What’s more, the illegal raid on our Blogger and the blatant violations of his 1st, 4th and 14th Amendment rights were also Jack Ass Harris' way to surreptitiously uncover all of our contacts, hoping that some would be members of the AZPLEA Board.
We hope Jack Harris and the FOJs aren't too uncomfortable with what we, an unaccredited grass-roots website (according to Andy Anderson), found posted online.

As we have reported, there was a separate investigation conducted by an officer in gang-crimes on the Baseline Killer. Benny Pina (the lieutenant at the time in VCB) told the officer to put his report in Microsoft Word so that a public records request would not find it or produce it. Theoretically, these reports don’t exist and the Phoenix police tried everything to hide them and exclude them from any police department computer system. If you don't believe us, try doing a public records request on any of these documents. (We assure you, these docs are products of the Phoenix PD.) We want you to read them yourselves and draw your own conclusion. Would a prudent and sensible person have taken these docs seriously and at least investigated Terry Wayne Smith?

The lead investigator, Alex Femenia, didn't, and it was a mere footnote in the indictment against Mark Goudeau. Funny how Alex now works for County Attorney Andrew Thomas. Do you think this came up during the job interview?

The FBI should drop their crusade against Sheriff Joe and turn their sights on Jack Harris and the PPD on this obvious, blatant, purposeful cover up, not to mention the fact it was all withheld from the Grand Jury.
These are the ones who should be under criminal investigation and have their badges taken away and investigated for civil rights violations, perjury, withholding of evidence, lying to the grand jury and I an sure a host of other felony charges.
The city council and the city manager should demand this be investigated by an outside agency.

I have read and downloaded these documents. I am now embarassed and ashamed to be a citizen in Phoenix and to have supported the Phoenix police Department for all these years.

Andy Hill knows all about this. He is part of the cover up. Hill is just one of the puppets in Harris' regime who will do what ever he is told to do. Put him under oath and see what he say's to a grand jury!!

After reading those reports, how in the world could anyone NOT have doubt that Mark Goudeau is The Baseline Killer? He is innocent!
TWS has been in more trouble with the law, doing exactly the things that the victims said in the Baseline Killer case in almost every crime he has committed.
I think the charges need to be dropped against Goudeau. I think these people in the PPD and the prosecutors office need to be sitting in a jail cell.
Then, I think they need to call for a retrial for Mark Goudeau on the other crimes he "supposedly" committed (rape of the girls in the park that he was convicted of on DNA that matched ONLY 3 of 13 LOCI)!!
Mark's face was ALL over the news and yet those girls said nothing to anyone.
Are you kidding me? If I saw my attacker on television, first I would shudder and then I would be on the phone to the police.
Those girls never even identified Mark out of a photo line-up in which he was shown. Also, the only time they "identified" him was when the defense brought it to court that the girls had never ID'd him and the prosecution made sure to drag those girls into court.
Those same girls (one of whom picked Goudeau's attorney as her attacker before the lunch break in court, and miraculously AFTER lunch, the other sister was coached to pick out Mark) who never ONCE, after Mark was arrested, called ANYONE to say, "Yeah, that's him that I saw on the TV."
How do we know if the DNA evidence in that case wasn't fabricated? They never let the defense test the swab because the prosecution "consumed" all the evidence. NICE!!
Wow, some heads really need to roll in my opinion.
This really makes me sick - to think that an innocent man is sitting in jail. All because the cops didn't investigate TWS. Also, because of the corruption in the PPD and the DNA labs, he sits in jail for a rape that he never committed.

BTW, I am NOT Mark's wife or his friend. I do not even know him. I watched the entire first trial on my computer.
The best part? In his first trial, there were so many things that went wrong and rulings the judge made that were bullshit against the defense.
For instance, in open court, if you are going to dismiss jurors (there were more than 12 hearing the case, including alternates), you pull numbers from a hat. Hmmm. Funny how the judge had already "selected" the jurors, the one's who had reported another juror's misconduct and were likely to support Goudeau and result in a hung jury.

This case had national coverage. It will go down in history as our “Boston Strangler” or “Zodiac.” As a citizen with kids I want to make sure we have the right guy.
From the beginning there has been so much doubt present to us, the main one’s include:
1) A match of 23% (3 out of 13 Loci) on the DNA. That’s not a very good match on a swab that was lost and missing for 9 months.
2) Early on Mark was ruled out as a suspect, due to his Alltel cell phone records. Then he get’s arrested and Alex Femenia has conveniently lost those record. Alltel claims they only hold tower records for 18 months, so one can’t get them again. (There may be another way and we are working on this!!)
3) They did 4 search warrants on an 1100 square foot house and found key evidence against Mark in the latter raids. Now if I had gone on a killing spree, and had left evidence hidden in or on a shoe, don’t you think I would have somehow told someone to throw out the shoes? And why did it take four warrants to find things? Are they now going to say the missing Polombo nameplates have been found at the house too?
4) The jewelry found had absolutely no DNA on it. Makes perfect sense to us if you planted it or made copies of it and wiped it clean with one of those Clorox wipes scene in Heather Polombo’s cube. The Walmart receipt was very clear what was purchase and can easily be copied.
5) Benny Pina telling Rusty Stuart to publish his report in Microsoft Word. Why? Why hide something? Why not just investigate it, vet it out and do you job? Why all the creepy secrets? Why are they all scrambling now since this report is posted?
6) Alex Femenia leaving DROP early to go work for Andrew Thomas full-time. Why walk away from DROP? Why not just wait? Why do you want to rush to go work on a case that you already worked on? How long does it take to work on this case and warrant someone full-time? Is this about working a case or working a book deal?
7) Mike Polombo – in general there is so many questions about this racist, unethical dirtball, we don’t know where to begin. He shouldn’t be a cop, let alone working cases involving high profile murders involving anyone with a shade of brown or black in them.
8) The comments that it wouldn't surprise anyone if people in VCB planted evidence. That’s just creepy and wrong.
Just to tag on to the poster who has an amazing understanding of the events from the sexual assault trial, it’s completely true that neither Lorena nor Alexandra Lara, the victims of a sexual assault, NEVER ID’d Mark. Lorena Lara did, in fact, picked one of Mark’s attorneys, Cary Lacky, when asked to ID her attacker at a pretrial hearing. How in the world Judge Klien then justified allowing this same woman to point her finger at Mark at trial is unbelievable. Furthermore, in an effort to try to convince jurors that she could see her attacker, Alexandra Lara testified that it was light outside during the assault. It was 10:30 at night.
What the earlier poster failed to mention, and may have missed this very small part of the trial, is that both of these women, in order to garnish their cooperation, were paid $1,100 a month for one year cloaking it as a “safety” feature. That’s A LOT of money for a couple of young women, who don’t speak English, who flip burgers at a fast food joint, with one expecting a baby at the time.
Let’s face it, our system is broken and unless this battle is fought and won, other innocents will be sent to prison. The Goudeau battle must be won to bring national attention to the corruption and cover ups of not only some of those in PPD, and dirty prosecutors like Cohen and Clayton, but even our judges.
FYI, these newly-released documents have been added to the wikipedia article about the Baseline case - and immediately deleted as "vandalism" despite repeated re-edits.
