Now an entirely separate issue is that someone with the initials TWS that is currently in prison is most definitely the Baseline Killer…but that’s irrelevant to Andrew Thomas, Phil Gordon, Chief Jack Ass and those boys in Homicide! The Phoenix PD got a minority in jail and convicted, so they are quite happy!
It would be way too easy and simple to get TWS’ DNA and see if there is a match greater than the mere 23% that convicted Mark Goudeau. Alex Femenia could probably request this in his new job, but won’t. There could easily be a retrial, but they won’t do it. They would rather bask in the glory that someone is in jail for the crimes and keep patting each other on the back!
Well Jack Ass and DNA Swab story won top spot. The live story with Commander Chuck Miller and Billy Coleman’s commentary is priceless. Miller is such befuddled fucktard - he didn’t know what to say – got up and left – and came back. "There are just so many moving parts to this complex case" he stated. What a moron. While he may be easy on the eyes, the man’s brains must in his dick. We heard he’s been caught screwing anything with a hole and a grip, in the PPD. 
Coleman was great, and was very outspoken on the flaws in the PPD and the Crime Lab under Moonraker “Jaws” Montgomery. Do you think Jack and the FOJs will try to get back at Billy and issue a baseless NOI?

What was not addressed is this mysterious swab that was lost – then found.
Where was it? Who found it? Was it in Mike Polombo’s garage? In Joe Balloon Knott’s ass?
After they analyze this swab, they then tie it to Mark Goudeau. It all sounds way too surreptitious and covert to believe.
Anyway…Congratulations Jack Ass Harris. You did a fine and wonderful job helping 7 additional citizens in Phoenix lose their lives, all in part to your ineptitude and the ineptitude of your lab and your snatch licking Assistant Chief running it.
We hope you feel very proud of your achievement! The Baseline Killer obtained national recognition and has been noted as probably the most important case in Phoenix history.

How do you find something as small as a Q-tip a year after it’s been lost?!!! Really?! It was just lost? You mean something like it just rolled under someone’s desk and then found by the janitorial service a year later? The PPD is counting on the general public to be gullible, and unfortunately, an awful lot of people are and actually buy this transparent crap of an explanation.
Now, for the real facts: At the Goudeau sexual assault trial in 2007, Phoenix Crime Lab technician, Jennifer Palmer, testified on the stand that the famous Q-tip WAS TOO DEGRADED TO ACHIEVE USABLE RESULTS and so it was SHELVED FOR A YEAR. Read that – not lost, but shelved!
So what was this poor slob from PPD supposed to say? Talk about a rock and a hard spot. He couldn’t very well speak to the tenuous nature of the degraded DNA – that no results could be obtained with this so-called rock hard evidence. Apparently he felt spinning a story that the Q-tip was lost would have less ramifications since it cannot speak to the inherent issues of the DNA itself.
Since Goudeau only matched 3 out of 13 of the genetic markers there was never a CODIS “hit” – a CODIS hit requires a lot more than 23% of the genetic markers. It may need up to 9. Anyways, enter DPS crime lab which was provided Goudeau’s name as a suspect and BANG, what luck, like magic, they claim a match. As a side note: Lorraine Heath, DPS technician, testified that although the results were NOT A MATCH she chose to tell the police it was and used the word MATCH to PPD. Goudeau was arrested that very day! And Heath has fled the country and now resides in Canada, far, far away.
The true scenario: 2006 - local law enforcement is under enormous NATIONAL pressure to solve two, possibly, three, serial crimes that are happening at the same time. An informant led them to the Shooters, a false and misleading claim by Heath, led them to Goudeau. How he was even arrested on such tenuous evidence (the degraded inconclusive DNA was all they had!) is a question that may never be answered. We should all be afraid of these Gestapo tactics. Goudeau only matched 23% of a swab that went on holiday to god-knows-where? A swab that was missing and then magically reappeared?
I’ll give you 23% odds that you will live to see tomorrow? I’ll give you 23% odds that your kid is on drugs? I’ll give you 23% odds that your wife is fucking someone else?
Goudeau ain’t the guy. At best many of you cops think he was involved somewhere, somehow. The report states that TWS admitted that Goudeau couldn’t have killed anyone – maybe rape – but not kill.
Well your own sergeant Timo Louis (ol Bill’s son) who is an active cop today, raped a girl and Mike Polombo got him off. At best even if Goudeau did rape anyone (and that’s very doubtful) he should be sharing a jail cell with Timo.
Many also say that many man hours, hard work and overtime was put into this case – so then why wouldn’t you want the right guy in jail?
TWS is currently serving time in prison (he was arrested soon after Goudeau was – hence the answer to the question on why all the crimes stopped). They have the DNA of TWS why not test it? If it is better than a 23% match, then a retrial is mandatory.

You can also use an Ironkey ( www.ironkey.com )to browse the web undetected. Never let anyone on the PPD know you have these loaded or own them!
Your IP is the digital signature/fingerprint on your computer.
The only way the PPD can find if you are posting to this site is if they have your IP address ( Here's a way to find your own IP address www.whatismyipaddress.com )and if the PPD can draw a correlation between your personal IP address, your email, and/or this website with Google. That's very tough to do and Google just doesn't do that thing.
If you post from a home computer and the PPD does not know the IP address on that home computer - you should be safe.
Set up a gmail account, send us your stuff, then immediately delete the gmail account if you are really paranoid, or drop off your data, dirt and photos at a pre-arranged location.
And contrary to most rumors, Steve Soha and Homeland Security has no way to tag us or your. It's a rumor - probably something started by Soha ponying up to the wood for a shot of tequila with his Moonraker dyke friend who runs the lab.
