So we wondered, What was so great about Heather Polombos cube and why does she want to hide there all day? We decided to our own McGruff investigation and get some photos of Heather's Cube for all of you!

And really…why the “ I Love Maryvale” sticker? We grew up outside of Manhattan and we wouldn't be caught dead with a “I love NY” sticker! Doesn’t “Loving Maryvale” violate Jack Ass Harris’ immigration policy? Is Maryvale where you and Mike would have your rendezvous during the Baseline Killer investigation?
We also didn’t see your last 60 days of emails on your desk that we requested. Is Andy Anderson still trying to get all the Asst. Chief's to rally around him and not give them to us? is he having another Road Rage moment?
Tsk. Tsk. We hope you’re not thinking about redacting everything. You know that will make us very mad and only make it harder for you and Mike.
You guys work for the public therefore you owe the public your emails and the court is going to say so too!

I can not speak with authority on many of the things that the Polombo's are said to have done done but, I can most definitely speak to anyone on the Phoenix Police Deapartment that would take their time to take photos of a co-workers work station and send them to a web page to attempt to mock them or publicly embarrass them. That is not what our department is about and whomever sent these pics really needs to look at themselves before they critisize others.
Leave Heather alone. She has nothing to do with how fucked up the department is or how screwy her husband is. So she dated a bunch people on the department. So many people fuck around who cares. It sucks that she is being targeted because if she was a guy no one would care.
Lets get the focus back on the bad managers.
I disagree completely! These people created the word "mock" and "embarass" for me and my family when I was investigated and wrongly convicted for a policy violation I never committeed. Stan Hooevr and George Richard fits right in with the rest of them. Hopefully this website will bring them back into reality through a little public humiliation. Then when they sustain or unresolve allegations that have no real merit, they can think about how it feels to be publicly convicted. Maybe this will make them understand people do make mistakes and people do lie when they make allegations, Stan, George, this is real. The way you treat people is horrible. You guys are in control and have the power to change things around. Be nice, be fair and place yourself in the suspects position before you pass your book along. Nothing is ever black and white!
Taking these pictures takes only a couple of seconds – much longer than ruining someone with fabricated NOIs, DUIs and all the other cover-ups that occur with Jack Ass and his band of Asst. Chiefs. If you want to pull the “we are better than this” card perhaps you should send that same message to the Jack Harris?
Heather Polombo is collateral damage in this whole thing. She is tied to Mike and is fair game like anyone else in the PPD. The corruption with Jack is systemic and includes all FOJs – Polombos, Snodgrass and anyone else who affiliates themselves with Jack.
Cdr. Richards and Lt Hooevr, and the whole past and future group of PSB investigaotrs must never, ever, forget the amount of responsibility and affect they have on the lives of officers AND FAMALIES they investigate. When you are accussed of an serious allegation and it proves to be untrue, PSB frequently identifies a secondary, unimportant or insignificant allegation to sustain. It seems like they do this to justify the investigation they originated but failed to prove so they justify there work by sustaining something insignifcant. Stop doing this. If the justification for the original allegatiuon is not there, just say so. Your credibility would skyrocket. Anyone can appreciate your responsibility to conduct a investigation when an serious allegation is made. This is just part of police work. But when you cant sustain the allegation dont go looking for some minor policy violation to justify the terror you put the officer AND HIS FAMILY though. Are you listening Stan Geo and Jim? You have a chance to say 'I am sorry' during the IRP when you put a officer through 6 months of anticipation and terror wondering if they will have a job or not. I was investigated for almost one year for a very serious allegation. I was sent home and rotted in front of my television for almost 12 months. My neighbors began to question why I never went to work. My family was worried about my mental and physical health. I lost my off duty work priveleges for almost 12 months. I thought about quitting and going to another police dept. but I knew nobody would hire me considering the allegation you were investigating. When the investigation was finally finished, the main allgeation was unfounded but a very minor policy violation was sustained that resulted in a counselling. I lost $8000 in off duty pay, unknown amount of potential overtime, a complete character assasination through rumors, humility for my family, all for a minor policy violation. This is criminal. Geo and Stan should have been fired and tortured for what happened to me. Now can you understand why these people are being called out on this website? I hope for more pictures like Heathers cubilce so these evil spirited people can experience the humilty and terror they so frequently place on good, hard working officers and supervisors. I will carry this serious allegation the remainder of my career only because a minor policy violation was sustained. When people look at my record they will see the serious allegation and then the word sustained which is attached to the minor allegation.
Geo Stan Jim, Read this twice then go hug your wife and kids. I cant do this as mine now live across town with her parents. The humiliation and stress was just to much for us to surive as a whole. Come back and read it a third time and try to make change

This is completly out of line. She is just married to the guy, she is an officer who has never worked in PSB. She is not responsible for employee notes, PMGs, supervisor-initiated investigations, or discipline. She is unfairly being targeted.

