Last month lieutenant Joe "Balloon" Knott was promoted to a commander! Can you believe Balloon Knott is a commander? The “S” in his middle name stands for “Stupid.” Thanks to chief Garcia, this assclown is now in a leadership position. Someone told us a longtime ago that Joe Knott's family tree is a cactus, because everyone in it is a little prick - jusr like Joe. The only positive thing about Joe Knott (we hope) would be his HIV status.
Then as a follow-on to our prior blog posting, Danny Garcia clearly violated protocol by not allowing any heterosexual white-men attend the Obama Inauguration. For this discriminatory act, all he receives is a “Letter of Concern” from the village idiot and assistant city manager, Ed Zuercher.
A Letter of Concern? WTF is THAT!!!!

Sad part is Chief Gracia was not the person the citizen interview group selected. His repeated "policing with a purpose" made everyone on the panel crack up I am told. That and his out of date glasses.
Too bad the first pick didn't get the job. None of these problems would be happening and the PPD continuing to look like a bunch of jackasses! I think it was racism by the city leaders. Maybe by Cavazsos and Zuecher? The real heartbraker is Cavasoz now has so many pesos (money) he is building a mansion at the Biltmore.

The more I see and hear Chief Garcia speak, the more I assume he suffers from LITTLE MEXICAN MAN syndrome and is on a power trip. He wants to come across as gruff and no-nonsense but he just can’t pull it off. It’s too bad the interviewers weren’t professional enough to vet out these attributes in an interview.

I have often wondered why Chief Garcia is using Chief Yahner as a confidant. Chief Yahner's record is not good as Exec Chief and Interim Chief. There are much better Chiefs to listen too.
Quit screwing with hours, uniforms, oath of office. These things do nothing but crush morale. Make changes at the top starting with Chief Yahner and there will be immediate morale improvement.
Has anyone researched the affair Garcia had in Dallas with other officers??
