Is Mark Goudeau Really the Baseline Killer? Read the Article by Shanna Hogan and Her Exclusive Jailhouse Interview! Also ABC15 News Finally Wakes Up and Does it's Own Story

In the October 2010 issue of the Times Publication, Shanna Hogan was able to meet exclusively with Mark Goudeau in an exclusive Jailhouse interview. Not CNN, ABC, FOX or any of the news outlets have ever been able to meet with Mark, let alone interview him.

Way to go Shanna!

Interview With Mark Goudeau - By Shanna Hogan

In Shanna’s article she probes the same questions we do:
Why did it take four searches in a 1000 square foot home to find evidence from victims?
Why was this jewelry, found in plain view mysteriously absent of all DNA?  If it were in plain view, wouldn't Wendy Goudeau have found it?
Where’s the gun? Where’s the wig and hat?

Too many questions surround this case and Shanna does a great job in this interview.

One of the items we know would help prove that Mark Goudeau wasn’t even near most of the murders and we hear exonerated him early on, were the cell tower records.

These records showed that based on the geographical positioning of Mark’s cell phone and which towers he was pinging, he wasn’t even capable of committing the crimes. Naturally, these cell tower records have been misplaced and everyone we have asked can’t seem to find these records. Since they are only held for 18 months, it is now too late to re-request these. We thought they would be in the stack of stuff that was left by Mike Polombo in his garage, but they weren’t :)

BadPhoenixCops is offering a handsome reward if you have these cell tower records that could help exonerate Mark Goudeau.  Contact us at our Hushmail Email for details.

The Baseline Killer - Where the Phoenix PD Screwed Up

We now have the local CBS, ABC and FOX realizing how bad the Phoenix PD can be.

Nationally NBC has done stories on double dippin' Jack Harris, but the local NBC affiliate is quite.

Looks like the Phoenix PD have a lot of cover ups and problems with this case.

What else should we expect with Pill Poppin Phil Gordon and chief Jack Ass Harris leading the charge?

I can't believe how badly BPC is missing the big picture!!!!

Here you have a whole article about Phoenix PD planting evidence and framing someone, yet you jump right on the ole Harris bandwagon regarding Officer Crisman.

Let me ask you this. Is it more likely that Crisman just went psycho out of the blue and started shooting every dog, person or living thing in his view for no reason or that Jack Harris fucked him over becasue he was afraid of the political backlash that would come because this occured in 400?

Think about it. Why did the witness Officer wait five hours before giving his version of "the Facts"?

Why did Romely refuse to let any defense witness speak at the grand jury indictment?

Why are city councilmen calling the witness to a "murder" at his home and inviting him to come hangout?

Why is it so hard to believe that a 29 year old man who still lives with his Mom, was threatening his Mom and breaking things in her home and who had acted aggressively enough to have not just Crisman but the "witness Officer" taser him, might also have done something stupid enough to force Crisman to shoot him?

I'm kinda disappointed in you guys BPC. You usually hit the nail on the head, but I never thought I would see the day that you sided with Harris on an issue. All you talk about is what a lying, corrupt person he is. What happened? Did Harris just happen to turn over a new leaf or is it more likely that Crisman properly performed his duty and was within policy as well as justified in shooting this guy?

Ask one of your "inside sources" from PSB what they concluded.

Settle down there cowboy.

We can’t think of anything we agree with the Jack Ass. Let us be clear. We think both cops (Chrisman and Virgillo) are dirty corrupt shitbags. What we can’t understand is why one did not cover for the other and (to your point) comes out 5 hours later with an opposing story? It makes no sense.

We already know Chrisman will get off. We know Romley has always wanted to “get a cop.” We don’t think Chrisman should be fired until he is found guilty. No cop should be fired until they are found guilty. The only cops who need to be fired are the entire 4th floor. Chrisman has Mehrens as counsel so he is in good hands. If Mehrens got Lovelace off he will get Chrisman off. It doesn’t negate the fact that Chrisman murdered an unarmed citizen.

We have spoken with our sources and we know that all a cop has to do is feel threatened to use deadly force. It’s all a matter of perspective. Virgillo will not be a good witness. His testimony is worth shit. Juries rarely find cops guilty unless it is over the top eggregious.

Not having Chrisman and Mehrens before a grand jury, sunk Romley’s case and any hope of getting a conviction. Jack is avoiding the inevitable. Riots for not indicting Chrisman, or riots when he is acquitted.

we wouldn’t want to be a cop in South Phoenix right now. Rumors are flying that South Mountain citizens are plotting their eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth program and will undoubtedly be picking off cops for the next few months thanks to Jack.

I find it hard to believe that so many people, including Goudeau's wife and family and some on this blog, believe he is incapable of what he's being accused of, yet he served 13 years in prison for similar shit. Or maybe the PPD framed him back then as well. Check out this link:

They've definitely got the right guy!