How could this one officer trying to keep her head up and come to work each day be responsible for the 4th floor, the commanders, and even her husbands bad judgement prior to them ever dating or being married.
You have a lynch mob mentality.
Once again I ask the focus to be placed on the decision makers. Those to direct the officers and civlilians. Those who make the policies, do the investigations, those who make the bad mangement decisions that has caused the department to decline.
Please Mr. BPC do not let this turn into a forum where officers turn against each other and slander officers because of minor personal issues.
Some real focus needs to be taken as to whether this forum is going to be used to expose the management-caused decline of the PPD. Or just be a place to fuck over your co-workers.
I don't how you evaluate your sources but just like when we investigate a crime we have to talk to all parties to determine what happened before deciding an outcome. You are only hearing one side of the story and obviously with Heather someone who has an ax to grind and doesn't care how they get it done.
I think the photo of her cubicle and the mocking of it is completly wrong.
Just a thought about how we think:
As an officer, you can never trust the people on the street, but at least you always had the offiders around you (your peers). They made you feel safe. As you are with the department a while and have a few different supervisors you quickly learn that you can't trust management. But you always have your peers.
When your peers stalk you then you have nothing left. You can't even feel secure inside a building with secure access. How can you come to work and do you job if you have nothing left to trust...
Jheez, when I first read the title to this post I thought it said "Heather Polombo and Pictures of her Pubes". Frightening!
Time for BPC to chime in on this one.
This is a fairly open forum and we allow anyone to post almost anything about their fellow officers. We think that Heather Polombo is fair game. Heather, Steve Soha, Tracey or any Phoenix Cop can post here. If Heather or Mike have another side to their story, then they (or someone) should post their story. Clearly no one has come to their defense. If I were a cop at any level and being ripped apart and flamed on this board, I would post my side/version of the story to set the record straight. Heather has made some bad choices and “yes” has some bad choices in men.
Barbara Gordon you mention that you can’t trust people on the street (gee thanks a lot – last time I buy you dinner!) But you state you can trust your fellow officer. Are you sure about that? I think many would disagree with that statement. There are officers that you get to know and trust who are not part of the FOJ network. Heather is part of that network because of Mike. People don’t trust Polombo. It is fairly public that Heather and Mike “began” under Benny Pena. Benny was rumored to be having his own indiscretions and thus wouldn’t investigate Mike and Heather. A major investigation could have been compromised (and depending on with whom you speak with it was). This was reckless, immature and egregious on both Mike and Heather’s part. Again depending on the source, this is going to come back and bite them all. There are rumored investigations and all sorts of stuff going on behind the scenes.
As far as the photos – they take only a moment to take and we encourage people to take photos of anything in the PPD. If this were a picture of Mike Polombo’s office, Snodgrass or Brokaw – would it be that much different? What if we had pictures of Dildos on Martins desk? They are not all 4th floor leaders, but are systemic of the problem with the PPD. We don’t want this board into simply making fun of your fellow officer and we are beginning to not post comments that have no substance. We receive many, many comments and emails of cops who have been fired who clearly have an ax to grind and their comments never make it to this board. We check our sources and then agree what we post and what we do not. Family has been off limits unless of course family works for the PPD.
We at BPC would challenge anyone out there if they have a different version of any story to please post it here! If Mike, Heather, Soha, Brokaw, Corky Huntley, Little Louie or anyone wants to post something different of correct what has been posted here, then they are free to do it. The first amendment not only protects us at BPC, but protects anyone in the PPD too and they may do it anonymously!
After reading about PSB and the people that run, no wonder this web site is up and running and to top it off lose your family! Geo and stan need to be invetigated! On another note, why has no one bothered to investigate these allgeations or even look into these people who are bring down PPD? Is it also true that the person that started this website lives next door to a PPD officer? what's his comments? Cont to fight the good fight and again my heart goes out to that PPD officer who lost his family because of Geo and Stan's bullshit!
No one from the site lives next to any PPD officer, unless there is a PPD officer currently living out of state of Arizona! This site is owned outside of the State for obvious reasons. It has changed hands a few times. We met with our designer last evening and will be revamping it and hosting in Internationally. We will explain in future posts.
As far as what do the people who started this site think? We have sent this site to the FBI, the AG and everyone we can think of, but we are only one voice. We know your Chief is not a chief and all the asst. Chiefs are idiots and assclowns!
Unfortunately, the Mayor and City Manager are part of this corruption. Andrew Thomas is weak and ineffective. Sheriff Joe’s office (Brian Sands) is sitting on the information too and very much aware of the site. We have also been contacted by a few media outlets, but we aren’t too trusting of them and the assumptive questions they ask us.
We continue to publish and tell everyone about the data posted here. We hope you do the same. We have some big things planned in the coming months which we can’t get into, but will definitely bring more exposure to Jack Ass and Phil Gordon. You guys tell us and guide us on what venues to go to (like CALEA) and we will try to be there. Anywhere your Chief Jack Ass speaks, we will be there to ask the difficult questions.

