Sergeant Mike Polombo Enters DROP – Only Five More Years of This Dirtball on the Streets of Phoenix as a BadPhoenixCop

Thanks for the heads up from our loyal source. It appears that Mike Polombo has entered DROP – the Deferred Retirement Option Plan for cops.

This means the clock is ticking for Mike Polombo.

Name: Michael J. Polombo - AKA Potato Head Polombo

Rank: Assclown Sergeant

Years of Service: 25.012

Age: 47, but looks at least 55

Effective Date: 06/01/11

Maximum Duration of DROP: 60 months

Monthly Benefit: $6,986.31

Here is the Link to the retirement board page

As citizens we only need put up with 5 years of this moronic assclown screwing up homicide investigations, lying during investigations, storing evidence in his garage, fucking female cops at Police conferences in Las Vegas, patrolling his own neighborhood armed, and crying like a sissy bitch about being harassed on the Internet.

Maybe we could convince Mike Polombo to make a full-time job of scuba diving based on his last diving problem? The only things that would like Mike Polombo would be sharks, but then again, we don't think sharks will eat human shit.

Our work is now cut out for us.

BadPhoenixCops has the task to ensure that Mike Polombo is adequately immersed in the search engines and on the Internet so that he will never find
employment in any law enforcement capacity.  What do you call someone who is the opposite of the MIDAS TOUCH?  It’s now called MIKE POLOMBO. With our luck the only employment he may find is as one way dive instructor!

Oh yeah – and this does serve a useful purpose Mike, telling everyone what a dirty lying, wife cheating pig you are and how you abandoned your family for a whore known for her phenomenal work with a tube steak.  So call your lawyer, call Theron Quaas for another interview and go fuck Jack Harris in the ass while you’re at it!

Mike’s not the only one who entered DROP.

You can also see in this link

BRADY Veteran Jeff Hynes Enters DROP too

...that Commander and long-time BRADY veteran Geoffrey Hynes has also entered DROP and the 5 year clock is ticking for him as well.  We hear Jeff Hynes wants to pursue a career as a teacher or educator.  Our job is to ensure all universities are well aware that this guy was on BRADY as well as all recruiters in that sector.

FUCK YOU MIKE POLUMBO! You did me bad, now karma is a bitch!

Cant wait to read a blog about that illiterate Chief Jim Pina! What a fuck!

When Jack and Andy was around, Jim Pina was an asshole and treated everyone, even his peers, like shit. Now that Andy and Jack are gone, Jim Pina has become friendly once again.

Hey Jim...all of your peers laugh about this behind your back. We all hate you! You treated us like shit when your Daddy was there to protect you. You better hope none of these guys get the Chief's job or you will be a lieutenant again. Dont beleive me? Three asst chiefs have already discussed this and are all in agreement. You gotta go!

I cant wait until you have to work for some of the commanders you have treated like shit. Joe Klima, Dave Faulkner and a group of others are waiting in shear delight right now. They cant wait to have a chance to SUPERVISE YOU!

I wish you guys would leave Jeff Hynes out of this. He really is a decent man.

Leave Jeff Hynes out of it? Everyone makes choices in their life and we all must live with the consequences. Jeff lied and was added to BRADY in 1996. When he ran PSB, he could have made some wise decisions and corrected wrongs and made them right. But to protect his own ass he followed and obeyed Chief Jack Ass Harris. When you give a man power, you test the true merit of that man. Jeff Hynes failed miserably in that regard.

So fuck Jeff Hynes, fuck his dumb cunt Canadian whore mother and let’s ensure he doesn’t become a teacher of anything after the Phoenix PD. Don't blame us for Jeff Hynes being on this blog. Blame Jeff Hynes and his actions.

Jeff Hynes is a decent caring person with a long history of exemplary work with the PD.

I agree with the comment that Jeff Hynes is a decent man. I have seen him try to help many with their careers whether it be promotions or lateral moves without any expectation that anyone would owe him. He has taken his share of lumps throughout his career from the higher ups and has never lost his willingness to help others and be one of the most personable commander the PD has. He is an excellent instructor as well and will do great for any college, university or school that has the wisdom to hire him.

Jeff Hynes may be a decent man in your words, but Hitler was a God fearing, tea tootling Christian. Hynes is on BRADY because he lied. He is a liar. He can be great and could have done some good things, but he also did a lot of bad things. In PSB he had an opportunity to do some great things, but he cose not to. He presided over everything that happened to Barnes and this blogger.

