Lieutenant Rob Settembre attended with his wife because she is a night detective, but was not one of the cops suspended. Every year this party normally happens at Casa Polombo, but the potato head and his whore wife Heather were not present because Mike's grandmother passed away.
Benny Pina was also invited to attended this party but didn’t - and is bragging how he dodged a twinkie ....we mean bullet.

I love what you do, I love how you destroy them with their own people and I love how the good cops give you the dirt on the bad ones.
None of this surprises me. Someone should check out Mesa PD and see what the two idiots from PPD are doing there! I have the upmost respect to the rank and file who are out on the street protecting us, but these staff members are egregious. Someone needs to put them in their place.

I too have respect for MOST of the rank and file, but unfortunately, foot soldiers will act and behave like their leaders especially if they see what leaders get away with.

14. Calling or dealing with Terri Yaweh names in staff meeting.
15. PSB refusal to give up Mayor Detail records.
16. Parties at strip clubs with Fugitive Squad.
17. Untruthful testimony about Mike Gyory at Jim Pryor hearing.

chief, dont go to your commnader meeting and yell at the commanders demanding they follow the departments values. it was great to hear mike parra stand up to you. instead of making threats like jack harris did (and look where it got home), hold harvey mcclelland or pina accountable for making a mockery of you and demote them. demote them now. chief ortega never waited to demote a chief or commander. a asst chief had ortega's secretary sit on his lap, he was demoted the next day. a duty commander kissed a dispatcher, he was demoted the next day. everyone was so scared to be next they behaved and followed the rules. threats get you no where. demote pina and you will see people straighten up in a flash. all the leaks will stop cause everyone will be afraid to get caught. no one is afraid to get caught now cause you dont do anything to anyone. you just make idle threats. figure it our chief yahner. make an example of someone. read the list of shit pina has been involved in and make him your example. all the non sense will stop.

Jim Pina and Eric Hailey have got to be held accountable for this. They sat on the information and never told Chief Yahner. Yahner didn't know anything about it until the media contacted him directly. Yahner looked like a fool and has these two to thank for it.
Yahner needs to demote them in order to "enlighten" everyone else that inaction by supervisors will not be tolerated. If Yahner lets these guys go with a pass, more and more bad stuff is going to happen inside the PPD. I guarantee it!