Following your flawed logic about Chrisman...just because Chrisman planted a crack pipe on someone and was added to BRADY, doesn't mean he murdered a citizen.

What would make Mark Goudeau a serial killer? Is it possible? Anything is possible.

It's possible a meteor will fall out of the sky and kill us all, but it sure isn't likely.

The evidence they have on Goudeau is sketchy. Nothing is beyond a reasonable doubt. Too many cover ups in Homicide on this one.

According to PLEA, PSB found no misconduct on the part of Chrisman and notified Harris of this. This is taken right from Mark Spencers response posted on BPC.

Chrisman might have planted evidence but he did not charge that person with a crime and he admitted fully in the PSB investigation. It goes on more than you think on the streets but Chrisman happened to get caught and, he did not lie; he told the truth.

Give Chrisman the benefit of the doubt as we have all given you and Barnes. Chrisman has been found guilty through he media and this website. Time to give him some good credit where it is deserved.

Don;t fall victim to believing everything Harris and Romley have put out. An unarmed citizen can still be a danger and a threat. We don't have all the facts and many, many time police officers have shot and killed unarmed citizens, fully justified!!

Duly noted on all points and you bring up some valid arguments.

We’ll back off of Chrisman and let the courts decide his fate.

In response to the anonymous poster – Neither is Polombo, Mieslish or Femenia incapable of lying and planting evidence. They do it all the time as another poster pointed out. They were just stupid enough to do it on such a high profile case. Mark is just a Nigger to them. He’s disposable and a convenient sucker they could use to relieve themselves of the pressure to solve the crimes. Come on. Seriously? It took them FOUR searches to “find” a ring when they had already taken shoes from the same area on the first search? Idiots.

Mark served 13 years in prison for complete and total BS and he was an easy target for the dics on the 4th floor.

Phone call between two lead dics on the BK case, Alex Femenia and Mike Mieslish.

Ring, ring.

“Hello?”

“Alex, its Mike. Hey, we’ve searched the Goudeau house three times - nothing found, the DNA evidence is garbage, not a single person has ID’d Mark, the latent prints aren’t his, there's no confession . . . . we need to do some damage control. There’s no way I’m admitting we arrested the wrong guy. Not with the mass media we did and the awards we received, the atta boys and all.”

Mieslish “Shit, man. Me either, but now what are we supposed to do? I’ll sell my own wife and kids before I admit what I’ve done.”

Femenia: “Do you still have the Walmart receipt of the Washington ring with the description? I have an idea for the next search. . . .”

PHOENIX - Dozens of Phoenix police officers are being investigating by the department for alleged fraud dating back to 2007.

The officers in question from the South Mountain precinct are accused of running a scheme to get paid for off-duty work they did not do.

Sgt. Trent Crump, with Phoenix police, says, “This is an internal investigation into off-duty allegations of misconduct and we've had the investigation in our professional standards bureau for about three years."

The Attorney General's office reportedly also has been investigating the claims and they say this could result in the indictment of at least six current and former police officers.

Police Sgt. Sean Drenth was reportedly one of the officers under investigation. He was found lying dead next to his patrol car as a result of a shotgun wound on October 18.

Phoenix police officers are allowed to work off-duty security in uniform if they are authorized by the department.

Surprise surprise!!!! Drenth was being investigated yet he was promoted? Truth finally starting to come out thanks to BPC uncovering the truth first.
3 years to do an investigation into OT?? Can't cover this one up any longer Harris and protect your boys club. How much more corruption will the City Council take? And what about Gordon's security logs not being released. Sounds like someone got a private meeting to the Superior Court Judge to help persuade the decision. We all know those type of meetings take place, just like they did on the Goudeau case months ago on the "secret" TWS binder without the defense attorneys being invited.

Something is going to give. PSB is whitewashing cases in record time (6-8 months). Managers outside PD are getting worried and looking like the passengers on the last few minutes of titanic. Unions are tired of their members sworn and civilian getting beat up by PD management and talking about taking measures to allow their members to more easily sue the city.

The honest officers and civilians have been fighting the system for a while now, and now even the people who don't want to rock the boat are getting tired of apologizing for where they work.

There is at several legal cases going to trial soon and several new notices of claim files by city and PD employees. City legal is scratching their heads. How do we defend jack? How do we defend the assistant chiefs? How about their lackeys Dawn Ramos, Jill Celia, Lori Rhyons, how have been covering up for themselves and their cheifs? Who is going to take the blame for the new CAD system which is less reliable and slower than the old CAD system? Can the lab run a simple lab test or is the Lt. too busy reading DRs on her neighbors to supervise. Can we perhaps get Andy Anderson to go DV on Yahner in the bathroom, and eliminate part of the problem.
