Yep. We all knew this was coming. An FOJ has fallen from grace!Steve Soha Pled guilty to DUI in Mesa. Maybe Steve won't be be getting an Xmas card this year from Chief Jack Ass?
You can read the short article here:

It was on ABC 15 news the other night at 10PM.
So this begs the questions of chief Jack Ass Harris: When are you going to demote Steve Soha to Patrol?
Would we or any of our friends get driven to and from work everyday at the taxpayers expense, and only spend 1 day in jail and get to go to Drunk Class?
Or better yet, with budget cuts looming why not just sack this drunk, useless cop? Is this what you want representing the PPD?
And he's on the Honor Guard and part of Homeland Security? Didn't Steve Soha just compromise his Homeland Security Clearance?
This by no means is the first time Steve has had trouble with the law. He goes quite a ways back, at least until 1997.
BadPhoenixCops is in possession of a Disciplinary Review Board doc from May, 1997 that was supposedly purged from his HR file – but we got ‘em!It was September 11, 1996 at 9:15PM.
While at the Owls Nest in Tempe with his Marine buddy, Steve is asked to leave the bar. Steve was on Mill Avenue trolling for some college chicks and saying derogatory comments to patrons and staff. The Owls Nest called the cops. He was arrested by the Tempe Police...His Marine buddy makes the mistake by refusing to cooperate with the Tempe Police after witnessing Steve’s misdemeanor.
But here’s the real kicker...
While Steve’s buddy is arguing with the Tempe cops – Steve sneaks out the backdoor, hops in his car and drives home drunk! Some friend, right? Did they teach him that in the Marine Corp - how to abandon your friends, covering for his drunk, stupid ass?
Imagine you are the one who caused the problem with your drunkenness, and you leave your buddy hanging there?
Here's a photo of Steve's Disciplinary Review Doc. If you would like a PDF, just email us and we will send it to you.
We hope over the years, his Marine buddy Jeff has done a better job at picking his drinking partners and distances himself from Steve Soha. Unfortunately Tracy Montgomery isn't smart enough to realize this. And another interesting note on this 1996 DRB doc is that Tracy Montgomery was a Sergeant on this/his review, coevering for his ass early on!

I am sure the internal investigation will be inconclusive...meaning the FOJ and FOTracy will be taken care of, he will stay in his specialty detail and have a driver to and form work as well as contnue to DISHONOR the Honor Guard!
two sets of standards, nothing will change... gotta get this in local news media, but thet are bought off as well!!!
As a Native American who doesn't drink, I am offended that you said Steve Soha was "drunker than a pack of Indians". It seems you people on here are just angry and want to get mad at someone. Why not get mad at all the bums on the street, all the child molesters, all the murderers? My husband was murdered 12 years ago and the killer is free and living in Cottonwood, AZ today. At least Mr. Soha didn't get into a drunk driving accident. So many people out there kill others and get a slap on the wrist. Why don't you people get a web site about "Bad Criminals set free" and write about them? Give info on where these people live and who their neighbors are. Lets get mad at real dangerous people and stop picking on cops who are only human, not perfect. They are trying their best to serve & protect. That kind of job - dealing with scumbags all day - can get to police sometimes. They should all be commended for doing the job they do - not many would be brave enough to do it.
We could have said, "Drunker than Harold Hurrt driving to a golf course," but not many would get the joke.
If you are offended by the commentary on the blog, then don't read it. No one is forcing you to open up your browser and crusie our site.