LIAR, LIAR, LIAR, BRADY, BRADY, BRADY, JEFF HYNES, JEFF HYNES, JEFF HYNES.

Your blog on Polombo is timely as he recently was on the stand at the Mark Goudeau trial. This greasy, fat spud was nervous. He was there to testify about the 2nd search of the Goudeau home. Stammering and jerky, Polombo tried to downplay his role at that search saying he just hung out in the living room. This is a big issue since that search warrant directive was to take ALL AND EVERY MEN’S SHOES.

Some of you will know that supposedly a victim’s ring was “found” in a men’s shoe at the Goudeau home, but not until the FOURTH search. A Walmart ring without Goudeau’s or the victim’s DNA.

So either Polombo is really stupid and bad at what he does and missed it, or there something else going on here that smells. Or both.

Wow! Do you like anybody? Lets see. Fuck Mike, Jeff, Jim, Jack, Andy, blah blah blah. What did you do with all of the money the City of Phoenix put aside for you to use for education? You sound like the Liberals who didn't like President Bush. Yet when they looked at the liberals background most of them had barely a high school diploma. Amazing you can achieve almost $100,000.00 a year job with a high school education with the PPD and still complain. You might try to use some education and move up the chain and make a difference instead of spreading your venom?
Oh yeah, Jeff has a Doctor's Degree, has made more positive changes in this department than you will even think of. Everyone steps on toes as a manager. Usually those with big mouths like yours who blame the world for their failures in life or because you got beat out on an oral board because you complained more than you studied.
Do us all a favor and shut up. If you are going to pick on a manager at least pick one who doesn't have a great background, reputation and character like Jeff Hynes does.

Anonymous said...

I like a lot of people and had many friends in the PPD. But a lying cop is a lying cop. Lying cops are as wrong as dirty politicians and dirty judges.

Since you know so much about Jeff Hynes (or are probably Jeff himself or related to him), and are defending him so vehimently, why don’t you share with us a few of Jeff’s top accomplishments, specifically while he ran PSB for a year?

I will tell you just ONE of his downfalls. HE WAS ON BRADY! I wouldn't want Jeff teaching my kids or me knowing he can't be honest. Boom goes the dynamite!

Anonymous said...

Jeff Hynes is an excellent instructor. I have attended courses taught by Jeff and I recommend him and I would send my kids to learn from him.

Not sure what you expected him to do to solve all the world's problems at PSB. My understanding is that he did not volunteer for the PSB job and at the Commander level you dont have a choice on transfers, you go where they tell you. Because of the nature of the job - busting bad cops - nobody leaves PSB and wins a popularity contest-nobody.

I think Jeff answered to Assistant Chief Blake McClelland at the time of the search warrant at the bloggers home and was also guided by Asst. Chief Anderson and Chief Harris so keep spinning that bitter blame-game.

Anonymous said...

Playing the bitter blame game?

Are you saying that because Hynes was working for Andy Anderson and/or Blake, he gets a free pass? That’s exactly my point.

He could have changed the game, but choose not to. Now he’s retiring because he is frustrated and feed up, and we should all forgot how he is on BRADY and have a pity party for him because for one year in PSB, he couldn’t do anything? PLEASE! Cry me a fucking river for Jeff Hynes. How does a cop on BRADY, get to lead and run investigations on the integrity of officers? He should have been fired in 1996 and should have never run PSB.

He may have been a great instructor Mrs. Hynes, but how did you know if what he taught you was the truth?

Blake McClellan said...

You are both right. Hynes has done some great things and as a commander he has tried to do some great things. But the fact remains that he lied. I do think it was a mistake to have him involved in PSB.

Jeff Hynes is a kind, generous honorable man who has made the Phoenix Police Department a better organization pure and simple. Wish there were more people like him serving the citizens of phoenix! Keep up the good work!!

Anonymous said...

You guys are funny and pathetic defending Jeff Hynes. He was on BRADY. Why don’t any of you mention that in you defense? Don’t you think that matters?

You call him an honorable man and you wish there were more like him? If that were the case the entire PPD would be on BRADY and be spineless wimps!

