Murray Andy Anderson has in FACT put his name in for the Deputy Directors position at HIDTA. Can you post this as a new blog along with Andy's scar-ridden photo? (You got it!!-BPC)
FACT - As an assistant police chief, Andy was recently involved in a shouting match that almost became physical at the PLEA office.
FACT - The person Andy started this confrontation was a female employee of PLEA. (And if Andy could have gotten away with it, he probably would have throat socked her...BPC)
FACT - PLEA had to have the Phoenix police department trespass Andy from ever coming on their property again. (Yep! just call them and ask!..BPC)
FACT - The Phoenix Police Department have been called out to Andy's home for Domestic Violence. The sergeant (back then) who responded on the call is still with the PPD and will verify this if necessary. This sergeant is retiring very soon and is going public with the "books" of dirt he has on so many corrupt people on the 4th floor. I would never, ever fuck with this sergeant. He is tired. He is frustrated. He is NOT corrupt. He has morals. He keeps copies of everything he has ever written. He never loses! He is too smart! (We have heard this too and are looking to get a copy of the DR. Once we receive it, we will post...BPC)
FACT - As an Assistant Chief, Andy was giving his 15 year old daughter driving lessons when he became involved in a Road Rage with a citizen - hence giving him the nickname ROAD RAGE ANDY! (Is she 18 yet? Sweet justice is to find her on a pole somewhere!...BPC)
FACT - Andy had his 15 year old daughter, who did not have a driver's license, chase this citizen to his house. (Imagine your own father forcing you to do this? What a douche!...BPC)
FACT - The citizen was scared for his life due to Andy's irrational behavior so he called 911. (Imagine a dickcheese like Andy following you to your home?!!? Good thing it wasn't us or 100 club would have been visiting Mrs. Anderson - and we all know she would have a smile on her face..BPC)
FACT - The lieutenant who responded is the same female lieutenant who Andy has taken to every assignment he had.
FACT - No criminal investigation was initiated by the lieutenant even though the citizen demanded one.
FACT - Andy was given formal discipline for instigating this incident and placing his young daughter in harm's way.
FACT - The New Times Newspaper has written many articles about Andy's misgivings.
FACT - The Arizona Republic Newspaper has written many articles about Andy's misgivings.
FACT - Most of Andy's peer assistant chief's cannot stand him but don't let on since they don't want to upset "Jack's right hand man." (Most? How about all of them!...BPC)
FACT - Most every commander, lieutenant and sergeant who has ever worked around Andy does not care for him.
FACT - If HIDTA hires this son-of-a-bitch, you are guaranteed some type of controversy within the first six months he is employed.
FACT - HIDTA Director: Andy does want to be Deputy Director. He wants your job and will slice the throat of anyone who gets in his way.
FACT - HIDTA Director: You are a female and look at Andy's documented history working around females.
FACT - Andy acts by "divide and conquer." He will suck up to the board and use them to turn on you. Beware!

Kudos to the officers who are doing the right thing and thank you BPC for exposing the ones that aren't!
2010 was certainly an eventful year...I wonder what 2011 will have in store for us.
Andy Anderson has one huge character flaw. Andy's problem is that he has been known to smile at you and tell you what a great guy/girl you are, then turn around and speak badly about you when he doesn't think you will find out about it.

Andy, who ever gave you the power to "blackball" others and destroy their future? Why do you think this is acceptable? What you say and do has affected many people's lives in a very negative way. I am one of those who you fucked over when you had the chance to do the right thing. It has cost me my future and my ability to provide for my family. I never did anything to hurt you, I never spoke badly about you, I always worked hard for you. What do you give me in return? You said things that you knew were not true and did nothing to protect me. Instead, you let me leave, all alone, and never even said "good bye" much less congratulations for an exceptional career. Instead, you let me rot, alone, which resulted in the destruction of my future.
I don't know if this HIDTA job is true, but if it is, I hope HIDTA comes to their senses and figures out who you are. What kind of person you are. You are a deceptive, greedy, unethical bastard who doesn't deserve to wear a badge.
Note to new HIDTA Director Beth Kempshall: This bastard will come after your job. He wanted the director's job and will do nothing but talk behind your back in an attempt to discredit you at every possible opportunity. Want proof? Talk with many of the assistant chiefs, commanders, lieutenants and sergeants he has worked with over the years. Talk to them privately and after Andy retires so they are not afraid of Andy's retaliation.
Personally, I wouldn't piss on Andy Anderson if he was on fire and I had been drinking beer all night. Andy Anderson does not deserve my urine much less another free ride at government expense!
For those of you who are stupid enough to believe OIG is coming to "audit" the PPD; they are not! They are coming to find anything they can to prove the PPD mishandled their federal funding. THEN, this "audit" will turn into a criminal investigation at the federal level.
Be smart friends. Do not participate in your interview with the OIG. The 4th and 5th Amendments protect you from self-incrimination. If you had ANYTHING to do with this funding, stats reported, etc., you are at risk!
Better yet, do what many others have done already, hire an attorney and have a plan so when OIG or the PPD try and "compel" you to cooperate, you know what your constitutional rights are!
Remember, the PPD cannot and WILL NOT PROTECT YOU if so much as one, itsie-bitsie, violation is found and your name is attached to it. The PPD will run away from you as quick as Andy Anderson runs to his television late at night when the Proactive Skin Care commericals air.
The latest bit of sheer leadership incompetence came out this week in a written directive making annual hearing testing for all sworn members MANDATORY! A private company has been hired to conduct the tests because apparently the noise levels at the Academy firing range is above OSHA standards. They want to do a study on hearing loss as it pertains to exposure to gunfire at the academy. How in the world can one determine a persons hearing loss was a direct result of that one thing with out a base to go on???
For the weeks of Jan. 3rd through the 14th the company is to be paid for a minimum of 50 tests each day, whether or not 50 officers actually show up. (thats why it was mandatory for all). That's a sweet contract for the company, which I am sure is being paid quite handsomely, considering there are roughly 3000 sworn employees. I thought there was no money in the budget, so how can this spending be justified?
So a quick call to PLEA complaining about this obvious violation of HPPA rights resulted in the department/city backing off the "mandatory" directive and made it optional, as long as the employee signs an opt out waiver. But the department still has to pay the minimum! What inept suckers these leaders are. I would suggest all employees opt out which would send a message, "wasting taxpayers money once again while violating civil rights". The media needs to get ahold of this one. Makes one wonder what's next....mandatory rectal exams? Actually, that might be a good idea because they might actually be able to prove the leadership has their heads up their butts.
One other thing...the department/city has also hired a nationally known (expensive) company to do a survey of employees to find ways to save money. WTF??? The department/city spends big bucks in order to have an outside company look for ways to save. I guess there is no one on the city payroll already that can accomplish such a task. Incompetent, inept and probably corrupt individuals run the place.
I don't know who your sources are but you are spot on about Anderson. He is the worst of the worst and has ruined so many careers. He has no conscious or morals.
Andy is hated by everyone and I will personally email this HIDTA list to stop him from hurting and destroying anyone else.
