There’s Richard Chrisman killing a citizen, Officer Sutton Wohlman arrested for choking his girlfriend, Chris Crockett and his issues the Phoenix PD are trying to hide, problems with our vice mayor, and the breaking news this morning that Phoenix police Sergeant was found killed.

His name was Sergeant Sean Drenth, a 12 year veteran.
The officer is found dead – killed with a shotgun outside his squad car and his belongings scattered about. Jack Harris’ states, “We are doing everything to figure out what happened.” Sure you are Jack. A Polombo was on the scene, so nothing is happening. Give them the easy "no brainer" Jack.

In other news we have another out of control drunk cop who thinks its OK to choke his girlfriend or in the words of the Phoenix PD: Utilize gentle persuasion tactics commonly used by Murray Andy Anderson.
Dumb Drunk Cop Gets Arrested on DV Charge
After a night of drinking and “pulling a Steve Soha,” officer Sutton Wohlman was arrested for choking his girlfriend and resisting arrest. The cop on the call didn’t want Sutton Wohlman in trouble for taking a swing at him, but from the picture it appears Sutton Wohlman got a good well deserved ass kicking for being a drunk, power hungry punk. So it’s a felony when a citizen does it but when another cop does it we just try and sweep it under the carpet? WOW!
Officer Wohlman must follow the Murray Andy Anderson program of female intimidation that is taught at the academy. Someone needs to tell Wohlman, next time he just needs to hit her in the back of the head with a telephone book. It doesn’t leave a mark. Just ask Murray Andy Anderson!
And Jack Ass Harris’ response to the “South Mountain problem” was another stupid move on his part. He pulled a perfectly good white commander out and put a completely incompetent black commander in. We have blogged a few times about Chris Crockett – then a lieutenant and now a commander of South Mountain and all his sexually harassment and EEOC problems in the Phoenix PD. Chris Crockett’s complimentary comments of women, aren’t so complimentary and is known for having a “hands on” leadership style…if you know what we mean.
Well it turns out Chris’ problems continue as commander in South Mountain.
This past weekend he had a DV call out to his house (that’s Domestic Violence to us laymen) which the Phoenix PD are trying their best to keep quite, but sources close to us tell us Chris Crockett continues to be a big problem and liability in the Phoenix PD and just doesn’t know how to act appropriately around woman. So this newly appointed commander Chris Crockett who just had a cop in his precinct murder a citizen on a domestic violence call, has his own domestic violence issues? This only occurs in an organization run by a Jack Ass. Of course the Phoenix PD tried to keep this out of the news and hide it…up until now. There's more coming out over the next few days on this one. Stay tuned.
Now we didn’t go to those great schools that Jack Harris and the 4th floor did like Ottawa University, Western International, University of Phoenix or Remington School of cosmetology, but having Chris Crockett in South Phoenix is helping us….how? How is this good for the community? Does having a black face at the top of the org chart take precedence over competence? Couldn’t they have put an effective commander with a proven track record for turning things around like Tim Hampton with the great work he did in Maryvale? We hear Chris Crockett is pretty useless and one of those who grew through the ranks by sucking the sphincter of Jack Ass Harris and his corrupt assistant chiefs. Clearly with all of Crockett’s woman problems, he still gets promoted and is given greater responsibility. No one in the command structure of the Phoenix PD has concerns for Crockett's new domestic violence issues since they aren’t speaking about it and he hasn’t been fired. Make’s you wonder…no?
A dead cop, 2 domestic violence calls and a cop who kills citizens and plants evidence on them? I wonder if city council is regretting giving Jack Ass Harris $49,000 to cover his personal legal expenses? That’s probably not the case since some of the members of Phoenix city council are equally as inept and stupid as Chief Jack Ass Harris.
Let us introduce you to Phoenix’s vice mayor Michael Nowakowski. If anything happens to mayor Phil Gordon, this jack-off will take over and will help drive our city further into despair and ruin.