Extremely well stated BPC. Your explanation makes perfect sense to me. Objectively, what has occurred here is a group of buddies who have been put into assignments of extreme responsibility and cannot handle them. The PPD does not put people in assignments by skill or talent. They put them based upon friendships, nationality or sexual orientation which is commonly defined as a “trifecta” in the PPD. Nobody in the world can argue that Tracey Montgomery has earned her chief position. Instead she meets a specific criteria the PPD must have in its top ranks to be politically correct. After all, what is the sexual orientation of our states highest leader, Janet Napolitano. Tracey has declared her sexual orientation and she is a female. Had she also been mexican, jewish and handicapped, she could have made chief before completing probation as an officer. Just take an objective look at who the chiefs are right now. I am not aware of any who ever handled case management as a detective, rode a motorcycle as an officer, handled the dangers of a SAU officer or anything else that can objectively demonstrate competency.
Officer assignments are based and selected by experience and competency. Most officers who get into challenging assignments are to young in their careers to be politically connected. Once they make sergeant, politics begin to enter. I am not aware of any of our chiefs who have ever held case carrying detective or high risk assignments. I mean, imagine Tracey Montogeomery trying to kick in a door, riding a motor, flying a helicopter, considering the width of her ass. Just cant be done!
What our chiefs have been is PIOs, admin sergeants, community relations and planning and reserach officers (who call themselves detectives), detective lieutenants, SAU lieutenants, etc. None of them, not one single one that I recall, ever held a officer assignment that was complex or difficult. They didnt begin to get gravey assignments until they began promoting. Then their buddies began to take care of them. Shit, our last two mexican chiefs couldnt even speak mexican and who doesn’t believe they made chief based upon the color of their skin? Chief Pina didn’t even complete his written exercise for commander. When he heard about it he made a complaint that his computer failed so he couldn’t complete his work. Chief Pina was then allowed to retake the written portion and still finished in the last of 3 groups. With no explanation Pina was suddenly promoted to commander even though he was dead last. Nobody realized at the time he couldnt speak spanish. Then when our previous mexican assistant chief was demoted Pina was suffedenly promoted again. He never managed a precinct. How can you promote a commander to chief when they never managed the most basic service in law enforcement; based on skill? Now he is in the most important position in the deportment. He is the chief of professional standards but he couldn’t even meet the “stadards” when he took his commanders exam. This is outrageous. This is why people are fed up. They just never had a forum to make these complaints since the ones in charge were making these deciisons. Who were the other commander candidates going to complain to when Pina screwed up; the chief who is the person who makes promotion decisions.
What has happened here is this select choice, rainbow colation or whatever you want to call them have been allowed to act however they want since their friends were their supervisors. Nobody complained because who was there to complain to? I know for a fact a allegation was made to EEO and PSB regarding Sergeant Polumbos activities. No investigation was done that I am aware of. Can you prove different? Keep up the good work BPC. You have these arrogant, power intoxicated assholes on edge. As that dumbass lawyer on television always says, “its about time”!
Geo and Mike and Stan and Road Rage and all the others have the same opportunity as anyone else to tell their side of the story on these issues. I can only assume most of what I have read on this blog is true since they never respond. I challenge all of these employees to respond to what has been said abou you on this webbsite. Tell us if any of this info is untrue and I will stop responding on this blog. Until then I am going to continue to report what I beleive is to be the truth. Your silence is deafening.

I retired a year ago and cannot believe Stan Hoover and George Richards are in PSB. They are two of the strangest people I ever knew in the PD. I always got along with them but found them weird. Stan running around claiming to be Stan the man and George with his outdated eyeglass lanyard or what a lot of us called his “necklace.” I am concerned these two who I never believed to be considered reputable by their friends are in an important position as PSB. It is true about how much Stan’s SAU officers despised him.
Jim Pina was the "commander" assigned to Maryvale Precinct for a few months before he was promoted to A/C. While assigned to Maryvale his only accomplishment was that every morning he would walk the parking lot and pick up trash. Now, that's a job that he is well qualified for...

Message to Andy Anderson; settle down my good friend. Everything will be ok. Your emails may be a little bit humiliating for you. Emails to your close frineds from other agencies may blow up in your face and his. You may get sued if I see what I expect I will see. Your friend might also be sued and his wife told of everything. This will probably make the New Times. But everything will be ok. Have you tried dermabrasion on your skin? Might want to use some of your drop money if any is left. To bad your friend has no drop.
Commander Richards is in charge of proefessional standards bureau. You can immediately improve your command if you investigate the allegation made then move on if nothing is there. Call it like it is. Nobody will shame you for this. Especially the officer. Listen here.
I have to agree with some of the sad comments about the promotial process being based in part on race and gender partiality.
Remember when the fourth floor did not have enough racial equity so Gerald Richard was brought in and made a Director in order to bring color to the place?
His primary qualification was that he was a lawyer and once prosecuted some gang members.
Thats not necesarily a slam specific to the Phx PD. It is that way everywhere in America.