Hey you fucking idiots, I was there when this happened in 1994;

The incident was from 1994 from which 110 plus Phoenix Officers bought a weapon called the Steyr-AUG Rifle. According to the Departments interpretation at the time you had to be able to utilize the weapon in your duty assignment. The key word was "will utilize the weapon" Hynes and ten's of other interrupted the wording to be “may utilize the weapon in your assignment”.

The Phoenix Police Department was the only agency nationally to look at its employees regarding the purchase of this rifle prior to its public usage national banning. Thousands of these rifles were purchased nationally by officers prior to their banning from which no other agency nationally took exception to their purchase.

As a result, Hynes and over 100 others were all found to be out of department policy from which he received a two day suspension. That was it; NO LIE, just a signature on a form to buy a duty weapon. Now the rest of the group (100 plus) appealed their discipline findings and got their suspension time back and/or reduced. Hynes owed up to his participation and took the two day suspension without appealing the discipline, In other words he “owed up’ to signing forms for four of employees to relate:

That they were all members of the Phoenix Police Department.

That the weapons may be utilized in their duty assignments.

So fuck terds he stood up then and has continued to stand up for what is right throughout his career, you are fucking with a stand up guy here… let’s see if you have the balls to post this one num nuts…the truth is the light…

You know if you were going to pick on somebody with the Styre case, you should go after Cecil Woodward!! She's the one who started the entire investigation in order to get a position with the Clinton administration in Washington. She and Janet Napolitano conspired on this investigation to attack different people she didn't like inside the department who crossed her in the past. I was one of the officers that sued the PPD over this and was present during her interview. She couldn't even carry a gun because of her medication. Of all of the people interviewed all of them lied under oath to include Sgt Rex Williamson. Chief Woodward pointed to the list of officers who purchased rifles (with the permission of their chain of command) and said they were going to investigate everybody down to an officer she pointed to that was one of her gay lovers.
So to go after Cmdr Hynes on this is a little misguided and I'm sure personal Dave since he investigated you on this website now didn't he? Jeff was a Lt at the time and signed a piece of paper allowing his subordinates to purchase rifles just like everybody else did. Including me. This was a political investigation by Chief Woodward to attack people she wanted to retaliate against. Had nothing to do with Jeff Hynes. You go fired Dave for your own behavior. This is just your way of trashing people is a cowardly way. Just like a terrorist now isn't it? You really aren't any different than the guys flying a plane on 911. Just hiding behind a screen instead of a plane.

That Brady list thing you keep referring to was over ten years ago over one stupid misunderstood incident. They can place you on brady for any miss statement or interpretation of the truth. There are a lot of good, hardworking officers on brady over a poor choice of words. I'm sure you never made any mistakes in your pitiful anger driven life. Your a pathetic coward who hides behind a keyboard!

JEFF HYNES = BRADY said...

So what you’re saying is Jeff Hynes is not to blame for his mistakes? He was suspended for 2 days and added to BRADY and he’s not to blame? We should blame someone else for his mistake? Maybe Jeff Hynes should have been fired like the other officers involved? You are clearly either Jeff Hynes posting, a family member of Jeff Hynes or a fucking troll on the Internet.

And I guess Chrisman isn’t to blame being added to BRADY because he was just joking around by planting that crack pipe?

Moron.

Wasn’t Jeff Hynes the guy who a few months ago went through airport security at Sky Harbor with a gun in his bag? Boy they swept that under the rug quickly and no PSB investigation. So when Jeff Hynes forgot he had a gun in his bag, was that a misunderstanding too?

Seem like Jeff Hynes has momentary lapses of common sense throughout his life. Please let me know BPC which college he teach at (or tries to) because we will stay well clear of it.

Can someone answer this?

How can that man-looking (wears men's clothes as well), carpet munching, lesbian, Sgt. Jennifer Doty be in PSB? She is on the Brady List twice!!!!!

To make it worse, this lezbo has been in PSB for almost four years wll the while tearing officers careers apart.

Why does Chief Yahner allow this to occur?

By the way, is recently selected Police Chief for Surprise PD, former PPD Executive Chief Michael Frazier on the Brady List?

He was arrested twice (and booked once) for DV in Mesa back in 1991. How did Frazier get the job in Surprise? I guess wife-beaters don't count whn it comes to the Brady List?

Speaking of lesbians, is Cil Woodward dead?

Anonymous said...

The PPD shouldn't be worried about officers wearing tatoos larger than a 3x5 card. What they should be considering is not allowing female officers (and female sergeants, lieutenants and assitant chief)to wear men's clothing!

