appalled at what I've seen on this department. I've never seen so many self-serving, self-righteous badge heavy fucks in all my life. The problem is that it starts with officers who should have kept their jobs at Home Depot or Walmart and have no business carrying a fucking badge. Then these dumb asses, through the most fucked up selection process, get promoted and abuse their authority. 90% of the stripes, bars and stars on this fucked up department were inept at doing real police work so to justify their existence and fuel their own ego they think they can supervise others. I can think of a lot of situations that I've heard through the years, but I think it's only fair to relate the situations that I know first hand.
A while back there was a female officer (Stacia Hill) that threatened to kill her detective boyfriend and herself. An SAU negotiator talked the gun away from Hill and they fired her. She got her job back through civil service, claiming that she was not afforded any counseling before termination. She was re-instated and subsequently promoted to Sgt. She's actually a waste of flesh and bone and she draws Sgt's pay. I worked for the bitch and she told me first hand what transpired. I couldn't believe I was actually working for her.
Another one was when I worked in Central City Precinct. I was with my FTO when we followed a car that picked up a prostitute at 11th St and Polk St. The car drove through the neighborhood and then went south across Van Buren to Monroe, where it parked in a dark area. When we saw the passenger's head disappear, we walked up on the car and saw the driver getting a blow job from the prostitute. We separated both the driver and hooker and while I interviewed the hooker ("he-she named Johnny Lopez-Lopez), my FTO talked with the driver and let him go. The driver was a cop who worked plain clothes in Squaw Peak. His name is Mark Rios. I subsequently got transfered to Maryvale in 1997 and a few months later Rios transfered there as a SERGEANT. To this day, he wont look me in the eye. That night, it didnt even phase him that the hooker was a dude. I think he was more concerned about badging his way out of going to jail. I kept that FI card for years, but then threw it out after a few years. I wished I kept it. I'll give you some more later. But it's amazing the type of worthless self serving assholes they pick as leaders for this organization.