For those of you who don’t know vice mayor Michael Nowakowski, he was one of the members of city council who voted to give Jack Ass Harris $49,000 to cover his legal expenses. We think vice mayor Michael Nowakowski is fairly fucking ignorant – an absolute assclown in its truest sense.
Sources close to the situation say that both Phoenix vice mayor Michael Nowakowski and Michael Johnson (District 8 - the guy who was thrown on the ground by a cop) called the other officer who saw Richard Chrisman murder a citizen. Now why would these two dumb shits do this and on who’s authority?
What makes it funny is vice mayor Michael Nowakowski started speaking to officer Sergio Virgillo in Spanish, calling him a “brother” not knowing that Virgillo is Italian and doesn’t know a word of Spanish. Nowakowski and Johnson commented how proud they were that Virgillo came forward and how he shouldn’t let other cops get to him or beat him down. Nowakowski mentioned how close they were as neighbors and how they should visit each other’s home.
Virgillo thought – Why are these guys calling me? Why would I ever want to “hangout” with a dumb fuck like vice mayor Michael Nowakowski who can’t tell the difference (or didn’t even bother to learn the difference) between Italian and Spanish? If that were you, wouldn’t you at least pretend to be smart and find out if the Virgillo was a Mexican?
Can a vice mayor and a city councilman call a lead witness in a high profile murder case in their own city? How did they get a hold of his cell phone? What are they hoping to gain? This suggests a serious lack of judgment on the part of Nowakowski. If this is what a District 7 delegate thinks and believes is sound leadership and decision making, maybe its time to petition for a new council person in District 7!

We were told that officer Sergio Virgillo published a memo to his sergeant, memorializing the calls and we are hoping to get our hands on a copy.
So the Phoenix PD are trying to hide the fact that one cop hit another cop, that a newly appointed commander in South Mountain has some serious domestic violence issues and isn’t qualified to lead, that our vice mayor’s home was burglarized and that the same vice mayor is tampering with a witness in a murder case of a cop murdering an unarmed citizen.
What else do you think they are hiding or covering up?

Sources tell me that the sgt popped himself. there are no suspects.there is nothing other than a ead cop with a self inflicted gsw to the head. why wont the ppd release this to the gen pub?
Cops are people just like anyone else. We make mistakes sometimes and we make bad decisions sometimes, but most of us are doing our best to do a good job and help the citizens we work for.
I just hope that the people that read this blog realize that the majority of Phoenix Police Officers just want to do a good job and go home at night.
It sucks to read about some of the dumb, greedy shit that a few cops have done on here. I hope that the truth comes out at the ones that deserve it get what's coming.
Just remember, we are not perfect. We put our pants on one leg at a time. Some of us are mean, grumpy, alcoholic, corrupt, greedy, dirty etc, but no more than any other cross section of people in the world.
Just try to remember guys like Sergeant Drenth. He kissed his wife goodbye for the last time, went to work and died while trying to keep this city safe. For every shitty cop in this city, there are a hundred guys like him who work hard and will someday might be killed because of it.

Our source told us the same thing –It’s a suicide but the Phoenix PD can’t imagine Srg. Drenth, a decorated cop would kill himself.
We know he was killed with a shotgun and he was outside of the car. One source told us his service pistol was not near him and the trajectories of the bullets aren’t adding up. The Phoenix PD are in denial.
People kill themselves for all sorts of reasons: money, cunt wives, girlfriends, family, kids, bad jobs, etc. We agree with the prior posts - Why don’t the Phoenix PD just fess up and tell the truth?
Maybe Jack and company want us all to think that it was done by the new “eye for an eye” program, by someone in South Phoenix and is retaliation for what Chrisman did?