It disgusts me when I see one of these butch dykes in a pair of man's Dockers pants! Yuk!

Almost as bad as Lt. Vince Piano wearing clothes from the little boys section at K-Mart!

You guys really need to leave Jeff Hynes out of the attacks. He is good guy and has helped a lot of officers getting hammered by the department. All of the attacks on him are not right and not right.

As far as the Brady list goes, it really isn’t that big of a deal anymore. There are many officers on the list that are nothing more than victims of the department.

It truly is a sad day that Jeff Hynes is leaving as he could have done many good things with the department. Most of the good ones are gone or leaving.

The others…have at it!

I agree that Jeff Hynes is a good guy and his long-ago mistake is now a mere footnote to an otherwise very good career.

Read this article from plea website you will see on of the palombos name in homocide investigation warrant ref Sgt Drents death..
In Over Their Heads

PLEA has great concerns with the way that the interim police management team is handling the Drenth murder investigation with regard to collection of DNA samples. The departement has engaged in casting an ever widening heavy-handed net to obtain DNA samples. The department asked dozens of officers to voluntarily comply with providing DNA samples to assist in the investigation. A small group of officers had concerns similar to those of PLEA regarding whether or not their DNA would be enetered into the CODIS database.

The department was unable to satifactorily address this question that had been posed by the officers and their attorney. On August 8th 2011, the department obtained search warrants to obtain DNA evidence for five officers essentially stating that the evidence is being obtained because they are potential suspects in a homicide investigation. What follows are e-mail exchanges that recently occurred between PLEA and City management regarding the issue.

PLEAs Iinitial Communication to City Manager on Friday August 19, 2011

David,

The attached search warrants are being sent to you out of courtesy to notify the City Manager’s office that 5 Phoenix Police Officers are being treated as suspects in a homicide ref. the death of Sgt. Sean Drenth. These five officers are stellar employees with an exemplary work history record.

The fact that our members are being treated in this fashion is OUTRAGEOUS!

As I’ve stated to you and Mr. Zuercher in the past – Assistant Chief Jim Pina is in over his head. This poor decision is being paid for on the backs of my members who are now and forever more connected to the death of a Phoenix Police employee as suspects.

Lt. Anthony Vasquez communicated to one of the 5 involved officers that “it would be a shame if the Department had to get a search warrant for their DNA and that information was leaked to the media.” Maybe it’s a far stretch, but I can understand where Officer ________ took this as a threat. In lieu of a court order (i.e. search warrant), these five officers were willing to provide DNA samples with the agreement that the Police Department would afford written assurance that they (the officers) would not be entered into a DNA tracking database. Former police legal advisor Bob Kavanagh, who represents several of the officers involved in this situation, was given the clear impression from Commander Dave Faulkner of an offer on the table that would meet the needs of the 5 officers. Below is the communication that has taken place between Mr. Kavanagh and the Phoenix Police Department.

I see the Heather Polombo is listed as oen of the detectives who they can go to for a cheek swab.

IMAGINE THAT! What would happen if we swabbed the inside cheek of Heather Polombo? What would we find? The sperm of 20 men in Maryvale?

Take my dna blood and urine all day every day. If im innocent why should i worry. Put it in codis i dont care. If u r not giving a sample freely then u must b feeling guilty about something

You are very short sighted for thinking this way. Maybe you should also always talk to cops? Spill your guts? People have rights in this country. Even cops. If any of these cops are ever asked if they were the subject of a murder investigation, they would have to say yes, virtually ending their career. This does not need to be. Don’t get me wrong, I hate cops like everyone else, but they shouldn’t be forced to do anything because some cop blew his head off and the PPD are afraid to admit it.

I do agree that they should come up with an overall system ON THE FRONT END of employment with the PPD and be kept in a different CODIS-Like system for cops only.

By the way...FUCK MIKE POLOMBO AND HIS WHORE WIFE. I would have donkey punched that ugly bitch Heather.

Mayors son jeff gordon only gets 32hour suspension for all those violations including sex on duty and using computer to check his girlfriend? Seems light. Nice to be mayors son. Its a get out of jail free card.

Not short sighted and not a cop hater. I was drug tested many times during my police career. Clean every time, proud of it and want my fellow cops to be clean too. After all, we pay them to carry guns so there is a higher standard than the civilin citizenry. Stay legal or get another job officer.
