This has not been published anywhere - including the PPSLA website - and we received these about the same time Mark Hafkey the Halfwit did. If you are a sergeant or lieutenant in the Phoenix PD and took this survey, you are seeing it here on this blog, first! How's that for leaked information!!?
We have posted this survey in 2 docs. The first is the survey itself with answers. The second document is the commentary supporting the questions and some really juicy stuff.
This second doc was never to be released to anyone and Hafkey was going to destroy it or at least keep it secret. Hafkey is having a coronary right now, scratching his bald head trying to figure out how this was leaked!
We didn’t get a firm number of the total number of respondents but judging from the questions, it appears at least 155 PPSLA members took this survey.
Thematically speaking, these responders think chief Jack Ass and his staff resemble a group of turtles trying to fuck a football. Just a group of absolute assclowns with no direction, no leadership, no communication and a "good ol boy's" club that only takes care of themselves.
So based on the responses from Phoenix Police sergeants and lieutenants...
30% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the Phoenix police department.
57% are dissatisfied with information they receive from the command staff and assistant chiefs
50% think their concerns are not communicated effectively
59% think their concerns are not address by their command staff and assistant chiefs
64% think their commanders and assistant chiefs work well to dispel rumors
50% think decisions made by commanders are not in the best interested of the Phoenix PD
53% think the Phoenix PD does not address unethical behavior
60% think high ethical standards are not a core value of the department
100% read this blog and know being mentioned here is a career limiting move!

The second doc of "comments" is a bit long and little tough to read (the format sucks and we tried to clean it up), but we think if you print it out it is well worth it. Again, Hafkey wasn't going to release this but we got it!
All the comments are similar – Get rid of Jack Harris and the entire command staff of assistant chiefs and start over. It will be interesting to see how Hafkey the dumbshit "spins" this and what results he will post on his unaccredited grass roots website that doesn't receive 10,000 visitors a month PPSLA.ORG

PPSLA Management Satisfaction Survey
Some of you may be aware that PLEA published an unauthenticated compilation of data from our survey. No surprise, so did the pathetic "Bad Cops" website and Channel 5. This working document, the sole purpose of which was
to create constructive dialogue with the Department, was removed from our office without authorization and posted on the PLEA website. The "no confidence" suggestion in their posting is pure editorializing. I hasten to
point out that "no confidence" is a meaningless catch phrase, and it should not be surprising to see PLEA use it or to see it parroted by its unserious media partners.
However, its publication will not deter us from our objective, which is to work with upper management to address concerns identified in our survey during a labor management conference now scheduled for next week.
Executive staff has given us personal and honest assurances that they will
engage on all issues our members raised. Utilizing the Interest Based Relations (IBR) labor-management process is what professional organizations
do to resolve differences. We will have more than twenty-four sergeants and lieutenants present. This is how professionals move the department forward.
It is sad that PLEA felt it was necessary to use our materials - to which it had no right - in an attempt to embarrass our Department publicly.

Looks like Msrk Halfwit just got told. His response was really dumb and he disrespected every Sarge and Lt. by not sharing the results of their survey.
I think Mark Hafkey is not representing his constituents, but is representing the bad management of the PPD. His priorities and loyalties are backwards.