Not all cops are bad, but we do believe 2 very important things that are destroying the Phoenix PD: 1st - Too many “good” cops are standing by and letting Jack Harris get away with murder, deception and retaliation. If you or your friend are so great; why do you tolerate such abuse? Why don’t you band together and fight Jack with the FBI or DOJ? 2nd – Lack of leadership creates chaos. If children see their parents doing bad things, the kids will do the same. We believe if you fix these two things – then you fix the Phoenix Police Dept.
Im going to be completely honest with all of you. At 10:54 pm on Monday, October 19, 2010 I was logged into the phoenix police dispatch channel. At this time a call went out as a 999 at 18th ave and Jefferson. A 999 is a police code for *Officer Needs Urgent Help. What followed was a radio communication between responding officers and dispatch. The first responding officer to arrive on scene said it was a 901x or 901XRAY as pronounced via radio traffic. A 901x is a police code for suicide attempt. At this time police aren't saying much about what happened, all they are saying is they are looking into video surveillance of the scene. Think about it, if this officer was murdered, and there was a video that captured the whole thing, don't you think the murderers face or faces would be plastered all over the news? Sounds to me like the officer took his own life and the police department doesn't want the public to find out. My condolences to Sgt. Sean Drenth's Family..
This was a suicide. Think about it, his shotgun was laying on top of his body, no outcry to catch a cop killer and no silent witness money being offered. PLEA offers their condolences? No outcry to catch a killer? It was known from the moment his body was found it was a suicide. He truned off his GPS because he did not want to be found. He picked a desolate area where no one was around. Shame he did that to his wife and mother but it is what it is. The medical examiner knows it is a suicide but is playing along with the game of "undetermined" so Harris can figure this one out. FOr once just be honest, you corrupt ass!! Another cover up.
Just like Ofc. Chrisman, who was refused his opportunity to testify to the grand jury and give his side of the story. So, the grand jury hears what Rick Romley wants them to hear and gets an indictment. EVERYONE knows Romley has wanted to do a cop in for years. He tried to do in Dan Lovelace but Craig Mehrens put a stop to that and guess what Romley, Craig Mehrens is back and he will get Chrisman off also. Imagine what would have happened had Chrisman testified at the GJ and no indictment returned. Riots!! We can't have that, it would have been the end of Harris within a week, so another good officer is sacrificed so Harris can save face. Harris led the charge to not allow Chrisman to testify at the GJ and him and Romley agreed it would not be in the best interest of the City to take a chance on "not a true bill" and face race riots. This entire department stinks of corruption. What about Chrisman's old squad, getting in a physical fight the other morning, squad divided. Harris broke up that whole squad. So many cover ups in that shooting. Why would they not allow him to testify to the Grand Jury if their evidence is so strong???? So sad, so very sad....
I'm hearing the same thing too from someone who was there at the scene. I sure hope this doesn't turn out to be covered up. My question is with the funeral being held on Monday, will there be a official announcement? And will the DPS officer who also killed himself get a full police funeral at CCV?

Off duty officer joins in foot pursuit and both the off duty and on duty officer shoot and kill the suspect.

The on duty officer had just returned from adminstrative leave and just had his duty weapon returned to him after allegedly threatened a citizen with it (sounds like Crismann incident, doesn't it?).
The off duty officer has been Crismann's partner for some time. If this ain't the shit.......this off duty officers car is part of the crime scene since he was involved in the shooting.

know, the car that is in all of the crime scene photos?
The off duty officers license plate is "killemall" (kill them all). This isnt the actual licanese plate number since a radio code was used in place of the word "kill". You cops should be able to figure out what radio code it was. The code starts with a 4 and ends with a 1.

I left Phoenix just under one year ago. I have many reasons for leaving, most of which are personal and no big deal. However, I can say that I could see the deterioration, see how the walls are crumbling and I no longer wanted to be a part of the institution. I have many good friends who still work for Phoenix, and I worry about them, daily. Now we are learning that SGT Drenth may have been a suicide and Crockett is a suspect in a DV?? What the F* is going on there! Why doesn't badphoenixcops contact the FBI or DOJ. How many more good cops are going to have to die or loose themselves in all of this?? I am sickened by all of this corrupt behavior. Not only are we charged with protecting and serving the public, but aren't we also charged with protecting and serving one another? The Phoenix police department is loosing itself to corruption, lies, and deceit and if it keeps going in the direction, it will be years before it gets back on track. Please for the sake of the good cops out there, the ones who are doing right and taking care of their city, do something to help them. Get the DOJ involved. It is the only way this will stop!
CopGrrl: We have sent just about everything here to the FBI, the DOJ, US Attorney Kevin Burke, the Governor, Jon Kyle, John McCain, the inspector General among many other agencies including the Office of President. No one cares. Our sources tell use the local FBI office in Phoenix are so in bed with the Phoenix cops and equally as corrupt. Same goes for the Marshals.
Phoenix is that crazy city with SB1070, that wacko sheriff who puts people in pink underwear, and we are looked upon like a bunch of cowboy yahoos with a yahoo government.

And for the people who were tuned in to a police scanner, etc on the night Drenth was killed, the call wasn't made over dispatch! Get your facts straight. And as far as a suicide notion? NO WAY! How could a man the size of Drenth kill himself with his own shot gun? You seriously think his arms would be long enough? Common on people. Think straight.
